随着旅游行业的发展和兴起,旅客们越来越注重旅行的质量,所以关于出行时间也显得比较重要。现阶段,更多的旅客可以在互联网上进行机票的预定。针对有比较明确的目的地旅客,例如想去日本,但是没有固定的出发的时间,什么时候出行都可以的情况,旅客会参考很多信息决策出最终出行时间。由于人们的生活水平的提交,价格已经不是用户判断何时去的唯一因素,除了机票价格还希望在做决策时有更多有价值的参考信息,比如通常价格最低的时候可能是当地的雨季不适合下水,或者当地此时的气候气温不适宜旅游等等。或者告知用户某一个时间段特别适合去当地,例如两周后是当地的泼水节,这个时候去可以体验并参与其中。
但是,现阶段的上述参考信息需要通过多个渠道获得,综合考虑后才能去做旅行时间决策。通过多个渠道获取相关信息不但会造成信息找起来非常麻烦复杂的问题,而且因为需要多次重复访问服务器进行查询,增加服务器与客户端的交互次数,进而造成服务器压力较大等问题。同时没有考虑到用户体验效果的方面。

本申请提供一种基于票务搜索的信息提供方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。

本申请第一实施例提供一种基于票务搜索的信息提供方法,该方法主要可以为用户提供票务搜索的参考信息,以方便用户在票务所搜时快速有效的获得多维度的数据信息,用户可将该多维度数据信息作为参考信息进行决策。因此,本申请提供的方法可以为用户在票务搜索方面提供便利,以提高用户体验。
以下通过具体的实施例对本申请提供的该基于票务搜索的信息提供方法进行详细的介绍和说明。
图1是本申请第一实施例提供的基于票务搜索的信息提供方法的流程图。请参照图1,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,客户端接收用户的票务搜索请求,所述搜索请求中包括搜索目的地。
本申请实施例提供的该方法应用的场景可以预设为与旅游相关的场景,更具体的可以为在旅游行为中涉及的票务查询和搜索等场景中。例如可以为用户何时去某地旅行提供一些参考信息,以方便用户根据该方法实施的平台简单快捷的确定出行时间和出行方案等。因此,本申请实施例主要通过介绍用户旅行时所涉及的场景和事例对该方法进行详细的介绍和说明。
在旅游出行时间及票务搜索的场景下,并且本方法是应用在已经确定旅行目的地的基础上展开的设计,因此,该方法的步骤首先应该是确定并获取用户选择的旅行目的地。
例如,当所述票务为机票时,在预定机票或机票搜索的场景中,首先要明确用户的搜索请求,而该搜索请求中是需要包括搜索目的地的,一旦该搜索目的地确定,就可以针对该搜索目的地进行相关资讯信息的查询和获取。用户一旦选择旅行目的地,则说明用户已经确定出行目的地,而出行日期则的抉择是本申请实施例所重点。因此,可以通过用户在目的地输入框中输入或者选择的目的地确定接下来的步骤及其他信息的获取。
需要说明的是,该搜索请求是用户主观的请求,可以是用户在搜索请求相应的输入框中输入的目的地信息,也可以是通过系统预设的常用目的地进行选择操作,不管是采用输入方式还是选择方式,最终客户端接收的均是用户对票务搜索的请求。
请继续参照图1,步骤S102,根据所述搜索目的地,确定搜索的出行目的地和搜索时间段。
该步骤是根据搜索目的地确定出行目的地和搜索时间段的过程,为了保证用户输入的地点能够得到搜索结果,可以预置地点数据库,该地点数据库中存有多个地点之间的关联关系。在接收用户输入的搜索目的地后,可以根据地点数据库中的关联关系确定出与搜索目的地相关联的出行目的地。该步骤可以在客户端执行,也可以在服务端侧执行,当在服务端侧执行时,地点数据库设置在服务端。当然,在票务搜索场景中,本步骤还需要出发地,当用户有输入出发地信息时,将用户输入或选择的出发地作为票务搜索的出发地;当用户未选择或输入出发地时,通过获取终端所在的位置信息获得用户所在的当前城市或地点,作为票务搜索的出发地,或者,也可以将系统默认的地点作为出发地。
该步骤中确定的出行目的地与搜索目的地可以是同一地点,也可以是不同地点。例如,当用户的搜索目的地是巴黎时,说明用户的出行目的地即为巴黎,此时,所述搜索 目的地与出行目的地是一致的。
另外,还可能出现的情况时,用户的搜索目的地没有相关票务信息,在此情况下,则可以采用以下方式实现:首先判断所述搜索目的地是否具有票务相关信息;若判断结果为否,则获取所述搜索目的地的相关城市。所述相关城市包括以下一种或者多种的组合:与所述搜索目的地具有等级关系的城市、与所述搜索目的地的具有地域关联的城市、与所述搜索目的地相临近的城市;然后根据所述搜索目的地的相关城市确定出行目的地。
例如,当所述相关城市为与所述搜索目的地具有等级关系的城市这一情况时,搜索目的地的为日本时,由于日本是国家的名称,此时说明用户出行的目的地是日本的其中一个城市。可以查找日本这个国家所属的城市,即在所述搜索目的地与出行目的地不同时,可采用以下方式实现根据搜索目的地确定出行目的地。首先,若所述搜索目的地为国家名称,根据所述搜索目的地获取该国家所属的具体城市;然后,根据获取的具体城市确定所述出行目的地。
图2是本申请第一实施例提供的该方法应用于机票场景时的示意图。请参照图2,在图2中可以看出,在搜索输入框中输入日本之后,相应的,在搜索结果中显示的为日本的东京、大阪、札幌,此时,搜索目的地为日本,而出行目的地可以为东京、大阪、札幌这三个城市中的其中一个。因此,当用户搜索去日本旅行时,相应的航线日期查询的指令将会被启动,接收该指令后,会根据输入的出行目的地进行相应的信息的获取等。
除了对所述出行目的地进行确定之外,还需要对所述搜索时间段进行确定。
所述搜索时间段是针对某个时间段内出行目的地的相关资讯信息的获取及展示的前提。该票务搜索过程是针对该搜索时间段内对出行目的地的相关信息的搜索。
所述搜索时间段可以通过多种方式确定,常用的确定方式有两种,其中一种为根据系统设置的默认时间段进行确定。系统可以通过预先的设定,设定某个时间段位该搜索时间段。例如,系统可以设置为该默认的搜索时间段位一年,且以月为单位进行划分。采用该方式确定搜索时间段可以节省用户的选择操作,简化操作以节省用户时间,从这一点以提高用户体验。
所述搜索时间段的另一种确定方式包括:根据当前系统时间确定所述搜索时间段的搜索起始日期,根据确定出的搜索起始日期以及默认设置的搜索时间长度,确定所述搜索时间段的搜索截止日期;所述搜索时间长度的计算包括按照天为单位计算或者按照月为单位计算。
采用上述方式确定所述搜索时间段使用户具有更自由的选择性,用户可以根据实际 需求对该搜索时间段进行选择。该搜索时间段一般情况下是根据系统时间为起始,根据搜索时间长度确定搜索的截止日期。
例如,当搜索时间段是按照月划分时,若当前系统时间为12月15日,则搜索起始日期设定为12月,搜索时间长度设定为12月时,则从当前的12月延续到第二年的11月,所以搜索截止日期为第二年的11月。因此,该搜索时间段定义为当年的12月至第二年的11月。
又例如,当搜索时间段是以天为单位计算时,如当前系统时间为12月15日,搜索时间长度设定为两个月,则相应的,搜索截止日期为第二年2月15日;若搜索时间长度设定为10天,则搜索截止日期为12月25日。
需要说明的是,采用第二种方式确定所述搜索时间段更灵活自由。

另外,该目的地的旅客数量,很多旅行平台可以查询到相应的旅客数量,例如,从马蜂窝平台获取的正在旅行的人数。然后将所述独立访客量与旅客数量进行相应的计算即可获取该相应单位时间段内的客流信息。
所述将所述独立访客量与实际旅客数量可以按照预设计算方式计算获得该旅行目的地的客流信息中,所述预设计算方式包括:将所述独立访客量与实际旅客数量相加;或者,可以将所述独立访客量和实际旅客数量分别设置相应的权重,将经过权重计算后的独立访客量和经过权重计算后获得最终的客流数量。

在图3中,将时间轴的坐标固定,分别采用不同的图表形状体现相应的数据信息,用户可以根据该变化趋势的复合图表直观获取大量信息,以根据该大量信息进行判断和决策预定机票的时间和日期等。
另外,虽然没有介绍酒店信息,可以根据上述票务价格和天气信息等推理,所述酒店信息可以包括酒店价格,酒店位置,酒店评价等信息,该信息均可以采用上述图表的方式与所述票务价格变化趋势图聚合叠加在同一图表中。以方便用户查看比较多维度数据。
请参照图3,获取曼谷一年中机票月均价:从机票业务接入曼谷一年的机票数据,按照月均价聚合行成柱状图。获取曼谷一年中每月的平均气温:从目的地拿到曼谷一年中每月的平均气温,行成点状图。获取曼谷一年中每月的平均游玩人数:通过在航旅平台搜索曼谷的UV,加上从马蜂窝获取的正在旅行的人数,以月为单位做聚合,形成曼谷每月游客人数。最后将上述3个图表做展示上的聚合,突出机票价格,形成一张大图表,如图3所示。
另外,针对所述第一资讯信息包括出行目的地事件信息时,该事件信息在所述第一用户界面上的展示方式。

可以在所述第一资讯信息展示区域展示所述出行目的地的传统节假日信息、所述出行目的地的旅行淡旺季信息、所述出行目的地的推荐旅行景点信息、所述出行目的地的 花期信息等,另外,还可以针对该事件信息设定标识信息,例如,可以在日历中通过标识信息展示相应的事件信息。
具体例如,可以在日历中通过“樱花”的标识作为樱花开放的花期信息,以体现在日历中,方便用户查看。
图4是事件信息的展示示意图,例如,在图4中可以看出去,可以有搜索时间段内某个搜索时间点的具体介绍,还有相应的节日的介绍等,以上信息均属于事件信息。另外,还可以有一些等级信息,例如,从北京到曼谷的3月份的机票价格较低,酒店价格也较低,旅客人数较多等等级提示。

以上是通过该方法获取相应的资讯信息以展示在用户界面上的过程,因此,方法是将影响用户决策的关键因素提取出来,将各个维度的决策因素以月(单位时间段)为单位做汇总,并形成图表,将多个维度的图标集合在一张图中,方便用户对比,并为用户提供一些关键性的决策信息结论,节省了用户进入各个渠道查找的时间,帮助用户做出行时间决策。
本申请提供的该方法可以应用在多种场景中,其中该应用场景包括航旅应用程序。
另外,该方法不仅能在用户购买机票的场景下帮助他做更精准的出行时间判断和决策,也可以将该功能集合为一个模块输出给其他业务和场景。例如不仅可以内嵌到机票业务,也可以将该模块做简易版本输出,输出到度假和目的地场景,因为度假和目的地场景用户也会面临对一个目的地感兴趣,例如曼谷,但是什么时候去走可以,只要价格、气候、当地的情况都合适。

- 一种基于票务搜索的信息提供方法,其特征在于,提供数据库,所述数据库包括出行目的地、与所述出行目的地相关第一资讯信息以及目的地之间的关联关系;该方法包括:接收客户端发送的搜索请求,所述搜索请求中包括出发地、搜索目的地和搜索时间段;根据所述搜索目的地,确定与所述搜索目的地相关的出行目的地;获取在所述搜索时间段内所述出行目的地相关的第一资讯信息和票务资讯信息;返回搜索结果给所述客户端,所述搜索结果中包括在所述搜索时间段内所述出行目的地相关的第一资讯信息和票务资讯信息。
