The plate portion 3 </ b> A is a main body member of the operation plate 3 that extends along the display screen of the display portion 4. The side plate portion 3B-1 is a plate-like member that extends from one end of the plate portion 3A along the side surface 2B-1 of the main body unit 2, and has a guide portion 3a that protrudes toward the side surface 2B-1. The side plate portion 3B-2 is a plate-like member that extends from the other end of the plate portion 3A along the side surface 2B-2 of the main body unit 2, and has a guide portion 3a that protrudes to the side surface 2B-2 side.
A guide slit 2a is provided on each of the side surface 2B-1 and the side surface 2B-2 of the main unit 2. The guide slit 2a is a slit extending in the direction of arrow a shown in FIG.
The operation plate 3 is attached to the main unit 2 in a state where the guide portion 3a is fitted in the guide slit 2a, and can be moved along the guide slit 2a on the display screen of the display portion 4. That is, the operation plate 3 can be slid in the direction of the arrow a along the display screen of the display unit 4. The arrow a direction is the short direction of the display unit 4.
As shown in FIG. 3, the display unit 4 is a display unit including a display panel 4-1 and a touch panel 4-2, and is provided in the main unit 2.
The display panel 4-1 is a display panel that displays an image related to a function provided in the vehicle, and a liquid crystal display or the like is applicable. For example, when the navigation function is operated with the operation plate 3, a map including the vehicle position is displayed on the display panel 4-1.
The touch panel 4-2 receives a touch operation for the content displayed on the display panel 4-1. For example, the scroll operation of the map displayed on the display panel 4-1 can be performed using the touch panel 4-2.
As shown in FIG. 3, the switch 3A-2 is a switch having a hollow center shaft, and is mounted on the circuit portion 3C. For example, in the switch 3A-2, when the switch knob is pushed by the button portion 5, the contact is turned on and turned on, and when the push of the switch knob is released, the switch knob returns to the original position and the contact is cut off. Is turned off.
The button portion 5 is a member formed of a translucent or semi-translucent resin, and as shown in FIG. 3, the surface (front surface) side from the opening 3A-1 of the plate portion 3A is external. Is exposed. In addition, characters or marks are printed with a translucent material on the surface of the button portion 5, and a non-translucent surface treatment is applied to portions other than the printed portion.
The light source 3A-3 is a light source such as a light emitting diode (LED) and is mounted on the circuit unit 3C. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the light source 3A-3 is disposed in the hollow portion of the switch 3A-2 and irradiates light toward the back surface of the button unit 5. The light irradiated on the back surface of the button portion 5 is transmitted through the button portion 5 and is emitted to the outside from a character or mark portion printed with a translucent material. Thereby, the character or mark portion is illuminated on the surface of the button portion 5.
The circuit unit 3C includes a circuit board on which the switch 3A-2 and the light source 3A-3 are mounted, and is arranged in the operation plate 3. When the front side of the button unit 5 is pressed, the button unit 5 moves along the inner wall of the opening 3A-1 of the operation plate 3 and presses the switch 3A-2. Thereby, the switch 3A-2 is turned on, and the operation of the function related to the display content of the display unit 4 is executed.
The control circuit unit 6 is a processing circuit that executes the function of the in-vehicle information device 1 and is provided in the main unit 2. The control circuit unit 6 is connected to one end of the electrode unit 7 a provided in the main unit 2, and the circuit unit 3 C is connected to one end of the electrode unit 7 b provided in the operation plate 3. It is connected.
The other end of the electrode part 7a is electrically connected to the other end of the electrode part 7b between the guide slit 2a and the guide part 3a. Power is supplied to the display unit 4 to the circuit unit 3C via the electrode unit 7a and the electrode unit 7b. The operation information of the button unit 5 received by the circuit unit 3C is output from the operation plate 3 to the control circuit unit 6 of the main unit 2 via the electrode unit 7a and the electrode unit 7b.
The guide slit 2 a or the guide portion 3 a has a position sensor (not shown) for detecting the slide position of the operation plate 3. The position information of the operation plate 3 detected by the position sensor is output to the control circuit unit 6. The control circuit unit 6 controls the display of the display unit 4 based on the position information of the operation plate 3 input from the position sensor.
FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the in-vehicle information device 1, and the same components as those in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the in-vehicle information device 1 includes a function switching unit 8, an output control unit 9, and a function execution unit 10. Each function of the function switching unit 8, the output control unit 9, and the function execution unit 10 is realized by the control circuit unit 6.
The function switching unit 8 switches a function of receiving an operation on the operation plate 3 among a plurality of functions provided in the vehicle according to the position of the operation plate 3.
For example, the function switching unit 8 refers to the correspondence data in which the function and the position are associated with each other, and the function corresponding to the position information of the operation plate 3 input from the position sensor is a function that receives the operation with the operation plate 3. Switch to.
The output control unit 9 controls the display on the display unit 4 according to the function set by the function switching unit 8. For example, if the function of receiving an operation on the operation plate 3 is a navigation function, the output control unit 9 causes the display unit 4 to display a map including the vehicle position.
Further, the output control unit 9 switches the mode of the light irradiated on the back side of the button unit 5 according to the position of the operation plate 3. Thereby, the button part 5 can be changed into the aspect according to the function set by the function switching part 8. FIG.
For example, the illumination state of the character or mark printed on the surface of the button unit 5 is changed by switching the color, brightness, and irradiation pattern of the light emitted from the light source 3A-3.
The function execution unit 10 executes the function set by the function switching unit 8 according to the operation of the operation plate 3. For example, when the button unit 5 corresponding to zoom-in is pressed, the function execution unit 10 executes a function of zooming up the map displayed on the display unit 4.
Note that the function execution unit 10 may be provided in an external device controlled by the in-vehicle information device 1. For example, the function execution unit 10 executes the function notified from the function switching unit 8 of the in-vehicle information device 1 in the external device. In this case, the function execution unit 10 is excluded from the configuration of the in-vehicle information device 1.
Although the configuration in which characters or marks are printed on the button unit 5 has been described so far, a plurality of display layers having a characteristic of diffusing light of different colors may be provided on the surface of the button unit 5 in an overlapping manner.
FIG. 5A is a diagram showing a plurality of display layers, and shows a film layer 5a, a display layer 5b, and a display layer 5c. FIG. 5B is a diagram showing a stacked portion 5A composed of the thin film layers of FIG. 5A. FIG. 5C is a diagram illustrating a display mode of the stacked portion 5A when the backlight L1 is irradiated. FIG. 5D is a diagram illustrating a display mode of the stacked portion 5A when the backlight L2 is irradiated.
The film layer 5a is a thin film layer that serves as a protective layer for the display layer 5b and the display layer 5c in the lower layer, and is formed of a material that transmits both the backlights L1 and L2.
The display layer 5b prints the character portion 5b-1 with a material that diffuses the backlight L1 (for example, red light), and transmits the backlight L2 and absorbs the backlight L1 except for the character portion 5b-1. It is formed by printing.
The display layer 5c prints the character portion 5c-1 with a material that diffuses the backlight L2 (for example, blue light), and transmits the backlight L1 and absorbs the backlight L2 except for the character portion 5c-1. It is formed by printing.
The laminated portion 5A is formed by laminating a film layer 5a, a display layer 5b, and a display layer 5c on the surface of the button portion 5.
When the navigation function is set as a function for receiving an operation at the button unit 5, the output control unit 9 controls the light source 3 </ b> A- 3 to irradiate the back surface of the button unit 5 with the backlight L <b> 1.
The backlight L1 passes through the display layer 5c, diffuses at the character portion 5b-1 in the display layer 5b, and is absorbed at a portion other than the character portion 5b-1. Further, since the backlight L1 diffused in the character portion 5b-1 is transmitted through the film layer 5a, the character portion 5b-1 is selectively displayed as shown in FIG. 5C.
Further, when the radio function is set as a function for accepting the operation by the button unit 5, the output control unit 9 controls the light source 3 </ b> A- 3 to irradiate the back surface of the button unit 5 with the backlight L <b> 2.
The backlight L2 is absorbed at a portion of the display layer 5c other than the character portion 5c-1, but diffuses at the character portion 5c-1 and passes through the display layer 5b and further passes through the film layer 5a.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5D, the character portion 5c-1 is selectively displayed.
Note that the character portions 5b-1 and 5c-1 are given as an example, but not limited to characters, marks may be used. By providing such a stacked portion 5A, it is possible to selectively display characters or marks corresponding to each of a plurality of functions.
6A is a cross-sectional arrow view showing an example of the in-vehicle information device taken along line BB in FIG. 2A.
The configuration in which the operation plate 3 has the light source 3A-3 has been described so far, but the configuration may be such that the light of the display unit 4 is irradiated on the back surface of the button unit 5 as shown in FIG. 6A.
For example, the configuration between the back surface of the button unit 5 and the display unit 4 is excluded.
Based on the position information of the operation plate 3 input from the position sensor, the output control unit 9 determines the screen area overlapping the operation plate 3 among the display screens of the display unit 4 as the backlight area 4-3. The output control unit 9 makes the luminance of the backlight area 4-3 higher than the part other than the backlight area 4-3. As a result, the light emitted from the backlight region 4-3 is applied to the back surface of the button unit 5 as a backlight.
With this configuration, the light source 3A-3 is unnecessary, and the button unit 5 can be realized with a simpler configuration.
6B is a cross-sectional arrow view showing another example of the in-vehicle information device taken along line BB of FIG. 2A.
The configuration in which the operation plate 3 operates the switch 3A-2 has been described so far. However, as illustrated in FIG. 6B, the button unit 5 may be configured to touch the touch panel 4-2.
For example, a pusher 5-1 is provided on the back surface of the button unit 5.
The touch panel 4-2 receives the operation of the function set by the function switching unit 8 at a portion facing the back surface of the button unit 5 under the control of the control circuit unit 6. When the button unit 5 is pressed, the pusher 5-1 touches the part. Thereby, the function set by the function switching unit 8 is executed.
With this configuration, the switch 3A-2 is unnecessary, and the button unit 5 can be realized with a simpler configuration.
In addition, although the case where the button part 5 was a push button was shown so far, it is not limited to this. The button unit 5 only needs to be able to switch the operation target according to the position of the operation plate 3, and may be a rotary switch that receives a rotation operation, for example.
As described above, the in-vehicle information device 1 according to Embodiment 1 is provided so as to be movable along the display screen 4, the display screen of the display unit 4, the operation plate 3 having the button unit 5, and the button unit. The function switching unit 8 that switches the function of receiving an operation in accordance with the position of the operation plate 3, and the output control unit that switches the mode of light irradiated to the back side of the button unit 5 in accordance with the position of the operation plate 3. 9. With this configuration, the function of accepting an operation with the button unit 5 can be switched according to the position of the operation plate 3, so that a plurality of functions can be operated without increasing the number of parts. Furthermore, the button unit 5 can be changed to a mode corresponding to the function set by the function switching unit 8.
In the in-vehicle information device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the button unit 5 includes a stacked unit 5A in which display layers 5b and 5c are stacked. The output control unit 9 switches to light of a color corresponding to the position of the operation plate 3 and selectively displays characters or marks on any one of the display layers 5b and 5c. With this configuration, it is possible to selectively display characters or marks corresponding to each of a plurality of functions.
In the in-vehicle information device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the display unit 4 includes the touch panel 4-2, and the button unit 5 performs a touch operation on the touch panel 4-2.
With this configuration, the switch 3A-2 is unnecessary, and the button unit 5 can be realized with a simpler configuration.
In the in-vehicle information device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the output control unit 9 irradiates the back surface of the button unit 5 with the light of the display unit 4. With this configuration, the light source 3A-3 is unnecessary, and the button unit 5 can be realized with a simpler configuration.
