Abstract
一种固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,包括底壳(1)和电路板(2);底壳(1)上设置有两个上表耳(10)和两个下表耳(11);两个上表耳(10)或两个下表耳(11)上分别设置有第一监测电极(12)和第一防抖电极(13);底壳(1)侧壁设置有第一过线孔和第二过线孔;底壳(1)下表面设置有第二监测电极、第二防抖电极(14)、第一通孔(15)和第二通孔(16);电路板(2)下表面设置有四个金属片(20);将第一监测电极(12)和第一防抖电极(13)分别设置在两个上表耳(10)或两个下表耳(11)上,底壳(1)侧壁设置第一过线孔和第二过线孔,第二监测电极和第二防抖电极(14)设置在底壳(1)下表面,同时设置第一通孔(15)和第二通孔(16),并在电路板(2)上设置四个金属片(20),结构合理,与电路板(2)电性连接方便,易于加工,且外观美观,整体结构简单,成本低。
Description
本实用新型涉及智能手表技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表。
随着社会的进步,人们越来越关注自身的身体健康,心电及血压更是其中的关键指标,通过可穿戴设备随时随地监测成为移动互联浪潮下不可逆的趋势;现有的穿戴设备中,主要通过光学方式进行心电及血压监测,测试精度受环境影响较大,易出现误测;采用电极式测量方式,大多采用分离式设计,探头与穿戴设备分离,携带不便且调试十分繁琐;而将电极与手表进行结合的方式,电极与电路板连接结构不合理,加工生产难度大且美观性差。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种结构合理、易加工且美观性好的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,包括底壳和电路板;其中,所述底壳上设置有两个上表耳和两个下表耳;两个所述上表耳或两个所述下表耳上分别设置有第一监测电极和第一防抖电极;所述底壳侧壁设置有与所述第一监测电极对应的第一过线孔和与所述第一防抖电极对应的第二过线孔;所述底壳下表面设置有第二监测电极、第二防抖电极、与所述第二监测电极对应的第一通孔和与所述第二防抖电极对应的第二通孔;所述电路板下表面设置有四个与所述第一监测电极、所述第一防抖电极、所述第二监测电极、所述第二防抖电极一一对应的金属片。
本实用新型所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其中,两个所述上表耳或两个所述下表耳上分别设置有与所述第一监测电极对应的第一安装槽和与所述第一防抖电极对应的第二安装槽。
本实用新型所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其中,所述第一监测电极和所述第一防抖电极均通过软电路板与所述电路板电连接。
本实用新型所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其中,所述底壳内底部设置有焊接固定所述软电路板的固定座;所述金属片在安装后与所述固定座电性连接。
本实用新型所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其中,所述金属片为弹片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:将第一监测电极和第一防抖电极分别设置在两个上表耳或两个下表耳上,底壳侧壁设置第一过线孔和第二过线孔,第二监测电极和第二防抖电极设置在底壳下表面,同时设置第一通孔和第二通孔,并在电路板上设置四个金属片,结构合理,与电路板电性连接方便,易于加工,且外观美观;整体结构简单,成本低。

本实用新型较佳实施例的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括底壳1和电路板2;底壳1上设置有两个上表耳10和两个下表耳11;两个上表耳10或两个下表耳11上分别设置有第一监测电极12和第一防抖电极13;底壳1侧壁设置有与第一监测电极12对应的第一过线孔(图中未标识)和与第一防抖电极13对应的第二过线孔(图中未标识);底壳1下表面设置有第二监测电极(图中未标识)、第二防抖电极14、与第二监测电极(图中未标识)对应的第一通孔15和与第二防抖电极14对应的第二通孔16;电路板2下表面设置有四个与第一监测电极12、第一防抖电极13、第二监测电极(图中未标识)、第二防抖电极14一一对应的金属片20;将第一监测电极12和第一防抖电极13分别设置在两个上表耳10或两个下表耳11上,底壳1侧壁设置第一过线孔(图中未标识)和第二过线孔(图中未标识),第二监测电极(图中未标识)和第二防抖电极14设置在底壳1下表面,同时设置第一通孔15和第二通孔16,并在电路板2上设置四个金属片20,结构合理,与电路板2电性连接方便,易于加工,且外观美观;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,两个上表耳10或两个下表耳11上分别设置有与第一监测电极12对应的第一安装槽(图中未标识)和与第一防抖电极13对应的第二安装槽17;易于装配,且安装后外观美观性好。
如图1所示,第一监测电极12和第一防抖电极13均通过软电路板(图中未标识)与电路板2电连接,便于加工,也可用其他柔性电连接材料。
如图1和图2所示,底壳1内底部设置有焊接固定软电路板(图中未标识)的固定座18;金属片20在安装后与固定座18电性连接;易于加工的同时结构稳定性好,不易松动,使用寿命长。
如图1和图2所示,金属片20为弹片,安装后电性接触良好,不易发生松动,使用寿命长。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

- 一种固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,包括底壳和电路板;其特征在于,所述底壳上设置有两个上表耳和两个下表耳;两个所述上表耳或两个所述下表耳上分别设置有第一监测电极和第一防抖电极;所述底壳侧壁设置有与所述第一监测电极对应的第一过线孔和与所述第一防抖电极对应的第二过线孔;所述底壳下表面设置有第二监测电极、第二防抖电极、与所述第二监测电极对应的第一通孔和与所述第二防抖电极对应的第二通孔;所述电路板下表面设置有四个与所述第一监测电极、所述第一防抖电极、所述第二监测电极、所述第二防抖电极一一对应的金属片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其特征在于,两个所述上表耳或两个所述下表耳上分别设置有与所述第一监测电极对应的第一安装槽和与所述第一防抖电极对应的第二安装槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其特征在于,所述第一监测电极和所述第一防抖电极均通过软电路板与所述电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其特征在于,所述底壳内底部设置有焊接固定所述软电路板的固定座;所述金属片在安装后与所述固定座电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定电极式监测心电及血压的智能手表,其特征在于,所述金属片为弹片。
