Abstract

本发明涉及一种发声装置中音圈的连接结构及发声装置,包括FPCB板、具有两根引线的音圈,所述FPCB板连接在音圈下端面上位于音圈引线的位置,且所述音圈的两根引线连接到FPCB板的电路中;还包括连接线,所述连接线的一端连接在FPCB板的焊盘上;还包括将部分连接线支撑在FPCB板上的支撑部。本发明的连接结构,通过在音圈的下端设置FPCB板,使得可以通过FPCB板以及连接线将音圈的引线与外部电路连接在一起,这就避免了因音圈引线材质的限制而导致的振动断裂问题,保证了该连接结构的稳定性。另外,通过支撑部使连接线与FPCB板保持一定的距离,可以避免振动时连接线与FPCB板的擦碰。

Description

发声装置中音圈的连接结构及发声装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种发声装置中的振动系统,尤其涉及振动系统中的音圈结构;本发明还涉及一种发声装置。
背景技术
扬声器是电子设备中的重要声学部件,其为一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件。现有的扬声器模组,包括外壳,以及设置在外壳内的磁路系统以及振动系统,所述振动系统包括振膜以及设置在振膜下方的音圈。音圈在磁路系统的振动作用下驱动振膜进行发声。
振动系统中的音圈由漆包线缠绕而成,漆包线的两个自由端一般设置在音圈的两端,在与外部电路进行连接的时候,该漆包线的两端从音圈延伸出去,并焊接在壳体的焊盘上,以与外部电路连接在一起。上述结构的音圈在振动的时候,漆包线的两端也会随着音圈进行振动,但是由于漆包线的材质特性,其可能会发生断裂,造成发声装置的失效。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供了一种发声装置中音圈的连接结构。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种发声装置中音圈的连接结构,包括FPCB板、具有两根引线的音圈,所述FPCB板连接在音圈下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,且所述音圈的两根引线连接到FPCB板的电路中;还包括连接线,所述连接线的一端连接在FPCB板的焊盘上;还包括将部分连接线支撑在FPCB板上的支撑部。
可选地,所述支撑部设置在邻近焊盘的位置。
可选地,所述支撑部为PI材料。
可选地,所述支撑部的一端粘接在FPCB板上,所述连接线粘接在支 撑部的另一端。
可选地,所述支撑部的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。
可选地,所述FPCB板设置有一个,其呈与音圈下端面形状匹配的环形。
可选地,所述FPCB板设置有两个,分别粘接在音圈下端面的两个引线位置。
可选地,所述音圈呈长方形,所述音圈的两个引线位于音圈的短边上。
可选地,所述连接线为锦丝线。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种发声装置,包括上述的连接结构。
本发明的连接结构,通过在音圈的下端设置FPCB板,使得可以通过FPCB板以及连接线将音圈的引线与外部电路连接在一起,这就避免了因音圈引线材质的限制而导致的振动断裂问题,保证了该连接结构的稳定性。另外,通过支撑部使连接线与FPCB板保持一定的距离,可以避免振动时连接线与FPCB板的擦碰。
通过以下参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例的详细描述,本发明的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

参考图1、图2,本发明提供了一种发声装置中音圈的连接结构,其包括FPCB板2、具有两根引线的音圈1。音圈1可以由漆包线逐层缠绕而成,其整体可以呈正方形或者长方形等。音圈1的两根引线分别位于音圈相对的两端。例如当音圈1选择长方形结构时,其两根引线可以分别位于音圈的两个短边上或者长边上。这种音圈的结构属于本领域技术人员的公知常识,在此不再具体说明。
所述FPCB板2连接在音圈1下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,FPCB板2可以通过粘接的方式连接在音圈1的下端面上。在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述FPCB板2设置有一个,其呈与音圈1下端面形状匹配的环形。例如音圈1的截面呈长方形,则所述FPCB板2呈与其匹配的长方形。FPCB板2与音圈1的环状下端面粘接在一起。
在本发明另一个具体的实施方式中,所述FPCB板2可以设置有两个,该两个FPCB板2分别粘接在音圈1下端面的两个引线位置,使得一根引线可以对应一个FPCB板2。
本发明的引线需要连接到FPCB板2的电路中,使得FPCB板2可以起到转接、枢纽的作用。为此,本发明的连接结构,还包括连接线5,所述连接线5的一端例如可通过焊接的方式连接在FPCB板2的焊盘4上。本发明的连接线5的另一端用于与外部电路连接在一起,例如,其可以直接连接到外部电路中,也可以连接到发声装置用于与外部终端连接的焊盘上。连接线5可以采用本领域技术人员所熟知的锦丝线等。
本发明的连接结构,还包括将部分连接线5支撑在FPCB板2上的支撑部3,参考图1、图2。本发明的支撑部3例如可以粘接在FPCB板2上,连接线5的相应部分可以粘接在支撑部3上。通过该支撑部3可以使FPCB板2与连接线5之间保持一定的距离,在FPCB板2随着音圈振动的时候,可以避免连接线5与FPCB板2之间的擦碰。
本发明的连接结构,通过在音圈的下端设置FPCB板,使得可以通过FPCB板以及连接线5将音圈的引线与外部电路连接在一起,这就避免了因音圈引线材质的限制而导致的振动断裂问题,保证了该连接结构的稳定性。另外,通过支撑部使连接线与FPCB板保持一定的距离,可以避免振动时连接线与FPCB板的擦碰。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述支撑部3设置在邻近焊盘4的位置,也就是说,该支撑部3邻近连接线5与FPCB板2焊接的位置。连接线5从焊盘4的位置开始,经过支撑部3支撑后,通过弯曲变形向外引出,避免了连接线5与FPCB板2的接触。
本发明的支撑部3可以采用PI材料,当然对于本领域的技术人员而言,还可以采用其它较软的塑料材质等。连接线5与FPCB板2之间的距离取决于支撑部3的厚度,在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述支撑部3的厚度可以在0.1mm-0.2mm之间。
本发明还提供了一种发声装置,其包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括上述的连接结构以及振膜等,磁路系统包括由磁铁构成的磁间隙。音圈的引线通过上述的方式连接到外部电路中,可以大大提高发声装置的结构稳定性。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声装置中音圈的连接结构,其特征在于:包括FPCB板(2)、具有两根引线的音圈(1),所述FPCB板(2)连接在音圈(1)下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,且所述音圈(1)的两根引线连接到FPCB板(2)的电路中;还包括连接线(5),所述连接线(5)的一端连接在FPCB板(2)的焊盘(4)上;还包括将部分连接线(5)支撑在FPCB板(2)上的支撑部(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部(3)设置在邻近焊盘(4)的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部(3)为PI材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部(3)的一端粘接在FPCB板(2)上,所述连接线(5)粘接在支撑部(3)的另一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部(3)的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述FPCB板(2)设置有一个,其呈与音圈(1)下端面形状匹配的环形。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述FPCB板(2)设置有两个,分别粘接在音圈(1)下端面的两个引线位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述音圈(1)呈长方形,所述音圈(1)的两个引线位于音圈(1)的短边上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述连接线(5)为锦丝线。
  10. 一种发声装置,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的连接结构。
