Description

一种LED灯带的免焊接插头 【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种插头,具体涉及一种LED灯带的插头。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高和LED灯相关技术的发展,LED灯带的使用越来越普及,因为使用寿命长,又非常节能和绿色环保而逐渐在各种装饰行业中崭露头角,已广泛应用于家居、汽车、广告、照明、轮船、酒吧等行业。
LED灯带的点亮需要有与其连接的导线接通电源,在LED灯带与导线的连接技术方案中,一种是LED灯带与导线通过锡焊工艺实现电气接通后打硅胶加端盖,另一种是焊接之后注塑或硫化将接头包成一个整体,由于LED灯带在实际使用中需要根据实际情况剪断,剪断的部分按上述方案操作非常麻烦不方便,人们有时会因此而闲置或丢弃,造成资源的浪费和环境的污染。以上不足,有待改善。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种免焊接插头。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,包括导线和插头,其特征在于,所述插头包括插针、插把及插柄,所述插针包括固定头、延伸板及插接头,所述插把包括包胶头、连接槽及包胶板,所述插柄包括上卡合件、下卡合件及插槽,所述上卡合件设有插口,所述下卡合件设有插接孔,所述插槽由所述上卡合件和所述下卡合件卡合连接后形成,所述导线与所述固 定头连接,所述固定头位于所述连接槽内,所述延伸板位于所述下卡合部与所述包胶板之间,所述插接头从所述插接孔穿出,且所述插接头开有刀口,所述插把与所述下卡合件连接。
进一步的,所述连接槽为E形凹空,所述下卡合件还包括连接槽头和固定头槽,所述连接槽头为E形凸起,所述固定头槽位于所述E形凸起的凹陷处,所述连接槽头位于所述连接槽内,且所述连接槽与所述连接槽头的顶壁和侧壁卡合连接,所述固定头位于所述固定头槽内。
进一步的,所述刀口为V形,所述V形的交点处为钝口。
进一步的,所述下卡合件的内底面设有凹槽。
进一步的,所述包胶板与所述下卡合件的外底面卡合连接。
进一步的,所述插口还包括U形开口,所述开口设在所述插口的顶壁。
进一步的,所述上卡合件设有解卡合开口。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型与LED灯带连接方便快捷,插针位置牢固,刀口的设置代替了传统的破线皮方式,钝口的设置可以更好地连接电路,卡合结构牢固稳定,连接性能出色,不需要锡焊后打硅胶加端盖,也不需要焊接后注塑或硫化,只需插入LED灯带后卡合两步操作即可,现场施工时省时省力,设有解卡口可以重复使用和调节,适用范围广,可避免资源浪费和环境污染,更环保。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1-4所示,导线与固定头43连接,插接头41从插接孔24穿出,延伸板42位于下卡合件2的外底面与包胶板32之间。
连接槽头为E形凸起,E形凸起的顶面和侧面设有卡槽25和卡齿26,连接槽为E形凹陷34,E形凸起位于E形凹陷34内,并通过卡槽25和卡齿26与连接槽卡合连接;固定头槽位于E形凸起的两个凹陷处,固定头43与E形凹陷34的凸起位于固定头槽内,固定头43的阶梯形顶面与固定头槽的顶面相卡合;下卡合件2的外底面设有凸起卡头,凸起卡头与卡孔33卡合连接。除本设置方式外,插把与下卡合件还可以一体设置。
插口13的顶壁设有U形开口12,上、下卡合件通过阶梯形凹陷14和阶梯形凸起21卡合连接。当使用时,LED灯带5从插口13处插入到插槽位置,上、下卡合件卡合时,插接头41的V形刀口刺穿LED灯带外皮,V形的交点处钝口与电路连接,解卡合开口11或解卡合开口22可以将卡合后的上、下卡合件解开,反复使用。插接头41除V形刀口设置方式外,还可以设为锯齿形等合适的形状。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,包括导线和插头,其特征在于,所述插头包括插针、插把及插柄,所述插针包括固定头、延伸板及插接头,所述插把包括包胶头、连接槽及包胶板,所述插柄包括上卡合件、下卡合件及插槽,所述上卡合件设有插口,所述下卡合件设有插接孔,所述插槽由所述上卡合件和所述下卡合件卡合连接后形成,所述导线与所述固定头连接,所述固定头位于所述连接槽内,所述延伸板位于所述下卡合部与所述包胶板之间,所述插接头从所述插接孔穿出,且所述插接头开有刀口,所述插把与所述下卡合件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,其特征在于,所述连接槽为E形凹空,所述下卡合件还包括连接槽头和固定头槽,所述连接槽头为E形凸起,所述固定头槽位于所述E形凸起的凹陷处,所述连接槽头位于所述连接槽内,且所述连接槽与所述连接槽头的顶壁和侧壁卡合连接,所述固定头位于所述固定头槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,其特征在于,所述刀口为V形,所述V形的交点处为钝口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,其特征在于,所述下卡合件的内底面设有凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带的免焊接插头,其特征在于,所述包胶板与所述下卡合件的外底面卡合连接。
