Description
本发明涉及投影技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有安全警示功能的投影设备。
现有投影模块为一种用以产生大尺寸画面的显示装置。投影设备的成像原理是通过光阀将光源所产生的照明光束转换成影像光束,再通过投影镜头将影像光束转换为投影光束,并将其投影到屏幕或墙面上。为达到较好的投影效果,投影设备自投影镜头出射的光线亮度较高,尤其是使用激光器作为光源的投影设备,若使用者处于投影镜头所出射光线区域内正对并直视投影镜头,则很可能对使用者人眼造成损害。由此可见,及时警示使用者勿处于投影设备投影光线区域已成为亟待解决的技术问题。
现有技术中,在通过标贴文字或者图片的警示标示于投影设备上来达成前述目的,但是警示标识较容脱落或者被磨损,导致警示效果较差。
为解决前述技术问题,现提供一种警示效果较佳的投影设备。
一种投影设备,包括用于出射投影光线并进行图像投影显示的投影模块,所述投影模块至少包括一投影镜头,所述投影镜头用于出射所述投影光线。所述投影设备还通过所述投影镜头投影或设置于投影设备的电子屏幕显示警示用语,其中,所述警示用语用于提醒使用者勿处于所述投影光线所在的区域内。
与现有技术相比较,所述投影设备在上电开始工作后,针对警示用语采用投影显示方式或者电子屏幕的方式进行显示,显示效果更明显、突出,提高了警示用语的警示效果与效率,同时也提高了投射设备的使用安全性,保证了使用者的健康。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行具体描述。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明投影设备的功能示意图。
投影设备10包括开机启动模块11、控制中心12、警示模块13、投影模块14以及数据传输模组15。其中,开机启动模块11、警示模块13、投影模块14以及数据传输模组15分别均与控制中心12电性连接。
开机启动模块11用于接收外部使用者的输入的启动或者关闭投影设备的操作控制指令,并且依据输入操作输出对应的启动信号或关闭信号给所述控制中心12。具体地,当开机启动模块11接受到启动操作时,也即投影设备10正常工作并需进行图像投影时,开机启动模块11输出所述的启动信号;当开机启动模块11接受到关闭操作时,也即投影设备10停止工作并无需进行图像投影时,开机启动模块11输出所述的关闭信号。本实施例中,开机启动模块11为电源开关,同时,启动信号可为一高电位信号(3.5V-5V),关闭信号为一低电位信号(0V),当然,启动信号也可以为低电位信号,关闭信号为高电位信号,并不以此为限。
控制中心12用于自开机启动模块11接收所述的启动信号与关闭信号,并且依据所述的启动信号与关闭信号输出对应的用作控制的信号(如警示信号)至警示模块13与投影模块14,以控制警示模块13提醒使用者投影设备10已准备进行投影工作,切勿直接对视投影设备10的投影光线,亦在数据传输模组15开始控制投影模块14针对待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。控制中心12还依据所述关闭信号控制投影模块关闭所述投影光线,并输出停止所述用作控制的信号(如停止警示信号)给警示模块。
警示模块13用于依据所述警示信号控制所述警示用语的显示,或者,依据所述停止警示信号控制所述警示用语停止显示,从而提醒并警示使用者投影模块14在进行投影工作时,切勿直视或者对视投影设备的投影区域内,防止使用者的身体健康受到损害,例如视力受损。该警示用语可以包括警示图片、警示文字等。或者,在显示警示文字、警示图片的同时也进行语音提示,以增强警示的效果。本实施例中,所述警示模块13用于在投影设备10上电工作时在醒目位置显示“危险、勿直视”的图像。
数据传输模组15用于自外部接收待投影显示的图像数据信息,并且将所述待投影显示的图像数据信息输出至投影模块14。投影模块14用于针对待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。本实施例中,数据传输模组15可以为HDMI接口(High
Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口)、VGA(Video Graphics
Array,视频图形阵列接口)、DVI接口(Digital Visual Interface,数字视频接口) 或者USB接口(Universal Serial
Bus,通用串行总线接口)等,并不以此为限。
另外,控制中心12亦会检测数据传输模组15的工作状态,也即是检测数据传输模组15是否接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息,以便于控制投影模块14针对所述待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。
其中,投影模块14包括光源模块141、光机模块142以及投影镜头143。光源模块141用以提供照明光束。光机模块142用以将照明光束转换成影像光束。投影镜头143用以将影像光束转换成投影光束,并将投影光束投射出以形成画面。
具体地,请参阅图2,其为本发明第一实施方式中如图1所示投影设备10的详细功能模组示意图。
控制中心12包括检测模组121与控制模组123,其中,检测模组121用于检测开机启动模块11是否输出启动信号或者关闭信号,并将检测到的所述启动信号或者所述关闭信号输出至控制模组123。检测模组121亦会检测数据传输模组15的工作状态,也即是检测数据传输模组15是否接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息。
控制模组123用于依据所述启动信号或者关闭信号输出对应的用作控制的信号至警示模块13与投影模块14,从而使得警示模块13进行警示用语显示与投影模块14进行图像投影。本实施方式中,所述用作控制的信号包括控制警示模块13进行警示用语显示的警示信号与控制投影模块14图像显示的控制信号。警示模块13包括显示屏131与驱动控制电路133,其中,驱动控制电路133依据控制中心12中控制模组123输出的所述警示信号或停止警示信号驱动所述显示屏131显示或关闭警示用语。
本实施例中,所述显示屏131设置于投影设备10的其中一侧面易于使用者观看到的位置,例如如图3所示,其为图2中投影设备10的立体结构示意图,显示屏131设置于投影设备10的顶面,并且邻近设置于投影设备10的投影镜头143的位置。另外,显示屏131为一液晶显示屏,当然,可变更地,显示屏131也可以为OLED显示屏(Organic
Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管显示屏)等,并不以此为限。
配合图2与图3,具体说明投影设备10的工作过程:
投影设备10上电后,开机启动模块11接收到输入操作而输出启动信号至检测模组121,检测模组121在检测到启动信号后将所述启动信号输出至控制模组123,控制模组123输出对应的警示信号至驱动控制电路133,驱动控制电路133则将警示用语输出至显示屏131进行显示。
同时,检测模组121在检测到启动信号后将所述启动信号输出至控制模组123,控制模组123输出对应的控制信号至投影模块14,投影模块14则将自数据传输模组15接收到的待投影显示的图像数据信息输出至光机模块142,通过光源模块141的配合,将待投影显示的图像数据信息利用投影镜头进行投影显示。
当待投影显示的图像数据信息投影显示完毕,且开机启动模块11接收到输入操作而输出关闭信号时,检测模组121在检测到关闭信号后将所述关闭信号输出至控制模组123,控制模组123输出对应的停止警示信号至驱动控制电路133,驱动控制电路133则停止将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至显示屏131,换句话说,警示模块13停止显示警示用语,另外,投影模块14停止自数据传输模组15接收图像数据信息,也即是投影模块14停止进行图像投影显示。
所述投影设备10在投影设备上电开启工作时警示模块13方才开始工作,并且在投影设备10停止工作后,警示模块13停止工作,换言之,也即是投影设备10中的投影模块14进行投影光线的输出时警示模块13才开始显示工作,而投影模块14停止出射光线后,警示模块13则停止警示用语的显示,警示用语是随着投影设备10与图像显示同步,提高了警示用语显示警示效率的同时。较大的提高警示用语的显示效果与效率,同时提高了投射设备的使用安全性,保证了使用者的健康。
可变更地,请参阅图4,其为本发明第二实施方式如图1所示投影设备的功能模组示意图。
投影设备20中,控制中心22包括检测模组221与控制模组223,其中,检测模221用于检测开机启动模块11所输出的启动信号或者关闭信号。进一步,检测模组221还检测数据传输模组25是否接收待投影显示的图像数据信息,并在检测到数据传输模组25接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息时,输出一投影信号,而未检测到数据传输模组25接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息时,则输出一闲时信号。
控制模组223依据启动信号、关闭信号、投影信号以及闲时信号控制警示模块23与投影模块24进行工作。
警示模块23包括有警示用语的图像数据信息,所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块24进行投影显示。可以理解,警示用语的图像数据信息也即是警示用语对应的图像数据信息信号,其以数据信号的方式存储于投影设备20中。
针对图4,具体说明投影设备20的工作过程:
投影设备20上电后,开机启动模块21接收到输入操作而输出启动信号至检测模组221,检测模组221在检测到所述启动信号后将其输出至控制模组223,控制模组223输出对应的警示信号至警示模块23,警示模块23则将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块24。投影模块24针对警示用语的图像数据信息继续投影显示。
进一步,检测模组221在检测到数据传输模组25接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息时,输出一投影信号,控制模组223则依据所述投影信号输出对应的停止警示信号至警示模块23,警示模块23则停止将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块24;同时,控制模组223则依据投影信号输出控制信号至投影模块24,控制投影模块24针对图像传输模组25提供的待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。
当待投影显示的图像数据信息投影显示完毕,且开机启动模块21接收到输入操作而输出关闭信号时,检测模组221在检测到关闭信号后将所述关闭信号输出至控制模组223,控制模组223控制投影模块24停止自数据传输模组25接收图像数据信息,也即是投影模块24停止进行图像投影显示。
针对图4所示的投影设备20,在本发明一变更实施例中,投影设备20上电后,开机启动模块21接收到输入操作而输出启动信号至检测模组221,检测模组221在检测到启动信号后将所述启动信号输出至控制模组223,同时,检测模组221在检测到数据传输模组25未接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息而输出闲时信号时,也即是投影模块24并未处于图像投影显示阶段时,控制模组223输出对应的警示信号至警示模块23,警示模块23则将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块24。投影模块24则针对警示用语的图像数据信息继续投影显示。
当检测模组221在检测到数据传输模组25接收到待投影显示的图像数据信息时,也即是投影模块24并处于图像投影显示阶段时控制模组223输出对应的停止警示信号至警示模块23,警示模块23则停止将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块24;同时,控制模组223输出所述投影信号至投影模块24,则投影模块24针对图像传输模组25提供的待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。
当待投影显示的图像数据信息投影显示完毕,且开机启动模块21接收到输入操作而输出关闭信号时,检测模组221在检测到所述关闭信号后将其输出至控制模组223,控制模组223控制投影模块24停止自数据传输模组25接收图像数据信息,也即是投影模块24停止进行图像投影显示。
可变更地,请参阅图5,其为本发明第三实施方式中如图1所示投影设备的功能模组示意图。
投影设备30中,控制中心32包括检测模组321、控制模组323以及时间模组325,其中,检测模221用于检测开机启动模块11所输出的启动信号或者关闭信号。时间模组325用于针对开机启动模块31输出启动信号的时间进行计时,并且在开机启动模块31输出启动信号达到预定时间后,时间模块325输出一计时完成信号至控制模组323。
控制模组323依据所述启动信号、所述关闭信号、所述计时完成信号控制警示模块33与投影模块34进行工作。
警示模块33包括有警示用语的图像数据信息,所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块34进行投影显示。可以理解,警示用语的图像数据信息也即是警示用语对应的图像数据信息信号,其以数据信号的方式存储于投影设备20中。
针对图5,具体说明投影设备30的工作过程:
投影设备30上电后,开机启动模块31接收到输入操作而输出启动信号至检测模组321,检测模组321在检测到所述启动信号后将其输出至控制模组323,控制模组323输出对应的警示信号至警示模块33,警示模块33则将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块34。投影模块34则针对警示用语的图像数据信息继续投影显示。
进一步,时间模组325针对开机启动模块31输出启动信号的时间进行计时,并且在开机启动模块31输出启动信号达到预定时间后,时间模块325输出一计时完成信号至控制模组323。控制模组323输出对应的停止警示信号至警示模块33,警示模块33则停止将警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块34;同时,控制模组323输出一投影信号至投影模块34,则投影模块34针对图像传输模组35提供的待投影显示的图像数据信息进行投影显示。
当待投影显示的图像数据信息投影显示完毕,且开机启动模块31接收到输入操作而输出关闭信号时,检测模组321在检测到关闭信号后将所述关闭信号输出至控制模组323,控制模组323控制投影模块34停止自数据传输模组35接收图像数据信息,也即是投影模块34停止进行图像投影显示。
Claims (10)
1.一种投影设备,包括用于出射投影光线并进行图像投影显示的投影模块,所述投影模块至少包括一投影镜头,所述投影镜头用于出射所述投影光线,其特征在于,所述投影设备还通过所述投影镜头投影或设置于投影设备的电子屏幕显示警示用语,其中,所述警示用语用于提醒使用者勿处于所述投影光线所在的区域内。
2.如权利要求1所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述投影设备还包括开机启动模块、控制中心及警示模块,所述开机启动模块用于接收启动或者关闭投影设备的操作指令,并且输出启动信号或者关闭信号给所述控制中心,所述控制中心依据所述启动信号输出控制信号以控制投影模块出射投影光线,进行图像投影显示,并输出警示信号给所述警示模块,或者依据所述关闭信号控制所述投影模块关闭所述投影光线,并输出停止警示信号给所述警示模块,所述警示模块依据所述警示信号控制所述警示用语的显示,或者依据所述停止警示信号控制所述警示用语停止显示。
3.如权利要求2所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述警示模块包括显示屏与驱动控制电路,其中,所述驱动控制电路依据控制中心输出的所述警示信号或停止警示信号驱动所述显示屏显示或关闭所述警示用语。
4.如权利要求3所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述投影镜头设置于投影设备的顶面,所述显示屏设置于所述投影设备的顶面且邻近所述投影镜头。
5.如权利要求2所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述警示模块包括所述警示用语的图像数据信息,所述警示用语的图像数据信息通过所述投影模块进行投影显示。
6.如权利要求5所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述控制中心包括检测模组与控制模组,其中,所述检测模组用于检测所述开机启动模块是否输出所述启动信号或者所述关闭信号,并将检测到的所述启动信号或者所述关闭信号输出至所述控制模组,所述控制模组则依据所述启动信号输出所述警示信号或者依据所述关闭信号输出所述停止警示信号。
7.如权利要求6所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述检测模组在检测到所述启动信号后将其输出至所述控制模组,所述控制模组则控制所述警示模块将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块进行投影显示;
所述检测模组进一步检测待投影显示的图像数据信息是否准备完成,当检测到待投影显示的图像数据信息准备完成,所述控制模组则控制所述警示模块停止将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块。
8.如权利要求6所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述检测模组在检测到所述启动信号后,所述控制模组则控制所述警示模块将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至所述投影模块进行投影显示;
所述控制模组则在接收到启动信号并延迟一预定时间后控制所述警示模块停止将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至所述投影模块,并且所述控制模组输出所述控制信号控制所述投影模块对待投影显示的图像进行投影显示。
9.如权利要求8所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述控制中心还包括一时间模组,所述时间模组用于对开机启动模块输出所述启动信号的时间进行计时,并且在达到所述预定时间后输出计时信号,所述控制模组依据所述计时信号控制所述警示模块停止将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至投影模块。
10.如权利要求6所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述检测模组在检测到启动信号后,进一步检测投影模块的工作状态,当检测到所述投影模块未进行图像显示时,所述控制模组则控制所述警示模块将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至所述投影模块;当检测到所述投影模块进行图像显示时,所述控制模组则控制所述警示模块停止将所述警示用语的图像数据信息输出至所述投影模块,以使得所述投影模块进行图像投影显示。
