Abstract

The invention refers to a device for wringing wetting devices for cleaning tasks comprising a wringing table having supporting elements, formed by at least two overlaying complementary plates and cogged inside thereof, together with a lever mechanism and at least one containing tank where the wetting device for cleaning tasks is places between the two complementary plates, and the lever mechanism allows said device to be wringed and the residual water to flow out towards the containing tank.

Description

PRESSING TABLE FOR MOP
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention may be included in the technical field of surface cleaning, in particular of accessories for wetting devices for surface cleaning.
More specifically, the object of the invention refers to a device for draining wetting devices for surface cleaning by means of a set of wringing plates having a lever mechanism that allows eliminating the residual water from the wetting device.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
One of the main cleaning tasks is mopping surfaces or floors using wetting devices. These devices must be rinsed with water containing special liquids for cleaning each type of surface and subsequently be wringed in a suitable manner for correct cleaning, this task being difficult for people not having great strength in their arms for removing most of the amount of water from the wetting device. Thus, some current solutions are directed to incorporate mechanisms for facilitating and optimizing the wringing task. Patents US7412746 (B1 ) and US6487749 (B1 ) describe wringers formed by a system of rotating, moving and spaced apart rollers were the wetting device is introduced, wherein moving and partially pressing said rollers provide for easier wringing action.
Other solutions comprise mechanisms having flat plates and levers that press the mop of the wetting device, thus allowing partial wringing thereof since it does not get to remove most of the water from the mop. Therefore, considering the previous documents, it is necessary to find alternatives directed to the domestic task of wringing the wetting devices for floor cleaning by reducing the strength to be applied by the user and enhancing the wringing performance when removing most of the water from the wetting device. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention refers to a device for wringing wetting devices for surface cleaning by means of a set of plates and a lever mechanism.
Therefore, an aspect of the present invention refers to a device for wringing wetting devices for cleaning tasks comprising:
- a wringing table formed by at least two overlaying complementary plates, where the lower complementary plate comprises residual water outlet orifices and the upper complementary upper plate comprises a lever mechanism
- at least one containing tank arranged at the bottom of the wringing table where the residual water coming out through the lower complementary plate orifices is deposited, and
- at least one supporting element
where the wetting device for cleaning tasks is placed between the two complementary plates and the lever mechanism allows said device to be wringed and the residual water to flow out towards the containing tank.
In a preferred embodiment the complementary plates are characterized in that they comprise a flat outer surface and an inner cogged surface.
In another preferred embodiment the lever mechanism comprises at least one central rotating shaft. In another preferred embodiment the supporting element comprises four wheeled legs and a braking system in each leg.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG 1 - It shows a front view of the wringing device.
FIG 2 - It shows a dorsal view of the wringing device.
FIG 3 - It shows a side view of the wringing device.
FIG 4 - It shows an isometric view of the wringing device. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The following is the description of a preferred embodiment of the invention based on the attached figures.
FIG 1 - It shows a front view of the upper right complementary plate (1 ) and the lower right complementary plate (2) and the central shaft (9) of the lever mechanism actuated by a support (6) next to the containing tank (7). It also shows the supporting legs (10) having the wheel with the braking system (1 1 ).
FIG 2 - it shows a dorsal view of the upper left complementary plate (3) and the lower left complementary plate (4) and the central shaft (9) of the lever mechanism actuated by a support (5) next to another containing tank (8). It also shows the supporting legs (10) having the wheel with the braking system (1 1 ).
FIG 3 - It shows a side view of the wringing table formed by two sets of complementary plates comprising two upper complementary plates (1 and 3) and two lower complementary plates (2 and 4) and the central shaft (9) of the lever mechanism actuated by the supports (5 and 6) next to two containing tanks (7 and 8) respectively. It also shows the supporting legs (10) with the wheel with the braking system (1 1 ).
FIG 4 - It shows an isometric view of the wringing table formed by two sets of complementary plates comprising two upper complementary plates (1 and 3) and two lower complementary plates (2 and 4) and the central shaft (9) of the lever mechanism actuated by the supports (5 and 6) next to two containing tanks (7 and 8) respectively. It also shows the supporting legs (10) with the wheel with the braking system (1 1 ).
