Abstract
A manufacturing method for a corrosion-resistant valve connector, comprising the following steps: 1) material selection: a hard alloy tungsten steel of the grade of YL10 series to serve as a valve connector processing blank; 2) blank processing: the selected blank undergoes cylindrical grinding, drilling, internal grinding, and internal thread milling to produce a crude valve connector; 3) the surface of the crude valve connector undergoes grinding, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, and drying to produce a valve connector; and 4) a corrosion-resistant coating is sprayed on the surface of the valve connector. The valve connector manufactured per the manufacturing method is provided with improved corrosion resistance and is well adapted for use in strong acidic or strong alkaline conditions.
