Abstract

A spraying system for dishwashers is disclosed. A sprinkler (e) moves in a motorized and linear, reciprocating manner by sliding on a rail (d) and there are water jet spouts rotating on the sprinkler (e) at the same time. The spraying system can wash the dishes located at the corners and can change the washing pattern. The spraying system can be fixedly mounted on the bottom of a basket.

Description

A WATER SPRAYER SYSTEM FOR A DISHWASHER
Technical field related to invention
This invention is related to_washing method of dishwashers. It works with one or one more engine system. The water sprayer which has the same size at the dishwasher basket moves forward and backward and wash the dishes.
Sprayer can be moved with all kinds of gear system, rail system, pallet system and roller system. Sprayer and mover system are fixed at the models that has two baskets. Sprayers can be remove or attach with basket. However third sprayer at the top , fixed to dishwasher's ceiling at the three baskets models. It is totally indepented from basket and third sprayer. The third sprayer remains stationary even if the basket moved back and forth.
In this system, there are nozzles which can rotate on its axis and nozzles which can spray the water straight. Furthermore you can set all diffrent kinds of nozzles. Thanks to these nozzles you can change the washing pattern and you can get higher efficiency by increasing washing variety.
The most important feature is ; the sprinkler in the washer moves in a regular linear axis and it can even reach the dish at the corner. This is an innovative invention. This invention provides more hygiene and cleaning with less detergent . Moreover it increases washing quality.
State of known technique
Two types of systems are used in the products produced today; a) Rotary sprinkler system
In this system the pressurized water from the circulation pump works by turning around its own axis by means of the water channels on the sprinklers connected to the center. There isn't any engines, the sprinklers completely rotate using the pushing force of the water.
The sprinklers move in a circular manner, so they cannot send water to the corners of dishwasher in square or rectangular dishwashers. This system cannot wash dishes completely left on the corners. Even sometimes the dishwashers cannot wash at all.
b) Water wall sprinkler system
In this system, there is a water spray system in the lower rear corner of the machine, which consists of several nozzles, which pressurize and spray parallel to the floor. The pressurized water coming straight from these nozzles bumps into the water wall, which runs from right to left and has a 45 degree angle on it. Thus the water sent vertically increases the washing performance. A special rail in the water wall changes the flow points of the water by moving it from front to back and from back to front by means of a motor. But not all of the water vertically upward movement during impact. It diffuses in some different directions. Which also reduces performance.
The second weakness of the system is that only the lower basket can be applied. While in the upper basket, the old type sprinkler system, which rotates around its own axis, is still used. This shows that an innovative system is still not implemented at the upper basket. Also, when the lower basket is taken out, there are quite a few pieces that are unpleasant in appearance. It is very difficult to intervene in these materials for cleaning the washing machine. The technical problems that the invention aims to solve
The boilers of dishwashers are produced square and rectangular. The sprinkler cannot reach the gaps in the corners as a circular rotating sprinkler system is used for washing. This greatly influences washing performance.
The washing at the corners is provided by the water being pushed to the walls of the machine. Therefore, the dishes placed on the corners where the sprinkler cannot reach cannot be fully washed if it is too dirty. This leads to the weakness of washing in dishwashers.
Rectangle shaped machines are worse off. The length of the sprinkler can not reach the many parts of the long part because it can not pass the gauge of the narrow part. This causes many washing problems.
The dishwashers we have developed have a sprinkler system that can easily reach the dishes left at the corners. The sprinklers in the dishwasher and the basket-mounted sprinklers have equal measurements across the machine. These sprinklers send water to the farthest corner of the boiler, as they move from the front wall to the rear wall and from the rear wall to the front wall on the rails in the baskets. So that a high performance washing is made.
Moreover, the shape of the square or rectangle of machine does not reduce the cleaning
performance. The system can be installed and used whatever the machine measures. Under normal conditions it is not possible to encounter any dirty washing problem.
In order to achieve the object of the invention, the sprinkler system which can easily reach the dishes remaining at the corners of the dishwashers is shown in the following figures.

Explanation of the invention The endless shaft (b) is attached to the rear side of the dishwasher body, vertically positioned at the bottom of the lower plate to extend to the upper plate, and moved by an electric motor(a). This shaft power is transferred into the body(c) by means of a toothed coupling device mounted to the dishwasher body by means of vertically running marutine gear (n). 4 marutine gears are used, 1 in the lower basket, 2 in the middle basket (due to basket adjustment) and 1 upper sprinkler.
As can be seen, the infinite shaft (b) moves the 3 sprinklers by means of a motor by means of the marutine gear(n). The system can operate every sprinkler of the machine and new types of washing technology are used throughout the baskets. The top basket rail (d) and the sprinkler (e) is fixedly mounted on the bottom of the body. Thus, even if the top basket is removed, the sprinkler remains fixed on the ceiling of the body. When the basket is pushed into place, the sprinkler nipple (g) under the baskets squeezes into the insertion apparatus and transfers the movement force to the fountain via the rail (d). Thus, the sprinklers move straight from front to back and from back to front in the machine
Below the baskets there is a shaft (j) which will allow the sprinklers in the same direction as the rail to slide smoothly. This prevents the f sprinklers under the basket from rotating about their axis. Since the sprinkler(e), rail (d), and balancer shaft (j) are installed in the spindle baskets, when the baskets are removed, the inside of the boiler is completely empty. Thus, boiler cleaning can be done easily. In addition, the aesthetic image does not deteriorate because there is no material in the boiler.
When the basket is pushed into place, marutine gears (n) connected to infinite shaft are firmly inserted into the toothed insertion apparatus (g) to send motion energy into the boiler. The sprinkler nipples (g) transfers the energy of rotation from marutine gears to the rail (d). The inside of these apparatuses is made so that the shaft connecting jaw in the push-in dishwasher baskets will sit.
The water connection pipes(p) are placed from the rear and the outside of the machine, from the top to the bottom, parallel to the infinite shaft. A system that is firmly fixed to the back of the body is fitted. The hose connectrons(i) in the baskets are provided when the baskets of the hose protrusions fit into the hose system (m) when the baskets are pushed in.
Movable and soft hoses are placed under the baskets to work parallel to the fountain. These hoses carry the water from the pump to the fountains. Thus, moving fisks, moving and soft hoses, healthy water is sent. Water loss is prevented during transportation.
How the invention is applied to the industrialization It can be easily used in household dishwashers, industrial dishwashers, carpet washing machines, car and car washing machines. It is also possible to use it in all types of washing systems, small or large, where the washing process is carried out.
The technical problem mentioned above is a product that can successfully produce a sprinkler system that can easily reach the dishes remaining at the corners in dishwashers. The differences between them are only due to the technical structure.

Claims
1.The invention is a sprinkler system for easily accessing dishwashers in dishwashers, characterized by having a stabilizing shaft or shafts (j) on the rail / rails (d) and parallel to the rails / rails, which facilitates the smooth movement of the fountains so as to prevent the sprinklers (e) below the basket (f) from turning about their axis.
2. The spraying system according to claim 1 , wherein the dishwashers are easily accessible to the dishes remaining at the corners, characterized by water spray nozzles and moving nozzles (r) rotating on their sprinklers(e).
3. The spout according to claim 1 , wherein the dishwasher has a sprinkler system that is easily accessible to dishes remaining at the corners and has endless spindle teeth (n) that can move the 3 sprinklers (e) with the use of one or more motors (a).

The washing machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that the washing machine has a sprinkler system which can easily reach the dishes remaining at the corners, and in two or three motor (a) systems, it can optionally have sprinklers (e) which can also move separately from each other at different times and times.
5. The sprinkler system according to claim 1 , wherein the dishwashers are easily accessible to the dishes remaining at the corners, characterized in that the dishwasher and the basket (f)-mounted sprinklers (e ) are eq ually spaced across the machine (c).

7. A sprinkler system according to claim 1 , wherein the dishwashers are easily accessible to dishes remaining at the corners, It has a moving and blown water hose (h)which can be transported by means of a hose(h) to the sprinklers (e).
