Description

一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣 【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种纽扣，特别涉及一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣。
【背景技术】
目前，急扣就是衣服上用于两边衣襟相连的系结物。最初的作用是用来连接衣服的门襟的，随着社会的发展，现已逐渐发展为除保持其原有功能以外更具有艺术性及装饰性，也就是个性化。但是，金属弹弓圈急扣使用久了都存在容易老化，容易松动，不牢固，容易脱离等问题，并且金属弹弓圈成本较高。为此，我们提出一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：
一种高强度抗拉伸的弹弓急爪扣，包括钮珠底座、钮珠、合金串面、合金串面脚、爪扣胶圈、爪扣支脚、固定卡扣、圈托、圈托固定脚、弹弓杯和圈托卡扣，所述钮珠底座下端设置有钮珠，所述钮珠下端设置有合金串面，所述合金串面下端设置有合金串面脚，所述合金串面内部设置有爪扣胶圈， 所述爪扣胶圈上端设置有爪扣支脚，所述合金串面下侧设置有圈托，所述圈托上端设置有圈托固定脚，所述爪扣胶圈下端设置有弹弓杯，所述合金串面通过合金串面脚与圈托固定脚连接，所述圈托内表面设置有圈托卡扣。
进一步地，所述弹弓杯内部设置有固定卡扣。
进一步地，所述爪扣胶圈采用尼龙材质压制而成。
进一步地，所述合金串面为纯铜材质制成。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：爪扣胶圈具体为尼龙材质压铸而成，采用八坑的原理，充分利用尼龙的弹性形成开合力，比起金属弹弓圈成本降低，降低钮珠扣合时被刮伤的可能性，通过设置的合金串面脚能够很好的将爪扣胶圈、圈托等结构固定在一起，具有很好的结构稳定性，钮珠可与爪扣胶圈上端的爪扣支脚形成配合，从而可以达到抗拉力，强度高等特点，而且尼龙材质具有很好的抗滑能力，可有效避免急扣滑开的情况，通过设置的圈托卡扣可有效对整个装置进行固定，圈托卡扣可利用衣物进行固定，避免急扣发生旋转的情况，固定卡扣能够加强钮珠的固定能力，从而提高急扣的性能，圈托固定脚能够有效与合金串面脚进行配合，以达到充分固定装置的目的，合金串面具体为纯铜材质制成，在增加美观度的同时，也具有很好的抗形变能力。

其中，所述弹弓杯10内部设置有固定卡扣7，能够加强钮珠2的固定能力，从而提高急扣的性能。
