Abstract

The frequent use of such vehicles - vehicles has shown the difficulty of handling them, especially in the back and parking because the trailer is an independent vehicle that should be driven by the towing car in the known opposite directions of the steering wheel. In order to be able to maintain the correct course of both vehicles, we have created an invention with a stabilization system with a trailer lock - allowing the x-axis different horizontal rotation of the two vehicles - in a car of any body type, with two fixed secure bindings in the car and a system that allow s the shaft y different horizontal rotation of the two vehicles, as well as two rotatable rollers below the post with vertical axis that allow tert n mutually independent rotation of 360 degrees and mounting of the well-known load damping forces sheets and together damping damper.

Description

Towed structure - a vehicle with 360° rotating wheels
In these common vehicle constructions, we find it difficult to handle- them during the course of the' towing and in the course of maneuvering as well as in their parking.
In the present invention the trailer follows the towing car as its extension. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the handling of the trailer by -a II the driver s without re quiring any particular knowledge of the direction of the trailer.
The solution to this problem is achieved according to the
invention by the features set forth in claim 1. The frequent use of such structure - vehicles has shown the difficulty of handling them, especially in the back and parking because the trailer is . an i n depende n t veh icle that should be driven by the towing ca r in the known opposite directions of the steering wheel.
In order to be able to maintain the correct course of both
vehicles, we have created an invention with a stabilization system with a trailer lock - which allows the x - axis different horizontal rotation of the two .vehicles - in a car of any body type, with two fixed secure bindings in the car As shown in
Figure 1, the locking and unlocking system operates with two metal pins with the symbols 1,31 and two metal arms with the symbols 15, 18 as well as with a metal lever with A handle'that allows us to carry out a manual force with the symbol 6, which when in the horizontal position, holds locking pins atthe same time, while when in the vertical position it allows us to unlock the trailer and store it.
In symbols 9, 12, 27 we find metallic crossbars that allow us to lock the shutter securely. Each pin 9,12,27 also has a safety pin 10,26 which is used in the complete removal of the trailer securing system from the car. All of the movable parts of the locking catch have teflon washers to avoid friction and facilitate system operation symbpls 2, 3,4, 5,7, 8 ,13, 14, 16 ,'17, 19, 20,28, 29, 30,32, 33 34. A metal pin 22 with safety pin 21 and teflon washers 23,24 is used for 100% secure locking of the closure when towing .
Between the pair of pins 9 and 12 as well as the pair 22 and 27 there is a.ph a i n t,h a t I i n ks them. In Figure 2 the two cylinders 35, 42 - insi e them - operates the closure system that mentioned above. These cylinders, as well as the shutter system can be removed from the towing car,but it will always be left on the car in ( figure 3 )will be the symbol 102 as well as the 103 which will have applied a silver-type bonding between them.
In Figure 2, in the right 10 mm thick locking pipe 35, from the ri- ght hand side, we apply the 10 mm thick metal cylinder 38 inside the 10 mm thick rubber' hub cylider 39. From the left side, apply the 0 mm thic metal cylinder 40 to the. corresponding 10 mm thick rubber cylinder 41. The elastic cylinders 38, 39, 35 and the pin 1 - with a particular
shoulder - permeate the three vertically to the locking pin 37 which, at the same time as the pin 21, secures the pin 1 to a permanent secure position when the trailer is used. On the right of t he 35 I apply a plastic plug to visit. To the left of 35 we- apply a metal plate 60 which is alsoidetached with teflon washers 62 64,66,68, and screws 61 ,63, W> , 67.
SLHBSTlTUf^ SHf ET At 60 there is in the center of the cross passage such that the pin 1 passes in and with the special shoulder atthe rear of the pin 1, 60 does not allow the locking catch.to be called. In order to control the inclination of the locking catch which is imperative due to the placement of the invention in body bodies of all types and to avoid elongation of the total length of the vehicle in question, if it is possible to have a permanently mounted system on the car, there are the respective threads left The 35 that will apply 61, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, allowing us to place the shutter in five different five-way calls each.6 ,62,63 is applied with silver- -gluing at 101.35- and 42 respectively - is applied with argon-type gluing internally of 61 ,62,63. The 101 as a whole with 35,61 62,63 is applied to the permanent in the car 102 with bolts 64,68 72, 76 with metal washers 65, 69, 73, 77 and 66,70,74, 78 as well as with the Corresponding nuts 67,71,75,79.
Respectively the system of 42, 80, 81, 82, 100.
In Figure 2, inside the metal cylinders 35 and 42 there is a void in the path of the spheres 1,31 per millimeter perpendicular to its smooth and permanent horizontal movement, as well as a grease for the permanent lubrication of the spheres 1,31. In figure 4 on the metal structure at the front of the trailer we have applied si!ver-104 welding to all the metal parts. In figure 5, 105,106 are tef lo n ro 11 e rs to prevent friction wi t h t h e pin 31., -respective teflon rollers a re' a I so present for trie Pin 108. The 108; 110 belonging to the single metal ,104 front bf the trailer is also the permanent holding of the bearing 109 and the bearing 114 respectively on the shaft 188 permanently mounted on the chassis 181 of the trailer U. Outer rings 108 and 110 will have metal rings 107, 111 and 112, 115 glued to the shaft 188 by silver- gluing. The metal ring 116 is applied with an argon-type gluing at 104 to strengthen the point due to forces at a 15 degree limitation between the car and the trailer. The 117 is fitted with, four bolts on the 104th. 117 will ha e a socket'f o r the shock absorber. In Figures 6, 9, 10, 143 is secured to and secured to 104 by safety bolt 134 with metal washers 135, 137 and metal security nuts 133, 138.
Correspondingly, 145 at 104. ; ln figure 8, 121 is the metallic shell of the trailer, 1221s a metal door open able type construction with two heavy-dUty hinges and allocking lock on the trailer body as well as a chain f o r :m ax i m u m safety Construction. The 118 is a metallic cover section for its portable parts 104 for greater security. 118 in its upper part creates a hocking space for the detachable - split parts of the shutter. The 119 is a solid iron or a metal mesh can be used so that we can have visual contact with the storage space. The 120 is the cover of the storage compartment and consists of a handle; two hinges a;nd a security lock. It also rotates 180 degrees so that i't can be rotated. In Figure 10, 127 and 143 create a link having a dampener 126 i n the center there of and secured with metal security bolts 124, 130 and metal washers 125, 128, 135, 132 -and; metal security nuts 129 and 133. The 143, 145 is locked as mentioned above in 104 and 127, 142 is secured At 121 - see figure 8. In Figure 11, the 155 and 158 are rubber segments so as to absorb vibrations in the boundary stroke of the 15 decrees: In Figure 11 the metal joint between 155, 158, 59, 160 is also secured to 121 in Fig.8 with safety bolts 170, 172, 174 with me- tal washers 169, 171 , 173, 175, 177, 179 and metal nuts 176
5 178, In vacuum creatives between 159 and 160 moves to 104.
In Figures 13,14 skeleton consists of metal parts at all points of juncture we have applied here argon forrmula gluing. In figure 5 at 181,182,183,184,185,186,187 we have here also applied argon-type gluing. 182,184 185,187 are ten millimeter metal rings.
10 In Figure 17 the 189 and 205 are metal plates of two centimeters thick and the bases to be applied to the leaf springs and dampers in the upper side and wheel bases of the vertical axis on the lower side. These plates join a metal system 204 that acts as a parallel balanced motion bar between the two wheels. Here too
15 the glues are glued with silver. The metal safety bolts 192,195 and 208,211 the metal washers 191 ,194,201 ,203 and 207,210 212 the rubber dampers 190,193 and 209,206 and the security bolts 200,202 and 211,213 join the metal plates 189,205 and act as a single support frame. In figure 18 on the bottom plate 189
n we apply the metal ring 220220 mm thick which will also be the spacer plate 189 from the bearing 221. The bearing will be of heavy type and wijl carry. a grease 222 for continuous lubrication Is within a special s' h ό u I'd e r a t 223 that is the base of the wheel. This allows us to freely rotate the wheel on a vertical axis 360 degrees. Below the plate 189, after placing the 220, 221 ,222, 223
25 we place with four security bolts the metal cylinder 218 having a thickness of 10 mm and a 'djameter larger than its vertical axis 189 by 20 mm. At the center of 223 and with a distance of five centimeters of the wheel, we apply the metal cylinder 224 by means of the silver1- gluing method. The connectors 225 and 228
30 consist of safety olts which' fit with the 226,227223 in a typical ball bearing arrangement oft he metallic Wheel rim. In figure 18 on the upper side of the metal plate there are special suspension connectors for the suspension. 13,14,15,16,18 in Figure 229 is a standard suspension with leaf springs to the top of the side
35 joins the 181 that, the frame of the towirig vehicle. The only difference is that the s us pe n s i o n 'd a m pe rs -' damper located in the' center just above the vertical axis of rotation 189 of the wheel 360 degrees. In Figure 18, 230 and finally 231 are heavy-duty tires to prevent contact of the skirt 229 with the skeleton of thein trailer 181.
