2、本实用新型的箱体上设置有与电机电连接的二次开关,只有当二次开关接通且踩踏板与顶盖上的导电触片也接通时,捕鼠器才 进行动作而捕鼠,避免在捕鼠器未设置时因误操作踩踏板而导致电机误启动,确保产品的安全可靠性。而且二次开关的接通则是在设置捕鼠器时由摆动杆推动而接合,因此,一旦设置捕鼠器,二次开关就自然而然地接通,也不会存在忘记接通二次开关的情况,提高产品的稳定性。另外,当卡位与卡锁部解锁且支撑锁定机构转动复位时,摆动杆不再抵靠动触片,因此动触片与定触片分离,从而使得控制电路完全断电,避免了漏电情况产生,也避免踩踏板误操作而导致电机误启动,通过摆动杆的转动就使二次开关同时断开,避免需要用户专门去关闭二次开关的额外动作,使得捕鼠器的使用更方便快捷。
3、本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,动作灵敏度高,捕鼠效果好,适合推广应用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
如图1至图4,图7所示,一种捕鼠器,包括上端开口的箱体1、能够相对箱体1转动而封闭箱体1开口的顶盖2、能够被爬上顶盖2上的老鼠触发而使顶盖2翻转的触发机构,所述的箱体1包括有底板11和前侧板12,所述的顶盖2与箱体1通过连接轴13连接,连接轴13上套接有能驱动顶盖2快速复位的扭簧14,所述的触发机构包括能相对前侧板12上下运动并用于支撑顶盖2的支撑杆31,所述的箱体1上设有能相对其转动并能支撑支撑杆31的支撑锁定机构,所述的前侧板12上铰接有传动杆33,所述的传动杆33上设有能与支撑锁定机构上的卡锁部321卡合的卡位331,所述的箱体1上还设有电机,所述的电机的输出轴34与传动杆33之间设有能够拉动传动杆33向下转动而使卡位331与卡锁部321解锁、进而使支撑锁定机构转动复位的拉索35,所述的传动杆33与箱体1之间还设有用于传动杆33向上转动复位的复位弹簧36,所述的顶盖2上设有在被老鼠踩踏后而向下运动的踩踏板37,所述的踩踏板37和顶盖2上分别设有在踩踏板37向下运动时能够触接而使电机通电转动的导电触片38,所述的踩踏板37与顶盖2之间还设有能使踩踏板37和顶盖2上的导电触片38分离的回复弹簧39。
如图1至图4所示,所述的箱体1上还设有与电机电连接的二次开关30,在所述的支撑锁定机构相对箱体1转动而支撑支撑杆31时,所述的支撑锁定机构驱动二次开关30接合,而在支撑锁定机构转动复位时,所述的二次开关30断开。
如图1、图3、图4、图5、图6和图8所示,所述的支撑锁定机 构包括铰接在底板11上的两根转动杆322,所述的转动杆322一端弯折而形成摆动杆323,两根所述的摆动杆323上设有与二者铰接并在转动杆322转动时能推动支撑杆31向上运动的联动杆324,所述的联动杆324上设有向上凸出的锁定杆325,所述的卡锁部321设在锁定杆325上,在所述的卡锁部321与卡位331卡合时,所述的摆动杆323呈倾斜状态,进而使得卡锁部321与卡位331分离时,支撑锁定机构能在自身重力及顶盖2通过支撑杆31的下压作用下转动复位。
所述的转动杆322与底板11之间还设有当卡锁部321与卡位331解锁时驱动转动杆322转动复位的复位扭簧326。在卡锁部321与卡位331分离时,顶盖2通过支撑杆31下压支撑锁定机构,而且再配合复位扭簧326的作用,使得支撑锁定机构转动复位更迅速。
如图2所示,所述的二次开关30包括设在箱体1上的定触片301和能与定触片301触接或分离的弹性动触片302,在支撑锁定机构转动而支撑支撑杆31时,所述的摆动杆323推动动触片302与定触片301接合,而当所述的卡位331与卡锁部321解锁且支撑锁定机构转动复位时,所述的动触片302与定触片301分离。
如图4和图5所示,所述的卡位331为设在传动杆33上的凸出柱,所述的卡锁部321为设在锁定杆325上且能勾住凸出柱的弯钩。
如图4所示,所述的弯钩上设有在摆动杆323转动时能够推动凸出柱,进而推动传动杆33转动的斜面327或弧面。
如图3和图4所示,所述的联动杆324上设有用于牵引摆动杆323转动的手柄328。
工作原理:
首先翻转顶盖2,然后推动联动杆324上的手柄328,从而使得转动杆322及摆动杆323转动,此时联动杆324就在转动杆322转动的过程中推动支撑杆31向上运动,此时支撑锁定机构就能通过支撑杆31而支撑顶盖2,在摆动杆323转动的过程中,卡锁部321上的斜面327就推动传动杆33上的凸出柱,并与凸出柱相对滑动,最后卡锁部321就勾住传动杆33上的凸出柱,此时卡位331与卡锁部321完成卡锁,支撑锁定机构不能转动复位,支撑杆31就对顶盖2保持支撑,而且在摆动杆324转动的过程中,摆动杆324推动二次开关30上的动触片302与定触片301接合,并且在卡位331与卡锁部321卡锁后,动触片302与定触片301的接合得到保持。此时,整个机构处于稳定状态。此时,捕鼠器设置完成。
当老鼠爬到顶盖2上并到达踩踏板37上时,踩踏板37与顶盖2之间的回复弹簧39不足以支撑老鼠的重量,踩踏板37向下运动,因此,踩踏板37上的导电触片38与顶盖2上的导电触片38接合,电路导通,电机通电而转动,电机输出轴34转动过程中缠绕拉索35,从而通过拉索35拉动传动杆33向下转动,于是传动杆33上的卡位331与支撑锁定机构上的卡锁部321脱离,支撑锁定机构在复位扭簧326的作用下转动复位,此时支撑杆31失去支撑锁定机构的支撑,支撑杆31向下运动,顶盖2失去支撑并在扭簧14的作用下快速向下翻转复位,在翻转复位的过程中,顶盖2上的老鼠掉进箱体1内,而且顶盖2在翻转复位后又封闭箱体1的开口,从而将老鼠捕获在箱体 1内。由于采用导电触片38接通电路而使电机转动,电机一旦转动,卡位331与卡锁部321就解锁,顶盖2就发生翻转,通过电控信号而控制触发机构的触发,使得触发机构灵敏度更高,不会出现卡滞的现象,只要老鼠一旦踏上踩踏板37,就能被捕获在箱体1内,捕鼠效果好。
而且箱体1上设置有与电机电连接的二次开关30,只有当二次开关30接通且踩踏板37与顶盖2上的导电触片38也接通时,捕鼠器才进行动作而捕鼠,避免在捕鼠器未设置时因误操作踩踏板37而导致电机误启动,确保产品的安全可靠性。而且二次开关30的接通则是在设置捕鼠器时由摆动杆323推动而接合,因此,一旦设置捕鼠器,二次开关30就自然而然地接通,也不会存在忘记接通二次开关30的情况,提高产品的稳定性。另外,当卡位331与卡锁部321解锁且支撑锁定机构转动复位时,摆动杆323不再抵靠动触片302,因此动触片302与定触片301分离,从而使得控制电路完全断电,避免了漏电情况产生,也避免踩踏板37误动作而导致电机误启动。通过摆动杆323的转动就使二次开关30同时断开,避免需要用户专门去关闭二次开关30的额外动作,使得捕鼠器的使用更方便快捷。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种捕鼠器,包括上端开口的箱体(1)、能够相对箱体(1)转动而封闭箱体(1)开口的顶盖(2)、能够被爬上顶盖(2)上的老鼠触发而使顶盖(2)翻转的触发机构,所述的箱体(1)包括有底板(11)和前侧板(12),其特征在于:所述的触发机构包括能相对前侧板(12)上下运动并用于支撑顶盖(2)的支撑杆(31),所述的箱体(1)上设有能相对其转动并能支撑支撑杆(31)的支撑锁定机构,所述的前侧板(12)上铰接有传动杆(33),所述的传动杆(33)上设有能与支撑锁定机构上的卡锁部(321)卡合的卡位(331),所述的箱体(1)上还设有电机,所述的电机的输出轴(34)与传动杆(33)之间设有能够拉动传动杆(33)向下转动而使卡位(331)与卡锁部(321)解锁、进而使支撑锁定机构转动复位的拉索(35),所述的传动杆(33)与箱体(1)之间还设有用于传动杆(33)向上转动复位的复位弹簧(36),所述的顶盖(2)上设有在被老鼠踩踏后而向下运动的踩踏板(37),所述的踩踏板(37)和顶盖(2)上分别设有在踩踏板(37)向下运动时能够触接而使电机通电转动的导电触片(38),所述的踩踏板(37)与顶盖(2)之间还设有能使踩踏板(37)和顶盖(2)上的导电触片(38)分离的回复弹簧(39)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)上还设有与电机电连接的二次开关(30),在所述的支撑锁定机构相对箱体(1)转动而支撑支撑杆(31)时,所述的支撑锁定机构 驱动二次开关(30)接合,而在支撑锁定机构转动复位时,所述的二次开关(30)断开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的支撑锁定机构包括铰接在底板(11)上的两根转动杆(322),所述的转动杆(322)一端弯折而形成摆动杆(323),两根所述的摆动杆(323)上设有与二者铰接并在转动杆(322)转动时能推动支撑杆(31)向上运动的联动杆(324),所述的联动杆(324)上设有向上凸出的锁定杆(325),所述的卡锁部(321)设在锁定杆(325)上,在所述的卡锁部(321)与卡位(331)卡合时,所述的摆动杆(323)呈倾斜状态,进而使得卡锁部(321)与卡位(331)分离时,支撑锁定机构能在自身重力及顶盖(2)通过支撑杆(31)的下压作用下转动复位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的转动杆(322)与底板(11)之间还设有当卡锁部(321)与卡位(331)解锁时驱动转动杆(322)转动复位的复位扭簧(326)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的顶盖(2)与箱体(1)通过连接轴(13)连接,连接轴(13)上套接有能驱动顶盖(2)快速复位的扭簧(14)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的二次开关(30)包括设在箱体(1)上的定触片(301)和能与定触片(301)触接或分离的弹性动触片(302),在支撑锁定机构转动而支撑支撑杆(31)时,所述的摆动杆(323)推动动触片(302)与定触片(301)接合,而当所述的卡位(331)与卡锁部(321)解锁且支撑锁定机构 转动复位时,所述的动触片(302)与定触片(301)分离。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4或6所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的卡位(331)为设在传动杆(33)上的凸出柱,所述的卡锁部(321)为设在锁定杆(325)上且能勾住凸出柱的弯钩。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的弯钩上设有在摆动杆(323)转动时能够推动凸出柱,进而推动传动杆(33)转动的斜面(327)或弧面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的捕鼠器,其特征在于:所述的联动杆(324)上设有用于牵引摆动杆(323)转动的手柄(328)。
