Abstract
一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣,其钮珠底座(1)下端设置有钮珠(2),钮珠(2)下端设置有合金串面(3),合金串面(3)下端设置有合金串面脚(4),合金串面(3)内部设置有爪扣胶圈(5),爪扣胶圈(5)上端设置有爪扣支脚(6),合金串面(3)下侧设置有圈托(8),圈托(8)上端设置有圈托固定脚(9),爪扣胶圈(5)下端设置有弹弓杯(10),合金串面(3)通过合金串面脚(4)与圈托固定脚(9)连接。该结构简单,设计新颖,爪扣胶圈具体为尼龙材质压铸而成,采用八坑的原理,充分利用尼龙的弹性形成开合力,比起金属弹弓圈成本降低,具有很好的推广价值。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种纽扣,特别涉及一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣。
目前,急扣就是衣服上用于两边衣襟相连的系结物。最初的作用是用来连接衣服的门襟的,随着社会的发展,现已逐渐发展为除保持其原有功能以外更具有艺术性及装饰性,也就是个性化。但是,金属弹弓圈急扣使用久了都存在容易老化,容易松动,不牢固,容易脱离等问题,并且金属弹弓圈成本较高。为此,我们提出一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣,包括钮珠底座、钮珠、合金串面、合金串面脚、爪扣胶圈、爪扣支脚、固定卡扣、圈托、圈托固定脚、弹弓杯和圈托卡扣,所述钮珠底座下端设置有钮珠,所述钮珠下端设置有合金串面,所述合金串面下端设置有合金串面脚,所述合金串面内部设置有爪扣胶圈,
所述爪扣胶圈上端设置有爪扣支脚,所述合金串面下侧设置有圈托,所述圈托上端设置有圈托固定脚,所述爪扣胶圈下端设置有弹弓杯,所述合金串面通过合金串面脚与圈托固定脚连接,所述圈托内表面设置有圈托卡扣。
进一步地,所述弹弓杯内部设置有固定卡扣。
进一步地,所述爪扣胶圈采用尼龙材质压制而成。
进一步地,所述合金串面为纯铜材质制成。
进一步地,所述爪扣胶圈表面爪扣齿为3-12个
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:爪扣胶圈具体为尼龙材质压铸而成,采用八坑的原理,充分利用尼龙的弹性形成开合力,比起金属弹弓圈成本降低,降低钮珠扣合时被刮伤的可能性,通过设置的合金串面脚能够很好的将爪扣胶圈、圈托等结构固定在一起,具有很好的结构稳定性,钮珠可与爪扣胶圈上端的爪扣支脚形成配合,从而可以达到抗拉力,强度高等特点,而且尼龙材质具有很好的抗滑能力,可有效避免急扣滑开的情况,通过设置的圈托卡扣可有效对整个装置进行固定,圈托卡扣可利用衣物进行固定,避免急扣发生旋转的情况,固定卡扣能够加强钮珠的固定能力,从而提高急扣的性能,圈托固定脚能够有效与合金串面脚进行配合,以达到充分固定装置的目的,合金串面具体为纯铜材质制成,在增加美观度的同时,也具有很好的抗形变能力。

如图1-2所示,一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣,包括钮珠底座1、钮珠2、合金串面3、合金串面脚4、爪扣胶圈5、爪扣支脚6、固定卡扣7、圈托8、圈托固定脚9、弹弓杯10和圈托卡扣11,所述钮珠底座1下端设置有钮珠2,所述钮珠2下端设置有合金串面3,所述合金串面3下端设置有合金串面脚4,所述合金串面3内部设置有爪扣胶圈5,所述爪扣胶圈5上端设置有爪扣支脚6,所述合金串面3下侧设置有圈托8,所述圈托8上端设置有圈托固定脚9,所述爪扣胶圈5下端设置有弹弓杯10,所述合金串面3通过合金串面脚4与圈托固定脚9连接,所述圈托8内表面设置
有圈托卡扣11。

其中,所述弹弓杯10内部设置有固定卡扣7,能够加强钮珠2的固定能力,从而提高急扣的性能。
其中,所述爪扣胶圈5采用尼龙材质压制而成,充分利用尼龙的弹性形成开合力,比起金属弹弓圈成本降低,降低钮珠2扣合时被刮伤的可能性。
其中,所述合金串面3为纯铜材质制成,增加美观度的同时,也具有很好的抗形变能力。
其中,所述爪扣胶圈5表面爪扣齿为3-12个,能够实现抗拉力,强度高等特点。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣,工作时,将钮珠2按入爪扣胶圈5即可,爪扣胶圈5具体为尼龙材质压铸而成,采用八坑的原理,充分利用尼龙的弹性形成开合力,比起金属弹弓圈成本降低,降低钮珠2扣合时被刮伤的可能性,通过设置的合金串面脚4能够很好的将爪扣胶圈5、圈托8等结构固定在一起,具有很好的结构稳定性,钮珠2可与爪扣胶圈5上端的爪扣支脚6形成配合,从而能够实现抗拉力,强度高等特点,而且尼龙材质具有很好的抗滑能力,可有效避免急扣滑开的情况。
