- FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a method for connecting an AP according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the process specifically includes:
- Step 201 The terminal acquires a BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the terminal 102 can find the AP to be connected located in the setting range around the terminal 102 by searching.
- This setting range can be determined by the range that the WiFi module 1022 can search.
- the terminal 102 can display the to-be-connected AP on the display panel 10271 of the terminal 102. As shown in FIG. 3, after searching for the neighboring APs to be connected, the terminal 102 can search for a list of SSIDs of the APs to be connected, in the list. The SSID corresponding to each AP to be connected is displayed. For example, the AP to be connected with the SSID is CHINANET, and the AP to be connected with the SSID of CHINAUNICOM. However, in the process of actual application, multiple APs to be connected are included under the same SSID.
- a WLAN network can be constructed by bridging multiple APs, and the SSID displayed by the multiple APs to the user is The same, for example, can be CHINANET. Pass multiple specific identical SSIDs When the terminal 102 moves in a large shopping mall, the terminal 102 can automatically and seamlessly connect to the AP closest to the terminal 102, but only the SSID of the accessed AP is displayed in the display panel 10271 of the terminal 102.
- the plurality of to-be-connected APs are further provided with a BSSID, which is located in the underlying device information of the AP to be connected, and cannot be viewed by the user, but the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102 can pass Searching for the BSSID of the AP to be connected, so that the terminal 102 can know which AP is connected to itself, and avoid the situation that the AP with the same SSID cannot be distinguished.
- a BSSID which is located in the underlying device information of the AP to be connected, and cannot be viewed by the user, but the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102 can pass Searching for the BSSID of the AP to be connected, so that the terminal 102 can know which AP is connected to itself, and avoid the situation that the AP with the same SSID cannot be distinguished.
- the three SSIDs searched by the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102 are CHINANET, CHINAUNICOM, and Peanut Subway.
- the APs with the SSID of CHINANET have AP1, AP2, and AP3, and the APs with the SSID of CHINAUNICOM have AP4, AP5, and AP6, respectively.
- the AP with the SSID of the peanut subway is AP7. The specific correspondence is shown in Table 1.
- Some APs are not located in the search range of the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102. Therefore, when the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102 searches for the AP to be connected, it may not be possible to search all the APs under one SSID. When you get there, you will search for the AP as shown in Table 2.
- the APs to be connected only by the WiFi module 1022 of the terminal 102 are: AP1 and AP2 under the SIPID, AP4 with the SSID being CHINAUNICOM, and AP7 with the SSID being the peanut subway.
- the terminal 102 can obtain the BSSIDs of AP1, AP2, AP4, and AP7, and at this time, the list displayed on the display panel 10271 of the terminal 102 to the user is also a list as shown in FIG.
- Step 202 The terminal sends a usage report request message to the management server.
- the terminal 102 Since the terminal 102 is connected to the network through its own RF circuit 1021 before the AP is connected, it communicates with the management server 101.
- the processor 1023 in the terminal 102 can control the RF circuit 1021 to send the usage report request message to the management server 102, where the usage report request message includes the BSSID of the AP to be connected searched by the WiFi module 1022 in step 201, for management.
- the server 101 requests the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the usage report evaluation result may reflect the network usage status of the AP to be connected, and the usage report evaluation result is calculated by the management server 101 according to network usage data of the AP to be connected sent by another terminal or a user.
- Step 203 The management server receives the usage report request message sent by the terminal, and determines a usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the processor 1011 in the management server 101 can control the communication module 1012 to receive the usage report request message sent by the terminal 102, and the usage report request message can cause the processor 1011 in the management server 101 to determine the use corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected. Report the evaluation results.
- network failures such as network congestion and network interruption may occur during the process of connecting the terminal 102 to the AP.
- the usage report request message may further include identification information of the terminal, so that the management server 101 returns a usage report response message after determining the query result.
- the processor 1011 of the management server 101 can query the communication module according to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected sent by the other terminal is received by the other terminal, and the processor 1011 of the management server 101 determines the BSSID of the AP to be connected according to the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected. Corresponding use report evaluation results.
- the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is the network usage data recorded by the other terminal after connecting the AP to be connected.
- the network usage data may be one or any combination of the following data including: but not limited to: networking rate, networking Bandwidth, number of data loss, network delay time.
- networking rate networking Bandwidth
- number of data loss number of data loss
- network delay time The specific implementation can be as shown in Table 3.
- the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is the real-time updated data, and after the other terminal disconnects the AP to be connected, the BSSID of the AP to be connected recorded in the process of using the AP to be connected may be used.
- the corresponding network usage data is sent to the management server 101.
- the processor 1011 of the management server 101 can determine the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected according to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the processor of the management server 101 is using the When the network usage data corresponding to the BBSID of the AP is to be connected, the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected that is newly received by the communication module 1012 needs to be obtained.
- the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is determined by the following steps: the processor 1011 of the management server 101 determines the average value of each data in the network usage data corresponding to the AP to be connected. Then, it is determined whether the average value of any one of the average values of the data in the network usage data corresponding to the AP to be connected is less than its corresponding threshold. If so, the processor 1011 of the management server 101 can determine the BSSID of the AP to be connected. The corresponding use report evaluation results are not good. Otherwise, the processor 1011 of the management server 101 may determine that the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is preferred.
- the threshold corresponding to the average value of each data in the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected may be set according to experience.
- the BSSID of the AP to be connected is the network usage data corresponding to 08:00:58:00:00:01, and the processor 1011 of the management server 101 uses the data in the data for the network.
- the average value of the data is calculated, and the average value of the networking rate is 53.55 kB/s, the average value of the network bandwidth is 1 Mb/s, the average value of the data packet loss rate is 30%, and the average value of the network delay time is 21.6 ms.
- the average of the networking rates corresponds to a threshold of 60 kB/s, and the average of the networking rates is less than a threshold corresponding to the average of the networking rates, and the processor 1011 of the management server 101 can determine that the BSSID is 08:00:58:00: The evaluation report of the use report corresponding to the AP to be connected at 00:01 is not good.
- the processor 1011 of the management server 101 controls the memory 1013 to determine according to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected stored in the memory 1013 is stored, and the storage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected stored in the storage 1013 is the processor 1011 of the management server 101.
- the network implementation data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected sent by the other terminal is determined in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described herein.
- the processor 1011 of the management server 101 determines, according to the network usage data corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected sent by the other terminal, the usage report corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the memory 1013 may be controlled to store the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the newly determined BSSID of the AP to be connected. If the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is already stored in the memory 1013, the memory 1013 may overwrite the already stored AP to be connected by using the newly used usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected.
- the report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID corresponding to the BSSID can be used to ensure that the use report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected stored in the memory 1013 is the latest.
- the memory 1013 of the management server 101 may also delete the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the target AP whose storage time exceeds the time threshold.
- the time threshold can be set empirically, for example, it can be set for 1 month or 1 week. This way, the storage space of the memory 1013 of the management server 101 can be saved, and storage efficiency can be provided.
- the processor 1011 of the management server 101 fails to determine the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected after the control communication module 1012 receives the usage report request message sent by the terminal 101.
- the result of the use report evaluation corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected the processor 1011 of the management server 101 transmits the use report response message to the terminal 102, and at this time, the use report response message is empty.
- the result of the use evaluation corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected determined by the processor 1011 of the management server 101 is better or not, and when the use evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected determined by the processor 1011 is good, it indicates The AP to be connected is connectable, and other terminals or users have better effects, and the network connection does not fail.
- the terminal 102 can be prompted to connect to the AP to be connected.

- network congestion For example, network congestion, network interruption, and the like may occur, so that the terminal 102 may be prompted not to connect to the AP with the network failure, and the terminal 102 may be connected to the AP with the network failure, and the AP may be repeatedly connected to the network, thereby increasing the terminal.
- the load of processor 1023 of 102 reduces the efficiency of processing data by processor 1023.
- this situation may indicate that the AP to be connected has not been terminated by the other end.
- the terminal is connected, it is a newly created AP. It is also possible to indicate that the usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected is deleted by the memory 1013 of the management server 101 because the storage time is too long, and the storage space of the memory 1013 can be saved.
- Step 204 The management server sends a usage report response message to the terminal.
- the use report request message further includes the identification information of the terminal 102, so that the processor 1011 of the management server 101 can control the query result after determining the query result.

- the AP enables the terminal 102 to quickly connect to the target AP.
- the report response message When the report response message is empty, it indicates that the message is an empty message, and a value is set in a field in the sent use report response message to indicate that the use report response message is an empty message, for example, the field identifier can be set to fail. .
- Step 205 The terminal receives the usage report response message returned by the management server, determines the target AP according to the usage report response message, and connects to the target AP.
- the processor 1023 of the terminal 102 controls the RF circuit 1021 to receive the usage report response message returned by the management server 101.
- the usage report response message may include a usage report evaluation result corresponding to the BSSID of the AP to be connected determined by the processor 1011 of the management server 101, and may cause the processor 1023 of the terminal 102 to determine the target AP.

After the WiFi module 1022 is controlled to perform the search, the AP to be connected with the evaluation report result is not obtained again. The BSSID further prevents the terminal 102 from connecting to an AP with a network failure.
- the processor 1023 of the terminal 102 has four APs to be connected, that is, AP1, AP2, AP4, and AP7 shown in Table 2, which are searched by the WiFi module 1022, and can be obtained as shown in Table 4.
