一种植物修剪夹持机构,包括支架(1),及通过滑槽(2)活动安装于支架(1)上的支撑座(6),及与支撑座(6)两侧固定,且设置于支撑座(6)上方的导轨(3),及与导轨(3)通过导向杆(4)连接的夹持件(5);所述导轨(3)顶部向内凹陷形成有导槽;所述夹持件(5)包括底座(7)、V字型夹持部(8)和导向轮(9);所述导向轮(9)安装于底座(7)底部;所述V字型夹持部(8)活动安装于底座(7)顶部。该植物修剪夹持机构,支撑座(6)通过滑槽(2)移动至所需位置,再通过推把(10)推动导向杆(4),从而调整夹持件(5)至植物修剪位,利用V字型夹持部(8)将需要修剪的植物枝干夹持,便于修剪植物枝干,减少植物修剪时的晃动,提高修剪效率;V字型夹持部(8)内侧设置有弹性夹件(11),减少对植物伤害。

一种植物修剪夹持机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种环卫设备,具体涉及一种植物修剪夹持机构,属于环卫设备技术领域。
背景技术
环境卫生之范围非常复杂而广泛,环境卫生是随着人类之社会生活而演变,而今之社会环境不断的受到人为的改变;因此,环境卫生的问题成为自然生态系统,转化为人类生态系统过程中的问题;环卫工作是一个城市比较重要的一环,其直接影响着城市的市容市貌;环卫工作的其中一项是对马路边的树枝进行修剪,传统的修剪方式采用人工手动修剪,也有采用机器进行修剪,但在修剪过程中,树枝由于受到修剪时的作用力,常产生晃动,提高了修剪难度,降低了修剪效率,且在修剪时容易对不必要修剪的枝干进行修剪,对植物造成一定的伤害,因此,为解决以上问题,亟待设计一种植物修剪夹持机构。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种植物修剪夹持机构,便于修剪植物枝干,减少植物修剪时的晃动,提高修剪效率,且减少对植物伤害。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型的植物修剪夹持机构,包括支架,及通过滑槽活动安装于支架上的支撑座,及与支撑座两侧固定,且设置于支撑座上方的导轨,及与导轨通过导向杆连接的夹持件;所述导轨顶部向内凹陷形成有导槽;所述夹持件包括底座、V字型夹持部和导向轮;所述导向轮安装于底座底部;所述V字型夹持部活动安装于底座顶部。
进一步地,所述导向杆呈倒U型,所述导向杆一端活动卡接于导轨顶部的导槽中;所述导向杆另一端与底座通过螺栓固定;所述导向杆与导轨连接的一端,导向杆顶部连接有推把。
进一步地,所述V字型夹持部内侧设置有弹性夹件。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的植物修剪夹持机构,支撑座通过滑槽移动至所需位置,再通过推把推动导向杆,从而调整夹持件至植物修剪位,利用V字型夹持部将需要修剪的植物枝干夹持,便于修剪植物枝干,减少植物修剪时的晃动,提高修剪效率;V字型夹持部内侧设置有弹性夹件,减少对植物伤害。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种植物修剪夹持机构,包括支架1,及通过滑槽2活动安装于支架1上的支撑座6,及与支撑座6两侧固定,且设置于支撑座6上方的导轨3,及与导轨3通过导向杆4连接的夹持件5;所述导轨3顶部向内凹陷形成有导槽(未图示);所述夹持件5包括底座7、V字型夹持部8和导向轮9;所述导向轮9安装于底座7底部;所述V字型夹持部8活动安装于底座7顶部。
所述导向杆4呈倒U型,所述导向杆4一端活动卡接于导轨3顶部的导槽(未图示)中;所述导向杆4另一端与底座7通过螺栓(未图示)固定;所述导向杆4与导轨3连接的一端,导向杆4顶部连接有推把10。
所述V字型夹持部8内侧设置有弹性夹件11。
本实用新型的植物修剪夹持机构,支撑座通过滑槽移动至所需位置,再通过推把推动导向杆,从而调整夹持件至植物修剪位,利用V字型夹持部将需要修剪的植物枝干夹持,便于修剪植物枝干,减少植物修剪时的晃动,提高修剪效率;V字型夹持部内侧设置有弹性夹件,减少对植物伤害。

  1. 一种植物修剪夹持机构,包括支架,及通过滑槽活动安装于支架上的支撑座,及与支撑座两侧固定,且设置于支撑座上方的导轨,及与导轨通过导向杆连接的夹持件;所述导轨顶部向内凹陷形成有导槽;所述夹持件包括底座、V字型夹持部和导向轮;所述导向轮安装于底座底部;所述V字型夹持部活动安装于底座顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的植物修剪夹持机构,其特征在于:所述导向杆呈倒U型,所述导向杆一端活动卡接于导轨顶部的导槽中;所述导向杆另一端与底座通过螺栓固定;所述导向杆与导轨连接的一端,导向杆顶部连接有推把。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的植物修剪夹持机构,其特征在于:所述V字型夹持部内侧设置有弹性夹件。
