本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是:包括灯座、发光主体和支架,所述发光主体的底部与所述灯座的顶部转动配合,支架设置在灯座底部,所述发光主体由主体壳、正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板和导光板组成,所述主体壳的前侧面和后侧面上均各设有发光窗口,其中一个发光窗口内侧正面安装着覆盖所在发光窗口的所述正面LED光源板、所述正面LED光源板上安装有若干照射方向朝向所在发光窗口前方的LED光源,另一个发光窗口内侧正面安装着覆盖所在发光窗口的所述导光板、所述侧面LED光源板安装在所述导光板侧面的外侧、且所述侧面LED光源板上安装有若干照射方向朝向所述导光板侧面的LED光源,所述灯座或发光主体上设置有电路板、电源、电源开关和照明方式转换开关,所述正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板、电源、电源开关、照明方式转换开关和电路板之间作对应的电连接。
上述技术方案所述灯座或发光主体上还可以设置有调光器,所述正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板、电源、电源开关、调光器、照明方式转换开关和电路板之间作对应的电连接。调光器可以包括有光照亮度调节旋钮和光照色温调节旋钮。
上述技术方案所述照明方式转换开关可以与所述电源开关设置在一起,成为一体化的电开关,这种情况应该视为本发明的等同技术方案。
上述技术方案所述电源、电源开关和调光器可以设置在灯座上,也可以分别设置在发光主体左侧面、右侧面、顶侧面上;设置在灯座上最好设置在灯座的后侧面上,以使操作更方便。电路板可以设置在灯座内,也可以设置在发光主体内。
上述技术方案所述电源、电源开关和调光器设置在灯座上的,其正面LED光源板的电源端和侧面LED光源板的电源端的连接导线可以是通过所述发光主体和所述灯座转动配合的转轴的中心孔进入所述灯座内。
上述技术方案所述电源、电源开关和调光器设置在灯座上的,其发光主体和所述灯座之间可以设置有同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构,以防止所述发光主体和所述灯座的转轴中心孔内的导线产生缠绕。同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构具体可以在所述发光主体底面上设置限位钉、在所述灯座顶面上设置限位卡座,或者在所述发光主体底面上设置限位卡座、在所述灯座顶面上设置限位钉。
上述技术方案所述限位卡座上可以设有限位钉定位凹坑。
上述技术方案所述侧面LED光源板可以是安装在所述导光板的一个、二个、三个或四个侧面的外侧主体壳上。
上述技术方案所述导光板和所述侧面LED光源板安装在主体壳上,均可以是安装在主体壳上的一个散热座上。
上述技术方案所述支架是灯座的支撑部分,其可以是带有外连接端的连接支架,也可以是不带有外连接端的支架、如带有手把、撑杆或绑带等的支架。所述连接支架的连接端可以是热靴式插头或热靴式插座。所述支架上还可以设有各种合适结构的转动关节,用以调节照明灯的照射角度。
上述技术方案所述照明方式转换开关可以是设置在所述发光主体和所述灯座之间的自动感应电子开关或机械式行程开关,使到当所述发光主体的前侧面或后侧面被转动至朝向照明灯前方且到位时,这个侧面上的发光窗口内侧的所属LED光源便自动得电发光,而被转动至朝向照明灯后方的侧面上的发光窗口内侧的所属LED光源便自动失电熄灭。
上述技术方案所述正面LED光源板的LED光源可以采用带有凸透镜的LED光源,所述侧面LED光源板上的LED光源可以采用不带凸透镜的LED光源。所 述带有凸透镜LED光源就是指LED光源的发光面前侧设有一聚光用的凸透镜、LED光源的半值角较小,如插件式LED灯珠;所述不带凸透镜LED光源就指是LED光源的发光面前侧没有设置聚光用的凸透镜、LED光源的半值角较大,如普通贴片式LED。
上述技术方案所述电源可以是电池、安装电池的电池座、接入外电源的插座或接入外电源的带插头外引导线等。
本发明的有益效果:由于将灯体分拆为转动配合在一起的发光主体和灯座二个独立部分,在发光主体的前侧面和后侧面上均各设有发光窗口,其中一个发光窗口设置为直照式照明、另一个发光窗口设置为柔光式照明,然后由灯座与拍摄机器作不能转动的固定连接、如热靴式插接连接,所以这样一个照明灯便可固定连接在照相机或摄像机上后,通过转动发光主体进行变换,既能够为拍摄前方提供直照式照明,也能够为拍摄前方提供柔光式照明;由于照明灯上的直照式光源前方再不用遮挡一个导光板,所以直照式光照亮度不会损失,可以最充分发挥出直照式光照亮度;由于导光板的后侧面再不需要高度透明,所以设置光线反射凹坑可以比较密集,也可以印刷上密集反射点,使到向前方折射的光照亮度不会损失,可以最充分发挥出柔光式光照亮度。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图2,本直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是:包括灯座1、发光主体2和支架3,所述发光主体2的底部与所述灯座1的顶部转动配合,连接支架3设置在灯座1底部,所述发光主体2由主体壳4、正面LED光源板5、侧面LED光源板6和导光板7组成,主体壳4的前侧面8和后侧面9上均各设有发光窗口10、11,其中一个发光窗口10内侧正面安装着覆盖发光窗口10的所述正面LED光源板5、所述正面LED光源板5上安装有若干照射方向朝向所在发光窗口10前方的LED光源12等,另一个发光窗口11内侧正面安装着覆盖发光窗口10的所述导光板7、所述侧面LED光源板6安装在所述导光板7外侧、且所述侧面LED光源板6上安装有若干照射方向朝向所述导光板侧面13的LED光源14等,所述灯座1上设置有电池座15、电源开关16和调光器17和照明方式转换开关(未示出),所述灯座1内安装有电路板18,所述正面LED光源板5的电源端和侧面LED光源板6的电源端分别与所述电池座15、电源开关16、调光器17、照明方式转换开关和电路板18作对应的电连接。
另外,所述正面LED光源板5的电源端和侧面LED光源板6的电源端的连接导线是通过所述发光主体2与所述灯座1转动配合的转轴19的中心孔20进入所述灯座1内。
所述发光主体2和所述灯座1之间设置有同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构,以防止所述发光主体2与所述灯座1的转轴19中心孔20内的连接导线产生缠绕。如图7所示,同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构具体是在所述发光主体2底面上设置限位钉21和22、在所述灯座1顶面上设置限位卡座23和24。
所述限位卡座23和24上还分别设有限位钉21和22的定位凹坑25、26、27、28。
所述侧面LED光源板6是分别安装在所述导光板7的四个侧面的外侧主体壳4上。所述导光板7和所述侧面LED光源板6安装固定在主体壳4上,且是安装在主体壳4上的一个散热座29上。
所述支架3为带有外连接端30的连接支架,所述连接支架的外连接端30是热靴式插头。所述支架3上还设有转动关节31。
所述照明方式转换开关是设置在所述灯座1上的自动感应电子开关,当所述发光主体2的前侧面8或者后侧面9被转动至朝向照明灯前面并到位时,这个前侧面8或者后侧面9上的发光窗口10或者11内侧的所属LED光源便自动得电发光,而被转动至朝向照明灯后面的后侧面9或者前侧面8上的发光窗口11或者10内侧的所属LED光源便自动失电熄灭。
所述调光器17包括了光照亮度调节旋钮和光照色温调节旋钮。
所述电池座15、电源开关16和调光器17是设置在所述灯座1上的后侧面。
所述正面LED光源板5上的LED光源12采用直插灯珠型的LED光源,所述侧面LED光源板6的LED光源14贴片型的LED光源。
使用上,当照明灯处于图1、图2状态时,在电池座15上安装了电池并接通电源开关16后,照明方式转换开关(未示出)便自动控制发光主体2的前侧面8的发光窗口10内侧正面的正面LED光源板5上的LED光源12等发光,为照明灯前方提供直照式照明,通过调光器17可以调节光照亮度和光照色温至适用程度,这时限位钉21配合在限位卡座23上的定位凹坑25内、限位钉22配合在限位卡座24上的定位凹坑26内而使发光主体2得到定位,由于限位钉21和22受到定位凹坑25和26前方的卡座凸块的阻挡限位,使发光主体2不能再顺时针转动。当照明灯前方需要提供柔光式照明时;如图3所示逆时针转动发光主体2,限位钉21和22便分别退出定位凹坑25和26且离开限位卡座23和24,转动至发光主体2的前侧面8朝向照明灯后方而发光主体2的后侧面9朝向照明灯前方时,即为图4状态,照明方式转换开关(未示出)便自动控制发光主体2的后侧面9的发光窗口11内侧正面的导光板7外侧的侧面LED光源板6上的LED光源14等发光,光线通过导光板7折射后为照明灯前方提供柔光式照明;同时,照明方式转换开关(未示出)自动控制这时朝向照明灯后方的发光主体2的前侧面8的发光窗口10内的正面LED光源板5上的LED光源12等熄灭;这时限位钉21配合在限位卡座24上的定位凹坑28内、限位钉22配合在限位卡座23上的定位凹坑27内而使发光主体2得到定位,由于限位钉21和22受到定位凹坑28和27前方的卡座凸块的阻挡限位,使发光主体2不能再逆时针转动,即发光主体2只能逆时针转动到180°为止,如果这时要转动发光主体2变换发光主体2的前侧面8朝向照明灯前方,发光主体2也只能顺时针转动到180°为止,这就是所谓同向转动限制在180°内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是:包括灯座、发光主体和支架,所述发光主体的底部与所述灯座的顶部转动配合,连接支架设置在灯座底部,所述发光主体由主体壳、正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板和导光板组成,所述主体壳的前侧面和后侧面上均各设有发光窗口,其中一个发光窗口内侧正面安装着覆盖所在发光窗口的所述正面LED光源板、所述正面LED光源板上安装有若干照射方向朝向所在发光窗口前方的LED光源,另一个发光窗口内侧正面安装着覆盖所在发光窗口的所述导光板、所述侧面LED光源板安装在所述导光板侧面的外侧、且所述侧面LED光源板上安装有若干照射方向朝向所述导光板侧面的LED光源,所述灯座或发光主体上设置有电路板、电源、电源开关和照明方式转换开关,所述正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板、电源、电源开关、照明方式转换开关和电路板之间作对应的电连接。
  2. 按权利要求1所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述灯座或发光主体上还设置有调光器,所述正面LED光源板、侧面LED光源板、电源、电源开关、调光器、照明方式转换开关和电路板之间作对应的电连接。
  3. 按权利要求2所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述电源、电源开关和调光器设置在灯座上或者分别设置在发光主体左侧面、右侧面或顶侧面上。
  4. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述正面LED光源板的LED光源采用带有凸透镜的LED光源,所述侧面LED光源板上的LED光源采用不带凸透镜的LED光源。
  5. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述电源、电源开关和调光旋钮设置在灯座上的,其正面LED光源板的电源端和侧面LED光源板的电源端的连接导线是通过所述发光主体和所述灯座转动配合的转轴的中心孔进入所述灯座内。
  6. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述电源、电源开关和调光旋钮设置在灯座上的,其发光主体和所述灯座之间设置有同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构,所述同向转动限制在180°内的限位结构是在所述发光主体底面上设置限位钉、在所述灯座顶面上设置限位卡座,或者在所述发光主体底面上设置限位卡座、在所述灯座顶面上 设置限位钉。
  7. 按权利要求6所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述限位卡座上设有限位钉定位凹坑。
  8. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述侧面LED光源板是安装在所述导光板的一个、二个、三个或四个侧面的外侧主体壳上
  9. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述导光板和所述侧面LED光源板安装在主体壳上,均是安装在主体壳上设置的一个散热座上。
  10. 按权利要求1、2或3所述的直照式和柔光式转动变换的拍摄用LED照明灯,其特征是所述照明方式转换开关可以是设置在所述发光主体和所述灯座之间的自动感应电子开关或机械式行程开关,使到当所述发光主体的前侧面或后侧面被转动至朝向照明灯前方且到位时,这个侧面上的发光窗口内侧的所属LED光源便自动得电发光,而被转动至朝向照明灯后方的侧面上的发光窗口内侧的所属LED光源便自动失电熄灭。
