Description

庭院感应灯 技术领域
本发明属于照明技术领域,具体是一种适用于庭院内的内附感应器的庭院感应灯。
背景技术
照明领域中,供庭院内部使用和照明的称为庭院感应灯,庭院感应灯也分很多种,比如有通过直立杆固定在庭园或花坛内的庭院感应灯,或直接固定在墙壁上的庭院感应灯。
从节能和环保方面考虑,家庭内或院子内使用的庭院感应灯通常是单独控制其开关。即是有需要的时候开启,不需要的情况下关闭。因此,每座庭院感应灯均设置有单独控制的开关模组。但庭院感应灯通常是处于较空旷的环境下(如道路边、花坛边、室外的外墙),简单外置的开关模组除了会影响庭院感应灯的美观外,还会因大量的进水或光照直射降低其使用的寿命。
大多数庭院感应灯,感应器和开关调控模组为分体式,不方便消费者使用,也影响灯体外观和造型。
因此,基于上述缺陷,市场上急需提供一种外形美观、使用方便并且使用环境安全的庭院感应灯。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种庭院感应灯,它外形美观、使用方便并且使用环境安全。
其技术方案如下:庭院感应灯,其包括灯臂、盖体、发光源和灯罩。
灯臂具有相互连接的固定端和悬挂端。

在其中一个实施例中,所述连接部与上盖体相互固定,所述连接部的下部设置有内凹的台阶,所述下盖体或固定于下盖体上的开关模组设置有与所述台阶相互配合的卡台。下盖体通过卡合方式与连接部之间连接,下盖体包覆在连接部内,设置于下盖体内的开关模组同时也被开关模组包覆隐藏,防止开关模组裸露于外受到太阳光照或风雨的侵蚀。将开关模组旋转至连接部对应的通孔处,即可对庭院感应灯实施开关控制。操作方便简单。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖体和下盖体之间轴向旋转的角度为75°≤α≤175°。角度小于75°时,旋转角度过小,控制不方便;角度大于175°时,连接部对应的通孔开设较大,通孔越大,在风雨日晒时进入的雨水或光照就越多,从而影响使用寿命。而且较大的通孔也影响外形的美观。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通孔为沿所述旋转角度开设的长槽形。所述通孔也就是开关模组的旋转轨迹。

在其中一个实施例中,所述发光源通过陶瓷灯头固定于灯罩的内侧上方。陶瓷灯头与开关模组相互连接,开关模组与市电连接。

在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖体、连接部、下盖体之间设置有密封件。所述密封件为硅胶密封圈。

图5为本发明实施例所述庭院感应灯的上盖体和连接部固定的结构示意图;

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
本发明所述的一种庭院感应灯,其包括灯臂、盖体、发光源32和灯罩31。
如图1、图2所示,灯臂具有相互连接的固定端11和悬挂端12。固定端11和悬挂端12可以一体成型,也可以为分别连接的固定端11和悬挂端12。固定端11上开设有与墙体固定的螺孔,悬挂端12往外延伸一定距离。
如图3、图4所示,盖体固定悬挂于所述悬挂端12,盖体包括通过轴向旋转的方式转动连接的上盖体21和下盖体23,所述上盖体21和下盖体23之间轴向旋转的角度为90°。图3所示为旋转前的示意图,图4所示为轴向旋转的角度为90°后的示意图。盖体还包括与所述上盖体21固定连接的连接部22,以及开关模组24。所述连接部22的下部设置有内凹的台阶,所述下盖体23或固定于下盖体23上的开关模组24设置有与所述台阶相互配合的卡台。如图5所示,开关模组24固定于所述下盖体23的上部并设于所述连接部22内,旋转下盖体23时,开关模组24同时跟着旋转。所述连接部22开设有与开关模组24对应的通孔25。所述开关模组24包括相互电路连接的红外感应器和开关旋扭241。根据开关模组24的结构,本实施例中的通孔25为沿所述旋转角度开设的长槽形。所述通孔25也就是开关模组24的旋转轨迹。所述上盖体21、连接部22、下盖体23之间设置有密封件。所述密封件为硅胶密封圈。
在本实施例中,所述开关模组24为一体式的灯具感应器和感应开关调控模 组,通过上盖体21和下盖体24之间的旋转来进行开关调控。当处于工作状态下,灯体的灯具感应器面向正前方。通过旋转上盖体或下盖体,可展现出灯具感应器背后的调控按钮。当灯具感应器调控完成时,将其旋转回原来的样子庭院感应灯并可正常工作。
在本实施例中,下盖体23通过卡合方式与连接部22活动连接,设置于下盖体23内的开关模组24同时被连接部22包覆隐藏,防止开关模组24裸露于外受到太阳光照或风雨的侵蚀。将开关模组24旋转至连接部22对应的通孔25处,即可对庭院感应灯实施开关控制。操作方便简单。
本实施例中,所述连接部22与上盖体21固定连接,且所述连接部22上设通孔25,当开关模组24跟随下盖体23旋转至使用位置时,开关模组24在通孔25处露出,通孔25用于开关模组24与外界连通,方便用户操作使用。将开关模组24相应地旋至隐藏位置时,开关模组24被连接部22隐藏以达到外形美观的目的,同时也防止开关模组24裸露于外受到太阳光照或风雨的侵蚀。
灯罩31固定于所述下盖体23的下方,灯罩31内设有发光源32,所述发光源32与所述开关模组24电路连接。所述灯罩31可以为玻璃灯罩31或透光性较好的塑胶灯罩31,所述发光源32可以为白炽灯或LED灯。所述发光源32通过陶瓷灯头33固定于灯罩31的内侧上方。陶瓷灯头33与开关模组24相互连接,开关模组24与市电连接。
实施时,市电将电能供应到开关模组24,用户可以根据开关模组24选择红外感应开关或人工开关,开关启动后,电能通过导线送到与陶瓷灯头33固定连接的发光源32,发光源32开启。
在另外一个实施例,如图6、图7所示,所述连接部22与下盖体23相互固定,开关模组24在通孔25处露出。所述上盖体21的下部设置有环状的波浪形凸起211,所述连接部22的上部设置有与所述波浪形凸起211相互咬合的凹槽221。凹槽221为环状的波浪形凸起211相互配合的环形凹槽221。波浪形凸起211和凹槽221之间为过盈配合。所述相互咬合的波浪形凸起211和凹槽221的个数为至少两条。在实施时,波浪形凸起211沿所述凹槽221呈环状旋转,从而令上盖体21与下盖体23相互旋转。将固定于连接部22上的开关模组24相 应地旋至使用位置或隐藏位置。本实施例中,使用位置可以是所述庭院感应灯经常朝向使用者的一侧,例如庭院内供行人通过的道路一侧设有所述庭院感应灯,则使用位置即为庭院感应灯朝向道路的一侧,隐藏位置即为庭院感应灯背向道路的一侧。在不需要操作该庭院感应灯时,将上盖体21相对下盖体23旋转,使开关模组24背向道路的一侧,行人观察不到开关模组24。当需要操作该庭院感应灯时,则可将上盖体21相对下盖体23旋转,使开关模组24朝向道路的一侧,以方便对该庭院感应灯的操作。
通过凸起与凹槽之间的相互配合,进一步防止上盖体21与下盖体23在旋转时脱落。多条波浪形凸起211令结构更为紧凑,上盖体21与下盖体23在旋转时更稳固。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种庭院感应灯,其特征在于包括:
    灯臂,具有相互连接的固定端和悬挂端;
    盖体,包括上盖体、下盖体、连接部和开关模组,所述上盖体与所述悬挂端固定连接,所述上盖体和下盖体转动连接,所述连接部与所述上盖体或下盖体连接,所述连接部开设有与开关模组对应的通孔,开关模组固定于所述下盖体的上部并设于所述连接部内;
    发光源,与所述开关模组电路连接;
    灯罩,固定于所述下盖体的下方,并罩设发光源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述连接部与下盖体相互固定,所述上盖体的下部设置有波浪形凸起,所述连接部的上部设置有与所述波浪形凸起相互咬合的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述相互咬合的波浪形凸起和凹槽的个数为至少两条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述连接部与上盖体相互固定,所述连接部的下部设置有内凹的台阶,所述下盖体或固定于下盖体上的开关模组设置有与所述台阶相互配合的卡台。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述上盖体和下盖体之间的旋转角度为75°≤α≤175°。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述通孔为沿所述旋转角度开设的长槽形,
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述发光源为白炽灯或LED灯。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述发光源通过陶瓷灯头固定于灯罩的内侧上方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述开关模组包括相互电路连接的红外感应器和开关旋扭。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的庭院感应灯,其特征在于:所述上盖体、连接 部、下盖体之间设置有密封件。
