本实用新型涉及一种艾灸产品的包装盒,具体涉及一种用于艾灸器包装的盒子。
背景技术
产品包装于包装盒内方便保存、运输,一款好的包装盒可以满足产品的包装需要的同时可以极大地提高产品的整体品质。
包装盒需要按照产品的特性设计合理的结构,既能满足外观的要求也能够满足例如包装数量的要求。塔状结构的艾灸器一般是单层置放在包装内,包装盒内部空间利用率偏低,导致包装数量偏少。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术问题提出一种内部空间利用率高的艾灸器包装盒。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种艾灸器包装盒,包括具有一定厚度的空心盒体,该空心盒体的底面和顶面分别设置有多个呈矩形阵列排布的用于放置艾灸器的置放孔且该空心盒体的底面和顶面的置放孔的数量相同;所述空心盒体的底面的置放孔的圆心在所述空心盒体的顶面的垂直投影位于所述空心盒体的顶面的位于空心盒体长度方向的两个相邻的置放孔的圆心的连线中点;所述空心盒体的底面设有用于承托艾灸器的底盖,所述空心盒体的顶面设有用于遮盖艾灸器的上盖。
在本实用新型中,所述空心盒体的上盖和底盖分别设有磁性扣合机构,所述磁性扣合机构包括磁铁和吸铁。
在本实用新型中,所述空心盒体的上盖设有用于查看艾灸器放置状态的观察窗口。

为了更清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型的技术方案进行进一步详细说明,显而易见地,下面描述仅仅是本实用新型的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些实施例获得其他的实施例。
参照图1至图6,一种艾灸器6包装盒,该艾灸器6包装盒一般为方形结构,该艾灸器6包装盒包括具有一定厚度的空心盒体1,具体的,空心盒体1的厚度略高于艾灸器6的高度,该空心盒体1的底面和顶面分别设置有多个呈矩形阵列排布的用于放置艾灸器6的置放孔2且该空心盒体1的底面和顶面的置放孔2的数量相同;置放孔2的直径小于艾灸器6底座的直径,艾灸器6通过置放孔2直接插置在空心盒体1内;如附图2所示,空心盒体1的底面的置放孔2的圆心在空心盒体1的顶面的垂直投影位于空心盒体1的顶面的位于空心盒体1长度方向的两个相邻的置放孔2的圆心的连线上,反之亦然,可以根据艾灸器的长度适当调整底面和顶面的置放空2的相对位置;优选的,一般来说,同一包装盒内的艾灸器2的型号是一样的,因此,空心盒体1的底面的置放孔2的圆心在空心盒体1的顶面的垂直投影位于空心盒体1的顶面的位于空心盒体1长度方向的两个相邻的置放孔2的圆心的连线中点。若以空心盒体1的长度方向为横向,以空心盒体1的宽度方向为竖向,则空心盒体1底面和顶面的置放孔2的横排相互重合不错位,空心盒体1底面和顶面的置放孔2的竖排相互错位半个孔位,可以最大程度上利用空心盒体1的置放空间。空心盒体1的底面设有用于承托艾灸器6的底盖4,空心盒体1的顶面设有用于遮盖艾灸器6的上盖3,使得艾灸器6放置在一个相对封闭的空间内,更有利于艾灸器6的存放和运输。
在一具体实施例中,在取用空心盒体1顶面的艾灸器6时,插置在底面的艾灸器6会对底盖4形成压力,为此,空心盒体1的上盖3和底盖4分别设有磁性扣合机构,磁性扣合机构包括磁铁和吸铁。具体的,吸铁可以安装在空心盒体1的底面和/或顶面,也可以安装在空心盒体1的底盖4和/或上盖3;取用完艾灸器6后,底盖4或上盖3会在磁性扣合机构的吸附力作用下自动扣合。
在一具体实施例中,完全封闭的包装盒虽然包装严实,但是观察不到盒内艾灸器6的数量,开盖查看多有不便,因此,空心盒体1的上盖3设有用于查看艾灸器6放置状态的观察窗口5。仅仅依靠上盖3上的观察口无法观察到艾灸器6的艾条,因此,空心盒体1的至少一个侧面设有用于查看艾灸器6放置状态的观察窗口5,通过空心盒体1侧面的观察窗口5可以观察到艾灸器6的艾条。优选的,为保证空心盒体1的封闭性,观察窗口5设有透明覆膜。并且上述的观察窗口5均为梅花状开孔,上盖3的观察窗口5尺寸大于空心盒体1侧面的观察窗口5的尺寸。
在一具体实施例中,空心盒体1的底面和顶面分别设有以六横排五竖排的矩形阵列布设的30个置放孔2,即该规格的艾灸器6包装盒可以包装60个艾灸器6。
在一具体实施例中,虽然上述空心盒体1结构的艾灸器6包装盒可以满足艾灸器6的基本包装要求,但是空心包装结构的结构稳定性差,受到外力很容易发生变形损伤艾灸器6,因此,为提高包装结构强度,艾灸器6包装盒还包括用于收纳空心盒体1的外盒。外盒包括相互扣合的上盒7和下盒8,空心盒体1收纳于下盒8内且上盒7盖合于该下盒8上。通过增加外盒,艾灸器6包装盒形成了双层包装结构,内层的空心盒体1主要考虑艾灸器6的插置摆放,外层盒体用于保护内层的空心盒体1。包装时,先将艾灸器6插置在空心盒体1内,然后再将空心盒体1置入外盒的下盒8内,最后将上盒7与下盒8扣合即可。上盒7和下盒8之间可以直接使用胶水粘合,也可以采用磁吸扣合或者其他扣合结构。优选的,上盒7的外表面还可以设置用于印刷宣传资料的印刷层,通过印刷精美的宣传图案可以提升包装品质,进而提升艾灸器6产品形象。
在一具体实施例中,取用插置在空心盒体1底面的艾灸器6时需要将空心盒体1从下盒8取出,由于空心盒体1完全置入下盒8内,取出较为困难,并且取出过程中容易将空心盒体1的底盖4带开导致艾灸器6倒出,为此,空心盒体1与下盒8之间设有用于将空心盒体1从该下盒8内起出的起盒绳。拉拽起盒绳即可将空心盒体1整体从下盒8内取出,操作方便的同时可以避免艾灸器6倒出。
本实用新型通过合理布置空心盒体的底面和顶面的用于放置艾灸器的置放孔之间的相互位置关系,充分利用空心盒体的内部空间,相同大小的包装盒可以包装更多数量的艾灸器。
