Abstract

Description

一种冷藏冷冻装置
本申请要求了申请日为2016年12月27日,申请号为201611226271.4,发明名称为“一种冷藏冷冻装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明提供了一种冷藏冷冻装置,特别是一种门体上设置有发声装置的冷藏冷冻装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术发展以及人们生活水平的提高,人们对家电的要求也越来越高,并且已经不满足于家电本身的作用,对使用舒适度的要求也更高。随着冰箱的智能化程度的提高,大部分冰箱中都安装有喇叭,以作为语音提示等作用,以增加趣味。但是喇叭通常是直接向外发声,从而喇叭的音质较差,开关门时的声音不够悦耳,无法满足消费者的需求。但是,如果要采用更精密的喇叭,则成本也会相应提高。
因此,必须设计一种成本较低,并且门体上设置有发声装置的冷藏冷冻装置。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,其目的在于提供一种成本较低的、门体上设置有发声装置的冷藏冷冻装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种冷藏冷冻装置,包括箱体及开合于箱体上的门体,所述门体包括相互间隔的第一门体和第二门体,在闭合状态下,所述第一门体和第二门体位于同一平面上;所述第一门体朝向第二门体的一侧设置有发声装置,并且所述发声装置的出声方向朝向所述第二门体设置,所述第一门体和第二门体之间形成有用作混音腔的间隙。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述间隙宽度在8mm到16mm范围内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一门体向远离第二门体的方向凹陷形成有空腔,所述发声装置设置于空腔内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二门体靠近第一门体的一侧为平面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发声装置包括发声单元,所述发声单元与所述空腔形成一级音腔,所述一级音腔形成于所述发声单元背离第二门体的一侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述门体还包括用以遮盖所述空腔的盖板,所述发声单元和盖板之间形成有二级音腔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述盖板上开设有若干个出音孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一门体包括有下饰条,所述下饰条内部凹陷形成有所 述空腔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一门体和第二门体在竖直方向上排列设置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中,第一门体和第二门体在关闭的状态下位于同一平面上,从而第一门体的发声装置在发声时,可在第一门体和第二门体之间的混音腔中进行声音的发射,从而发出的声音更加悦耳浑厚。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供了一种冷藏冷冻装置,所述冷藏冷冻装置包括箱体及开合于箱体上的门体100。在本实施方式中,所述冷藏冷冻装置指冰箱。
所述门体100包括相互间隔的第一门体1和第二门体2,在闭合状态下,所述第一门体1和第二门体2位于同一平面上;所述第一门体1朝向第二门体2的一侧设置有发声装置3,并且所述发声装置3的出声方向朝向所述第二门体2设置,所述第一门体1和第二门体2之间形成有用作混音腔的间隙4。因此,所述发声装置3发出的声音可在混音腔中进行来回的反射,从而使得声音更加的浑厚悦耳。所述间隙4的宽度在8mm至16mm的范围内,优选的,在本实施方式中,所述间隙4的宽度为13mm,以使得声音的反射达到最好的效果。
在本实施方式中,所述第二门体2靠近第一门体1的一侧为平面,所述第一门体1靠近第二门体2的一侧也为平面,从而,相当于间隙4向外开放,因此,即使发声装置3发出的声音在间隙4中来回反射,也不会造成声音沉闷的情况,而是逐渐向外发声,使得声音更加悦耳。
所述第一门体1向远离第二门体2的方向凹陷形成有空腔11,所述发声装置3设置于空腔11内。并且,所述门体100还包括用以遮盖所述空腔11的盖板5,因此所述盖板5和空腔11形成用以收容发声装置3的收容空间。
所述发声装置3包括发声单元31,所述发声单元31与所述空腔11之间形成一级音腔111,所述一级音腔111形成于所述发声单元31背离第二门体2的一侧。当然,所述发声单元31和盖板5之间形成有二级音腔112。从而,所述发声装置3的两侧分别形成有一级音腔111和二级音腔112,并且所述发声单元31的出声方向朝向盖板5设置。所述一级音腔111和二级音腔112的作用相同,均是为了提高声音的效果。当然,所述盖板5上设置有出音孔51,以方便所述发声单元31出声音,当然,如上述所述,所述盖板5也呈平面。另外,所述发声单元31为喇叭。
在本实施方式中,所述门体100包括有下饰条12,所述下饰条12内部凹陷形成有所述空腔11,所述发声装置3设置于空腔11内。因此,所述发声装置3并非设置于门体100的发泡层内,也容易安装、维修等。另外,在所述下饰条12内部还凹陷形成有凹槽121,所述凹槽121内安装有LED灯122,以进行照明。
当然,所述门体100还包括前门板、后门板及上饰条、两个侧饰条,则在发泡前,相将上饰条、下饰条12、两个侧饰条与前、后门板相卡持固定,然后再对前门板和后门板之间进行发泡填充。发泡结束后,再将发声单元31安装至空腔11内,从而发声单元31可在门体100发泡后安装,安装、维修等均更加方便。
另外,在本实施方式中,所述第一门体1和第二门体2在竖直方向上排列设置,则通常情况下,所述第一门体1和第二门体2分别为冷藏室门体100和冷冻室门体100。
综上所述,本发明中的冷藏冷冻装置采用第一门体1和第二门体2,并且在第一门体1和第二门体2之间设置混音间隙4,从而,可使得第一门体1内的发声装置3发出的声音在第一门体1和第二门体2之间反射,使得声音更加浑厚悦耳。并且,也由于第一门体1上设置有混音间隙4,因此开关门的时候,声音会有不同,进一步增加生活趣味,并且成本也没有提高。另外,所述第二门体2上也可以设置有如上述所述的发声装置3,从而,第二门体2开合时,也可以达到如上述第一门体1相同的效果。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种冷藏冷冻装置,包括箱体及开合于箱体上的门体,其特征在于:所述门体包括相互间隔的第一门体和第二门体,在闭合状态下,所述第一门体和第二门体位于同一平面上;所述第一门体朝向第二门体的一侧设置有发声装置,并且所述发声装置的出声方向朝向所述第二门体设置,所述第一门体和第二门体之间形成有用作混音腔的间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述间隙宽度在8mm到16mm范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述第二门体靠近第一门体的一侧为平面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述第一门体向远离第二门体的方向凹陷形成有空腔,所述发声装置设置于空腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述发声装置包括发声单元,所述发声单元与所述空腔形成一级音腔,所述一级音腔形成于所述发声单元背离第二门体的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述门体还包括用以遮盖所述空腔的盖板,所述发声单元和盖板之间形成有二级音腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述盖板上开设有若干个出音孔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述第一门体包括有下饰条,所述下饰条内部凹陷形成有所述空腔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:根据权利要求1所述的冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述第一门体和第二门体在竖直方向上排列设置。
