本申请要求于2016年12月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201611266175.2、发明名称为“一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明新型涉及放射治疗技术领域,更具体的涉及一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置。
背景技术
放射治疗是利用一种或多种电离辐射对恶性肿瘤及一些良性病进行的治疗,放射治疗的手段是电离辐射。放射治疗中最常用的直接电离粒子是电子,最常用的间接电离粒子是光子,而粒子放射治疗相对于常规光子治疗能够减少正常组织受量,提高治疗增益比,所以粒子放射治疗装置及相关技术在近几十年飞速发展。在粒子放射治疗的固定治疗室中使用治疗座椅作为定位装置已经历多年,但现有的治疗座椅只能固定头部且仅用于治疗头部。
发明内容
本发明基于上述现有技术问题,创新的提出一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,设置有手臂托架机构,既可以用于固定病人的头部,也可以用于固定病人的身体,如胸部及腹部,解决了现有的治疗座椅只能固定头部且仅用于治疗头部的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案如下:
一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,包括底座机构、安装在所述底座机构上的背板机构及还包括手臂托架机构;
所述手臂托架机构包括固定装置及臂托组件,所述固定装置可拆卸安装在所述背板机构上部,所述臂托组件与所述固定装置活动连接;
所述臂托组件包括用于支撑病人手臂的臂托。

2、用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置中扶手机构与手臂托架机构均为可拆卸安装,当做头部放射治疗时,手臂自然下放到扶手机构上,不需要安装手臂托架机构;当做体部放射治疗时,手臂需要抬高放在手臂托架机构上,不需要安装扶手机构;方便灵活且实用。
3、用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,固定膜片的卡条从侧面安装在背板上,方便治疗师操作,并且齿形卡条使得固定膜片的定位位置可以任意选择,实现更多的位置调节。
4、用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,安装有水平方向的把手支架和竖直方向的把手连接杆,供病人根据自己需要选择抓握方式。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述,以使本领域技术人员能够更加清楚的理解本发明的方案,但并不因此限制本发明的保护范围。
请参阅图1至图9,本发明提供了一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置的一个较佳实施例,包括一底座机构1、一踏板机构2、两扶手机构3、一背板机构4、两手臂托架机构5及一病人固定装置6。踏板机构2安装于底座机构1的前部下方,扶手机构3可拆卸安装于底座机构1两侧,背板机构4安装于底座机构1上,手臂托架机构5可拆卸安装于背板机构4上,病人固定装置6可拆卸安装于背板机构4上。
底座机构1包括一底座框架11及一坐垫12,坐垫12位于底座框架11的上表面。底座框架11是铝合金整体加工而成,坐垫12由棉布、绒布、锦缎、尼龙或麻布等材料组成。
踏板机构2包括两第一导向杆21、两第一滑块22、一把手23及一踏板24。两第一导向杆21均固定安装于底座框架11下端,并分别位于底座框架11的两侧。每一第一滑块22包括一直线轴承221及一第一旋钮柱塞222,每一直线轴承221套设于一对应的第一导向杆21,并可沿其轴向上下移动,第一旋钮柱塞222起到定位的作用,即当直线轴承221运动到目 标位置时旋紧第一旋钮柱塞222从而固定直线轴承221。把手23与两直线轴承221固定连接,踏板24与把手23固定连接,因此踏板24可随直线轴承221沿第一导向杆21上下滑动并定位,把手23是手动调节踏板24位置的抓手位,踏板24是病人上下的脚踏支撑点。第一导向杆21既是踏板24上下滑动的轨道,也是踏板24受力的支撑杆。
扶手机构3包括一下支撑滑轨31、一上支撑滑轨32、一固定件33、一第二旋转柱塞34及一扶手35。下支撑滑轨31通过固定件33可拆卸安装于底座框架11。优选地,固定件33为由一弹簧销331、一弹簧332、一弹簧销把手333组成的卡销式简易安装机构。上支撑滑轨32与下支撑滑轨31活动连接并可沿下支撑滑轨31上下移动,可以理解的是,上支撑滑轨32与下支撑滑轨31配合使用,既是扶手35上下调节的轨道,也是扶手35受力的支撑杆。第二旋转柱塞34起到定位的作用,即当上支撑滑轨32运动到目标位置时旋紧第二旋转柱塞34从而固定上支撑滑轨32。扶手35固定安装于上支撑滑轨32的上端,因此扶手35可以随上支撑滑轨32上下滑动并定位,扶手35可以由棉布、绒布、锦缎、尼龙或麻布等材料组成。
背板机构4包括一固定支座组件41及一滑动组件42。固定支座组件41包括一外支架411、四个导向杆支座412、两第二导向杆413、两丝杆支座414、一丝杆415、两齿轮416及一手轮417。外支架411固定安装于底座框架11,四个导向杆支座412、两丝杆支座414均固定安装于外支架411。每一第二导向杆413的两端均固定安装于对应的导向杆支座412,丝杆415的两端均固定安装于对应的丝杆支座414。手轮417固定安装于外支架411并位于外支架411的外侧面,两齿轮416的安装方向相互垂直并相互啮合,其中一齿轮416安装于手轮417,另一齿轮416安装于丝杆415端部,转动手轮417带动其中一齿轮416转动并将动力传递至丝杆415。优选地,两齿轮416为伞齿轮,丝杆415为梯形丝杆。
滑动组件42包括一背板支座421、一背板422、两第二滑块423及一丝杆螺母424。两第二滑块423套设于一对应第二导向杆413并可沿第二导向杆413上下滑动,丝杆螺母424活动连接于丝杆415,背板支座421与两第二滑块423及丝杆螺母424均固定连接,背板422固定安装于背板支座421。当手动旋转手轮417时,通过两齿轮416传递动力到丝杆415, 并驱动丝杆螺母424上下滑动,从而带动背板422上下滑动以调节高度以适应不同身高的病人的需求,利用梯形丝杆自锁的特性可以把背板422锁固在需要的位置。优选地,背板422的侧面设有刻度标尺,在调节背板422的高度时可以用来参考。优选地,背板422由碳素纤维材料组成。背板422上还设有若干沿竖直方向排列的卡槽4221。
一手臂托架机构5包括一固定装置51、一把手组件52及一臂托组件53。固定装置51包括一臂托框架511、一框架旋钮512、一螺纹杆513、一螺纹杆连接块514及一压板515。臂托框架511两侧均设有与背板422厚度相匹配的导槽(图未示),背板422卡扣于导槽内以将手臂托架机构5固定于背板422。压板515镶嵌于臂托框架511内并位于臂托框架511与背板422之间;螺纹杆连接块514镶嵌于压板515内并与压板515螺纹连接;螺纹杆513的一端卡在螺纹杆连接块514中并与螺纹杆连接块514间隙连接;框架旋钮512与螺纹杆513刚性连接并位于臂托框架511外;螺纹杆513与臂托框架511螺纹连接。
把手组件52包括把手连接板521、把手支架522、把手连接块524、把手连接杆525及竖直把手526。把手支架522通过把手连接板521与臂托框架511连接;把手连接杆525通过把手连接块524与把手支架522连接。优选地,把手组件52还包括水平把手523和竖直把手526,水平把手523套设于把手支架522,竖直把手526套设于把手连接杆525;水平把手523与竖直把手526均为病人固定时抓手的位置。可以理解的是,病人固定时可以直接抓握把手支架522或把手连接杆525,也可以在把手支架522和把手连接杆525上分别套设水平把手523和竖直把手526,用于病人更舒服、更稳固地抓握。
臂托组件53包括一臂托后支架531、一后支架旋钮532、一臂托前支架533、一前支架旋钮534、一臂托535及一臂托旋钮536。臂托后支架531与把手支架522间隙连接并能够相对把手支架522转动,后支架旋钮532用于锁固臂托后支架531;臂托前支架533与臂托后支架531活动连接且臂托前支架533与臂托后支架531之间设置有相应的滑槽使得臂托前支架533能够相对臂托后支架531平移,前支架旋钮534用于锁固臂托前支架533;臂托535与臂托前支架533活动连接并能够相对臂托前支架533转动, 臂托旋钮536用于锁固臂托535。
安装手臂托架机构5时,将臂托框架511两侧的导槽对准背板422的顶部,并向下移动臂托框架511使背板422顺着导槽滑动至底部,直至臂托框架511与背板422的肩部抵触。然后旋转框架旋钮512使其驱动螺纹杆513旋转并朝靠近背板422的方向移动,从而带动螺纹杆连接块514及压板515移动直至压紧背板422,此时手臂托架机构5安装完成。
拆卸手臂托架机构5时,反方向旋转框架旋钮512使其驱动螺纹杆513旋转并朝远离背板422的方向移动,从而带动螺纹杆连接块514及压板515移动直至松开压板515与背板422的紧密接触,最后顺着导槽将手臂托架机构5从背板422的顶端提出来,此时手臂托架机构5安装完成。
病人固定装置6包括固定膜片61及安装于固定膜片61两端的卡条62。固定膜片61包括头膜、头颈肩膜、颈肩膜、体膜等,分别用于固定病人身体的不同部位。卡条62为齿形,齿形卡条62与背板422上的卡槽4221配合实现固定膜片61的固定。固定膜片61的卡条62从侧面安装在背板422上,方便治疗师操作,并且齿形卡条62使得固定膜片61的定位位置可以任意选择,实现更多的位置调节。
本发明提出的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置既可以用于固定病人的头部,也可以用于固定病人的身体,如胸部及腹部。扶手机构3与手臂托架机构5均为可拆卸安装,当做头部放射治疗时,手臂自然下放到扶手机构3上,不需要安装手臂托架机构5;当做体部放射治疗时,手臂需要抬高放在手臂托架机构5上,不需要安装扶手机构3。
病人坐姿头部固定流程如下:
1.根据人体模板调节背板422到合适的高度,安装好扶手机构3并调节扶手机构3到合适的高度,再调节踏板24到合适的高度;
2.安装适形的头枕;
3.病人坐到坐垫12上,在治疗师的协助下进行初定位;
4.治疗师拉紧头膜,并把头膜固定在背板422上。
病人坐姿体部固定流程如下:
1.根据人体模板调节背板422到合适的高度,安装好手臂托架机构5,再调节踏板24到合适的高度;
2.安装适形的背垫;
3.病人坐到坐垫12上,调节手臂托架机构5到合适的位置,在治疗师的协助下进行初定位;
4.治疗师拉紧体膜,并把体膜固定在背板422上。
以上仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行了描述,并不将本发明的技术方案限制于此,本领域技术人员在本发明的主要技术构思的基础上所作的任何公知变形都属于本发明所要保护的技术范畴,本发明具体的保护范围以权利要求书的记载为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,包括底座机构及安装在所述底座机构上的背板机构,其特征在于,还包括手臂托架机构;
    所述手臂托架机构包括固定装置及臂托组件,所述固定装置可拆卸安装在所述背板机构上部,所述臂托组件与所述固定装置活动连接;
    所述臂托组件包括用于支撑病人手臂的臂托。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,还包括病人固定装置;
    所述病人固定装置包括固定膜片及安装于所述固定膜片两端的卡条。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡条为齿形,所述背板机构包括背板,所述背板上设有与所述卡条匹配的卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括臂托框架,所述臂托框架两侧均设有与所述背板厚度相匹配的导槽;
    所述背板卡扣于所述导槽内,用于将所述手臂托架机构固定于所述背板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括框架旋钮、螺纹杆、螺纹杆连接块及压板;
    所述压板镶嵌于所述臂托框架内并位于所述臂托框架与所述背板之间;
    所述螺纹杆连接块镶嵌于所述压板内并与所述压板螺纹连接;
    所述螺纹杆的端卡在所述螺纹杆连接块中并与所述螺纹杆连接块间隙连接;
    所述框架旋钮与所述螺纹杆刚性连接并位于所述臂托框架外;
    所述螺纹杆与所述臂托框架螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述手臂托架机构还包括把手组件;
    所述把手组件包括把手连接板、把手支架、把手连接块、把手连接杆;
    所述把手支架通过所述把手连接板与所述臂托框架连接;
    所述把手连接杆通过所述把手连接块与所述把手支架连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述臂托组件还包括臂托后支架、后支架旋钮、臂托前支架、前支架旋钮及臂托旋钮;
    所述臂托后支架与所述把手支架间隙连接并能够相对所述把手支架转动,所述后支架旋钮用于锁固所述臂托后支架;
    所述臂托前支架与所述臂托后支架活动连接并能够相对所述臂托后支架平移,所述前支架旋钮用于锁固所述臂托前支架;
    所述臂托与所述臂托前支架活动连接并能够相对所述臂托前支架转动,所述臂托旋钮用于锁固所述臂托。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,所述背板机构包括固定支座组件及滑动组件;
    所述固定支座组件包括安装于所述底座机构上的外支架及固定安装于所述外支架的丝杆;
    所述滑动组件包括滑动安装于所述丝杆的丝杆螺母、背板支座及背板,所述背板支座与所述丝杆螺母固定连接,所述背板与所述背板支座固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,还包括踏板机构,所述踏板机构安装于所述底座机构的前部下方,所述踏板机构包括位置能够上下调节的踏板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于粒子放疗的坐姿固定装置,其特征在于,还包括两扶手机构,所述两扶手机构分别可拆卸安装于所述底座机构的两侧,每一所述扶手机构包括位置能够上下调节的扶手。
