Description

Air conditioner outdoor unit
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and particularly relates to a fan guard mounting structure.
Conventionally, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a fan guard that covers a blowing opening of an air passage for blowing is known. By providing a fan guard, the user is prevented from touching the rotating fan from the blowout opening. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which, in an outdoor unit, a fan guard is slid and fitted into grooves on both side surfaces of a housing from above. In this configuration, the fan guard is fixed by covering the top panel, and fixing with screws is unnecessary.
In the configuration of Patent Document 1, there is a restriction that the fan guard cannot be attached or detached unless the fan guard is moved upward by the height of the fan guard, and the height of the fan guard is above the outdoor unit. Space is required. When the outdoor unit is hung on the veranda of the apartment, there is a problem that a work space for attaching or removing the fan guard cannot be secured.
Also, in order to smoothly slide the fan guard along the groove of the housing, a gap is required in the front / rear and left / right directions of the slide part. However, if there is a gap, the blown air comes into contact with the fan guard during operation, causing a problem that the fan guard repeatedly vibrates in the gap with the casing and generates abnormal noise.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and it is not necessary to secure a work space upward in mounting the fan guard, and the work is simplified and the operation is simplified. An object is to propose an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that is excellent in reliability and is suppressed in abnormal noise.
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a front panel and a top panel, and is configured by combining a casing having an opening formed in the front panel, a plurality of vertical bars, and a plurality of horizontal bars. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the upper locking portion 51b2 is press-fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b, and is sandwiched between the side edge portion 3a of the top panel 3 and the surface 1h of the front panel 1. Yes. The upper temporary fixing groove 1b is formed to have a width equal to the diameter of the wire constituting the upper locking portion 51b2, and restricts the movement of the upper locking portion 51b2 in the left-right direction. In addition, what is necessary is just to select the width | variety which can hold | maintain the upper latching | locking part 51b2 suitably for the width | variety of the upper temporary fixing groove part 1b. By setting the width smaller than the diameter of the wire, the upper locking portion 51b2 can be held more firmly.
The upper temporary fixing groove 1b is formed to a depth equal to the diameter of the wire of the upper locking portion 51b2, and is sandwiched between the side edge 3a of the top panel 3 and the surface 1h of the front panel 1. The movement of the locking portion 51b2 in the front-rear direction is restricted. In the upper locking portion 51b2, the portion of the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b that is exposed from the opening is pressed by the side edge portion 3a of the top panel 3, and the forward movement is restricted. Further, the rearward movement of the upper locking portion 51b2 is restricted by the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b having a shape recessed toward the back surface. Note that the depth of the upper temporary fixing groove 1b may be any depth as long as the upper locking portion 51b2 can be sandwiched between the side edge 3a of the top panel 3 and the front surface 1h of the front panel 1. The depth may be smaller than the diameter.
In the fan guard 5, the upper locking portion 51b2 is press-fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b to restrict the right and left movement, and the fan guard 5 is sandwiched between the front panel 1 and the top panel 3 to restrict the front and rear movement. Therefore, the fan guard 5 is prevented from moving due to vibration during operation of the air conditioner, and the generation of abnormal noise is reduced.
<Installation procedure of fan guard 5>
The fan guard 5 is attached at a stage before the top panel 3 is attached to the housing 10.
First, the fan guard 5 is positioned in front of the front panel 1 with the upper locking portion 51b2 of the fan guard 5 facing up and the lower locking portion 51b5 facing down. At this time, the upper end of the upper locking portion 51b2 is tilted forward of the housing 10 and the fan guard 5 is tilted. And the lower latching | locking part front-end | tip part 51b4 of the lower latching | locking part 51b5 is adjoined to the lower part of the front panel 1, and it inserts in the lower temporary fixing hole 1c formed in the front panel 1, and lower locking part 51b5 and lower temporary fixing The hole 1c is engaged.
Next, the fan guard 5 is rotated in a direction in which the upper end portion of the upper locking portion 51b2 approaches the upper portion of the front panel 1 with the lower locking portion 51b5 as a fulcrum. And the upper latching | locking part 51b2 is moved to the position of the upper temporary fixing groove part 1b formed in the front panel 1. FIG. At this time, since the lower locking portion 51b5 contacts the lower edge 1p of the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c and the movement in the front-rear direction and the downward direction is restricted, the upper locking portion 51b2 follows a predetermined track. The position of the upper temporary fixing groove 1b can be surely reached.
Next, the upper locking portion 51b2 is pushed into the front panel 1 while being brought into contact with the lower edge 1p of the upper temporary fixing groove 1b, and is fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove 1b. Thereby, the upper latching | locking part 51b2 and the upper temporary fixing groove part 1b engage. The upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b is desirable when the lower edge 1p is a curved surface 1f, because the upper locking portion 51b2 moves along the curved surface 1f, and the engagement with the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b becomes easy.
The upper locking portion 51b2 and the lower locking portion 51b5 of the fan guard 5 are engaged with the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b and the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c, respectively, so that the fan guard 5 is preliminarily placed at a predetermined position of the housing 10. To be temporarily fixed.
When the fan guard 5 is temporarily fixed, the upper locking portion 51b2 is inserted into the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b, and movement in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction is restricted. The fan guard 5 has an upper locking portion 51b2 press-fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove 1b. Therefore, the fan guard 5 is not tilted forward of the housing 10 and the state of being attached to the housing 10 is maintained. Therefore, the worker does not have to hold it.
Finally, the top panel 3 is disposed above the housing 10 to which the fan guard 5 is temporarily fixed, and the side edges 3a on the four sides of the top panel 3 are fitted into the top of the housing 10 so that the housing 10 is Cover with the top panel 3. Accordingly, the upper locking portion 51b2 of the fan guard 5 is sandwiched between the side edge portion 3a of the top panel 3 and the surface 1h of the front panel 1, and the fan guard 5 is permanently fixed to the housing 10. Then, the attachment of the fan guard 5 is completed.
Since the fan guard 5 is permanently fixed by the top panel 3, it is possible to prevent the fan guard 5 from dropping forward when a large impact is applied to the housing 10. In addition, the upper and lower locking portions 51b2 and 51b5 of the fan guard 5 are restricted from moving back and forth and left and right, so that vibration during operation is suppressed and noise caused by the vibration is reduced. In addition, the top panel 3 is disposed from the gap above the housing 10 and the fan guard 5 is permanently fixed by covering the housing 10, so that the occupied space at the time of attachment can be suppressed. Furthermore, since fastening with screws is unnecessary, the mounting is simplified.
When removing, remove the top panel 3 so that the fan guard 5 is temporarily fixed. Then, the upper locking portion 51b2 is pulled out from the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b and rotated in the direction in which the upper end portion of the fan guard 5 is moved forward, and then the fan guard 5 is lifted upward from the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c. The lower locking part 51b5 is pulled out. Thereby, the removal of the fan guard 5 is completed.
In this case, a tool for releasing the screw is not necessary. Further, even if the fan guard 5 is permanently fixed, it can be maintained in a temporarily fixed state unless it is pulled out from the upper temporary fixing groove 1b. Therefore, improvement in workability can also be expected in removal.
In the above description, the case where both the upper locking portion 51b2 and the lower locking portion 51b5 are provided on the first vertical beam 51b has been described. However, the upper locking portion 51b2 and the lower locking portion The part 51b5 may be provided on a different vertical beam. It is desirable that the upper locking portion 51b2 and the lower locking portion 51b5 are provided at symmetrical positions because the forces acting on the fan guard 5 are balanced. Further, the upper locking portion 51b2 may be provided at least at one longitudinal beam in the central portion.
 <変形例>
<Modification>
FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram showing an outdoor unit 100 of an air conditioner according to a modification of the present embodiment, and corresponds to a schematic diagram of a DD section of FIG. 9 in the embodiment. The outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the modification includes a protrusion 11b2 formed in the upper temporary fixing groove 11b of the front panel 1. In FIG. 13, a DD section is a section obtained by cutting the housing 10 in the left-right direction, and is a section passing through the center of the upper temporary fixing groove portion 11b.
As shown in FIG. 13, in the modification, the upper temporary fixing groove 11b has a protrusion 11b2 formed on the front side. The protruding portion 11b2 is formed in the cut shape of the recessed shape of the upper temporary fixing groove portion 11b, for example, along a part in the longitudinal direction of the upper temporary fixing groove portion 11b or along the ridge line 11b1 of the cut surface. The circle diameter drawn by the inner wall surface 1b3 of the upper temporary fixing groove 11b and the tangent line of the protrusion 11b2 is equal to the diameter of the upper locking portion 51b2.
When the upper locking portion 51b2 is press-fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove portion 11b, the upper locking portion 51b2 is held by the protruding portion 11b2, and the movement in the left-right direction and the forward direction is suppressed. By providing such a protruding portion 11b2, it is possible to prevent the upper locking portion 51b2 from being detached from the upper temporary fixing groove portion 11b. Further, for example, even when the outdoor unit 100 is manufactured without dimensional control for press-fitting, the upper locking portion 51b2 is held, and movement in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction due to vibration is restricted. be able to.
According to the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment described above, the fan guard 5 includes the upper locking portion 51b2 and the lower locking portion 51b5, and the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b of the front panel 1. And temporarily fixed to the housing 10 by being inserted into the lower temporary fixing hole 1c. The fan guard 5 is permanently fixed by covering the casing 10 to which the fan guard 5 is temporarily fixed with the top panel 3. In the temporarily fixed state, the upper locking portion 51b2 is restricted from moving in the vertical direction by the upper temporary fixing groove portion 1b, and the lower locking portion 51b5 is restricted from moving in the vertical and front-back directions by the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c. Has been. This eliminates the need for the operator to hold the fan guard 5. Further, in the final fixed state, the upper locking portion 51 b 2 is restricted from moving in the front-rear direction by the top panel 3 and the front panel 1. Therefore, vibration during driving can be suppressed and abnormal noise can be reduced. Further, both the temporary fixing and the main fixing do not require fastening with screws, the mounting work can be easily performed, and the detachability of the fan guard 5 is improved. In addition, since the casing 10 is covered and fixed by the top panel 3, the work space to be secured above the casing 10 may be small. Further, since the main guard is fixed in a temporarily fixed state, it is not necessary to hold the fan guard 5 when the fan guard 5 is removed.
The upper temporary fixing groove 1b is an opening facing forward, and can be inserted by pushing the upper locking portion 51b2. Therefore, it is easy to mount and no fixing member such as a screw is required.
Further, since the upper temporary fixing groove 1b has a cylindrical shape, the upper locking portion 51b2 moved along the curved surface 1f reaches the upper temporary fixing groove 1b and can be engaged therewith.
Further, by making the width of the upper temporary fixing groove 1b equal to or smaller than the diameter of the upper locking portion 51b2, the left and right direction of the upper locking portion 51b2 press-fitted into the upper temporary fixing groove 1b Can be controlled and retained.
Also, the protrusions 11b2 of the upper temporary fixing groove 11b can prevent the upper locking portion 51b2 from being detached from the upper temporary fixing groove 11b. Furthermore, even when the outdoor unit 100 is manufactured without dimensional control for press-fitting, the upper locking portion 51b2 can be held and the movement in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction due to vibration can be restricted. it can.
Further, since the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c opens upward and the lower locking portion 51b5 is inserted into the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c, when the lower locking portion 51b5 moves, the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c contacts the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c. The movement of the fan guard 5 in the front-rear and left-right directions is restricted.
Further, when the lower locking portion 51b5 moves forward by the lower edge portion 1p located on the front side of the upper edge portion 1q of the lower temporary fixing hole portion 1c, the lower locking portion 51b5 comes into contact with the lower edge portion 1p. Is restricted from moving forward.
Further, the abutting portion 52b3 of the fan guard 5 and the lower locking portion front end portion 51b4 abut against the casing 10, and respectively apply opposing forces to the fan guard 5. For this reason, the forward movement of the fan guard 5 is restricted by the contact portion 52b3, the backward movement is restricted by the lower locking portion 51b5, and the movement due to vibration of the fan guard 5 is reduced.
