Abstract

Le fil flottant enroulé de façon hélicoïdale et le fil de masse sont capables de mesurer les propriétés de résistance électrique du tuyau flexible. Les propriétés de résistance électrique mesurées peuvent être indicatives de l'état de fuite de l'appareil. Dans certains cas, la couche de renforcement comprend un matériau élastomère conducteur ayant une chimie pour devenir plus conducteur lorsqu'il est exposé à des matériaux contenus dans le tuyau flexible, de sorte que le matériau contenu dans le tuyau flexible pénètre dans la couche de renforcement, des changements de propriété de résistance électrique dans le tuyau sont détectés par l'intermédiaire du fil flottant enroulé de façon hélicoïdale et du fil de masse.
