该智能座便器还包括分别与主控MCU电控配合的过零检测、电源模块、座圈温度、按键模块、烘干模块、座圈加热膜和翻圈翻盖电机驱动模块。
本发明通过上述结构的改良,在传统智能座便器的连通水路中加入电解臭氧水装置,不仅具有智能座便器的暖座、温水清洗、烘干、自动翻圈盖、冲水等基本功能外,更能将臭氧水的强氧化性和杀菌功能与智能座便器合;其中,电解臭氧水装置的核心部件为导电纳米金刚石电极,它是一种特殊的人造钻石,通过CVD技术在基底材料表面长出一层钻石导电膜,只需要加上低压电就能让自来水产生活氧,形成高效安全的绿色环保消毒液。
其具有以下特点:
1、安装电解臭氧水装置的智能座便器,采过臭氧水清洗后,能治疗痔疮、妇科疾病、皮肤病、杀灭座便器内细菌等消毒杀菌及人体健康护理。并且智能座便器的各个连通水路中均配置过滤棉,通过优质水源产生的臭氧水效果更佳,使用快捷方便,有效地解决了目前智能座便器由于水垢造成产品故障的问题。
2、本结构的臭氧水永不产生水垢,从而延长智能座便器的使用寿命,同时智能座便器内的水路管道残留死水,避免了长期滋生细菌的问题。
3、臭氧水因强氧化性,其除臭效果极佳,同时臭氧水具有极强的渗透力,能通过电动喷杆将臭氧水均匀喷洒到座便器内壁,对座便器陶瓷内壁深度清洁,清除内壁顽固污垢,杀灭皮肤接触座便器座圈座盖部分的细菌。
4、臭氧水在初始5分钟内达到最高浓度,经过20分钟后完全降解还原为自来水,零残留,对座便器的外部产品无任何腐蚀影响。
综合而言,本发明具有结构简单合理、性能优异、装配快捷、操作方 便、智能化程度高、制造成本低、易生产、易实现、环保、杀菌等特点,实用性强。同时,该结构还可以广泛地适合于个人家庭及公共场所,使用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图5,本采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,包括主控MCU,还包括分别与主控MCU电控配合的减压一体电磁阀1、电解臭氧水装置2、水温加热装置3、电动分配阀4、电动喷杆5和水路连接软管6;其中,水路连接软管6是用来串联各个部件水路的器件;减压一体电磁阀1一端与自来水供水端连通,另一端通过水路连接软管6依次与水温加热装置3、电动分配阀4和电动喷杆5连通。
电解臭氧水装置2设置在减压一体电磁阀1与自来水供水端连通的水路之间、或减压一体电磁阀1与水温加热装置3连通的水路之间、或水温加热装置3与电动分配阀4连通的水路之间、或电动分配阀4与电动喷杆5连通的水路之间、或电动喷杆5的出水口上,该电解臭氧水装置2可安装在智能座便器水路中任何环节,均能发挥电解臭氧水装置2的功效。
进一步地讲,减压一体电磁阀1是将自来水的压力和流温恒定在要求范围,并控制水路的开关状态,其上设置有自来水进水口1.1和减压一体电磁阀出水口1.2;减压一体电磁阀1一端通过自来水进水口1.1与自来水供水端连通,另一端通过减压一体电磁阀出水口1.2和水路连接软管6的配合与水温加热装置3连通。
进一步地讲,水温加热装置3是根据接收到主控MCU开启妇洗或臀洗功能指示,并检测水流量和水温进行加热的一种智能装置,其上设置有水 温加热装置进水口3.1和水温加热装置出水口3.2;水温加热装置3通过水温加热装置进水口3.1和水路连接软管6的配合与减压一体电磁阀出水口1.2连通,水温加热装置3通过水温加热装置出水口3.2和水路连接软管6的配合与电动分配阀4连通。
进一步地讲,电动分配阀4包含一个进水口和四个出水口,出水口分别连接到电动喷杆5的四个进水口,通过步进电机切换进行出水。具体地讲,电动分配阀4上设置有分配阀进水口4.1、分配阀第一出水口4.2、分配阀第二出水口4.3、分配阀第三出水口4.4和分配阀第四出水口4.5;电动分配阀4通过分配阀进水口4.1和水路连接软管6的配合与水温加热装置出水口3.2连通,电动分配阀4分别通过分配阀第一出水口4.2、分配阀第二出水口4.3、分配阀第三出水口4.4、分配阀第四出水口4.5和水路连接软管6的配合与电动喷杆5连通。
进一步地讲,电动喷杆5包含四个进水口和四个出水口,分别实现喷杆自洁功能、臀部清洗功能、妇洗功能和便池消毒功能。具体地讲,电动喷杆5上设置有便池消毒进水口5.1、妇洗进水口5.2、臀洗进水口5.3;电动喷杆5通过便池消毒进水口5.1和水路连接软管6的配合与分配阀第一出水口4.2连通,电动喷杆5通过妇洗进水口5.2和水路连接软管6的配合与分配阀第二出水口4.3连通,电动喷杆5通过臀洗进水口5.3和水路连接软管6的配合与分配阀第三出水口4.4连通。
电动喷杆5上设置有喷杆自洁口5.4、臀洗出水口5.5、妇洗出水口5.6和便池消毒出水口5.7;其中,喷杆自洁口5.4的进水端通过水路连接软管6与分配阀第四出水口4.5连通,臀洗出水口5.5、妇洗出水口5.6和便池消毒出水口5.7分别与臀洗进水口5.3、妇洗进水口5.2和便池消毒进水口5.1连通。
进一步地讲,电解臭氧水装置2设置在自来水进水口1.1与自来水供水端连通的水路之间、或减压一体电磁阀出水口1.2与水温加热装置进水口3.1连通的水路之间、或水温加热装置出水口3.2与分配阀进水口4.1连通的水路之间、或分配阀第一出水口4.2与便池消毒进水口5.1连通的水路之间、或分配阀第二出水口4.3与妇洗进水口5.2连通的水路之间、或分配阀第三出水口4.4与臀洗进水口5.3连通的水路之间、或分配阀第四出水口4.5与喷杆自洁口5.4进水端连通的水路之间、或喷杆自洁口5.4 的出水端上、或臀洗出水口5.5上、或妇洗出水口5.6上、或便池消毒出水口5.7上。
进一步地讲,电解臭氧水装置2包括臭氧水进水口2.1和臭氧水出水口2.2,臭氧水进水口2.1和臭氧水出水口2.2之间形成电解槽2.3,电解槽2.3内设置有阴极片2.4和阳极片2.5,阴极片2.4和阳极片2.5上分别镀有钻石导电膜;自来水从臭氧水进水口2.1流入后直接流经钻石导电膜在电解槽2.3内进行电解,最后从臭氧水出水口2.2排出。
进一步地讲,电解槽2.3的内槽管径L1大于臭氧水进水口2.1、臭氧水出水口2.2的管径L2。其中,内槽管径L1为10mm,管径L2为4mm,内槽管径L1远大于管径L2,所以电解臭氧水装置2对智能座便器的水压、水流量均不会有任何影响。
具体地讲,该智能座便器还包括分别与主控MCU电控配合的过零检测、电源模块、座圈温度、按键模块、烘干模块、座圈加热膜和翻圈翻盖电机驱动模块。其电控配合关系参见图5所示,其中,电源模块给整个智能座便器提供电源,过零检测用来控制各个部件的功率大小,主控MCU查询按键模块,得到各个功能需求,实时采集座圈温度从而控制座圈加热膜,使座圈恒定在设定温度。根据清洗温水加热需求,打开减压一体电磁阀1,同时开启电解臭氧水装置2,通过水温加热装置3将自来水加热到设定温度,再通过电动分配阀4根据功能需求将水路分配到电动喷杆5的各个出水口,从而实现臀洗、妇洗、自洁以及消毒马桶等功能。主控MCU还会根据功能需求开启烘干模块、翻圈翻盖电机驱动模块等,从而实现座便器的智能控制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,包括主控MCU,其特征在于:还包括分别与主控MCU电控配合的减压一体电磁阀(1)、电解臭氧水装置(2)、水温加热装置(3)、电动分配阀(4)、电动喷杆(5)和水路连接软管(6);其中,减压一体电磁阀(1)一端与自来水供水端连通,另一端通过水路连接软管(6)依次与水温加热装置(3)、电动分配阀(4)和电动喷杆(5)连通;所述的电解臭氧水装置(2)设置在减压一体电磁阀(1)与自来水供水端连通的水路之间、或减压一体电磁阀(1)与水温加热装置(3)连通的水路之间、或水温加热装置(3)与电动分配阀(4)连通的水路之间、或电动分配阀(4)与电动喷杆(5)连通的水路之间、或电动喷杆(5)的出水口上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述减压一体电磁阀(1)上设置有自来水进水口(1.1)和减压一体电磁阀出水口(1.2);减压一体电磁阀(1)一端通过自来水进水口(1.1)与自来水供水端连通,另一端通过减压一体电磁阀出水口(1.2)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与水温加热装置(3)连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述水温加热装置(3)上设置有水温加热装置进水口(3.1)和水温加热装置出水口(3.2);水温加热装置(3)通过水温加热装置进水口(3.1)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与减压一体电磁阀出水口(1.2)连通,水温加热装置(3)通过水温加热装置出水口(3.2)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与电动分配阀(4)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述电动分配阀(4)上设置有分配阀进水口(4.1)、分配阀第一出水口(4.2)、分配阀第二出水口(4.3)、分配阀第三出水口(4.4)和分配阀第四出水口(4.5);电动分配阀(4)通过分配阀进水口(4.1)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与水温加热装置出水口(3.2)连通,电动分配阀(4)分别通过分配阀第一出水口(4.2)、分配阀第二出水口(4.3)、分配阀第三出水口(4.4)、分配阀第四出水口(4.5)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与电动喷杆(5)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述电动喷杆(5)上设置有便池消毒进水口(5.1)、妇洗进水口(5.2)、臀洗进水口(5.3);电动喷杆(5)通过便池消毒进水口(5.1)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与分配阀第一出水口(4.2)连通,电动喷杆(5)通过妇洗进水口(5.2)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与分配阀第二出水口(4.3)连通,电动喷杆(5)通过臀洗进水口(5.3)和水路连接软管(6)的配合与分配阀第三出水口(4.4)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述电动喷杆(5)上还设置有喷杆自洁口(5.4)、臀洗出水口(5.5)、妇洗出水口(5.6)和便池消毒出水口(5.7);其中,喷杆自洁口(5.4)的进水端通过水路连接软管(6)与分配阀第四出水口(4.5)连通,臀洗出水口(5.5)、妇洗出水口(5.6)和便池消毒出水口(5.7)分别与臀洗进水口(5.3)、妇洗进水口(5.2)和便池消毒进水口(5.1)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述电解臭氧水装置(2)设置在自来水进水口(1.1)与自来水供水端连通的水路之间、或减压一体电磁阀出水口(1.2)与水温加热装置进水口(3.1)连通的水路之间、或水温加热装置出水口(3.2)与分配阀进水口(4.1)连通的水路之间、或分配阀第一出水口(4.2)与便池消毒进水口(5.1)连通的水路之间、或分配阀第二出水口(4.3)与妇洗进水口(5.2)连通的水路之间、或分配阀第三出水口(4.4)与臀洗进水口(5.3)连通的水路之间、或分配阀第四出水口(4.5)与喷杆自洁口(5.4)进水端连通的水路之间、或喷杆自洁口(5.4)的出水端上、或臀洗出水口(5.5)上、或妇洗出水口(5.6)上、或便池消毒出水口(5.7)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:所述电解臭氧水装置(2)包括臭氧水进水口(2.1)和臭氧水出水口(2.2),臭氧水进水口(2.1)和臭氧水出水口(2.2)之间形成电解槽(2.3),电解槽(2.3)内设置有阴极片(2.4)和阳极片(2.5),阴极片(2.4)和阳极片(2.5)上分别镀有钻石导电膜,自来水从臭氧水进水口(2.1)流入后直接流经钻石导电膜在电解槽(2.3)内进行电解,最后从臭氧水出水口(2.2)排出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于: 所述电解槽(2.3)的内槽管径(L1)大于臭氧水进水口(2.1)、臭氧水出水口(2.2)的管径(L2)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述采用臭氧水装置的智能座便器,其特征在于:该智能座便器还包括分别与主控MCU电控配合的过零检测、电源模块、座圈温度、按键模块、烘干模块、座圈加热膜和翻圈翻盖电机驱动模块。
