一种电器元件的安装盒及其电机。该安装盒包括盒体(1)、设置在盒体内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔(11)以及设置在盒体底部外侧的第一翻边(12),盒体底部设置开口(13)与第一空腔连通,第一翻边上冲出有第一凸耳(121)。电机壳体(2)上安装有电器元件的安装盒,电机壳体上设有第二凸耳(22),第一凸耳通过螺钉或者螺栓螺母机构或焊接安装在第二凸耳的一侧,盒体的底部第一翻边紧贴于电机壳体表面。该安装盒结构简单,与电机壳体装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用,第二凸耳与第一凸耳是面与面的连接,安装方便。

Description

一种电器元件的安装盒及其电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电器元件的安装盒及其电机。
背景技术:
现有的电器元件的安装盒,包括盒体、设置在盒体内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔以及设置在盒体底部外侧的第一翻边,在第一翻边上设有4个安装孔,通过螺钉穿过安装孔与电机机壳连接,另外电机与安装盒连接需要在电机机壳上开设与安装盒上匹配的4个安装孔,这种装配结构不足之处在,安装螺钉数量多,装配效率低,成本高,安装不方便(因为机壳是圆弧面)。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电器元件的安装盒,解决现有技术中电器元件的安装盒装配效率低,安装螺钉数量多,安装不方便的技术问题。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种电机,减少电机壳体的加工工序,装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电器元件的安装盒,包括盒体、设置在盒体内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔以及设置在盒体底部左右两侧设置的第一翻边,盒体底部设置开口与第一空腔连通,所述第一翻边上冲出有第一凸耳。
上述所述的第一凸耳与第一翻边是垂直的。
上述所述电器元件为电容器。
上述所述的盒体的一侧设有出线孔。
上述所述的盒体底部左右两侧设置的第一翻边上各设置有第一凸耳,所述的第一凸耳上设有第一安装孔。
上述所述盒体是矩形。
一种电机,包括电机壳体、转轴、定子组件和转子组件,转子组件安装在转轴上,电机壳体里设有安装定子组件和转子组件的空腔,电机壳体上安装有 电器元件的安装盒,所述电器元件的安装盒是上述所述的电器元件的安装盒,电机壳体上设有第二凸耳,第一凸耳通过螺钉或者螺栓螺母机构或焊接安装在第二凸耳的一侧,盒体的底部第一翻边紧贴于电机壳体表面。
上述所述的第二凸耳上设有第二安装孔,第一安装孔与第二安装孔的位置是对应的,通过螺钉或螺栓螺母机构旋进第一安装孔和第二安装孔把盒体与电机壳体连接起来。
上述所述的电机壳体包括上端盖和下端盖,上端盖和下端盖结合处都分别往外弯出第二翻边和第三翻边,所述第二翻边与第三翻边之间对应的位置上冲出第二凸耳。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)本实用新型的电器元件的安装盒,包括盒体、设置在盒体内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔以及设置在盒体底部外侧的翻边,盒体底部设置开口与第一空腔连通,所述第一翻边上冲出有第一凸耳,结构简单,安装方便;
2)本实用新型电机包括电机壳体、转轴、定子组件和转子组件,电机壳体上安装有电器元件的安装盒,电机壳体上设有第二凸耳,安装盒的第一凸耳通过螺钉或者螺栓螺母机构或焊接安装在第二凸耳的一侧,盒体的底部第一翻边紧贴于电机壳体表面,结构简单,使电器元件的安装盒与电机壳体装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用,第二凸耳与第一凸耳是面与面的连接,安装方便;
3)本实用新型电机壳体包括上端盖和下端盖,上端盖和下端盖结合处都分别往外弯出第二翻边和第三翻边,所述第二翻边与第三翻边之间对应的位置上冲出第二凸耳,减少电机壳体的加工工序,装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用,避免将安装盒直接安装在圆弧形的机壳的表面,结构简单紧凑,加工工艺简单,装配容易。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1至图2所示,本实施例是一种电器元件的安装盒,包括盒体1、设置在盒体1内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔11以及设置在盒体1底部左右两侧的第一翻边12,盒体1底部设置开口13与第一空腔11连通,所述第一翻边12上冲出有第一凸耳121。提高装配效率,减少螺钉的使用,结构简单,安装方便。
所述的第一凸耳121与第一翻边12是垂直的。
所述电器元件为电容器。
所述的盒体1的一侧设有出线孔14。
所述的盒体1底部左右两侧的第一翻边12上各设置有第一凸耳121,所述的第一凸耳121上设有第一安装孔122。
所述盒体1是矩形。
实施例二:如图3至图7所示,一种电机,包括电机壳体2、转轴3、定子组件和转子组件,转子组件安装在转轴3上,电机壳体2里设有安装定子组件和转子组件的空腔21,电机壳体2上安装有电器元件的安装盒,所述电器元件的安装盒是实施例一所述的电器元件的安装盒,电机壳体2上设有第二凸耳22,第一凸耳121通过螺钉或者螺栓螺母机构或焊接安装在第二凸耳22的一侧,盒体1的底部第一翻边12紧贴于电机壳体2表面,结构简单,使电器元件的安装盒与电机壳体装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用。
所述的第二凸耳22上设有第二安装孔221,第一安装孔122与第二安装孔221的位置是对应的,通过螺钉或螺栓螺母机构旋进第一安装孔112和第二安装孔221把盒体1与电机壳体2连接起来。
所述的电机壳体2包括上端盖23和下端盖24,上端盖23和下端盖24结合处都分别往外弯出第二翻边231和第三翻边241,所述第二翻边231与第三翻边241之间对应的位置上冲出第二凸耳22,减少电机壳体2的加工工序,装配效率高,减少螺钉的使用,避免将安装盒直接安装在圆弧形的机壳的表面,结构简单紧凑,加工工艺简单,装配容易。
所述电机还包括减震圈4、安装支架5和锁紧装置6,减震圈4安装在电机壳体2的两端,锁紧装置6锁紧减震圈4在安装支架5上,在锁紧装置6之间设有支架7,支架7通过螺栓和螺母与锁紧装置6安装连接一起安装并置于减震圈4的顶部上。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电器元件的安装盒,包括盒体(1)、设置在盒体(1)内用来容纳电器元件的第一空腔(11)以及设置在盒体(1)底部左右两侧的第一翻边(12),盒体(1)底部设置开口(13)与第一空腔(11)连通,其特征在于:所述第一翻边(12)上冲出有第一凸耳(121)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:所述的第一凸耳(121)与第一翻边(12)是垂直的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:所述电器元件为电容器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:所述的盒体(1)的一侧设有出线孔(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:在盒体(1)底部左右两侧的第一翻边(12)上各设置有第一凸耳(121),所述的第一凸耳(121)上设有第一安装孔(122)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)是矩形。
  7. 一种电机,包括电机壳体(2)、转轴(3)、定子组件和转子组件,转子组件安装在转轴(3)上,电机壳体(2)里设有安装定子组件和转子组件的空腔(21),电机壳体(2)上安装有电器元件的安装盒,其特征在于:所述电器元件的安装盒是权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的电器元件的安装盒,电机壳体(2)上设有第二凸耳(22),第一凸耳(121)通过螺钉或者螺栓螺母机构或焊接安装在第二凸耳(22)的一侧,盒体(1)的底部第一翻边(12)紧贴于电机壳体(2)表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的第二凸耳(22)上设有第二安装孔(221),第一安装孔(122)与第二安装孔(221)的位置是对应的,通过螺钉或螺栓螺母机构旋进第一安装孔(112)和第二安装孔(221) 把盒体(1)与电机壳体(2)连接起来。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的电机壳体(2)包括上端盖(23)和下端盖(24),上端盖(23)和下端盖(24)结合处都分别往外弯出第二翻边(231)和第三翻边(241),所述第二翻边(231)与第三翻边(241)之间对应的位置上冲出第二凸耳(22)。
