下面将结合附图详细地说明本发明的一种除味加香机的优选实施方式,在实 施方式1中主要以除味加香机耐压外壳1,减压泵或真空泵11,低压除味室A,挣化器或净化气瓶9,安全阀8,管道为例进行说明,本发明可在实施例的基础上进行多种不同的组合,本发明是以低压或真空方式进行清洁除菌,除寄生虫,以及消除衣物上的气味,通过净化液或净化气或二氧化碳进行深度处理达到更好的效果,通过添加对身体健康有益的香味或芳香药物,尤其芳香药物还可起到防病治病的效果。
实施方式1:
如图1、图2所示,本发明的第一实施方式的一种除味加香机,该除味加香机节能坏保无污染,所述的除味加香机涉及在除味加香机内设置低压除味室A,所述除味加香机的低压除味室A内以减压装置制造低压或真空与常压的气压循环变化环境进行除味加香的技术方案,其中箭头方向表示气流方向和进气口与排气口的区别,减压装置包括减压阀10,减压泵或真空泵11和减压泵或真空泵电机12;
所述除味加香机的壳体上经联接装置设置有密封门4;所述除味加香机的内侧设置有低压除味室A;所述除味加香机低压除味室A上设置有减压装置;所述除味加香机低压除味室A上设置有调节气压的安全阀8;所述除味加香机低压除味室A上设置有进气口和排气口;密封门关闭后与除味加香机耐压外壳的内侧设置的低压除味室A形成密封配合,低压除味室A排气口上经排气阀定位联接有减压装置并与减压装置进气口联通的定位联接在一起;所述除味加香机的减压装置经管道与外部大气环境相通。
包括除味加香机耐压外壳1,控制键盘2,除味加香机耐压内壳3,密封门4,定量阀5,定量室6,安装门7,安全阀8,加香、药器9,减压阀10,减压泵或真空泵11,电机12,低压除味室A,在除味加香机耐压外壳1上经旋转联接装置设置有密封门4,密封门4上设置有扶手,除味加香机耐压外壳1的内侧一体地或紧密的定位联接除味加香机耐压内壳3,低压除味室A设置有进气口和排气口,其中箭头方向表示气流方向和进气口与排气口的区别,密封门4关闭后与除味加香机耐压内壳3内侧设置的低压除味室A形成密封配合,低压除味室A排气口上定位联接有减压泵或真空泵11并与减压泵或真空泵11进气口或排气口联通的定位联接在一起,减压泵或真空泵11进气口或排气口经排气阀10,管道与外部大气环境相通,加香、药器9设置在除味加香机耐压外壳1的安装门7内侧,加香、药器9的瓶口经定量阀5、管道和安全阀8与除味加香机耐压内壳3内侧的低压除味室A进气口联通的定位联接在一起,在净化衣物时首先将衣物放入低压除味室A中,关闭除味加香机耐压外壳1上设置的密封门4,密封门4与除味加香机耐压内壳3内侧设置的低压除味室A形成密封的空间,减压泵或真空泵11经电机5带动将低压除味室A中的气体抽出并经减压泵或真空泵11外侧联通的减压阀或排气阀和管道排放到外部大气中,减压泵或真空泵11的阀门自动关闭后低压除味室A和内部的低压除味室A中呈低压或真空状态,加香、药器9 的定量阀门12打开净化液雾化或净化气气体或二氧化碳气体充入低压除味室A中杀菌或加香、药,定量阀5和安全阀8关闭,将衣物净化或加香或药后后再将气体经减压泵或真空泵11排出大气环境中,再经安全阀将内部气压与外部气压调平,打开密封门4完成衣物净化处理。
如图2所示,所述的除味加香机中设置的震动装置涉及机械方式产生的机械震动或电子震动,或电磁震动。
所述的除味加香机上设置有使衣物按一定频率产生震动的震动装置14,所述震动装置14联接有振动盘13,震动装置14经密封电源线连接外部电源。
所述的除味加香机中设置的震动装置14涉及机械方式产生的机械震动(如偏心轮旋转产生的振动)或电子震动(振动电机或经振动线路产生的振动),或电磁振动(低频电流经电磁体产生的振动)。
所述振动盘13可以设置成网状或栅栏状或筐状或筒状或箱状在此不再赘述。
如图1、图2所示,由上述结构可知所述的除味加香机的除味加香机耐压外壳1上可设置加香、药器9经定量阀门12、安全阀8和管道与低压除味室A定位联通,还可增加先用二氧化碳进行杀菌后抽排出废气再打开香料瓶或药料瓶阀门进行加香气或药气,即可经过一次抽排或多次抽排分别充入不同气雾的方式进行净化处理,所述的除味加香机低压除味室A上还可设置温控装置以达到冬天洗衣后衣物保持一定的温度,所述的除味加香机上还可以设置微电脑和键盘装置以实现智能化净化衣物。
根据上述结构,由于在设置了在除味加香机耐压内壳3内设置了低压除味室A保障了安全性,由于采用低压或真空环境清除霉菌和异味不需要揉搓漂洗和晾晒,避免了对衣物的机械损坏和阳光照射产生的老化现象,采用净化气分解汽化污渍的方法避免了现有洗衣机利用化工洗涤品对衣物的化学损害,通过至少两次的低压或真空环境以及至少两次的气体排放不仅将污渍、霉菌和异味排出,还可有效的清除衣物上粘附的细菌或其他有害成分,该种洗涤方法衣物不需晾晒,洗完后取出即可穿,非常方便,提高了效率,延长了衣物的使用周期,极大地降低了动力消耗,消除了环境污染。
根据上述结构,由于在低压或真空环境不需要水作为载体减少了水资源的浪费,其中的洗涤气可尝试用二氧化碳,或二氧化碳与洗涤液配合使用可有效利用工业废气,提高了废物利用率。
由上述结构可知所述的除味加香机的除味加香机耐压外壳1上可设置香料瓶或药料瓶经阀门和管道与低压除味室A,所述的除味加香机低压除味室A上还可设置温控装置以达到冬天洗衣后衣物保持一定的温度,所述的除味加香机上还可以设置微电脑和键盘装置以实现智能化洗衣。
根据上述结构,由于在设置了在除味加香机耐压外壳1内设置了低压除味室A保障了安全性,由于采用低压或真空环境清除污渍不需要揉搓效果,减少了对衣物的机械损坏,采用净化气分解汽化污渍的方法避免了现有洗衣机利用化工洗 涤品对衣物的化学损害,通过至少两次的低压或真空环境以及至少两次的气体排放不仅将污渍排出,还可有效的清除衣物上粘附的细菌或其他有害成分,该种洗涤方法衣物不需晾晒,洗完后取出即可穿,非常方便,提高了效率,延长了衣物的使用周期,极大地降低了动力消耗,消除了环境污染。
根据上述结构,由于在低压或真空环境不需要水作为载体减少了水资源的浪费,其中的洗涤气可尝试用二氧化碳,或二氧化碳与洗涤液配合使用可有效利用工业废气,提高了废物利用率。
以上虽然以除味加香机为例进行了说明,但是本发明的除味加香机也可以采用部分技术的方式来实施本发明,本发明的低压或真空洗衣方式也可具有更多的结构方式,在上述的结构中可以采用如所述实施方式的结构及其它任意形式的组合。
以上或所述的优选实施方式是说明性的而不是限制性的,在不脱离本发明的主旨和基本特征的情况下,本发明还可以以其他方式进行实施和具体化。本发明的范围由权利要求进行限定,在权利要求限定范围内的所有变形都落入本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种除味加香机,包括除味加香机壳体,密封门,减压装置
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机可以通过减压装置抽排出除味加香机内侧的气体,形成一个低压环境,脱离净化物品上的污渍怪味霉菌和寄生虫。
  2. 一种除味加香机,包括除味加香机壳体,密封门,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机上设置有使衣物按一定频率产生震动的震动装置。
  3. 一种除味加香机,包括除味加香机壳体,密封门,
    其特征在于:在所述除味加香机的内侧通过减压装置制造低压或真空与常压的气压循环变化环境对衣物进行除味加香;
    在所述的除味加香机的低压除味室的内侧形成一个低压环境,脱离衣物上的污渍怪味霉菌和寄生虫;
    所述低压除味室上设置有排气口和进气口;
    所述的除味加香机设置的密封门与低压除味室形成密封配合;
    所述低压除味室排气口上经减压阀或排气阀定位联接有减压装置;
    所述除味加香机的减压装置经减压阀或排气阀抽出气体经管道排放外部环境;
    所述的除味加香机内低压除味室上设置有使衣物按一定频率产生震动的震动装置。
  4. 一种除味加香机,包括除味加香机壳体,密封门,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机可以通过减压装置抽排出除味加香机低压除味室内的气体,在除味加香机低压除味室的内部形成一个低压环境,脱离净化物品上的污渍怪味霉菌和寄生虫;
    所述的低压除味室与除味加香机壳体一体地设置,低压除味室上设置有进气口和排气口;
    所述的除味加香机壳体的密封门关闭后密封门与低压除味室形成密封配合;
    所述除味加香机的低压除味室排气口上经减压阀或排气阀定位联接有减压装置;
    所述除味加香机的减压装置经减压阀或排气阀抽出气体经管道排放外部环境,净化器或加香、药器设置在除味加香机壳体上,净化器或加香、药器经定量阀门、管道和充气阀门与低压除味室联通的定位联接在一起。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机中设置的震动装置涉及机械方式产生的机械震动或电子震动,或电磁震动。
  6. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机上设置有净化器或加香、药器经定量装置、阀门和管道与低压除味室定位联接在一起。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机低压除味室上设置有温控装置。
  8. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的低压除味机上设置有微电脑和键盘装置。
  9. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的除味加香机上设置有衣物修复液瓶经阀门和管道与保压净化室定位联接在一起。
  10. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的除味加香机,
    其特征在于:所述的减压装置涉及减压泵或真空泵。
