如图1所示,本发明提供了一种电子监护器,其包括一监护端1和至少一被监护端2。被监护端2设置在一便携本体上。
监护端1包括信号接收模块11、第一主控模块12和第一报警模块13。信号接收模块11、第一报警模块13均与第一主控模块12电连接。
上述实施例中,监护端1可采用智能设备(如智能手机)的形式。
上述实施例中,报警模块采用声音报警、灯光报警或震动报警等方式进行报警。不同的报警方式可以满足不同情况的需要。
进一步地,报警模块采用声音报警方式时,可以采用蜂鸣器或音乐播放模块。音乐播放模块可以播放用户预设的音乐或预存储的录音。

监护端1上的信号接收模块11将接收到的无线信号传输至第一主控模块12。第一主控模块12根据接收到的无线信号判断被监护端2是否在预设的范围内,如果不在预设范围内,第一主控模块12控制第一报警模块13进行报警,从而提示监护端1,便于监护端1第一时间对监护事件作出处理。实施方式还可以是,在被监护端2进入到监护端1的通信范围或预设范围时,监护端1可提醒监护人(例如可应用于监护人在接孩子放学时,孩子从学校里出来,可能会因为人多的原因不容易发现对方,此实施方式可以在孩子接近的时候提醒监护人孩子正在附近)。同理,若被监护端2可以接收到监护端1的信号,被监护端2也可以提醒孩子大人正在附近。进一步地,还可以根据监护端1与被监护端2的距离变化(信号强度变化),发出不同的报警方式,以区别两者是在互相接近还是在互相走远。
进一步地,还可以通过无线通信告知监护端1关于被监护端2的情况,例如电量、信号强度等。

进一步地,如果被监护端2和监护端1中设置无线收发模块,则可以提醒被监护端2已经进入监护端1的预设范围或者已经进入监护端1的通信范围。

上述实施例中,当被监护端2为两个或两个以上时,被监护端2发送带有自身ID码的无线信号,从而便于监护端1识别接收到的无线信号来自哪个被监护端2。
上述实施例中,为保证信号传输的可靠性,以及预防他人模仿被监护端2的信号,使监护端1在被监护端2离开预设范围后却误认为被监护端2仍在预设安全区域内,不能够第一时间发现问题,被监护端2中还设置有加密模块,加密模块与第二主控模块连接;监护端1中还设置有解密模块,解密模块与第一主控模块12连接。

上述实施例中,当监护端1中设置有无线网络模块。在可以连接到无线网络(如Wifi)的时候会连接到网络,可以通过网络进行通信、报警、定位等功能。
上述实施例中,假若本发明电子监护器设计为电子监护器的警报模块启动(如监护端1与被监护端2的通信出现问题或被监护端2离开了预设范围等情况)后,在监护端1与被监护端2恢复正常通信状态(如通信重新建立或被监护端2返回了预设范围等情况)后,警报模块依然持续发出警报,则可以通过设置复位模块解除当前警报。
上述实施例中,监护端1中还设置有复位模块,以便于监护端1自行对第一报警模块13进行复位。
上述实施例中,被监护端2还设置有复位模块,复位模块与第二主控模块连接。便于孩子自己走出了预设区域,听到提醒后自己走回来,孩子可以自行控制报警模块进行复位。
上述实施例中,监护端1中还设置有复位指令生成模块,通过信号发射模块(或无线收发模块)把复位指令发送给被监护端2的信号接收模块(或无线收发模块),然后传给第二主控模块,控制第二报警模块进行复位。这种方式应用于自身没有主动控制的复位功能的被监护端2误报,或者孩子自己走出了预设区域,收到提醒后自己走回来了,而被监护端2仍然在发出报警用于提醒监护端1(监护人)被监护端2的所在位置。监护端1则可以远程发出复位指令用于复位报警模块。
进一步地,实施方式还可以是,当被监护端2接收不到监护端1的信号或离开了预设区域而使第二报警模块工作,当被监护端2重新收到监护端1的信号或返回预设区域后,监护端1自动把复位指令发送给被监护端2的信号接收模块,然后传给第二主控模块,控制第二报警模块进行复位。这种方式免去了人工手动复位。
进一步地,实施方式还可以是,当被监护端2接收不到监护端1的信号或离开了预设区域而使第二报警模块工作,当被监护端2重新收到监护端1的信号或返回预设区域后,被监护端2中的第二主控模块自动控制复位模块对第二报警模块进行复位。这种方式免去了人工手动复位。
进一步地,实施方式还可以是,当被监护端2接收不到监护端1的信号或离开了预设区域而使第二报警模块工作时,复位模块处于不可使用状态,即被监护端2无法自行对第二报警模块进行复位(除非返回预设区域或与监护端1重新建立通信)。这种方式避免了通过复位功能非法解除警报。
上述实施例中,电子监护器还包括单独设置的信号中继模块,信号中继模块包括第三主控模块、第三供电模块和无线收发模块。信号中继模块有助于增大覆盖范围,使信号传输更稳定或当被监护端2和监护端1一个在室外,一个在室内时,间隔的墙壁可能阻碍信号传输或者范围设定,信号中继模块则可以解决这一问题。信号中继模块与第三供电模块连接。信号中继模块为已有技术,可单向或双向传输信号,例如应用于无线路由器的中继器。
进一步地,所述信号中继模块的数量可以超过一个。
上述实施例中,被监护端2中还设置有定位模块,定位模块与第二主控模块连接,定位模块将被监护端2的位置信息传输至第二主控模块,第二主控模块将接收到的位置信息进行处理后通过无线收发模块发送给监护端1,从而使监护端1明确被监护端2的所在位置。

上述实施例中,被监护端2中还设置有第二主控模块、显示模块和电子罗盘,显示模块和电子罗盘均与第二主控模块连接。当本发明电子监护器应用在户外活动中时,被监护端2在野外迷失方向,电子罗盘与显示模块配合能够为被监护端2指示方向。

上述实施例中,监护端1中还设置有显示模块、电子罗盘和无线电测向模块,电子罗盘、显示模块和无线电测向模块均与第一主控模块12连接。当被监护端2的信号丢失时,无线电测向模块可以获取最近接收到的被监护端2的信号的方向信息,通过第一主控模块12在显示器上作出指示,配合电子罗盘,可以更快确定找寻被监护端2的方向。无线电测向技术是现有探测技术。

监护端1根据接收到的信号情况来判断被监护端2是否在预设区域(范围)内;信号处理的优选方案:监护端1通过接收到被监护端2的信号的强弱程度或是否接收到信号来判断被监护端2是否在预设范围内。例如当设定一个表示信号强弱的临界值为-90dBm,当接收到的信号弱于该临界值时,启动第一报警模块13。
当判断被监护端2不在预设范围内的时候,启动第一报警模块13;
进一步地,因环境干扰偶尔对信号造成影响属于正常现象,可以通过设置计时模块设定为在一定时间区间内,监护端1所接收到的信号持续弱于预设的临界值或持续接收不到信号,继而启动报警模块。避免因为偶尔的环境干扰而误报。

本发明所采用的传感模块均可以采用压力检测模块、拉力检测模块、电流检测模块、逻辑电路、继电器、接触器或穿戴检测模块。
本发明所采用的穿戴检测模块均可以采用按压感应模块、电容触碰感应模块、温度检测模块、磁性感应模块、距离检测模块、导电性衔接件或拉力传感器。
本发明所采用的防盗模块和防盗模块驱动电路均可以采用染色模块和染色模块驱动电路、刺激性喷雾模块和刺激性喷雾模块驱动电路、电击模块和电击模块驱动电路或强光炫目灯模块和强光炫目灯模块驱动电路。
本发明应用广泛,可以应用在大人对孩子的监护中,可以应用在对宠物的监护中,可以应用在防止物品丢失、物品寻找的情景中,可以应用在集体出行防止人员掉队的情境中,还可以应用在活动场所人们离开安全区域的提醒中。
以上,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,本领域技术人员在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种电子监护器,其特征在于:它包括一监护端和至少一被监护端,所述被监护端设置在一便携本体上;
    所述监护端包括信号接收模块、第一主控模块和第一报警模块,所述信号接收模块、第一报警模块均与所述第一主控模块电连接;
    所述被监护端包括信号发射模块;所述监护端和被监护端通过所述信号接收模块和信号发射模块进行无线通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述便携本体采用可穿戴本体、固定带、卡片或锁扣。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述主控模块采用单片机、PLC或逻辑电路。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述信号发射模块的功率可调。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端中设置有第二主控模块。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端为穿戴本体,穿戴本体的带体中设置有导体,导体与第二主控模块连接。
  7. 如权利要求1或4所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述信号发射模块和信号接收模块均采用无线收发模块。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述无线收发模块的功率可调。
  9. 如权利要求1或4或7所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述信号发射模块、信号接收模块和无线收发模块均采用蓝牙模块或Wifi模块的形式。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端中设置有传感模块。
    如权利要求10所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述传感模块与第二主控模块电连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述传感模块与第二报警模块电连接。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端为穿戴本体,穿戴本体的带体与传感器,导体与
    被监护端中的传感模块连接。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述传感模块采用压力检测模块、拉力检测模块、电流检测模块、逻辑电路、继电器、接触器或穿戴检测模块。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端中设置有防盗模块和防盗模块驱动电路。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:所述防盗模块和防盗模块驱动电路采用染色模块和染色模块驱动电路、刺激性喷雾模块和刺激性喷雾模块驱动电路、电击模块和电击模块驱动电路或强光炫目灯模块和强光炫目灯模块驱动电路。
  16. 如权利要求5所述的电子监护器,其特征在于:所述被监护端中还设置有摄像模块,所述摄像模块与第二主控模块电连接。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子监护器,其特征在于:被监护端中还设置有打卡模块,所述监护端中设置有记录模块。
  18. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,包括:
    监护端获取来自被监护端的信号;
    监护端根据接收到的信号情况来判断被监护端是否在预设区域或范围内;
    当判断被监护端不在预设范围内的时候,启动第一报警模块。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,其特征在于,在判断被监护端不在预设范围内的时候,开始计时,在一定时间内持续判断被监护端不在预设范围内的时候,启动第一报警模块。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,其特征在于,被监护端通过调节信号发射功率来改变预设范围。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,其特征在于,当有多个监护端对被监护端进行监护时,被监护端处在至少一个监护端的预设范围内,第一警报模块不会启动。
  22. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,包括:
    监护端1获取来自被监护端2的信号;
    监护端1根据接收信号的情况来判断被监护端2是否在监护端附近;
    在判断被监护端在监护端附近的时候,启动第一报警模块。
  23. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,其特征在于,当被监护端2与监护端1建立通信后,第一报警模块以不同的提醒方式来提醒使用者监护端1与被监护端2的距离越来越近还是越来越远。
  24. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,其特征在于,监护端通过打卡并记录的方式,记录已经到达身边的被监护端。
  25. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,包括:
    通过调节信号发射模块或无线收发模块的功率来改变有效传输距离或信号强度,从而改变预设的保护范围。
  26. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,包括:
    通过设置传感模块检测被监护端的受力情况或电信号;
    根据受力情况或电信号判断被监护端是否遭受损坏或非法解除;
    当判断模块判断为是的时候,启动报警模块或通过发送无线信号通知监护人或启动染色模块。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,所述被监护端采用穿戴本体的形式。
  28. 如权利要求26所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理控制方法,所述染色模块可以以摄像模块替换。
  29. 如权利要求26所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理控制方法,所述染色模块可以以电击模块替换。
  30. 一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,包括:
    判断被监护端是否处于危险情况;
    是否处于危险情况的依据是被监护端是否离开了预设范围或被监护端是否遭受损坏或非法解除;
    如判断被监护端处于危险状况,启动染色模块。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,所述被监护端采用穿戴本体的形式。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,所述染色模块可以以摄像模块替换。
  33. 如权利要求30所述的一种电子监护器的信号处理和控制方法,所述染色模块可以以电击模块替换。
