本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、设计合理、生产和使用成本低、制沙质量好、稳定性高和生产效率高的新型制沙机 。

本发明具有的优点和有益效果是: 上层机架上设置有上层筛盘装置,上层机架的左右两侧均设置第一滚筒组件,上层筛盘装置的底部设置有若干个分水器,下层机架上设置有下层筛盘装置,下层筛盘装置的左右两侧均设置有第二滚筒组件。整体结构简单,设计合理,占地面积小,制造成本低,工作时先通过上层筛盘装置将粗沙筛选出来,细沙和一些杂质就会掉落到下层筛盘装置上,在这个过程中,分水器可以将细沙中的水分离出来,掉落到下层筛盘装置中的细沙和杂质进一步进行清洗过滤,将其中的杂质排出,整个过程快速便捷,制沙速度快,得到的沙的质量更好,生产效率更高。
