目前,变压洗衣机主要有波轮变压洗衣机,滚筒变压洗衣机,干式变压洗衣机,高度复合环保型滚筒洗衣机(即双动力洗衣机),等四类洗衣设备,在洗衣过程中均存在洗涤液污染,衣物损坏等缺陷,而且洗衣成本也很高,衣物虽经清洗仍然携带大量的细菌,对人们的身体健康构成威胁,同时浪费了大量的动力及物资和水资源,污染了环境,有时甚至人们的生命安全也受到严重威胁。
发明内容:
本发明就是鉴于上述的问题而提出的,以提供一种变压洗衣机为目的,该种变压洗衣机及所涉及的变压洗衣机,仅仅通过改变变压洗衣机的工作环境和洗涤液或洗涤气而达到洗净衣物,并且还具备杀菌消毒的效果,该变压洗衣机还具备动力消耗低,
寿命长,节能效果显著,对环境无污染,保护衣物等优点。

有益效果:
由于变压洗衣机采用高压渗透和低压脱离,即高压状态下使洗涤液与衣物上的污渍充分反应后,在低压或真空环境下使分解剂或洗涤液与碗上的污渍脱离于衣物,再利用安全阀将污浊气体排到大气环境中,减少了揉搓所造成上的损伤,通过高,低压交错仅需极少的洗涤剂而达到更佳的洗涤效果,减少了衣物被腐蚀所造成的损害,还减少了洗涤剂的使用,因为洗涤气还可以利用二氧化碳进行洗涤,二氧化碳是工业废气收集起来即可不需要专门生产,属于废物利用,避免了干式变压洗衣机使用溶剂对人体造成的致命危害,消除了现有洗衣机使用的洗涤用品对环境造成的污染危害,节约了水资源。

如图1、图2所示,耐压壳体排气口上经减压阀或真空阀14定位联接有减压泵或真空泵17,经管道与外部大气环境相通;耐压壳体上设置有安全阀13,安全阀13的另一端与外部环境相通;耐压壳体进气口上经增压阀12定位联接有增压泵15,经管道与外部大气环境相通;
在净化衣物时首先将衣物放入变压洗衣机桶5中,关闭变压洗衣机壳体1上设置的安全门6,安全门6与变压洗衣机壳体1内侧设置的耐压壳体形成密封的空间,减压泵或真空泵17经电机5带动将耐压壳体中的气体抽出并经减压泵或真空泵17外侧联通的减压阀或真空阀14和管道排放到外部大气中,减压泵或真空泵17的减压阀或真空阀14自动关闭后耐压壳体和内部的变压洗衣机桶5中呈低压或真空状态,净化液瓶或净化气瓶的定量阀9打开净化液雾化或净化气气体或二氧化碳气体等充入耐压壳体的内部的变压洗衣机桶5中清洗杀菌,洗衣机桶电机11经变速机构7带动洗衣机桶5旋转洗涤衣物;
增压泵15经增压泵电机8带动将外部气体经进气口压入耐压壳体中,此时由于耐压壳体和变压洗衣机桶5中呈高压状态,净化液瓶或净化气或二氧化碳气体与衣物深度接触,充分分解衣物上的污渍;
耐压壳体上设置有排水阀,排水阀的进水口与耐压壳体出水口相通并定位联接在一起,排水阀的另一端与外部环境相通(未示出);
或变压洗衣机上设置进水管道和进水阀门,进水阀门处联接有洗涤液或洗涤气定量装置(未示出);
衣物清洗完毕后将耐压壳体和变压洗衣机桶5中经洗涤液或洗涤气分解汽化的污渍经安全阀13将内部气压与外部气压调平或经排水阀和管道排放外部环境中,由减压泵或真空泵17经减压阀或真空阀14抽出耐压壳体中的气体和水分,或经加热装置烘干衣物后由安全阀13将内部气压与外部气压调平,打开安全门6取出衣物即可。
由上述结构可知所述的变压洗衣机至少可以采用波轮洗衣机桶或滚筒洗衣机桶,变压洗衣机壳体1上可设置香料瓶经阀门和管道与耐压壳体3,所述的变压洗衣机耐压壳体3上还可设置温控装置以达到冬天洗衣后衣物保持一定的温度,所述的变压洗衣机上还可以设置微电脑和键盘装置以实现智能化洗衣。
根据上述结构,由于在设置了在变压洗衣机壳体1内设置了耐压壳体3保障了安全性,由于采用低压或真空环境清除污渍不需要剧烈的揉搓效果,减少了对衣物的机械损坏,采用洗涤液或洗涤气分解汽化污渍的方法避免了现有变压洗衣机利用化工洗涤品对衣物的化学损害,通过至少两次的低压或真空环境以及至少两次的气体排放不仅将污渍排出,还可有效的清除衣物上粘附的细菌或其他有害成分,该种洗涤方法衣物不需晾晒,洗完后取出即可穿,非常方便,提高了效率,延长了衣物的使用周期,极大地降低了动力消耗,消除了环境污染。
根据上述结构,由于在低压或真空环境不需要或仅需少量的水作为载体减少了水资源的浪费,其中的洗涤气可尝试用二氧化碳,或二氧化碳与洗涤液配合使用可有效利用工业废气,提高了废物利用率。
在一种可行的实施方式的变压洗衣机,该变压洗衣机节能环保无污染,包括变压洗衣机壳体1,安全门6,变压洗衣机桶5,减压泵或真空泵17,减压泵或真空泵电机18,净化液瓶或净化气瓶等,在变压洗衣机壳体1上经旋转联接装置设置有安全门6,安全门6上设置有扶手,变压洗衣机壳体1的耐压外壳3和定位弹簧4的内侧设置为耐压壳体,穿过密封的耐压外壳3和定位弹簧4间设置相通的进气口和排气口,安全门6关闭后安全门6与变压洗衣机壳体1内侧设置的耐压壳体形成密封配合,变压洗衣机桶5设置在在耐压壳体内,变压洗衣机桶5经变速机构7和传动装置经洗衣机电机11带动旋转;
耐压壳体排气口上经减压阀或真空阀14定位联接有减压泵或真空泵17,由
管道排放外部大气环境中;耐压壳体上设置有安全阀13,安全阀13的另一端与外部环境相通;耐压壳体进气口上经增压阀6定位联接有增压泵15,增压泵 15经管道与外部大气环境相通;
在净化衣物时首先将衣物放入变压洗衣机桶5中,关闭变压洗衣机壳体1上设置的安全门6,安全门6与变压洗衣机壳体1内侧设置的耐压壳体形成密封的空间,变压洗衣机壳体1的耐压外壳3和定位弹簧4的内侧设置为耐压壳体,耐压外壳3和定位弹簧4经减压阀或真空阀14与减压泵或真空泵17定位联接在一起,经减压泵或真空泵17抽出耐压壳体中的气体和水分再由管道排放到外部大气中,减压泵或真空泵17的减压阀或真空阀14自动关闭后耐压壳体和内部的变压洗衣机桶5中呈低压或真空状态,净化液瓶或净化气瓶的定量阀门30打开净化液雾化或净化气气体或二氧化碳气体等充入耐压壳体的内部的变压洗衣机桶5中清洗杀菌,安全阀13调平耐压壳体内的气压,洗衣机桶电机11经变速机构7带动洗衣机桶5旋转洗涤衣物;
增压泵15由增压泵电机8带动经增压阀12将外部气体经进气口压入耐压壳体中,此时由于耐压壳体和变压洗衣机桶5中呈高压状态,净化液瓶或净化气或二氧化碳气体与衣物深度接触,充分分解衣物上的污渍;
变压洗衣机上设置进水管道和进水阀门,进水阀门处联接有洗涤液或洗涤气定量装置;耐压壳体上设置有排水阀,排水阀的进水口与耐压壳体出水口相通并定位联接在一起,排水阀的另一端与外部环境相通(未示出);
衣物清洗完毕后将耐压壳体和变压洗衣机桶5中经洗涤液或洗涤气分解汽化的污渍经安全阀13将内部气压与外部气压调平或经排水阀和管道排放外部环境中;变压洗衣机上还设置有杀菌瓶,杀菌瓶经定量阀9、管道、定量室10与耐压壳体相通并定位联接在一起;
变压洗衣机上还设置有香料瓶,香料瓶经定量阀9、管道、定量室10与耐压壳体相通并定位联接在一起,衣物清洗完毕并喷洒香料气后,或经增压泵15由增压泵电机8带动经增压阀12将外部气体经进气口压入耐压壳体中保压定时后,经安全阀13将内部气压与外部气压调平后,冬天可通过温控装置对衣物加温后,取出衣物即可穿着。
由上述结构可知所述的变压洗衣机至少可以采用波轮洗衣机桶或滚筒洗衣机桶,变压洗衣机壳体1上可设置香料瓶或纤维修复液瓶经阀门和管道与耐压壳体联通,所述的变压洗衣机耐压壳体上还可设置温控装置以达到冬天洗衣后衣物保持一定的温度,所述的变压洗衣机上还可以设置微电脑和键盘装置以实现智能化洗衣。

以上所有实施方式的变压洗衣机及所涉及的变压洗衣机在不同的洗衣机上进行配置均可达到仅通过气压高低变化进行衣物清洗或通过气压高低变化增强洗洁功能,降低或消除环境污染。
以上虽然以变压洗衣机为例进行了说明,但是本发明的变压洗衣机也可以采用部分技术的方式来实施本发明,本发明的变压洗衣方式也可具有更多的结构方式,在上述的结构中可以采用如所述实施方式的结构及其它任意形式的组合。
