技术领域
本申请涉及一种无菌面膜灌装机,属于化妆品领域使用无菌面膜灌装机的创新技术。
技术背景
目前,化妆品领域现有技术中实现面膜內料防腐的方法主要有添加防腐剂或防腐功能的物质,这类物质会对人体造成刺激、过敏、细胞损伤甚至长期积累的慢性伤害。而完全不加防腐剂或防腐类物质的面膜內料极易染菌,无菌生产中灌装部分因为会有接触空气的灌装瞬间,要保持无菌有很大技术难度,安全稳定的大规模生产更是难上加难。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种无菌面膜灌装机。本申请在保证无菌的条件下进行灌装,为生产无防腐添加面膜提供稳定可靠的大规模生产条件。
本申请的上述目的是通过以下的技术方案实现的:本申请的无菌面膜灌装 机,包括有灌装机主体、紫外杀菌系统、耐高温管道系统、酒精循环系统,紫外杀菌系统包括有防紫外线机身罩、紫外灯杀菌系统、防紫外多孔顶罩,耐高温管道系统包括有耐热输料管、耐热磁力泵、排污管、耐热灌装头、耐热进料管,酒精循环系统包括有耐热磁力泵、酒精进料阀、酒精循环池,其中灌装机主体内装设有防紫外线机身罩,防紫外线机身罩内装设有紫外灯杀菌系统,灌装机主体的顶部还设有防紫外多孔顶罩,耐热输料管装设在防紫外线机身罩内,且耐热输料管的一端通过耐热磁力泵与耐热进料管及酒精进料阀连接,酒精进料阀与酒精循环池连接,耐热输料管的另一端与耐热灌装头连接。
本申请的无菌面膜灌装机,与料液接触的管道采用高温蒸汽灭菌。高温蒸汽从耐热进料管进入耐热输料管,经过耐热磁力泵、耐热灌装头由排污管排出,待蒸汽稳定后保持蒸汽压力0.2~0.3MPa,灭菌20~30分钟,保证灭菌彻底。此外,本申请的机身环境采用紫外灯和消毒剂配合杀菌,用消毒剂喷洒环境及机身,打开机器内部紫外灯系统,打开灌装间环境消毒紫外灯杀菌20分钟,达到杀菌效果,灭菌后的环境需要保持正压,定期抽样检测空气中含菌量。另外,本申请灌装过程中的无菌保护由无菌空气流和紫外杀菌系统构成,无菌空气由层流罩等提供,由顶部往下垂直吹入,经过防紫外多孔顶罩进入灌装机内部,形成局部正压;灌装机内部紫外灯系统在灌装过程中保持开启,保证灌装机内部无菌环境;防紫外线机身罩和防紫外多孔顶罩为操作人员提供安全保护。灌装环境保证正压,灌装机部位用层流罩形成局部百级。本申请停机后无菌保护采用75%消毒酒精。配置好的消毒酒精加入酒精循环池,由耐热磁力泵吸入酒精进料管,再由酒精出料管流回酒精循环池,反复形成循环,循环15分钟以上,在酒精循环池中放入酒精计,随时测量酒精含量,补充酒精保持酒精循环池中的酒精在75%,最终灌装机管道系统保存在消毒酒精中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体结构、原理和工艺过程做进一步说明。
本申请的无菌灌装机的原理图如图1所示,包括有灌装机主体1、紫外杀菌系统、耐高温管道系统、酒精循环系统,紫外杀菌系统包括有防紫外线机身罩2、紫外灯杀菌系统3、防紫外多孔顶罩4,耐高温管道系统包括有耐热输料管5、耐热磁力泵6、排污管13、耐热灌装头14、耐热进料管15,酒精循环系统包括有耐热磁力泵6、酒精进料阀10、酒精循环池11,其中灌装机主体1内装设有防紫外线机身罩2,防紫外线机身罩2内装设有紫外灯杀菌系统3,灌装机主体1的顶部还设有防紫外多孔顶罩4,耐热输料管5装设在防紫外线机身罩2内,且耐热输料管5的一端通过耐热磁力泵6与耐热进料管15及酒精进料阀10连接,酒精进料阀10与酒精循环池11连接,耐热输料管5的另一端与耐热灌装头14连接。
本实施例中,上述耐热输料管5还连接有排污管13,排污管13与排污阀9连接。
本实施例中,上述排污管13还连接有酒精出料阀12。
本实施例中,上述耐热磁力泵6与耐热进料管15之间装设有进料阀8。

本申请本申请的无菌面膜灌装机,与料液接触的管道采用高温蒸汽灭菌。高温蒸汽从耐热进料管进入耐热输料管,经过耐热磁力泵、耐热灌装头由排污管排出,待蒸汽稳定后保持蒸汽压力0.2~0.3MPa,灭菌20~30分钟,保证灭菌彻底。此外,本申请的机身环境采用紫外灯和消毒剂配合杀菌,用消毒剂喷洒环境及机身,打开机器内部紫外灯系统,打开灌装间环境消毒紫外灯杀菌20分钟,达到杀菌效果,灭菌后的环境需要保持正压,定期抽样检测空气中含菌量。另外,本申请灌装过程中的无菌保护由无菌空气流和紫外杀菌系统构成,无菌空气由层流罩等提供,由顶部往下垂直吹入,经过防紫外多孔顶罩进入灌装机内部,形成局部正压;灌装机内部紫外灯系统在灌装过程中保持开启,保证灌装机内部无菌环境;防紫外线机身罩和防紫外多孔顶罩为操作人员提供安全保护。灌装环境保证正压,灌装机部位用层流罩形成局部百级,即在洁净区万级的大环境下利用FFU(空气过滤净化单元)达到特定区域百级洁净水平。本申请停机后无菌保护采用75%消毒酒精。配置好的消毒酒精加入酒精循环池,由耐热磁力泵吸入酒精进料管,再由酒精出料管流回酒精循环池,反复形成循环,循环15分钟以上,在酒精循环池中放入酒精计,随时测量酒精含量,补充酒精保持酒精循环池中的酒精在75%,最终灌装机管道系统保存在消毒酒精中。
本申请进行无菌灌装的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)从耐热进料管15通入高温蒸汽,打开耐热磁力泵6,接通耐热灌装头14,打开排污阀9让蒸汽通过整个接触內料的管道;
2)调整进料阀8和排污阀9,观察压力表7,稳定蒸汽压力在0.2~0.3MPa, 开始计时,灭菌20~30分钟灭菌完毕,依次关闭耐热灌装头14、排污阀9、磁力泵6、进料阀8,密闭整个管路系统;
3)用消毒剂喷洒灌装空间和机身外侧,打开机器内部紫外消毒系统3,打开灌装间紫外灯,消毒20分钟以上;
4)往灌装间通入无菌空气,观察压差表,达到所需压差关闭灌装间紫外灯,关闭机器内部紫外灯;
5)打开灌装机上方层流罩16,保持灌装机内部正压,进行装袋操作,操作完成关闭防紫外线多孔定罩4,关闭防紫外线机身罩2,打开灌装机内部紫外灯系统3,灭菌15分钟;
6)打开进料阀8,打开耐热磁力泵6,打开耐热灌装头14,开始灌装操作;
7)灌装完成,按照內料接触管道灭菌程序通入蒸汽冲洗管道10分钟,密闭管道系统;
8)往酒精循环池11中倒入75%酒精,打开酒精进料阀10、耐热磁力泵6、酒精出料阀12,开始酒精循环。循环是用酒精计检测酒精循环池11的酒精含量,随时调整,待酒精含量稳定在75%,循环15分钟。依次关闭酒精出料阀12、耐热磁力泵6、酒精进料阀10,密闭內料接触管道系统;
9)关闭电源,结束无菌灌装操作。

  1. 一种无菌面膜灌装机,其特征在于包括有灌装机主体(1)、紫外杀菌系统、耐高温管道系统、酒精循环系统,紫外杀菌系统包括有防紫外线机身罩(2)、紫外灯杀菌系统(3)、防紫外多孔顶罩(4),耐高温管道系统包括有耐热输料管(5)、耐热磁力泵(6)、排污管(13)、耐热灌装头(14)、耐热进料管(15),酒精循环系统包括有耐热磁力泵(6)、酒精进料阀(10)、酒精循环池(11),其中灌装机主体(1)内装设有防紫外线机身罩(2),防紫外线机身罩(2)内装设有紫外灯杀菌系统(3),灌装机主体(1)的顶部还设有防紫外多孔顶罩(4),耐热输料管(5)装设在防紫外线机身罩(2)内,且耐热输料管(5)的一端通过耐热磁力泵(6)与耐热进料管(15)及酒精进料阀(10)连接,酒精进料阀(10)与酒精循环池(11)连接,耐热输料管(5)的另一端与耐热灌装头(14)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无菌面膜灌装机,其特征在于所述耐热输料管(5)还连接有排污管(13),排污管(13)与排污阀(9)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无菌面膜灌装机,其特征在于所述排污管(13)还连接有酒精出料阀(12)。
