还需要说明的是,纹身针101包括针嘴部和安装部,安装部可移动地安装于主壳体100上。
实施例二
图2为本发明实施例二提供的一种纹身设备的结构示意图;图3为基于图2的纹身设备的纹身钩线的结构示意图;图4为本发明实施例二提供的另一种纹身设备的结构示意图。
如图2至图4所示,本实施例提供一种纹身设备,包括:变压器400、电源接头500和权利要求1-4任一项的纹身机;纹身机与变压器400电连接;变压器400的另一端与电源接头500连接。
该纹身设备,包括上述的纹身机、变压器400和电源接头500,纹身机与变压器400电连接,变压器400的另一端与电源接头500连接;由于纹身机的设置,因此纹身设备具有上述纹身机的所有优点;通过开关200的设置,不仅省去了延长连接到脚下的脚踏开关200,节省了工作空间;而且开关200设置在手握住纹身机的位置处,便于这只手控制开关200的开启与闭合,因此纹身时只需要一只手即可控制整个纹身的过程,同时由于省略了脚踏开关200,使用时操作简单、流畅性好;而且脚下不需用力,矫正了错误的坐姿,降低了工作人员得腰椎病、颈椎病等职业病的概率,保障了健康;而且颠覆了现有的工作模式,提供了一种更新换代的设备。
需要说明的是,如图2所示,纹身设备还包括纹身钩线300,纹身机通过纹身钩线300与变压器400连接。
或者,如图4所示,变压器400设置为微型变压器400,变压器400通过接口102安装于纹身机上,因此不需要纹身钩线300也能够完成纹身的过程。
还需要说明的是,变压器400设置为微型变压器时,纹身机与微型变压器可以为分体式结构,通过接口相连接,也可以设置为一体式结构,具体的形状可根据客户需求而定,因此这里就不一一举例说明。
本实施例中,如图3所示,纹身钩线300上设置有钩线接头302;钩线接头与纹身钩线300可拆卸地连接,因此在使用过程中,可随意更换钩线接头302。
需要说明的是,纹身钩线300远离钩线接头302的一端设置有插头,通过插头与变压器400连接。
还需要说明的是,纹身钩线300上设置有接口部301,钩线接头302通过接口部301与纹身钩线300连接。
还需要说明的是,钩线接头302设置为插入式钩线接头302,但并不仅限于上述插入式钩线接头302,只要能够实现与纹身机相连接即可,因此这里不一一举例说明。
本实施例中,纹身钩线300的外部包裹有保护套,用于保护纹身钩线300在纹身时不被污染;而且保护套为一次性用品,能够避免交叉感染,比较卫生。
实施例三
本发明提供的纹身设备的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)调节纹身机的出针长度:调节纹身机的出针长度要慎重,因为出针长度(下针深度)决定着线条的粗细。一般情况下应避免过长的调节,如果下针太浅,颜色会在表皮层,皮肤会代谢,随着代谢颜色会慢慢变浅,下针太深,颜色会随着血液被人体吸收,颜色也会慢慢变浅,因此,我们建议纹身机的下针深度应在2mm左右。
(2)接通电源,将纹身钩线300或变压器400接入纹身机接口102。
(3)调节变压器400的调压钮,使纹身机处于最佳工作状态:用手捏住“调压钮”调至“饱和”状态,在调节“调压钮”的同时用另一只手按压开关200,启动纹身机。
(4)按压纹身机上的开关200,控制纹身机作业,只需一只手就可以控制纹身机的开启与关闭,还可以通过纹身针101进行纹身。
需要说明的是,在调节“调压钮”时,要注意手指不可离开或者放松“调压钮”,直至纹身机产生最佳速度和声音;与此同时另一只手可通过大拇指肚触摸磁力条的前端,针杆固定钮的下方,感受触感能否达到最大振动(以感到麻木、痒为止),达到最大振动时纹身机处于最佳工作状态;然后使纹身机处于停机状态,最后再锁紧“调压钮”。其中还需要说明的是,调节变压器400的调压钮可以为多种形式,不仅仅限于上述“调压钮”,只要能够实现调节即可,在此就不一一举例说明。
因此,在使用该纹身设备时,只需按压纹身机上的开关200就可以控制纹身机作业,只需一只手就可以控制纹身机的开启与关闭,还可以通过纹身针101进行纹身;使用时操作简单、流畅性好;而且脚下不需用力,矫正了错误的坐姿,减少了腰椎颈椎等职业病的出现,保障了健康;而且颠覆了现有的工作模式,提供了一种更新换代的设备。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纹身机,其特征在于,包括:主壳体;
    安装于所述主壳体内部的驱动系统;
    安装于所述主壳体一端的纹身针;
    安装于所述主壳体另一端的接口;
    安装于所述主壳体上的开关,所述开关与所述驱动系统电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纹身机,其特征在于,所述驱动系统和所述接口分别通过线路与所述开关连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的纹身机,其特征在于,所述开关设置在所述主壳体的内壁或外壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纹身机,其特征在于,所述纹身针包括针嘴部和安装部,所述安装部可移动地安装于所述主壳体上。
  5. 一种纹身设备,其特征在于,包括:变压器、电源接头和权利要求1-4任一项所述的纹身机;
    所述纹身机与所述变压器电连接;
    所述变压器的另一端与所述电源接头连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纹身设备,其特征在于,所述变压器设置为微型变压器,所述变压器通过所述接口安装于所述纹身机上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的纹身设备,其特征在于,还包括纹身钩线,所述纹身机通过所述纹身钩线与所述变压器连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的纹身设备,其特征在于,所述纹身钩线上设置有钩线接头;所述钩线接头与所述纹身钩线可拆卸地连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的纹身设备,其特征在于,所述钩线接头设置为插入式钩线接头。
  10. 一种纹身设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)调节纹身机的出针长度;
    (2)接通电源,将纹身钩线或变压器接入纹身机接口;
    (3)调节变压器的调压钮,使纹身机处于最佳工作状态;
    (4)按压纹身机上的开关,控制纹身机作业,一只手即能够控制纹身机的开启与关闭。
