滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及洗衣机技术领域，例如涉及一种滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，滚筒洗衣机的应用也越来越广，其中商用滚筒洗衣机的使用也越来越多。相关技术中的商用滚筒洗衣机通常是体积大、重量重，而且在其台面上方会摆放配套使用的干衣机。
相关技术中商用滚筒洗衣机在维修内部零部件时，需要将其前板组件拆卸下来。通常前板组件拆卸顺序为自上而下，即需要先将台面拆掉，然后再从内部拆掉前板组件的紧固螺钉，之后才能拆除掉前板组件，但是由于相关技术中商用滚筒洗衣机的台面上方一般摆放干衣机，所以在维修中往往需要搬开干衣机后，才能拆开前板组件进行内部零部件的维修，导致操作人员费时费力。
发明内容
本公开提供一种滚筒洗衣机，无需拆卸台面即可快速、高效的对滚筒洗衣机进行维修。
一种滚筒洗衣机，包括箱体，设于箱体上部的台面，以及与箱体可拆卸连接的前板组件，所述前板组件包括由下至上均可拆卸的连接于箱体前侧的下前板和前板，以及可拆卸的卡接于台面的控制盘。
可选地，所述下前板和前板均通过挂件以及紧固件可拆卸的连接于所述箱体。
可选地，所述挂件安装在所述箱体上，所述下前板和前板上设有与挂件相配合的挂件孔；或者，
所述挂件安装在所述下前板和前板上，所述箱体上设有挂件孔，挂件孔设置为供挂件可拆卸的安装于箱体。
可选地，所述挂件安装在所述箱体与下前板和前板上端部位置处；或者，
所述挂件安装在所述下前板和前板上端部位置处。
可选地，所述挂件包括挂件本体，位于挂件本体一端的至少两个定位柱，所述挂件本体沿定位柱轴向方向贯通的开设有通孔，且所述挂件本体上设有卡 槽，所述挂件通过所述定位柱以及通孔安装在所述箱体或安装在下前板和前板上。
可选地，所述挂件本体上设有过渡斜面。
可选地，所述挂件孔包括第一孔，第一孔设置为供挂件本体可拆卸的安装于箱体，以及第二孔，第二孔设置为供卡槽可拆卸的安装于箱体，所述第一孔和第二孔相互连通。
可选地，所述控制盘通过卡接组件可拆卸的卡接于所述台面。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供一种滚筒洗衣机，如图1所示，包括箱体1，设于箱体1上部 的台面2，以及与箱体1可拆卸连接的前板组件，其中该前板组件包括由下至上均可拆卸的连接于箱体1前侧的下前板3以及前板4，以及可拆卸的卡接于台面2的控制盘5，上述控制盘5下端可由前板4支撑。本实施例通过由下至上均可拆卸的连接于箱体1前侧的下前板3以及前板4，以及可拆卸的卡接于台面2的控制盘5，在需要对滚筒洗衣机进行维修时，可先拆卸位于下端的下前板3，随后拆卸位于中间位置的前板4，最后拆卸位于上端的控制盘5，无需拆卸台面2即可快速、高效的实现对滚筒洗衣机的维修，使得操作人员维修方便省力，提高了维修效率，实现了方便快捷维修。
本实施例中，如图1和图2所示，上述下前板3和前板4均通过挂件6以及紧固件可拆卸的连接于箱体1。本实施例中，上述挂件6可以安装在箱体1与下前板3和前板4上端部相对应的位置处，此时下前板3和前板4上设有与挂件6相配合的挂件孔7(图5所示)。上述挂件6也可以安装在下前板3和前板4的上端部的位置处，此时箱体1上设有与挂件6相配合的挂件孔7。通过挂件6与挂件孔7的配合，能够将上述下前板3和前板4可拆卸的安装在箱体1上，以便于维修时，对下前板3和前板4的拆卸。
可参照图3和图4，上述挂件6包括挂件本体61，位于挂件本体61一端的至少两个定位柱62，挂件本体61的中心位置处沿定位柱62轴向方向贯通的开设有通孔63，且挂件本体61上设有卡槽64，上述挂件6通过定位柱62以及通孔63安装在所述箱体1或者安装在下前板3和前板4上。
在本实施例中，可参照图2，上述挂件6安装在箱体1上，并且该挂件6通过定位柱62穿设在箱体1的孔内，并通过螺钉穿过通孔63，将挂件本体61固定安装在箱体1上。下前板3和前板4则通过挂件孔7与挂件6的卡槽64配合，实现与箱体1可拆卸连接的第一步。
本实施例中，上述挂件本体61上设有过渡斜面65(图4所示)，该过渡斜面65的设置，能够使下前板3和前板4更顺利的安装在箱体1上。
可参照图5，挂件孔7包括与挂件本体61大小相匹配的第一孔71，以及与所述卡槽64大小相匹配的第二孔72，所述第一孔71和第二孔72相互连通，本实施例中，上述挂件孔7设置在下前板3以及前板4上，且上述第二孔72位于第一孔71的下方。通过设置第一孔71，在安装下前板3以及前板4时，下前板3以及前板4上的第一孔71会先正对箱体1上的挂件6，在挂件6穿过第一孔71后，向上推下前板3以及前板4，此时挂件6会相对于第一孔71向下移动， 并且通过其上的卡槽64卡接在第二孔72内，即可完成下前板3以及前板4与箱体1连接的第一步。
本实施例中，如图2所示，上述下前板3以及前板4上均开设有安装孔(图中未标出)，在箱体1下端固定连接有下前板支架11，在下前板支架11上方设有加强件12，在箱体1位于台面2的下方设有前横梁13(图1所示)，上述紧固件为螺钉，在完成下前板3与箱体1连接的第一步后，通过螺钉穿过安装孔并与下前板支架11螺纹连接，即可完成下前板3与箱体1连接的第二步，即最终完成了下前板3与箱体1的可拆卸连接。
本实施例中，在完成前板4与箱体1连接的第一步后，通过螺钉穿过安装孔并与上述加强件12以及前横梁13螺纹连接，即可完成前板4与箱体1连接的第二步，最终实现前板4与箱体1的可拆卸连接。
本实施例中，可参照图6，上述控制盘5通过卡接组件8可拆卸的卡接于台面2。
本实施例中，如图7-9所示，该卡接组件8包括安装在台面2上的锁体81，以及锁片82，锁片82第一端弹性卡装在控制盘5上，第二端弹性卡接在锁体81的锁孔811内，实现控制盘5与台面2的连接。
本实施例中，在控制盘5下端开设有安装孔，该控制盘5通过螺钉穿过安装孔并与箱体1上端的前横梁13螺纹连接，进一步对控制盘5安装固定。
本实施例的上述滚筒洗衣机，在需要进行维修时，需要拆卸前板组件，首先将固定下前板3的紧固件旋拧下来，随后向下移动下前板3，使得下前板3上的挂件孔7的第一孔71正对挂件6，随后即可将下前板3取出；之后以同样的原理取出前板4；随后，将固定控制盘5的紧固件旋拧下来，之后左右向外拉动控制盘5，控制盘5上的锁片82脱离台面2上的锁体81，即可完成控制盘5的拆卸。
通过上述拆卸方式，本实施例的滚筒洗衣机无需拆卸台面2即可快速、高效的实现对其的维修。
工业实用性
本公开的滚筒洗衣机，无需拆卸台面即可快速、高效的实现对滚筒洗衣机的维修，提高了维修效率，实现了方便快捷维修。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机，包括箱体(1)，设于所述箱体(1)上部的台面(2)，以及与所述箱体(1)可拆卸连接的前板组件，其中，所述前板组件包括由下至上均可拆卸的连接于所述箱体(1)前侧的下前板(3)和前板(4)，以及可拆卸的卡接于所述台面(2)的控制盘(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机，其中，所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)均通过挂件(6)以及紧固件可拆卸的连接于所述箱体(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机，其中，所述挂件(6)安装在所述箱体(1)上，所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)上设有与所述挂件(6)相配合的挂件孔(7)；或者，
    所述挂件(6)安装在所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)上，所述箱体(1)上设有所述挂件孔(7)，所述挂件孔(7)设置为供所述挂件(6)可拆卸的安装于所述箱体(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机，其中，所述挂件(6)安装在所述箱体(1)与所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)上端部位置处；或者，
    所述挂件(6)安装在所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)上端部位置处。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的滚筒洗衣机，其中，所述挂件(6)包括挂件本体(61)，位于所述挂件本体(61)一端的至少两个定位柱(62)，所述挂件本体(61)沿所述定位柱(62)轴向方向贯通的开设有通孔(63)，且所述挂件本体(61)上设有卡槽(64)，所述挂件(6)通过所述定位柱(62)以及所述通孔(63)安装在所述箱体(1)或安装在所述下前板(3)和所述前板(4)上。
