背景技术
现有技术中长期演进系统(Long Term Evolution,LTE)主要由三个设备组成:用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、核心网(Core Network,CN)和基站(Evolved Node B,eNB),其中,核心网中的移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)主要负责信令的传输,服务网关(Serving GetWay,SGW)主要负责数据的传输。UE和eNB的接口为Uu,eNB与核心网的接口为S1。
通常,对于某个UE存在S1连接,eNB和UE必定存在Uu连接。
而UE、eNB和MME的协议架构可如图2。对于UE,无线资源控制层(Radio Resource Control,RRC)、分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)、无线连接控制(Radio Link Control,RLC)、媒体访问控制(Medium Access Control,MAC)和物理层(Physical Layer,PHY)均属于接入层(Access Stratum,AS),而AS的高层为非接入层(Non Access Stratum,NAS),AS和NAS可以进行交互。

可见,UE在轻连接状态下,NAS需要保存与MME协商的好的连接,AS不再建立Uu连接,这与以前AS和NAS状态都不同,就导致了AS和NAS的状态之间的差异。然而在有一些情况下,MME有信息需要下发到UE,但是当前终端和基站之间的AS并未建立连接或处于闲置状态,故此时,如何将MME下发的NAS消息发送到UE的NAS是现有技术亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种信息交互方法、装置和计算机存储介质,至少部分解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种信息交互方法,预设态用户设备UE中,包括:
所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;
基于所述寻呼消息向所述基站返回连接恢复请求;
接收所述基站基于所述连接恢复请求返回的携带有预定信息连接恢复消息;所述预定信息为移动管理实体MME发送给所述UE的信息;
所述AS将所述预定信息传输给所述UE的非接入层NAS。
本发明实施例第二方面提供一种信息交互方法,应用于基站中,包括:
接收到移动管理实体MME下发给预设态用户设备UE的预定信息时,向所述UE发送寻呼消息;
接收所述UE在接收到所述寻呼消息之后返回的连接恢复请求;
根据所述连接恢复请求向所述UE发送携带有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。
本发明实施例第三方面提供一种信息交互方法,应用于处于预设态的用户设备(User Equipment,UE)中,包括:
当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述UE的AS向所述UE的NAS发送预定通知;
所述NAS接收到所述预定通知之后,进入空闲状态;
在所述NAS进入空闲状态之后,发起跟踪区更新(Tracking Area Update,TAU)过程。
本发明实施例第四方面提供一种信息交互装置,应用于预设态的UE中,包括:
第一接收单元,配置为所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;

执行单元,配置为所述NAS接收到所述预定通知之后,进入空闲状态;在所述NAS进入空闲状态之后,发起跟踪区更新TAU过程。
本发明实施例第七方面提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令;所述计算机可执行指令被执行后,能够实现第一方面,第二方面,或第三方面提供的方法。
本发明实施例的信息交互方法、装置和计算机存储介质,一方面,基站接收到MME发送给处于轻连接的UE的预定消息时,会向UE发送寻呼消息,这样的触发对应的UE与基站之间进行连接恢复,在连接恢复过程中 或连接恢复之后,将MME发送给UE的预定信息携带在连接恢复消息中发送给UE,从而UE成功的从网络侧接收到预定信息,并进一步由UE的AS接收到预定信息之后传输给UE的NAS,从而完成了处于轻连接的UE的NAS消息的交互。另一方面,UE在进行小区重选时,发现想要接入的小区不支持预设态,UE的AS会向NAS发送预定通知,NAS在接收到预定通知之后,会进入空闲状态,UE将在NAS进入空闲状态之后执行TAU过程,这样UE就可以通过TAU过程,接入到想要接入的小区。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细阐述。
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种信息交互方法,应用于处于预设态的用户设备UE中,包括:
步骤S110:所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;
步骤S120:基于所述寻呼消息向所述基站返回连接恢复请求;
步骤S130:接收所述基站在接收到所述连接恢复请求之后返回的携带有预定信息的连接恢复消息;所述预定信息为移动管理实体MME发送给所述UE的信息;即,基站在接收到连接恢复请求之后,会向所述UE发送连接恢复消息,该连接恢复消息中是携带有预定信息的;即所述基站是基于连接恢复请求发送的连接恢复消息;
步骤S140:所述AS将所述预定信息传输给所述UE的NAS。
在本实施例中所述UE处于预设态,即所述UE的S1口的连接保持,而Uu口的连接断开,相当于UE的NAS还保持与MME之间的连接,但是UE的AS与基站(例如,eNB)之间的AS之间的AS连接断开。这样的话,MME就会认为还可以照常给UE发送消息。这样的话,UE就还有可能接收到MME发送的消息。但是eNB与UE之间的AS之间的连接是断开的。当eNB接收到MME发送给当前处于轻连接的预定信息时,基站会向UE发送寻呼消息。故在本实施例中所述UE会接收到所述基站发送的寻呼消息。通常,这里的寻呼消息通常是通过广播方式或组播方式发送的。所述UE接收到寻呼自己的消息之后,会向基站发送连接恢复请求。该连接恢复请求会触发eNB和UE的AS之间的连接恢复。值得注意的是,所述寻呼消息为基站接收到MME发送的预定信息时发送的。
在本实施例中所述预设态可包括轻连接态及从轻连接态衍生出来的非激活态。轻连接态和非激活态的共同特征均是S1口保持连接,而Uu口连接断开;不同点在于所述轻连接态下的UE可能不能向基站发送数据,而非激活状态可能通过非授权等其他方式发送信息;当然,具体实现时,所述轻连接态和非激活态的限定不局限于此。
在本实施例中所述步骤S130中将会在与基站之间的交互消息中,接收 到所述预定信息。
如此,通过寻呼消息的发送,处于预设态的UE会接收到基站发送的MME发送的预定信息。
在本实施例中所述连接恢复请求可为无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)连接恢复请求。
在本实施例中,所述步骤S130可包括:接收所述基站发送的携带有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。
在本实施例中所述预定信息直接携带在连接恢复消息中。所述预定信息可为NAS协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)。这样的话,所述UE在接收所述连接恢复消息的同时,接收到所述预定信息。
这里的连接恢复消息为RRC连接恢复消息。
在接收到所述RRC连接恢复消息之后,所述UE可以继续连接恢复操作,在完成连接恢复操作之后,向eNB返回连接完成消息,由于已经接收到所述预定信息,也可以中止连接恢复的操作,不再向所述eNB发送连接完成消息,以保持UE继续处于预设态。
由于UE的移动性,UE可能会进行小区重选。由于UE当前处于预设态,UE的NAS是处于非空闲状态的,若UE重选的小区不支持非空闲状态,则所述UE的AS需要与eNB的AS之间建立连接,此时,就需要执行完整的TAU过程。如图4所示,所述方法还包括:
步骤S210:当处于预设态下的UE需要接入不支持所述轻连接的小区时,UE的AS向所述UE的NAS发送预定通知;
步骤S220:所述NAS接收到所述预定通知之后,进入空闲状态;
步骤S230:在所述NAS进入空闲状态之后,发起跟踪区更新TAU过程。
当所述UE的AS通过信道测量以及接收广播信息的方式,确定出当前 小区重选想要接入的小区,不支持轻连接时,则AS会向NAS发送预定通知。该预定通知触发NAS退出非空闲状态,返回到空闲状态,返回空闲状态之后,所述UE就满足TAU过程执行的条件,将进一步发起TAU过程。当NAS进入到空闲状态之后,通过发起TAU过程就能够接入到当前不支持轻连接的小区。
所述预定通知可以为:在当前应用场景中专门设置的触发所述NAS进入空闲状态的信息,也可以利用现有的能够触发NAS进入到空闲状态的信息。以下提供几种可实现方式:
所述步骤S210可包括:
当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述AS向所述NAS发送连接恢复失败通知、小区重选失败通知、回复到所述空闲状态的通知或指示小区不支持所述预设态的通知。
上述各个消息都可以触发所述NAS退出所述非空闲状态,既然怒到所述空闲状态;但是具体实现时不局限于上述方式。
图3所示的信息交互方法和图4所示的信息交互方法,可以分别实现,也可以结合实现。例如,先执行图3所示的信息交互方法,当UE需要接入不支持轻连接态或非激活态等预设态的小区时,执行图4所述的方法。当然,所述UE也可以先执行图4所示的信息交互方法,然后,当UE再次接入到支持轻连接的小区,并在预设态接收到所述MME发送的预定信息时,则执行图3所示的流程。
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种信息交互方法,应用于基站中,包括:
步骤S310:接收到移动管理实体下发给处于预设态的用户设备UE的预定信息时,向所述UE发送寻呼消息;
步骤S320:接收所述UE在接收到所述寻呼消息之后返回的连接恢复请求;
步骤S330:根据所述连接恢复请求向所述UE发送携带有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。
这里的基站可为前述的eNB。基站接收到发送给当前处于预设态的UE的预定信息时,由于eNB与UE之间的AS连接断开,故将发送寻呼消息,促使所述UE与基站之间建立连接。在建立连接的过程中或建立连接之后,再将所述预定信息发送给UE。
在本实施例中直接将所述预定信息携带在所述连接恢复消息中,一方面可以减少预定信息发送到UE的延时,同时可以减少与UE之间的信息交互次数,所述UE是否是继续连接操作或保留在所述预设态,可以由所述UE或基站根据当前需求确定。例如,所述基站还可以在所述连接恢复消息包括特定字段,该特定字段可以用于指示所述UE是否继续连接恢复操作。例如,特定字段为第一值时,所述UE将中止连接恢复操作以继续保留在预设态,为第二值时,所述UE将继续连接恢复操作,恢复与eNB之间的连接。
如图6所示,本实施例提供一种信息交互装置,应用于处于预设态的UE中,包括:
第一接收单元110,配置为所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;
第一发送单元120,配置为基于所述寻呼消息向所述基站返回连接恢复请求;
所述第一接收单元110,还配置为基于所述基站在接收到所述连接恢复请求之后,返回的携带有预定信息的连接恢复消息;所述预定信息为移动管理实体MME发送给所述UE的信息;
第一传输单元130,配置为所述AS将所述预定信息传输给所述UE的非接入层NAS。
本实施例提供的所述交互装置,用于UE中。所述第一接收单元110和所述第一发送单元120都可以对应于所述UE中的无线接口,即收发天线,可以用于基站,例如,eNB进行信息交互。
所述第一传输单元130对应于所述UE内部的传输通道,例如,总线接口,可以实现信息内部传输。
所述预定信息为所述MME发送给处于预设态的UE的任何信息。这里的所述预设态为UE的Uu口的断开且保持S1口的连接的状态。
在本实施例中所述装置会基于基站发送的寻呼消息,与基站恢复连接,在恢复连接的过程中或恢复连接之后,从基站接收MME发送给其的预定信息。
如图7所示,本实施例还提供另一种信息交互装置,包括:
第二传输单元210,还配置为当处于预设态的UE需要接入不支持所述轻连接的小区时,所述UE的AS向所述UE的NAS发送预定通知;这里的预设态可以参见前述技术方案,在此就不重复了。
执行单元220,配置为所述NAS接收到所述预定通知之后,进入空闲状态;在所述NAS进入空闲状态之后,发起跟踪区更新TAU过程。
这里的第二传输单元同样可对应于UE的内部通信接口,可实现AS和NAS之间的信息交互。所述内部通信接口可为所述内部通信总线。
所述执行单元220可对应于所述UE内的处理器或处理电路。所述处理器可为中央处理器、微处理器、数字信号处理器、应用处理器或可编程阵列等。所述处理器或处理电路通过预定指令的执行,将会促使NAS退出非空闲状态,返回到空闲状态,并发起TAU过程,以便接入当前UE想要接入到不支持轻连接的小区中。
在一些实施例中,所述第二传输单元210,配置为当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述AS向所述NAS发送连接恢复失败通知、 小区重选失败通知、回复到所述空闲状态的通知或指示小区不支持所述预设态的通知。第二传输单元210传输的信息可为上述信息的任意一种,总之传输的预定通知,可以促使NAS进入空闲状态,并促使UE发送TAU过程。
图6和图7中包括的单元,可以属于不同的信息交互装置的结构,也可以属于同一个信息交互装置的结构。
如图8所示,本实施例提供一种信息交互装置,应用于基站中,包括:
第二发送单元310,配置为接收到移动管理实体下发给处于预设态的用户设备UE的预定信息时,向所述UE发送寻呼消息;
第二接收单元320,配置为于接收所述UE在接收到所述寻呼消息之后返回的连接恢复请求;
所述第二发送单元310,配置为根据所述连接恢复请求向所述UE发送携带有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。
在本实施例中提供的信息交互装置,为应用于基站中的装置。所述第二发送单元310和所述第二接收单元320可为对应于基站的收发天线。基站在接收到MME发送给当前处于轻连接的UE的预定信息时,将发送寻呼消息,寻呼需要接收所述预定信息的UE。当对应的UE接收到所述寻呼消息会向基站发送连接恢复请求,此时所述基站可以通过后续信息的发送,可以在连接恢复过程中或连接恢复后,将MME发送给所述UE的预定信息发送给所述UE。
在本实施例中所述UE为处于所述预设态的UE,所述预设态可为前述的轻连接态或非激活态。
以下结合下列任何实施例提供几个具体示例:
示例1:
如图9所示,本示例提供一种信息交互方法,包括:
步骤11:NAS传输,携带有NAS PDU,具体为:MME向eNB发送NAS PDU;该NAS PDU为发送给处于轻连接的UE的。
步骤12:eNB向UE发送寻呼消息;
步骤13:UE向eNB发送RRC连接恢复请求;
步骤14:eNB向UE发送RRC连接恢复消息,携带NAS PDU,这里的NAS PDU为前述从MME接收的;
步骤15:UE的AS将NAS PDU传输给UE的NAS。
示例3:
如图10所示,本示例提供一种信息交互方法,包括:
步骤21:UE小区重选,若当前选择了一个不支持轻连接的小区,则UE接入到该小区时,就无法恢复之前的RRC连接和S1连接;将执行步骤S22:
步骤22:UE发起TAU过程。
在发起TAU过程之前,UE的AS通知UE的NAS,UE恢复到空闲状态,需要发起TAU过程。例如,当UE的RRC层小区重选了一个不支持轻连接功能的小区,UE AS回到空闲态,并且RRC通知NAS,通知内容可以是其中的一种或者几种:指示NAS回到空闲态,或者指示AS选择的小区不支持轻连接功能,或者RRC恢复过程失败,或者小区重选的结果等。
本发明实施例第七方面提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令;所述计算机可执行指令被执行后,能够实现前述一个或多个技术方案提供的信息交互方法,例如,可如图3至图5及图9至图10所示方法中的一个或多个。
所述计算机存储介质可包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。所述计算 机存储介质可包括:非瞬间存储介质。

本发明实施例公开的技术方案,当基站接收到MME发送给处于轻连接的UE的预定消息时,会向UE发送寻呼消息,这样的触发对应的UE与基站之间进行连接恢复,在连接恢复过程中或连接恢复之后,将MME发送给UE的预定信息携带在连接恢复消息中发送给UE,由UE的AS接收到预定信息之后传输给UE的NAS,这样UE就能够从网络侧接收到MME发送的预定信息,并通过连接恢复消息下发所述预定信息给UE,方便UE在连接恢复过程中或连接恢复后,快速的获取到所述预定信息,实现与MME的信息交互,具有积极的工业效果,且具有实现简便的特点,可利用工业上的广泛运用。

  1. 一种信息交互方法,其中,预设态用户设备UE中,包括:
    所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;
    基于所述寻呼消息向所述基站返回连接恢复请求;
    接收所述基站基于所述连接恢复请求返回的携带有预定信息的连接恢复消息;所述预定信息为移动管理实体MME发送给所述UE的信息;
    所述AS将所述预定信息传输给所述UE的非接入层NAS。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述UE为处于预设态的UE;
    所述预设态为:所述UE的Uu口连接断开且S1口连接保持的状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,
    所述UE处于预设态;
    所述方法还包括:
    当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述AS向所述NAS发送预定通知;

    根据所述连接恢复请求向所述UE发送携带有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。

    所述接收到移动管理实体下发给用户设备UE的预定信息时,向所述UE发送寻呼消息,包括:
    接收MME下发给处于预设态的UE的预定信息时,向所述UE发送寻呼消息,其中,所述预设态为:所述UE的Uu口连接断开且S1口连接保持的状态。
  7. 一种信息交互方法,应用于处于预设态的用户设备UE中,包括:
    当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述UE的AS向所述UE的NAS发送预定通知;
    所述NAS接收到所述预定通知之后,进入空闲状态;
    在所述NAS进入空闲状态之后,发起跟踪区更新TAU过程。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
    所述当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述AS向所述NAS发送预定通知,包括:
    当所述UE需要接入不支持所述预设态的小区时,所述AS向所述NAS发送连接恢复失败通知、小区重选失败通知、回复到所述空闲状态的通知或指示小区不支持所述预设态的通知。
  9. 一种信息交互装置,应用于预设态的用户设备UE中,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于所述UE的接入层AS接收基站发送的寻呼消息;
    第一发送单元,配置为基于所述寻呼消息向所述基站返回连接恢复请 求;
    所述第一接收单元,还配置为接收所述基站基于所述连接恢复请求返回的携带有预定信息的连接恢复消息;所述预定信息为移动管理实体MME发送给所述UE的信息;
    第一传输单元,用于所述AS将所述预定信息传输给所述UE的非接入层NAS。

    所述第二发送单元,配置为根据所述连接恢复请求向所述UE发送携带 有所述预定信息的连接恢复消息。
