基部外壳31包括主通道311和辅助通道312,辅助通道312包括容纳控制电路板33的卡槽3121、设置在卡槽3121端部的固定通道3122。基部外壳31通过浇筑成型的左侧部和右侧部卡接而成。导电部341包括卡合通道3411和卡合片3412,所述卡合通道3411上开设有轴向缝隙,所述卡合片3412上设置有挡边与开设在控制电路板33上的限位槽配合,设置在限位通道342上的密封件343向后延伸,就是向控制电路板33延伸,对控制电路板33进行全方位的密封覆盖,然后还可以继续延伸到与控制电路板33连接的导线上,对导线也进行密闭覆盖从而使得在辅助通道312内的零部件都被密封件343密封覆盖起来。在安装的时候先将卡合片3412与控制电路板33相互安置后横向插进左侧部或者右侧部的卡槽3121内,然后左侧部和右侧部卡接而成,这样就保证控制电路板33在轴向上的固定。
电刀切割部本体1部分被导通连接部2覆盖且跟导通连接部2与导通基部3连接,导通连接部2与导通基部3连接且覆盖部分电刀切割部本体1;电刀切割部本体1插接在所述导通基部3上,最主要的是第二电刀固定端1112插接在导通基座34内,这样电刀切割本体1可以通过手工直接拔出和插入来更换。
而且当电刀切割部1101需要更换的时候,只需要将电刀切割部1101从第一电刀固定端1111伸入然后与电刀导通部1102旋转连接。更换不同的电刀切割部1101时,仅仅需要将原先的电刀切割部1101通过旋转与电刀导通部1102分离,然后新的电刀切割部1101再次从第一电刀固定端1111伸入然后与电刀导通部1102旋转连接。
实施例二,如图4、图5、图6、图7和图8所示,电刀切割部本体1包括短型号电刀12,短型号电刀12包括电刀基体121,设置在电刀基体121表面的保护层122和套接在保护层122上的电刀辅助卡合件123。电刀基体121穿过导通连接部2且其尾部直接卡合在包含在导通基座34内的卡合通道3411内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电刀切割部的导通结构,包括电刀切割部本体(1)、导通连接部(2)和导通基部(3),所述电刀切割部本体(1)部分被所述导通连接部(2)覆盖且跟所述导通连接部(2)与所述导通基部(3)连接,其特征在于,所述电刀切割部本体(1)的轴长可调节;所述导通连接部(2)与所述导通基部(3)连接且覆盖部分所述电刀切割部本体(1);所述电刀切割部本体(1)插接在所述导通基部(3)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述电刀切割部本体(1)包括长型号电刀(11),所述长型号电刀(11)包括电刀本体(110)和卡合所述电刀本体(110)的电刀保护罩(111);所述电刀本体(110)包括电刀切割部(1101)和与所述电刀切割部(1101)旋转连接的电刀导通部(1102);所述电刀保护罩(111)包括卡合所述电刀切割部(1101)的第一电刀固定端(1111)、卡合所述电刀导通部(1102)的第二电刀固定端(1112)和连接所述第一电刀固定端(1111)和所述第二电刀固定端(1112)的套管(1113)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述电刀切割部本体(1)包括短型号电刀(12),所述短型号电刀(12)包括电刀基体(121),设置在所述电刀基体(121)表面的保护层(122)和套接在所述保护层(122)上的电刀辅助卡合件(123)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述导通连接部(2)包括螺纹连接在所述导通基部(3)上的导通外壳(21)和设置所述导通连接部(2)与所述导通基部(3)处的辅助限位结构(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述导通基部(3)包括基部外壳(31)、嵌在所述基部外壳(31)上的启闭开关(32)、卡嵌在所述基部外壳(31)内的控制电路板(33)和设置在所述基部外壳(31)内与所述控制电路板(33)连接的导通基座(34)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述导通基座(34)包括导电部(341),设置在所述导电部(341)外表面上的限位通道(342)、设置在所述限位通道(342)外表面上的密封件(343),所述导电部(341)与所述控制电路板(33)紧贴并扣合连接,被所述密封件(343)覆盖的所述限位通道(342)卡合在所述基部外壳(31)内。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述基部外壳(31)包括主通道(311)和辅助通道(312),所述辅助通道(312)包括容纳所述控制电路板(33)的卡槽(3121)、设置在所述卡槽(3121)端部的固定通道(3122)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电刀切割部的导通结构,其特征在于,所述导电部(341)包括卡合通道(3411)和卡合片(3412),所述卡合通道(3411)上开设有轴向缝隙,所述卡合片(3412)上设置有挡边与开设在所述控制电路板(33)上的限位槽配合,所述密封件(343)向后延伸覆盖所述控制电路板(33)以及与所述控制电路板(33)连接的辅助部件。
