DCC도 Methylene chloride 10ml에 녹이고 먼저 제조한 용액에 ice bath로 0도를 유지시키며 마크네틱바로 교반시켜주는 상태에서 dropwise 시킨다. 그 다음 상온에서 3시간 저어주며 반응시키고, 이 후 DCU를 여과시킨 후 해당 용액을 감압증류에 농축시킨다. Ether 500ml에 침전시킨 뒤 여과해 건조시키면 tween 20-CA를 얻을 수 있다. 합성 방법은 도 1에 도시하였다.The synthesis method is as follows. 상기 조성물 1 내지 7의 제조 직후 및 4주 후의 석출여부를 평가하고, 석출되지 않은 조성물은 냉온 및 고온에서의 입자 사이즈 및 PDI 값을 측정하였다. Zetasizer (모델명 : Nano ZS Malvern 社)를 이용하여 입자 사이즈 및 PDI 값을 측정하였다. PDI 값은 0에서 1까지의 수치를 가지며 0이면 단분산에 가깝고 1로 커질수록 다분산의 분포를 갖는다는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.
