一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的卫生隔离装置 技术领域
本发明涉及卫生装置领域,特别涉及一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的能够有效防止脏水污染或病菌传播的卫生隔离装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,出门旅游已经成为多数人的休闲娱乐方式之一。随着旅游人数的增多酒店、旅馆入住率也相应提高,酒店、旅馆房间内公共洗手盆或浴缸的使用率也相应增多,因长期而流动地使用,公共洗手盆或浴缸上经常粘附有唾液、鼻涕、洗手产生的水渍、刷牙产生的泡沫等废液,很容易导致病菌的传播,即使酒店、旅馆工作人员对公共洗手盆或浴缸进行了相应的清洁处理,但使用者的心里也难免有不舒服的感觉,特别是在清洗衣服的时候甚至都不敢用洗手盆或浴缸进行浸泡清洗,对使用者造成了困扰,影响了使用体验。
针对上述问题,中国专利号为:93232506.8的《充气盥洗盆》公开了一种由硬质塑料盆底、软质内外层盆体、盆沿和充气嘴构成,各部件之间密封热合成一体,内外盆体和盆沿有充气夹层,充气后整体呈盆状的解决方案,该方案虽然能基本解决卫生问题,但是该技术制作复杂,使用不便,且收折后尺寸较大,外形笨拙,不便携带。
中国专利号为:02237231.8的《一种节水卫生面盆》公开了一种外部结构和形状与卫生间陶瓷洗漱盆内表面结构、形状相配,在其侧壁上设有溢流孔,在溢流孔至面盆底部之间的盆壁向内隆起,在盆壁外侧对应盆壁隆起的部位为一向内凹陷的溢流槽的技术方案,该方案也能解决卫生问题,但是由于其需要提前针对性地设计、生产与洗漱盆内表面形状一样的面盆,而这一种形状无法同 时适应各种洗漱盆不同的形状和尺寸,不具实用性。
申请号为201110159596.6的《一次性卫生面盆》公开了一种用无毒塑料薄膜制成与实际面盆尺寸相配套的一次性卫生面盆的主体,主体的边缘延伸至实体面盆的外围,一次性卫生面盆的边缘设有松紧带,相当于以实体面盆作为骨架,使用时把一次性卫生面盆直接套入普通的实体面盆表面,该技术虽然能够解决上述卫生问题,但是其没有排水口,用在固定式的洗手盆内不便于排水,其次采用松紧带固定,对于形状不规则或者圆形无边框的盆面就很难固定。
与该问题接近的针对浴缸的技术方案,如专利号为:96237191.2的《浴缸用一次性塑料薄膜内衬》公开了一种采用塑料薄膜将将浴缸进行隔离,使用者在装了水的薄膜内洗浴的技术方案,该方案需要预先在薄膜边缘开设至少8个用于固定薄膜的吊孔,并在与浴缸溢水口对应处开设一个溢水口,因提前开设的溢水口和吊孔位置已经固定,使得同一块薄膜无法同时适应各种尺寸和形状的浴缸,也无法同时对正所有边沿和溢水口,同时,与浴缸接触的脏水会通过溢水口流进来,无法彻底隔离浴缸脏水,大大降低了卫生隔离的效果。
专利号为:02222491.2的《浴缸一次性洗浴袋》公开了一种利用吸盘或弹性边套将薄膜袋状隔离物紧贴到浴缸内壁,水存储在袋内供使用者洗浴的技术方案,该技术需要提前将浴袋加工成与浴缸内壁面相匹配的形状,由于浴缸种类不同,结构、尺寸各异,这样的方式使得浴袋无法同时适应各种浴缸,不便于实际使用,加上浴袋没有设置排水口,排水时靠撕破袋壁进行排水很不方便,尤其是该技术方案并没有写明吸盘与洗浴袋之间连结、固定的具体结构和连接方式,技术内容并不完整,缺乏实际使用的可操作性。
专利号为:200820031527.0的《可重复在浴桶或浴缸上使用的卫生内衬》公开了一种由塑料或橡胶制成的可以折叠的浴桶或浴缸内套,内套的形状与浴桶 或浴缸的内壁形状相吻合,内套的底部设有与浴桶或浴缸的排水口配合的排水管,内套上口设有外翻的沿边,至少在沿边的下表面设有一圈小吸盘,内套的主体的外表面布置有若干小吸盘,该技术需要预先将内套加工成浴缸或浴桶的形状,不能适用于市场上各种形状和大小的浴缸或浴桶,从而导致适应性差的问题,不利于实际使用,同时该技术未提及和解决吸盘与内套的具体连接方式,缺乏可行性,且其所提及的“布置有”或“设有”的吸盘,其位置无法预先设定对于任何尺寸和形状的浴桶或浴缸,都正好能处于正确的、可行的、能够吸附的位置,极大地削弱了该技术的实用性。
专利号为:97200780.6的《一种浴缸卫生装置》公开了一种由无毒聚乙烯薄膜、吸盘及由塞蕊和塞套构成的排水装置组成,无毒聚乙烯薄膜的周边与吸盘连接,在无毒聚乙烯薄膜长度中心线的1/3处,塞蕊连同无毒聚乙烯薄膜装入塞套中的技术方案,该技术方案在使用时“需要在薄膜边缘加工出若干小孔用于与带有挂钩的吸盘连接”,还要将“连同无毒聚乙烯薄膜的排水装置塞入地漏中”,排水时需要“将薄膜捅破”,“薄膜边缘加工出若干小孔”的位置在出厂时已经固定,无法适用于各种不同形状尺寸的浴缸,而且地漏是浴缸的排水口,大部分的脏东西都集中在此处,该方案需要将排水装置塞入地漏中首先会造成污染,同时也让使用者心理不适,另外排水时需要将薄膜捅破,这样只能一次使用,而且还需要寻找捅破薄膜的工具因此造成操作不便。
专利号为:201120101085.4的《一种吸盘组合装置及洗浴罩具》公开了一种主要由吸盘、软连接部件以及粘合部件构成的利用粘合部件的粘合作用将洗浴罩粘贴到浴缸上的技术方案,该方案主要存在的问题是:由于粘合部利用粘合方式与洗浴罩粘合连接,使用时间长了因老化而导致粘合部的粘附力失效,而且因其特殊的环境容易和水接触,更容易发生胶粘失效问题,另外如果采用比 较薄的洗浴罩粘合后容易撕破洗浴罩,不便于实际使用。
申请号为98239072.6的《一次性薄膜衬盆》公布了一种一次性薄膜衬盆,包括塑料薄膜盆体和2个以上吸盘,塑料薄膜盆体与浴盆的内壁形状相适应,2个以上吸盘分别固定在塑料薄膜盆体的盆口的边缘上。本发明的一次性薄膜衬盆在生产时已一体成型为特定形状,且吸盘固定在盆口边缘上,位置已固定,从而不能适用于市场上各种形状的浴盆,适用性不强。并且薄膜衬盆并未设有排水装置,使用时需要使用者按照排水口的位置捅出一个出水口,增加了使用的难度。
发明内容
为了解决上述针对共用洗手盆或浴缸存在的容易传播病菌以及使用体验不佳的问题,本发明提供了一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的卫生隔离装置。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的卫生隔离装置,包括隔离组件和固定组件;
所述隔离组件包括隔离膜,所述隔离膜上装设有排水器;
所述固定组件包括连结片,所述连结片底面设置有吸盘,所述连结片上面设置有固定装置;
所述隔离膜可拆卸地固定在所述固定装置上,所述固定组件通过吸盘吸附在洗手盆或浴缸的边缘、或周边支撑物或台面上。
优选地,所述隔离膜采用柔软、可折叠、耐磨、防水的薄膜材料制成。
进一步,所述柔软、可折叠、耐磨、防水的薄膜材料包括塑料、橡胶、硅胶、防水布料。
优选地,所述隔离膜为柔软的平面薄膜,由于采用的薄膜为平面而没有预制成某一种洗手盆或浴缸的具体形状,因此只要隔离膜的尺寸足够大,就能够适 用于任何不同形状和尺寸的洗手盆或浴缸,从而使本发明具备了真正的实用性。
优选地,所述隔离膜开设有膜孔,所述膜孔处设有排水器,设置排水器的益处在于,1、在洗涤过程中,将排水器的排水器盖盖上,可将与洗手盆或浴缸接触的脏水隔绝在隔离膜外侧,做到真正的清洁卫生;2、当在洗涤过程中需要蓄水浸泡被洗物品时,将排水器盖盖上,即可蓄水;3、当在洗涤过程中需要排水时,将排水器盖打开,即可排水。因此,排水器的设置及它的结构设计,解决了现有的专利和产品均未能解决的,既能够排水、蓄水,又能够确保卫生、隔绝污水的难题。
优选地,所述排水器包括环状扣片和底座;
所述环状扣片与所述底座形状对应,所述环状扣片和底座中央为排水孔,安装时,底座与环状扣片将隔离膜夹在中间,隔离膜的膜孔与环状扣片排水孔、底座排水孔的位置对应并保持贯通,底座与环状扣片通过卡扣在中间夹有隔离膜的情况下连结固定在一起,从而将排水器安装到隔离膜上。此种结构能够使排水器与隔离膜方便组合或分离,对于使用一次性隔离膜的场合,每次只需丢弃隔离膜,而可将排水器取下、留住,既方便又节省材料。
优选地,所述环状扣片上活动设置有排水器盖,排水器盖可以采用但不限于直接安装在所述环状扣片上,或者利用绳子连接在环状扣片或底座上等方式。
优选地,所述排水孔直径大于0且小于等于80mm。
优选地,所述连结片采用软质材料制成,所述连结片底面设置有两个以上的吸盘,由于将吸盘设于能够任意弯曲的材料上,使固定组件能够在不同结构、弧度或曲面的洗手盆或浴缸的边缘进行吸附,从而实现在将隔离膜固定到洗手盆或浴缸上时,让隔离膜紧密地贴合着洗手盆或浴缸的边缘轮廓,使平面的隔离膜能够被安装成立体的、与洗手盆或浴缸相同的形状。
优选地,所述固定装置至少包括一个固定销,所述固定销上活动设置有固定帽;
所述固定帽内设置有与所述固定销形状对应的槽或孔,用于将固定帽插到固定销上。当需要固定隔离膜时,通过将隔离膜放在固定销和固定帽之间,然后再将固定帽套到固定销上,此时隔离膜被固定销顶在固定帽内,被固定销和固定帽夹住,从而把隔离膜固定在固定组件上。通过这种方式固定隔离膜,无需预先在隔离膜上打孔,因此可以根据洗手盆或浴缸的实际形状或尺寸,将固定组件安装到隔离膜上任何适合的位置,从而使固定组件上的吸盘处于适于吸附的位置,因此这一设计与现有的专利和产品需要预先把吸盘装在薄膜上,或者预先打孔、装挂钩,或者用粘性物质粘贴等方法相比,解决了一件装置适用多种形状和尺寸的洗手盆和浴缸这一难题,也解决了粘性物质多次使用后粘性减退导致粘贴不牢固的缺陷。
优选地,所述固定帽采用柔软有弹性的材质制成,采用弹性材质的固定帽能够很好地将隔离膜固定到所述固定销上,因其具有弹性,套在固定销上在运输过程中也不会掉落。
优选地,所述固定帽内的槽或孔的尺寸大于所述固定销,这种结构适合用在采用硬质材料制成的固定帽,槽孔内大出来的空间用于容纳隔离膜。
优选地,所述连结片采用具有磁性的软质材料制成,所述连结片上设置有固定片,所述固定片采用具有磁性的软质材料制成,既可随意吸附在连结片上,也可随时将其从连结片上拿离,当需要把隔离膜固定到固定组件上时,先将隔离膜放在连结片上,然后再放上固定片,此时,连结片和固定片在磁力作用下紧紧贴住,从而将中间的隔离膜夹紧。利用磁性材料的吸力来固定隔离膜,更为方便快捷,使用体验更好。
优选地,所述连结片上与所述隔离膜接触的一面为凹凸结构,所述固定片与所述隔离膜的接触面也为凹凸结构,所述连结片的凹凸结构与所述固定片的凹凸结构相互契合。此种设计能够使因磁力作用夹住隔离膜的连结片和固定片不易相对滑动,从而使隔离膜不易因连结片和固定片之间的相对滑动而从固定组件上脱落。
优选地,所述连结片的形状为两头大中间的哑铃形或葫芦形,但不限于以上两种形状,还可以是其他便于抓取、组合、弯曲的形状。
优选地,所述连结片为至少由一片任意形状的材料构成,采用两片或两片以上的组合时,能通过细线、绳索、卡扣等方式连为一体或分离,此种设计更便于收纳管理。当连结片为一片整体时,采用软质材料制成,当连结片为两片以上的组合时,采用软质材料或硬质材料制成。
优选地,所述隔离膜为能够一次性使用或重复多次使用的薄膜。
优选地,所述连结片底面设置有至少8个所述吸盘。从而增加了对结构凹凸、弯曲、不规则、不平整的洗手盆或浴缸边缘的吸附能力,提高了固定组件的吸附效果。
优选地,所述排水器盖与所述环状扣片铰接,需要排水时只要将排水器盖沿着铰链翻转即可,方便快捷,且排水器盖不易丢失。
优选地,所述排水器盖通过细线、挂链、绳索与所述环状扣片连接,使排水器盖不易丢失。
优选地,所述排水器盖包括盖环,所述盖环上设置有盖顶。
优选地,所述盖环与所述环状扣片相匹配,当关闭排水器时,所述盖环与所述环状扣片紧密吻合。所述盖顶采用软质材料,且盖顶的面积有意做得较大,益处为,不论对于何种类下水器,如弹跳下水器、翻盖下水器或提拉下水器等, 因盖顶预先做得较大,所以都能将其盖住,而在收纳时,因盖顶为软质材料,几乎不占体积。
优选地,所述隔离膜面积大于所述洗手盆或浴缸的内表面面积。
本发明的有益效果包括如下:
本发明巧妙利用能够任意折叠并适应各种形状的洗手盆或浴缸的隔离组件,和能够随意固定在任何洗手盆或浴缸上或其周边曲面的固定组件,不仅能根据洗手盆或浴缸大小实际形状及随意变化及固定,能将被清洗物体与公共用水器具有效隔离,减少污渍及细菌的传播,还能方便地将所隔离的水蓄存或排出,提高了使用体验。本发明的隔离膜为平面薄膜,不用预先制成固定形状,因而可适应于各种形状和尺寸的洗手盆或浴缸,实用性强。本发明提供了可适应任何形状、规格、种类下水器的排水器,既能很方便的控制洗手盆或浴缸的蓄水和排水,又能借这一设计杜绝洗涤用水通过排水孔与洗手盆或表面接触的可能,从而达到了清洁卫生、避免污染、避免细菌传播的目的。本发明提供了多种固定组件结构,从而能更好更方便的固定隔离膜,增加了平面薄膜对于各种不同形状、尺寸的洗手盆或浴缸的适用性。

实施例一
如图1所示,一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的卫生隔离装置,包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;
如图2所示,隔离组件1包括隔离膜11,隔离膜11上装设有排水器12;
如图5~8及图10所示,固定组件2包括连结片21,连结片21底面设置有吸盘22,连结片21上面设置有固定装置;
所述隔离膜11可拆卸地固定在所述固定装置上,所述固定组件2通过吸盘22吸附在洗手盆3或浴缸的边缘或周边支撑物或台面上。
隔离膜11采用柔软、可折叠、耐磨、防水的薄膜材料制成,该薄膜材料包括但不限于塑料、橡胶、硅胶、防水布料等;
隔离膜11上开设有膜孔110,膜孔110处夹扣有排水器12。
如图3所示,排水器12包括夹扣在膜孔110上的环状扣片121和底座123,所述环状扣片121和底座123中央为排水孔122;
排水孔122直径为20mm;
环状扣片121上活动设置有排水器盖13。
如图11所示,连结片21采用软质材料制成,连结片21底面设置有两个或两个以上的吸盘22;
所述固定装置至少包括一个固定销23,所述固定销23上活动设置有固定帽24;所述固定帽24内设置有与所述固定销23形状对应的槽或孔。
使用时,首先将固定组件2吸附在洗手盆3或浴缸周围,然后取下固定帽 24,接着将隔离组件1的隔离膜11铺盖到洗手盆3或浴缸中,并将隔离组件1上的排水器12对准洗手盆3或浴缸上的排水器,在铺盖隔离膜11的同时将隔离膜11一部分也盖到固定销23上,并用固定帽24将铺盖在固定销23上的隔离膜11利用固定销23压到固定帽24内,以便于固定隔离膜11,最后在环状扣片121上盖好排水器盖13,然后打开水龙头进行蓄水;放水时,只要将排水器盖13打开即可。
此实施例中,为了降低加工成本,排水器12与隔离膜11可以做成一体式并能重复使用。
实施例二
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
排水孔122直径为80mm,整个排水孔122直径远大于洗手盆或浴缸原有的下水口;
环状扣片121上设置有排水器盖13,该排水器盖13由硬质的盖环和软质的盖顶构成,并设置有连接线,连接线一端与环状扣片121连接,用于防止排水器盖13因搬运、移动而丢失。
如图5所示,连结片21采用软质材料制成,连结片21底面设置有两个或两个以上的吸盘22。
如图6所示,固定装置包括两个固定销23,固定销23上设置有固定帽24;固定帽24内设置有与固定销23形状对应的槽孔,固定帽24采用具有弹性的材料制成,该材料包括但不限于橡胶、硅胶、塑料等。
实施例三
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不 同的地方在于:
如图5所示,固定帽24采用硬质材料制成;固定帽24内设置有与固定销23形状对应的槽孔,槽孔直径略大于固定销23以便于容纳隔离膜11。
实施例四
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
如图2所示,隔离膜11可以做成柔软的平面长方形、圆形或多边形薄膜,不仅降低了制作成本,还便于折叠、包装和携带。
实施例五
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
如图4所示,排水器12包括环状扣片121和底座123;所述环状扣片121与所述底座123形状对应,所述环状扣片121和底座123中央为排水孔122,底座上的卡扣124穿过膜孔110与环状扣片121卡紧连接,排水器12能够多次重复使用。
如此设计的目的是考虑到有时候隔离膜11只需要使用一次就可扔掉,为了节省材料及加工成本因此采用换膜不换排水器的方式。
实施例六
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
如图8所示,固定组件2的连结片21采用具有磁性的软质材料制成;所述连结片21上设置有固定片210,所述固定片210采用具有磁性的软质材料制成。
所述连结片21与所述隔离膜11的接触面为凹凸结构,所述固定片210与所 述隔离膜11接触面也为凹凸结构,所述连结片21的凹凸结构与所述固定片210的凹凸结构相互契合。使用时利用连结片21与固定片210的磁力作用将隔离膜11夹持住,连结片21与固定片210上的凹凸结构起到了防滑的作用。
实施例七
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
如图9~10所示,为了适应洗手盆或浴缸边缘的各种弧度或角度,固定组件2的连结片21底面紧密布满有多个吸盘22,配合柔软的连结片21就可以吸附到任何表面光洁的洗手盆或浴缸表面。
实施例八
本实施例的结构与实施例一类似,总体都包括隔离组件1和固定组件2;不同的地方在于:
如图7所示,固定组件2的连结片21可以设计成两头大中间小的形状,如哑铃形或葫芦形状,便于抓取、固定、收纳。
本发明巧妙利用能够任意折叠并适应各种形状的洗手盆或浴缸的隔离组件和能够随意弯曲的固定组件,不仅能根据现场需要随意变形及固定,还能便捷地将所隔离的水排出,更能将被清洗物体与公共用水器具有效隔离减少细菌的传播。

  1. 一种用于洗手盆或浴缸上的卫生隔离装置,包括隔离组件(1)和固定组件(2),其特征在于:
    所述隔离组件(1)包括隔离膜(11),所述隔离膜(11)上装设有排水器(12);
    所述固定组件(2)包括连结片(21),所述连结片(21)底面设置有吸盘(22),所述连结片(21)上面设置有固定装置;
    所述隔离膜(11)可拆卸地固定在所述固定装置上,所述固定组件(2)通过吸盘(22)吸附在洗手盆(3)或浴缸的边缘或周边支撑物或台面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述隔离膜(11)采用柔软、可折叠、耐磨、防水的薄膜材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述柔软、可折叠、耐磨、防水的薄膜材料包括塑料、橡胶、硅胶、防水布料。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述隔离膜(11)为柔软的平面薄膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述隔离膜(11)开设有膜孔(110),所述膜孔(110)处夹扣有排水器(12);
    所述排水器(12)包括环状扣片(121)和底座(123);
    所述环状扣片(121)与所述底座(123)形状对应,所述环状扣片(121)和底座(123)中央为排水孔(122)。

    所述环状扣片(121)上活动设置有排水器盖(13)。

    所述固定帽(24)内设置有与所述固定销(23)形状对应的槽或孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:所述固定帽(24)采用柔软有弹性的材质制成。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:所述固定帽(24)内的槽或孔的尺寸大于所述固定销(23)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述连结片(21)采用具有磁性的软质材料制成;所述连结片(21)上设置有固定片(210),所述固定片(210)采用具有磁性的软质材料制成。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于:所述连结片(21)与所述隔离膜(11)的接触的一面为凹凸结构,所述固定片(210)与所述隔离膜(11)的接触面也为凹凸结构,所述连结片(21)的凹凸结构与所述固定片(210)的凹凸结构相互契合。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述连结片(21)的形状为两头大中间小的哑铃形或葫芦形。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述连结片(21)为至少由一片任意形状的材料构成,当由两片或两片以上的组合时,能通过细线、绳索、卡扣等方式连为一体或分离,当连结片(21)为一片整体时,采用软质材料制 成,当连结片(21)为两片以上的组合时,采用软质材料或硬质材料制成。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔离膜(11)为能够一次性使用或重复多次使用的薄膜。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述连结片(21)底面设置有至少8个所述吸盘(22)。
  18. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:所述排水器盖(13)与所述环状扣片(121)铰接。
  19. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:所述排水器盖(13)通过细线、挂链、绳索与所述环状扣片(121)连接。
  20. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:所述排水器盖(13)包括盖环(130),所述盖环(130)上设置有盖顶(131)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于:所述盖环(130)与所述环状扣片(121)相匹配,所述盖顶(131)为软质材料。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔离膜(11)面积大于所述洗手盆(3)或浴缸的内表面面积。
