本实用新型涉及一种园林用药物混合装置,属于环卫设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,科技的进步,现代农业生产技术也在快速的发展,对于大面积的多数量作物的灌溉施药,采用浇灌施药的方式完成,浇灌施药技术也因此得到了普及,其保证了粮食、果蔬的产量,效益巨大,而传统的施药方式是人工将水与农药混合后注入施药装置中,既不能做到精确定量,也不能保证混合均匀,且操作较为繁琐。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种园林用药物混合装置,采用粉末状药物,使得药物在清水中更容易溶解,且加药球通过传动块推动一端距离,使得加药球内的药物混合均匀,药效较好。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型的园林用药物混合装置,包括壳体;所述壳体由两个同型号加药腔构成;两个所述加药腔中间设置有输入口;所述加药腔端部设置有加药腔输出口;所述输入口下方位于加药腔内侧设置有入液腔;所述入液腔内安装有第一活塞;所述第一活塞一端通过传动块连接有加药球;所述加药球一端通过第二活塞与加药腔输出口连接;所述加药球和第二活塞设置于混合腔内。
作为优选的实施方案,所述加药球内填充有粉末状药物。
进一步地,所述加药腔输出口连接有施药装置。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的园林用药物混合装置,将清水通过输入口注入,由于清水注入时,产生水压推动第一活塞,由第一活塞通过推动传动块从而推动加药球,在加药球内添加有粉末状药物,加药球中的粉末状药物在混 合腔内与清水混合,通过加药球的一端连接有第二活塞,当第一活塞通过传动块推动加药球时,从而带动了第二活塞运动,使得混合后的药物通过与加药腔输出口连接的施药装置进行施药作业;采用粉末状药物,使得药物在清水中更容易溶解,且加药球通过传动块推动一端距离,使得加药球内的药物混合均匀,药效较好。

如图1所示的园林用药物混合装置,包括壳体1;所述壳体1由两个同型号加药腔构成;两个所述加药腔中间设置有输入口2;所述加药腔端部设置有加药腔输出口7;所述输入口2下方位于加药腔内侧设置有入液腔10;所述入液腔10内安装有第一活塞3;所述第一活塞3一端通过传动块9连接有加药球5;所述加药球5一端通过第二活塞6与加药腔输出口7连接;所述加药球5和第二活塞6设置于混合腔4内。
所述加药球5内填充有粉末状药物8。
所述加药腔输出口7连接有施药装置(未图示)。
本实用新型的园林用药物混合装置,将清水通过输入口注入,由于清水注入时,产生水压推动第一活塞,由第一活塞通过推动传动块从而推动加药球,在加药球内添加有粉末状药物,加药球中的粉末状药物在混合腔内与清水混合,通过加药球的一端连接有第二活塞,当第一活塞通过传动块推动加药球时,从而带动了第二活塞运动,使得混合后的药物通过与加药腔输出口连接的施药装置进行施药作业。
