一种焊接水龙头,其包括有管件(1)、出水嘴(2),管件(1)上端管壁上开有出水孔(11),出水嘴(2)焊接在管件(1)外壁上且与出水孔(11)连通,管件(1)管内密封焊接有阀芯底片(3),管件(1)上还焊接有密封上端管口的阀芯安装上片(4),出水孔(11)位于阀芯底片(3)和阀芯安装上片(4)之间。与现有产品相比,该焊接水龙头不但可以减少水龙头配件焊接的次数,而且出水孔位置不需要焊接,仅需完成钻孔工序即可,因而原本出水孔焊接口容易焊接漏水的问题也将不再发生,所以同时也提高了产品防漏水的性能,降低了废品率,节约了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头,特别是针对一种焊接水龙头。
背景技术
目前在水龙头生产中有一款水龙头,该水龙头主体是利用管件和杯型阀芯座焊接而成的,该结构的水龙头需要焊接的地方比较多,特别是管件和杯型阀芯座钻出水孔要非常小心,焊接也要讲究技术,否则很容易漏水,废品率非常高,不利于产品的成本控制。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有焊接次数少、防漏水性能好的新结构焊接水龙头。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种焊接水龙头,其包括有管件、出水嘴,所述管件上端管壁上开有出水孔,所述出水嘴焊接在所述管件外壁上且与所述出水孔连通,所述管件管内密封焊接有阀芯底片,所述管件上还焊接有密封上端管口的阀芯安装上片,所述出水孔位于所述阀芯底片和所述阀芯安装上片之间。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述管件还焊接有密封下端管口的管件下进水底片。
进一步,所述阀芯安装上片和所述管件下进水底片的横截面均呈阶梯型。
进一步,所述出水嘴出水方向竖直向下。
进一步,所述出水嘴与所述管件的焊接端为水平管,所述出水嘴的出水端为竖直管,所述水平管与所述竖直管通过90度弯管连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明不但可以减少水龙头配件焊接的次数,而且在现有技术中所述出水孔位置的焊接口最容易焊接漏水,但是在本发明中该位置无需焊接,直接钻孔即可,所以同时也提高了产品防漏水的性能,降低了废品率,节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明提供了一种新结构的焊接水龙头,改变过去利用杯型阀芯座压进管件,然后焊接,钻孔再焊接的老工艺,其包括有管件1、出水嘴2,所述管件1上端管壁上开有出水孔11,所述出水嘴2焊接在所述管件1外壁上且与所述出水孔11连通,所述管件1管内密封焊接有阀芯底片3,所述管件1上还焊接有密封上端管口的阀芯安装上片4,通过所述阀芯底片3和阀芯安装上片4就可以在所述管件1中形成水龙头阀芯控制部位,所述出水孔11位于所述阀芯底片3和所述阀芯安装上片4之间。
与现有产品相比,本发明不但可以减少水龙头配件焊接的次数,而且本发明所述出水孔11位置不需要焊接,仅需完成钻孔工序即可,因而原本出水孔焊接口容易焊接漏水的问题也将不再发生,所以同时也提高了产品防漏水的性能,降低了废品率,节约了生产成本。
所述管件1还焊接有密封下端管口的管件下进水底片5。而且为了便于安装和焊接,所述阀芯安装上片4和所述管件下进水底片5的横截面均呈阶梯型。
为了方便接水所述出水嘴2出水方向竖直向下,而为了使本产品的造型更加美观,所述出水嘴2与所述管件1的焊接端为水平管,所述出水嘴2的出水端为竖直管,所述水平管与所述竖直管通过90度弯管连接。
以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种焊接水龙头,其包括有管件(1)、出水嘴(2),所述管件(1)上端管壁上开有出水孔(11),所述出水嘴(2)焊接在所述管件(1)外壁上且与所述出水孔(11)连通,其特征在于:所述管件(1)管内密封焊接有阀芯底片(3),所述管件(1)上还焊接有密封上端管口的阀芯安装上片(4),所述出水孔(11)位于所述阀芯底片(3)和所述阀芯安装上片(4)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接水龙头,其特征在于:所述管件(1)还焊接有密封下端管口的管件下进水底片(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种焊接水龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯安装上片(4)和所述管件下进水底片(5)的横截面均呈阶梯型。
  4. 根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种焊接水龙头,其特征在于:所述出水嘴(2)出水方向竖直向下。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种焊接水龙头,其特征在于:所述出水嘴(2)与所述管件(1)的焊接端为水平管,所述出水嘴(2)的出水端为竖直管,所述水平管与所述竖直管通过90度弯管连接。
