优选的,如图1、图2和图5所示,所述第一本体1还具有相对设置的两个侧面16,两个侧面16与所述第一面12和第二面13间隔设置,两个侧面16与第一面12和第二面13共同围成一六面体,所述卡槽11两侧壁上的限位孔111分别向两个侧面16进行延伸。
在上述实施例的基础上,优选的,如图3和图2所示,所述弯曲部22的端面凸出形成一连接弯曲部22与所述卡臂21的条形壁223,所述第一本体1的第一端端面设有一条形槽14,条形壁223配合设置在条形槽14中。
本实施例通过条形壁与条形槽的配合,能够进一步加强第一本体与第二本体连接的可靠性。
在上述实施例的基础上,优选的,如图1和图2所示,所述第二本体2的内侧凸出形成两个枢接壁231,两个枢接壁231间隔一定距离相对设置,两个枢接壁231之间形成镜脚的枢接空间。
眼镜,如图6所示,包括两个镜脚3和镜框4,两个镜脚3分别通过所述镜脚3和镜框4的铰接机构枢接在一起。
优选的,如图1和图2所示,所述第二本体2的内侧凸出形成两个枢接壁231,两个枢接壁231间隔一定距离相对设置,两个枢接壁231之间形成镜脚的枢接空间,所述镜脚3的枢接端设置在两个枢接壁231之间的枢接空间中并枢接在两个枢接壁231上。
本实施例具有所述镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,因此也具有上述镜脚和镜框的铰接机构的技术效果,在此不再重复。
在上述实施例的基础上,优选的,如图6和图7所示,所述镜框4的两端边缘分别设有一容置槽41,容置槽41的外端向镜框4外敞开,所述第一本体1固定在该容置槽41内;
优选的,如图1、图2、图6和图7所示,所述第一本体1具有相对设置设置的第一面12和第二面13,第一本体1的第一面12贴合并固定在所述容置槽41的槽底面,第一本体1的第二面12位于容置槽41的槽口。
优选的,如图2、图6和图7所示,第一本体1的第二面13与所述镜框4的外表面连接成圆滑的曲面,图中给出的第一本体1的第二面高于镜框4的外表面,但是不限于这种方式,将第一本体1的第二面13与所述镜框4的外表面连接成圆滑的曲面,更具有良好的曲线效果和视觉效果。
优选的,如图1、图6、图7和图8所示,所述第一本体1的第一面12设有至少一个第一螺孔121,优选可以设置两个第一螺孔121,所述镜框4两端的内表面设有至少一个第二螺孔42,第二螺孔42延伸至所述容置槽41中并与第一螺孔121相对应,镜框4上的每个第二螺孔42中均穿过一螺栓5,并将该螺栓5至旋接配合至与该第二螺孔42相对应的第一本体1上的第一螺孔121中,从而将第一本体1固定在镜框4的容置槽41中。
在上述实施例的基础上,优选的,如图6、图7和图1所示,所述容置槽41的内端面411倾斜一定角度设置,所述第一本体1的第二端斜切有一缺口并形成一斜面17,该斜面17抵靠配合在容置槽41的内端面上。优选的,所述容置槽41的内端面由下而上向靠近镜框4中部的方向倾斜5度~20度,优选的倾斜角度可以为5度、7度、10度、15度或者20度,需要说明的是,由下而上是指由靠近镜框底部的位置向靠近镜框顶部的位置。
本实施例通过第一本体通过其斜面与容置槽的内端面相配合,能够增大第一本体的斜面与容置槽内端面的接触面积,从而将第一本体可靠、牢固的固定在容置槽中。
以上各实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,但是本实用新型并不限于此实施方式,在所属技术领域的技术人员所具备的的知识范围内,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下,还可以做出各种变化。所属技术领域的技术人员从上述的构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,包括用于连接在镜框上的第一本体和用于枢接镜脚的第二本体,第一本体与第二本体可拆卸连接;
    第一本体具有第一端和第二端,第一本体的第一端设有卡槽,卡槽由第一本体的第一端向第一本体的第二端延伸;
    第二本体具有连接第一本体的第一端和枢接镜脚的第二端,第二本体的第一端设有两个具有弹性的卡臂,两个卡臂之间隔开一定距离并排设置,两个卡臂之间形成一让位空间,两个卡臂均设置在卡槽中并分别抵靠在所述卡槽的两侧壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述两个卡臂分别向远离两个卡臂之间让位空间的一侧凸出形成一限位凸起,所述卡槽的两侧壁上分别设有一限位孔,两个卡臂上的限位凸起分别卡设配合在卡槽两侧壁上的限位孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述卡臂设置在所述第二本体的内侧,第二本体与卡臂之间的夹角为95度~140度。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述第二本体的第一端延伸形成与第二本体一体成型的弯曲部,弯曲部延伸至其端面与所述第一本体第一端端面相对应配合的位置,并使弯曲部端面靠近第一本体第一端端面,弯曲部的端面凸出形成所述卡臂。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述第一本体具有相对设置的第一面和第二面,第一面和第二面均沿第一本体延伸的方向设置,所述第二本体的内外两侧具有相对设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述弯曲部形成连接第一面和第一侧面的第一弯曲面,以及连接第二面和第二侧面的第二弯曲面,第一弯曲面和第二弯曲面分别位于弯曲部的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述弯曲部的端面凸出形成一连接弯曲部与所述卡臂的条形壁,所述第一本体的第一端端面设有一条形槽,条形壁配合设置在条形槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的镜脚和镜框的铰接机构,其特征在于,所述第二本体的内侧凸出形成两个枢接壁,两个枢接壁间隔一定距离相对设置,两个枢接壁之间形成镜脚的枢接空间。
  8. 眼镜,包括两个镜脚和镜框,其特征在于,两个镜脚分别通过所述镜脚和镜框的铰接机构枢接在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜框的两端边缘分别设有一容置槽,容 置槽的外端向镜框外敞开,所述第一本体固定在该容置槽内;
    所述第一本体具有相对设置设置的第一面和第二面,第一本体的第一面贴合并固定在所述容置槽的槽底面,第一本体的第二面位于容置槽的槽口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的眼镜,其特征在于,所述容置槽的内端面倾斜一定角度设置,所述第一本体的第二端斜切有一缺口并形成一斜面,该斜面抵靠配合在容置槽的内端面上。
