Abstract
一种空调器,包括电机组件,电机组件包括设置在基座部件(g330)上的电机支座(g210)及安装于电机支座(g210)上的电机(g220),电机支座(g210)与基座部件(g330)抽拉配合,电机支座(g210)可抽拉地拆装于基座部件(g330)。
Description
本发明涉及空调技术领域,具体涉及一种空调器。
分体挂壁式空调器作为普遍使用的家用电器,能否保持空调器长久使用的一个重要因素就是其驱动部件电机能否长久使用。由此,为保证空调器使用的稳定和使用寿命的延长,在空调器使用一段时间后,就需要售后人员对电机进行售后保养维修操作。
目前,在空调器中,电机布置在空调器内部,通过螺钉固定在空调器的底壳上,并通过电机端盖把电机位置锁定。这样,在售后人员进行售后保养维修操作时,售后人员需要进行多次拆卸螺钉操作并将电机取出,同时由于空调器内部空间狭小,操作空间受到限制,上述售后保养维修操作工作量大,同时操作困难,提高了售后保养维修的成本。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种空调器,以解决现有技术中对空调器中电机进行售后保养维修工作工作量大,操作困难,售后成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空调器,包括电机组件,电机组件包括设置在基座部件上的电机支座及安装于电机支座上的电机,电机支座与基座部件抽拉配合,电机支座可抽拉地拆装于基座部件。
进一步地,电机支座与基座部件通过配合结构抽拉配合,配合结构包括设置在电机支座与基座部件二者之一的滑轨,以及二者另一的滑槽。
进一步地,滑轨及滑槽沿空调器的长度方向延伸。
进一步地,空调器还包括用于将处于工作位置的电机及电机支座锁定在基座部件上的锁定机构。
进一步地,锁定机构与基座部件一体成型。
进一步地,锁定机构为与基座部件一体成型的弹性端盖卡扣,对应的在电机组件上设置有与弹性端盖卡扣相适配的卡槽,在电机组件处于工作位置,弹性端盖卡扣和卡槽相配合以将电机组件锁定在基座部件上。
进一步地,锁定机构包括电机端盖,电机端盖一端与电机组件固定连接,另一端与基座部件卡合,电机端盖用于对电机组件进行在空调器的长度方向的限位。
进一步地,电机端盖上开设有安装孔,对应的在电机组件上开设有与安装孔配合的配合孔,螺钉穿过安装孔和配合孔以将电机端盖与电机组件连接,电机端盖上开设有端盖卡扣,基座部件上设置有与端盖卡扣配合的卡槽。
进一步地,锁定机构还包括设置在电机组件远离电机端盖的一端的电机压板,电机压板与电机配合以实现对电机组件在空调器的前后方向限位。
进一步地,电机中的电机轴通过快拆连接机构与空调器中的风叶轴传动连接。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.在本发明的空调器中,由于电机组件中的电机支座与基座部件可抽拉
地配合,在需要对空调器内部的电机组件进行售后维修时,只需要在拆开侧面板后,将处于工作位置的电机组件从空调器的内部抽拉出来进行拆卸即可,而无需在空调器内部进行电机组件的拆卸工作,降低了空调器中电机组件售后维修的难度,节省了售后维修成本。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示,针对目前空调器中电机组件不便于在售后维修中进行拆卸维修的问题,本发明实施例提供一种空调器,包括电机组件,电机组件包括设置在基座部件g330上的电机支座g210及安装于电机支座g210上的电机g220,电机支座g210与基座部件g330抽拉配合,电机支座g210可抽拉地拆装于基座部件g330。这样由于空调器中的电机组件中的电机支座g210可相对于基座部件g330可抽拉地拆装,在需要对空调器内部的电机组件进行售后维修时,只需要在拆开右侧板g282后,将处于工作位置的电机组件从空调器的内部抽拉出来进行拆卸即可,而无需在空调器内部进行电机组件的拆卸工作,降低了空调器中电机组件售后维修的难度,节省了售后维修成本。
本实施例的空调器更具体的是适用于电机轴和与被驱动部件可快速拆卸的空调器中,例如电机轴和风叶轴通过螺旋卡爪和螺旋卡槽实现快速的
连接和拆卸的空调器中。由于电机组件中的电机轴与风叶轴无需旋拧螺钉即可在电机停止工作时分离,这样电机支座g210与基座部件g330之间通过轨道的形式可抽拉配合,在进行电机g220的售后维修时,只需要将电机支座g210沿着滑轨g211滑出,而电机g220与风叶此时可以通过快拆结构实现可靠分离,达到了方便装配和快速维修电机g220的目的。
具体的,本发明实施例中的配合结构包括设置在电机支座g210上的滑槽g231,以及设置在基座部件g330上与滑槽g231配合的滑轨g211,这样实现电机支座g210与基座部件g330可抽拉配合的结构简单,滑槽g231优选采用与电机支座g210一体成型的方式,滑轨g211优选采用与基座部件g330一体成型的方式。可以理解的是,配合结构也可以是包括设置在电机支座g210上的滑轨(未图示),以及设置在基座部件g330上与滑轨配合的滑槽(未图示),上述方式均能够实现电机组件在基座上的可抽拉拆卸。
优选地,如图3所示,滑轨g211的截面为L型,滑槽g231的截面为倒L型,这样滑轨g211和滑槽g231可以相互啮合,起到一个限位的作用。
如图2所示,本实施例中的滑轨g211及滑槽g231沿空调器的长度方向延伸,具体可根据电机g220布置的位置和方式来决定滑轨g211及滑槽g231的延伸方向。
优选地,本实施例中的空调器还包括用于将处于工作位置的电机g220及电机支座g210锁定在基座部件g330上的锁定机构,这样可以保证处于工作状态的电机g220,例如带动风叶转动工作过程中的电机g220位置的稳定,提高电机g220运转过程中的稳定性。
进一步参见图3和图4,具体地,本实施例中的锁定机构包括电机端盖
g240,电机端盖g240一端与电机组件固定连接,另一端与基座部件g330卡合,电机端盖g240用于对电机组件进行在空调器的长度方向(图中的左右方向)的限位。更具体地,电机端盖g240上开设有安装孔,对应的在电机组件上开设有与安装孔配合的配合孔,螺钉g270穿过安装孔和配合孔以将电机端盖g240与电机组件连接,电机端盖g240上开设有端盖卡扣g241,基座部件g330上设置有与端盖卡扣g241配合的卡槽g233。
本实施例中的锁定机构还包括设置在电机组件远离电机端盖g240的一端的电机压板g250,电机压板g250与电机g220配合以实现对电机组件在空调器的前后方向限位,也即空调器底座壳体的法向方向进行限位。
下面将结合图1至图4对具有本实施例的空调器的维修和保养工作进行说明,首先把空调器中的右侧板g282手动滑出,本实施例中的电器盒r172与基座部件g330是通过导轨形式进行装配,首先把固定电器盒r172的螺钉g270拆卸下来,然后手动拉动电器盒r172沿着导轨延伸方向滑动直至滑出。再者拆卸电机端盖g240的螺钉g270,把电机端盖g240拆卸,此时电机g220和电机支座g210就可以沿着轨道延伸方向手动拉出完成拆卸工作。通过以上操作流程,实现电机g220与风叶的完全性可靠分离,电机g220拉出暴露,达到了快速维修保养电机g220的目的。按照以上流程的逆向操作,完成维修后的装配,达到了方便装配和快速维修电机g220的目的。
实施例2
在本实施例中(未图示),锁定机构与基座一体成型,具体锁定机构可以为与基座一体成型的弹性端盖卡扣,对应的在电机组件上设置有与弹性端盖卡扣相适配的卡槽,卡槽具体是可以设置在电机支座上,在电机组件
处于工作位置,弹性端盖卡扣和卡槽相配合以将电机组件锁定在基座上,保证电机在工作位置工作的平稳。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

- 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括电机组件,所述电机组件包括设置在基座部件(g330)上的电机支座(g210)及安装于所述电机支座(g210)上的电机(g220),所述电机支座(g210)与所述基座部件(g330)抽拉配合,所述电机支座(g210)可抽拉地拆装于所述基座部件(g330)。
- 根据权利要求1空调器,其特征在于,所述电机支座(g210)与所述基座部件(g330)通过配合结构抽拉配合,所述配合结构包括设置在所述电机支座(g210)与所述基座部件(g330)二者之一的滑轨(g211),以及二者另一的滑槽(g231)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述滑轨(g211)及滑槽(g231)沿所述空调器的长度方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器还包括用于将处于工作位置的所述电机(g220)及电机支座(g210)锁定在所述基座部件(g330)上的锁定机构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构与所述基座部件一体成型。
- 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构为与所述基座部件一体成型的弹性端盖卡扣,对应的在所述电机组件上设置有与所述弹性端盖卡扣相适配的卡槽,在所述电机组件处于所述工作位置,所述弹性端盖卡扣和所述卡槽相配合以将所述电机组件锁定在所述基座部件上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括电机 端盖(g240),所述电机端盖(g240)一端与所述电机组件固定连接,另一端与所述基座部件(g330)卡合,所述电机端盖(g240)用于对所述电机组件进行在空调器的长度方向的限位。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机端盖(g240)上开设有安装孔,对应的在所述电机组件上开设有与所述安装孔配合的配合孔,螺钉(g270)穿过所述安装孔和所述配合孔以将所述电机端盖(g240)与所述电机组件连接,所述电机端盖(g240)上开设有端盖卡扣(g241),所述基座部件(g330)上设置有与所述端盖卡扣(g241)配合的卡槽(g233)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括设置在所述电机组件远离所述电机端盖(g240)的一端的电机压板(g250),所述电机压板(g250)与所述电机(g220)配合以实现对所述电机组件在空调器的前后方向限位。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机(g220)中的电机轴通过快拆连接机构与空调器中的风叶轴传动连接。
