Description
本实用新型涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种定时漏电保护器。
随着具有漏电保护功能的电源插座(简称GFCI)、电源插头、电源开关产业的不断发展,人们对具有漏电保护功能的电源插座、电源插头的功能、使用安全性要求越来越高,因而这类产品需要设置相应漏电检测保护电路,在使用过程中出现漏电流时需要及时跳闸及时断开电源。
传统漏电保护器没有定时功能,具有使用不方便的特点。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种定时漏电保护器,具有定时功能,漏电保护特性好及使用方便的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:
一种定时漏电保护器,包括:壳体,设置在所述壳体内的控制装置,及设置在所述壳体内的防水圈,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括:设置在所述壳体内的线路板机构,设置在所述壳体内、根据所述线路板传送的信息生成执行对应的脱扣操作的运动机构,设置在所述壳体内、且与所述线路板机构连接的定时控制板,及设置在所述壳体内、且与所述定时控制板连接的显示结构。
优选地,所述线路板机构包括:设置在所述壳体内的线路板,及设置在所述壳体内、与所述线路板连接的防水罩。
优选地,所述显示结构上设置有显示电路,用于显示时间信息。
优选地,所述壳体包括:上壳和与所述上壳卡合连接的下壳,所述防水垫圈设置在所述上壳和所述下壳的连接周侧。
优选地,所述上壳上开设有一缺口。
优选地,所述线路板上设置有:
功能测试电路,用于控制测试的开启;
漏电电流感应电路,用于感应漏电电流;
脱扣控制电路,用于根据所述漏电电流感应电路传送的信号生成对应的电
信号;
漏电电流处理电路,用于根据所述脱扣控制电路传送的所述电信号生成对应的脱扣信号;及
脱扣处理电路,用于根据所述漏电电流处理电路传送的所述脱扣信号信息执行脱扣操作。
优选地,所述定时控制板上设置有与所述线路板机构和所述显示结构连接的定时控制电路,所述定时控制电路用于供用户输入定时时间、并执行计时操作、当超出所述定时时间时、生成对应的脱扣指令至所述线路板机构和生成对应的显示指令至所述显示结构,所述定时控制板上还设置有与所述定时控制电路连接的电源处理电路,所述电源处理电路用于给所述定时控制电路供电。
本实用新型的一种定时漏电保护器,在所述壳体内设置所述防水圈,使得本实用新型具有更好的防水效果,设置所述定时控制板和所述定时控制板,使得本实用新型具有定时功能,提高了本实用新型使用的方便性,结合设置所述显示结构,使得本实用新型具有使用直观的特点,进一步地,本实用新型还具有漏电特性较好的特点。

图3是本实用新型线路板上电路图、定时控制板上电路图和显示结构上显示电路的接线总图。
下面结合附图,具体阐明本实用新型的实施方式,附图仅供参考和说明使用,不构成对本实用新型专利保护范围的限制。
请参考图1至图3,本实用新型的一种定时漏电保护器的结构,包括:壳体1、控制装置2和防水圈3,所述控制装置1设置在所述壳体1内,所述防水圈设置在所述壳体1内。
具体地,所述壳体1包括上壳11和下壳12,所述上壳11卡合连接所述下壳12,所述上壳11和所述下壳12形成一容置空腔,所述防水垫圈3设置在所述上壳11和所述下壳12的连接周侧。所述上壳11上开设有一缺口111。
所述控制装置2包括:线路板机构21、运动机构22、定时控制板23和显示结构24,所述线路板机构21设置在所述壳体1内,所述运动机构22设置在
所述壳体1内、根据所述线路板机构21传送的信息生成执行对应的脱扣操作,所述定时控制板23设置在所述壳体1内、且与所述线路板机构21连接,所述定时控制板23用于供用户输入定时信息并根据用户输入的所述定时信息执行计时操作,当计时时间超出所述定时时间的时间值时,生成对应的脱扣指令,且实时生成对应的显示指令,所述显示结构24设置在所述壳体1内、且与所述定时控制板23连接,用于根据接收到的所述显示指令、实时显示计时信息。所述线路板机构21包括:设置在所述壳体1内的线路板211,及设置在所述壳体1内、与所述线路板211连接的防水罩212。所述定时控制板23上设置有与所述线路板机构21和所述显示结构24连接的定时控制电路231,所述定时控制电路231用于供用户输入定时时间、并执行计时操作、当超出所述定时时间时、生成对应的脱扣指令至所述线路板机构和21生成对应的显示指令至所述显示结构24,所述定时控制板23上还设置有与所述定时控制电路231连接的电源处理电路232,所述电源处理电路232用于给所述定时控制电路供电231。所述线路板上211上设置有:功能测试电路2111、漏电电流感应电路2112、脱扣控制电路2113、漏电电流处理电路2114和脱扣处理电路2115,所述功能测试电路2111用于控制测试的开启,所述漏电电流感应电路2112用于感应漏电电流,所述脱扣控制电路2113用于根据所述漏电电流感应电路2112传送的信号生成对应的电信号,所述漏电电流处理电路2114用于根据所述脱扣控制电路2113传送的所述电信号生成对应的脱扣信号,所述脱扣处理电路2115用于根据所述漏电电流处理电路2114传送的所述脱扣信号信息执行脱扣操作。
所述显示结构24上设置有显示电路241,用于显示时间信息。所述显示电路上241上设置有数码管。所述数数码管与所述缺口111相对,便于用户直观地看定时时间的剩余数值。
本实用新型的工作原理是:用户通过所述定时控制电路231输入定时时间,当所述功能测试电路2111接通后,所述漏电电流感应电路2112和所述脱扣控制电路2113感应处理漏电电流,所述定时控制电路231实行计时操作,并发生指令至所述显示结构24实时显示倒计时的计时时间,当计时时间超过定时时间值时,所述定时控制电路231和所述漏电电流处理电路2114控制所述脱扣处理电路执行脱扣操作、断开电路从而实现漏电保护的功能。
从以上描述可以看出,本实用新型的一种定时漏电保护器,在所述壳体1内设置所述防水圈3,使得本实用新型具有更好的防水效果,设置所述定时控制板21和所述定时控制板23,使得本实用新型具有定时功能,提高了本实用新型使用的方便性,结合设置所述显示结构24,使得本实用新型具有使用直观的特
点,进一步地,本实用新型还具有漏电特性较好的特点。

- 一种定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,包括:壳体,设置在所述壳体内的控制装置,及设置在所述壳体内的防水圈,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括:设置在所述壳体内的线路板机构,设置在所述壳体内、根据所述线路板机构传送的信息生成执行对应的脱扣操作的运动机构,设置在所述壳体内、且与所述线路板机构连接的定时控制板,及设置在所述壳体内、且与所述定时控制板连接的显示结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述线路板机构包括:设置在所述壳体内的线路板,及设置在所述壳体内、与所述线路板连接的防水罩。
- 如权利要求1所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述显示结构上设置有显示电路,用于显示时间信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:上壳和与所述上壳卡合连接的下壳,所述防水垫圈设置在所述上壳和所述下壳的连接周侧。
- 如权利要求4所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述上壳上开设有一缺口。
- 如权利要求1所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述线路板上设置有:功能测试电路,用于控制测试的开启;漏电电流感应电路,用于感应漏电电流;脱扣控制电路,用于根据所述漏电电流感应电路传送的信号生成对应的电信号;漏电电流处理电路,用于根据所述脱扣控制电路传送的所述电信号生成对应的脱扣信号;及脱扣处理电路,用于根据所述漏电电流处理电路传送的所述脱扣信号信息执行脱扣操作。
- 如权利要求1所述的定时漏电保护器,其特征在于,所述定时控制板上设置有与所述线路板机构和所述显示结构连接的定时控制电路,所述定时控制电路用于供用户输入定时时间、并执行计时操作、当超出所述定时时间时、生成对应的脱扣指令至所述线路板机构和生成对应的显示指令至所述显示结构,所述定时控制板上还设置有与所述定时控制电路连接的电源处理电路,所述电 源处理电路用于给所述定时控制电路供电。
