Abstract
一种泡沫承载托盘,包括聚苯乙烯芯子(1)和包裹在聚苯乙烯芯子(1)表面的加强膜(2);所述聚苯乙烯芯子(1)包括聚苯乙烯板(11)和所述聚苯乙烯板底端的三组支撑脚(12);三组所述支撑脚(12)分别分布在所述聚苯乙烯板(11)底部的两端和底部中间位置;每组所述支撑脚(12)包括至少三个支撑脚(12);所述支撑脚(12)上套有加强支撑套(3);所述加强支撑套(3)的顶面与所述聚苯乙烯板(11)的底面贴合;所述加强支撑套(3)的底端贴有防滑垫(4)。在聚苯乙烯芯子(1)表面包裹加强膜(2),通过加强膜(2)对聚苯乙烯芯子(1)起到限位拉紧作用,因此增加了该泡沫承载托盘的强度,可防止聚苯乙烯芯子变形,防止聚苯乙烯芯子(1)断裂。在支撑脚(12)上套有加强支撑套(3),通过加强支撑套(3)对支撑脚(12)起到保护作用,增加泡沫承载托盘的使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及承载结构的领域,具体涉及一种泡沫承载托盘。
泡沫承载托盘是用于车间承载物品的;由于泡沫承载托盘受力有限,因此在受力过大时,容易造成托盘断裂;鉴于以上缺陷,实有必要设计一种泡沫承载托盘。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种泡沫承载托盘,来解决现有的泡沫承载托盘承载力小,容易断裂的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种泡沫承载托盘,包括聚苯乙烯芯子和包裹在聚苯乙烯芯子表面的加强膜;所述聚苯乙烯芯子包括聚苯乙烯板和所述聚苯乙烯板底端的三组支撑脚;三组所述支撑脚分别分布在所述聚苯乙烯板底部的两端和底部中间位置;每组所述支撑脚包括至少三个支撑脚;所述支撑脚上套有加强支撑套;所述加强支撑套的顶面与所述聚苯乙烯板的底面贴合;所述加强支撑套的底端贴有防滑垫。
进一步,所述加强膜为高分子塑料膜。
进一步,每组所述支撑脚数量为三件;每组所述支撑脚包括设于所述聚苯乙烯板两端的主支撑脚和设于两所述主支撑脚中间的辅助支撑脚;位于所述聚苯乙烯板两端的两组所述支撑脚中所述辅助支撑脚的外侧均设有避空缺口,与其配合的加强支撑套上设有与所述避空缺口配合的凹槽。
进一步,所述聚苯乙烯板顶部的四个拐角处还设有限位凸台。
进一步,所述加强膜包括第一加强膜和第二加强膜;所述第一加强膜吸附在所述聚苯乙烯板的下端,所述第二加强膜吸附在聚苯乙烯芯子的下端;所述第一加强膜的上端与所述第二加强膜的下端重合,所述第第一加强膜与所述第二加强膜胶连接。
进一步,所述聚苯乙烯板上设有透气孔。
与现有技术相比,该泡沫承载托盘,包括聚苯乙烯芯子和包裹在聚苯乙烯芯子表面的加强膜;所述聚苯乙烯芯子包括聚苯乙烯板和所述聚苯乙烯板底端的三组支撑脚;三组所述支撑脚分别分布在所述聚苯乙烯板底部的两端和底部中间位置;每组所述支撑脚包括至少三个支撑脚;所述支撑脚上套有加强支撑套;所述加强支撑套的顶面与所述聚苯乙烯板的底面贴合;所述加强支撑套的底端贴有防滑垫。在聚苯乙烯芯子表面包裹加强膜,通过加强膜对聚苯乙烯芯子起到限位拉紧作用,因此增加了该泡沫承载托盘的强度,可防止聚苯乙烯芯子变形,防止聚苯乙烯芯子断裂。在支撑脚上套有加强支撑套,通过加强支撑 套对支撑脚起到保护作用,防止支撑脚在受力使得周边塌裂和聚苯乙烯板断裂。因此增加泡沫承载托盘的使用寿命。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明。
在下文中,阐述了多种特定细节,以便提供对构成所描述实施例基础的概念的透彻理解。然而,对本领域的技术人员来说,很显然所描述的实施例可以在没有这些特定细节中的一些或者全部的情况下来实践。在其他情况下,没有具体描述众所周知的处理步骤。
如图1-3所示,一种泡沫承载托盘,包括聚苯乙烯芯子1和包裹在聚苯乙烯芯子1表面的加强膜2;所述聚苯乙烯芯子1包括聚苯乙烯板11和所述聚苯乙烯板底端的三组支撑脚12;三组所述支撑脚12分别分布在所述聚苯乙烯板11底部的两端和底部中间位置;每组所述支撑脚12包括至少三个支撑脚12;所述支撑脚12上套有加强支撑套3;所述加强支撑套3的顶面与所述聚苯乙烯 板11的底面贴合;所述加强支撑套3的底端贴有防滑垫4。在聚苯乙烯芯子1表面包裹加强膜2,通过加强膜2对聚苯乙烯芯子1起到限位拉紧作用,因此增加了该泡沫承载托盘的强度,可防止聚苯乙烯芯子1变形,防止聚苯乙烯芯子1断裂。在支撑脚12上套有加强支撑套3,通过加强支撑套3对支撑脚12起到保护作用,防止支撑脚12在受力使得周边塌裂和聚苯乙烯板11断裂。因此增加泡沫承载托盘的使用寿命。
进一步,所述加强膜2为高分子塑料膜。
进一步,每组所述支撑脚12数量为三件;每组所述支撑脚12包括设于所述聚苯乙烯板11两端的主支撑脚12a和设于两所述主支撑脚12a中间的辅助支撑脚12b;位于所述聚苯乙烯板11两端的两组所述支撑脚12中所述辅助支撑脚12b的外侧均设有避空缺口,与其配合的加强支撑套3上设有与所述避空缺口配合的凹槽31。
进一步,所述聚苯乙烯板11顶部的四个拐角处还设有限位凸台110。因此,在该泡沫承载托盘相互叠加时起到限位作用。
进一步,所述加强膜2包括第一加强膜21和第二加强膜22;所述第一加强膜21吸附在所述聚苯乙烯板11的下端,所述第二加强膜22吸附在聚苯乙烯芯子1的下端;所述第一加强膜21的上端与所述第二加强膜22的下端重合,所述第第一加强膜21与所述第二加强膜22胶连接。因此使得加强膜2能通过吸 塑工艺吸附在聚苯乙烯芯子1的表面上,增加了加强膜2与聚苯乙烯芯子1的气密性。
进一步,所述聚苯乙烯板11上设有透气孔。因此在吸塑成形后,便于将空气排出。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

- 一种泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于,包括聚苯乙烯芯子和包裹在聚苯乙烯芯子表面的加强膜;所述聚苯乙烯芯子包括聚苯乙烯板和所述聚苯乙烯板底端的三组支撑脚;三组所述支撑脚分别分布在所述聚苯乙烯板底部的两端和底部中间位置;每组所述支撑脚包括至少三个支撑脚;所述支撑脚上套有加强支撑套;所述加强支撑套的顶面与所述聚苯乙烯板的底面贴合;所述加强支撑套的底端贴有防滑垫。
- 如权利要求1所述的泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于,所述加强膜为高分子塑料膜。
- 如权利要求1所述的泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于,每组所述支撑脚数量为三件;每组所述支撑脚包括设于所述聚苯乙烯板两端的主支撑脚和设于两所述主支撑脚中间的辅助支撑脚;位于所述聚苯乙烯板两端的两组所述支撑脚中所述辅助支撑脚的外侧均设有避空缺口,与其配合的加强支撑套上设有与所述避空缺口配合的凹槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于:所述聚苯乙烯板顶部的四个拐角处还设有限位凸台。
- 如权利要求1所述的泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于,所述加强膜包括第一加强膜和第二加强膜;所述第一加强膜吸附在所述聚苯乙烯板的下端,所述第二加强膜吸附在聚苯乙烯芯子的下端;所述第一加强膜的上端与所述第二加强膜的下端重合,所述第第一加强膜与所述第二加强膜胶连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的泡沫承载托盘,其特征在于,所述聚苯乙烯板上设有透气孔。
