一种带扭簧的薄型开关 技术领域
本实用新型涉及开关技术领域。
背景技术
现有设备的很多操作需要使用到薄型开关作为输入手段,开关好坏决定了输入设备的体验,因此开关需要保证良好的手感和使用寿命。现有的开关因为开关内部空间的限制,金属片的弹力相对不足,开关手感不佳。申请人针对该类开关进行了系统和深入的研究,相关技术获得了多篇专利。例如专利号为201520177651.8的薄型开关,该开关采用圆形底座及按柄,配有环形接触弹片,环形弹片与固定端子上下接触,采用弹线与按柄及环形弹片配合增加手感和声感。该开关中环形接触弹片加工比较复杂,且不易安装对位,弹线的寿命较短影响整个开关使用寿命。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型需要解决的问题是提供一种结构简洁、便于制作的带扭簧的薄型开关。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种带扭簧的薄型开关,包括按柄、底座、上盖、接触弹片和弹簧、固定端子,所述底座中部设有一导柱,弹簧套于导柱上,按柄安装到套接有弹簧的导柱上,接触弹片和固定端子安装于底座上;上盖扣合于底座上将 接触弹片和固定端子覆盖于其内,上盖中部为通孔,按柄上部由通孔穿出供按压,还包括扭簧,所述扭簧安装于底座一凹槽内,一端与底座固定,另一端伸出至按柄侧边;对应的按柄侧壁设有突台、导引斜面,按柄下行时释放接触弹片同时通过突台下压扭簧伸出段,下压到一定行程时,扭簧脱离按柄沿导引斜面向上回弹,击打到上盖顶壁发出声音。
优选的,所述底座包括基础座体和从基础座体边缘向远离底座导柱方向延伸出的凹槽,所述扭簧设于凹槽内而使得扭簧伸出段尽量长。
优选的,所述接触弹片包括弹片接触部和弹片安装部,弹片接触部为弧形,一端头设有弹脚;所述弹脚位于固定端子上方,对应的按柄侧壁设有与接触弹片配合的凸出的挂臂;初始状态下,接触弹片的弹脚前段挂在按柄的挂臂上与固定端子分离,按柄被按下后,挂臂下行释放弹脚,接触弹片在自身弹力作用下回弹使弹脚与固定端子接触实现开关导通。
优选的,所述弹片安装部由弹片接触部的另一端头向下弯折延伸而成,该弹片安装部伸出底座供外部线路连接。
优选的,所述固定端子包括端子安装部及与接触弹片弹脚对应的端子接触部,端子接触部套接在底座的端子安装柱上,端子安装部由端子接触部一端弯折延伸出底座供外部线路连接。
优选的,所述底座上导柱周围对应圆柱形按柄形状设按柄行程槽。
优选的,所述底座上设有卡勾及插接孔,上盖对应设置与之配合的卡孔和插接柱。
优选的,所述按柄下部设有与上盖内顶壁配合防止按柄脱出并搭接接触弹片的外凸沿。
与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果在于:(1)所述薄型开关通过在开关内增加扭簧,能够在开关尽量小的前提下,使开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感和听感。
(2)扭簧设置于底座的延伸槽内,使得扭簧离底座中心位置即按柄安装位置尽量远,进而扭簧伸出段尽量长而具有较长的弹力缓冲区,提高了扭簧使用寿命。
(3)接触弹片采用弧形弹片,安装更加方便,且节约材料降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例来对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1-4所示,本实施例中所述的薄型开关包括按柄1、底座2、中部设有圆形通孔的上盖3。底座2中部设有导柱21,导柱21周围 对应按柄1形状设按柄行程槽。弹簧5套于导柱21上,按柄1下方对应导柱设置导杆,按柄1通过导杆安装到套接有弹簧5的导柱21内。接触弹片4和固定端子6安装在底座上按柄的一侧,扭簧7也安装在底座上。按柄1对应接触弹片和扭簧分别设置相应的配合结构。所述底座2上边缘设有卡勾22及卡孔23,上盖3对应设置与之配合的卡孔31和插接柱32。底座2和上盖3通过卡柱卡孔扣合,将接触弹片4、弹簧5、固定端子6、扭簧7包容在内部。扣合后,按柄1上部从上盖的圆形通孔露出供按压,按柄1下部设有与上盖内顶壁配合防止按柄脱出的外凸沿13,同时接触弹片4的固定部也搭在该凸沿13上。
本实施例中,底座包括基础座体25,基础座体25配合圆柱形上盖3设置为圆柱形,其内配合圆柱形按柄1设供按柄1上下运动的行程槽。在基础座体25边缘延伸出的凹槽251,扭簧7安装于凹槽251内。扭簧7一端与底座固定,另一端伸出至按柄1侧边,由于扭簧距离安装在底座中部的按柄距离较远,扭簧的伸出段较长。按柄1侧壁设有突台12、导引斜面11,初始状态扭簧伸出段位于按柄1突台12的下方。按压按柄1,突台12下行下压扭簧7伸出段,下压到一定行程时,扭簧7脱离按柄突台沿导引斜面11向上回弹,击打到上盖顶壁发出声音。
本实施例中,固定端子6包括端子安装部61及与接触弹片4弹脚对应的端子接触部62,端子安装部61套接在底座的端子安装柱24上,并延伸出底座供外部线路连接。接触弹片4包括弹片接触部和弹 片安装部42,弹片接触部为弧形,其弧度与底座边缘弧度契合,弹片接触部一端头具有弹脚41,另一端头向下弯折延伸形成弹片安装部42,该安装部伸出底座供外部线路连接。安装时,弹片接触部和端子接触部均安装于底座边缘上,接触弹片的弹脚41位于固定端子接触部62上方。对应的按柄1侧壁设有与接触弹片配合的凸出的挂臂14。初始状态下,接触弹片的弹脚41的前段挂在按柄的挂臂14上与固定端子的接触部62分离;按柄被按下后,挂臂14下行释放弹脚,弹脚在自身弹力作用下回弹与固定端子接触实现开关导通。
本实施例中,将扭簧分别设置在底座的延伸槽内,扭簧远离底座中心处,使得扭簧伸出段尽量长,使得扭簧伸出段具有较长的弹力缓冲区,提高扭簧的使用寿命。
