실내 위치 추정 시스템
본 발명은 실내 위치 추정 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 정밀하게 사용자 단말의 위치를 측정할 수 있는 실내 위치 추정 시스템에 관한 것이다.
실내에서 화재, 가스 유출 등의 재난 상황이 발생할 경우, 사람들을 빠르게 대피시키고, 구조하기 위해서 실내 위치 추정 기술이 반드시 필요하다. 실내 위치 추정 기술은 오랜 동안 꾸준히 연구되고 있다.
제 1 종래 기술에 따르면, 실내에 배치된 앵커(anchor)를 이용하여 단말기들의 위치가 추정된다. 여기서, 앵커는 절대적인 위치 값을 가지는 무선 신호를 송수신하는 와이파이 공유기나 블루투스 비콘 등을 포함한다. 그러나, 앵커를 이용하는 제 1 종래 기술에 따르면 실내 공간에 화재, 파손 및 정전 등의 재난 상황이 발생하는 경우, 앵커들이 정상적으로 작동하지 못하여 실내 위치 추정이 불가능한 문제점이 있다.
또한, 제 2 종래 기술에 따르면, 앵커를 이용하지 않는 앵커 독립적 기술이 있다. 제 2 종래 기술의 경우, 복수의 단말기들 사이의 무선 신호 세기와 단말기의 ID를 꼭짓점으로 하는 그래프를 생성하여 단말기들의 위치가 추정될 수 있다. 그러나, 그래프는 대칭성, 회전성 등을 가진다. 따라서, 단말기들의 절대적인 위치를 측정할 수는 없고, 상대적인 위치만을 측정할 수 있다. 이는, 자유 공간에서는 정확하지만, 실내 환경에서는 장애물로 인해 신호의 세기 감쇠 등의 큰 오차가 발생되는 문제점이 있다.
한편, 실내 공간에서 재난 상황이 발생되는 경우, 사람들은 빠른 속도로 대피할 수 있다. 이와 달리, 일부 사람들은 부상이나 고립으로 이동하지 못할 수 있다. 즉, 재난 상황에서 사람들의 위치를 정확하게 추정하기 위해서는, 사람들의 움직임을 고려하여야 한다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 앵커 독립적이고, 사용자 단말의 이동 및 비이동을 고려하여 정밀하게 사용자 단말들의 위치를 추정할 수 있는 위치 추정부를 포함하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템는, 실내 공간에 위치하는 복수의 사용자 단말과 중앙 서버를 포함하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 사용자 단말은, 상기 사용자 단말의 이동 속도를 산출하는 이동 속도 산출부, 및 상기 사용자 단말들간 무선 신호 세기를 산출하는 무선 신호 세기 산출부를 포함하며, 상기 중앙 서버는, 상기 실내 공간을 격자 형태의 다수의 분할 영역으로 분할하고, 상기 분할 영역간 거리에 따른 기 설정된 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와, 상기 사용자 단말의 이동 가능한 경로로 상기 분할 영역들의 중심을 잇는 기 설정된 이동 가능 경로 정보를 관리하는 메모리부, 및 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는 위치 추정부를 포함하며, 상기 위치 추정부는, 상기 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 상기 무선 신호 세기를 기초로 상기 사용자 단말들의 추정 위치를 꼭짓점으로 하는 적어도 하나의 그래프를 산출하는 추정 위치 산출부, 상기 이동 가능 경로 정보와 상기 이동 속도를 기초로 상기 사용자 단말의 이동 가능 분할 영역을 산출하는 이동 위치 산출부, 및 상기 이동 가능 분할 영역을 벗어나는 상기 그래프를 제거하는 필터링을 수행하고, 상기 이동 가능 분할 영역에 포함되는 그래프를 기준으로 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는 필터링부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보는 상기 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)들을 변들로 하고, 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K)를 꼭짓점(vertex)의 개수로 하는 제 1 그래프를 포함하며, 상기 추정 위치 산출부는, 상기 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)와 상기 무선 신호 세기(S1)의 유사도 판단에 따라 상기 사용자 단말의 개수(M)를 꼭짓점의 개수로 하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 그래프를 상기 제 1 그래프로부터 추출하는 것을 특징으로 한다(여기서, M < K 이고, 상기 꼭짓점은 상기 분할 영역의 중심임).
또한, 상기 추정 위치 산출부는, 하기 [계산식 1] 내지 [계산식 4] 에 의해 상기 유사도를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

또한, 상기 이동 위치 산출부는 상기 이동 속도(v)에 따라 결정되는 상기 사용자 단말의 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)와 상기 이동 가능 경로 정보를 기초로 상기 이동 가능 분할 영역을 산출하며, 상기 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)는 하기 [계산식 6]에 의해 계산되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

또한, 상기 중앙 서버는 상기 필터링에 따라 산출되는 하나의 상기 제 2 그래프에 따른 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 사용자 단말의 개수(M)가 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 클 경우, 상기 사용자 단말 중 적어도 일부가 그룹화된 상기 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)를 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 작게 하는 사용자 단말 그룹핑부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템에 의하면, 재난 상황 시 사용 불가능 할 수 있는 앵커 독립적으로 사용자 단말들의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.
또한, 재난 상황 시 사용자 단말의 이동 또는 비이동을 고려하여 정밀한 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.
또한, 기 설정된 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 기 설정된 이동 가능 경로 정보를 이용하여 신속하게 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자 단말의 추정 위치를 사용자 단말의 이동 가능 분할 영역을 이용하여 필터링하여, 신속하게 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)을 도시한 블록도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)에 대한 개념도이다.
도 1 및 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)은 사용자 단말(100) 및 중앙 서버(200)를 포함한다. 사용자 단말(100)은 실내 공간(11)에 배치될 수 있다. 사용자 단말(100)은 다수 개로 배치될 수 있다. 중앙 서버(200)는 메모리부(210)와 위치 추정부(230)를 포함한다. 중앙 서버(200)는 실내 공간(11)의 외부에 배치될 수 있다. 중앙 서버(200)와 실내 공간(11)은 각각 별도의 외부 전력 공급원을 가질 수 있다. 따라서, 중앙 서버(200)는 실내 공간(11)에서 발생되는 재난 상황에 영향을 받지 않을 수 있다. 즉, 실내 공간(11)에서 발생된 재난 상황에 영향을 받는 앵커(미도시)가 포함되지 않는다.
사용자 단말(100)은 이동 속도 산출부(110)와 무선 신호 세기 산출부(130)를 포함한다. 또한, 사용자 단말(100)은 셀룰러 통신부(150)를 더 포함한다.
이동 속도 산출부(110)는 사용자 단말(100)의 이동 속도를 산출할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 이동 속도 산출부(110)는 가속도 센서(미도시)를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시 예로, 사용자 단말(100)의 이동 속도는 경보기와 유사한 방법으로 측정될 수 있다. 사람의 보폭이 1m 이고, 가속도 센서가 1초에 3번 흔들림을 감지하는 경우, 사용자 단말(100)의 이동 속도는 3 m/s 이다.
무선 신호 세기 산출부(130)는 사용자 단말(100)들간 애드-혹 통신 시, 사용자 단말(100)들 간 무선 신호 세기를 산출할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 사용자 단말(100)은 애드-혹 통신을 위한 애드-혹 통신부(미도시)를 포함할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(100)은 무선 신호 세기와 이동 속도를 후술하는 중앙 서버(200)에 제공할 수 있다. 셀룰러 통신부(150)는 사용자 단말(100)과 중앙 서버(200) 사이의 통신을 수행할 수 있다.
중앙 서버(200)는 메모리부(210)와 위치 추정부(230)를 포함할 수 있다.
메모리부(210)는 기 설정된 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 기 설정된 이동 가능 경로 정보를 저장하고 관리할 수 있다. 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 이동 가능 경로 정보는 실내 공간(11)에 따라 사전에 측정된 데이터이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보(제 1 그래프)를 도시한 도면이고, 도 4 및 5는 도 3에 도시된 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)의 측정 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 1, 도 3 내지 5를 참조하면, 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보는 제 1 그래프(214)를 포함할 수 있다. 제 1 그래프(214)는 실내 공간(11)에 대응하여 생성될 수 있다. 일 실시 예로, 실내 공간(11)은 다수의 분할 영역(211)으로 구분될 수 있다. 다수의 분할 영역(211)들은 격자 형태로 배열될 수 있다. 또한, 분할 영역(211)은 정사각형 형상을 가질 수 있다.
서로 다른 두 분할 영역(211)간 평균 거리는 두 분할 영역(211)의 중심(212)간 거리와 같다. 따라서, 서로 다른 두 분할 영역(211)간 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)는 두 분할 영역(211)의 중심(212)에서 측정될 수 있다. 한편, 하나의 분할 영역(211) 내의 평균 거리는 일반적으로 0.5214*L(L은 분할 영역(211)의 변의 길이)이다. 따라서, 하나의 분할 영역(211) 내에서 두 지점간 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)는 분할 영역(211)의 중심(212)으로부터 0.2607*L 만큼 이격된 두 지점에서 측정될 수 있다.
제 1 그래프(214)는 분할 영역(211)들간 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)를 변으로 가지고, 분할 영역(211)의 개수(K)를 꼭짓점의 개수로 가질 수 있다. 여기서, 제 1 그래프(214)의 꼭짓점은 분할 영역(211)의 중심(212)에 배치될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 이동 가능 경로 정보를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3 및 6을 참조하면, 이동 가능 경로 정보는 실내 공간(11)에 대응하여 생성될 수 있다. 이동 가능 경로 정보는 분할 영역(211)들의 중심(212)을 연결할 수 있다. 또한, 이동 가능 경로 정보는 실내 공간(11)의 벽(12), 장애물 등을 기준으로 생성될 수 있다. 일 실시 예로, 하나의 출입구를 가지는 벽(12)으로 둘러싸인 분할 영역(211)은 출입구를 통해서만 이웃하는 분할 영역(211)에 연결될 수 있다. 즉, 이동 가능 경로 정보는 실내 공간(11)에 위치한 사람들의 이동 가능한 동선을 분할 영역(211)에 적용한 정보이다.
위치 추정부(230)는 추정 위치 산출부(231), 이동 위치 산출부(233) 및 필터링부(235)를 포함할 수 있다. 추정 위치 산출부(231)는 메모리부(210)의 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 사용자 단말(100)에서 제공된 무선 신호 세기를 기초로 사용자 단말들의 추정 위치를 꼭짓점으로 하는 적어도 하나의 그래프를 산출할 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술한다.
이동 위치 산출부(233)는 메모리부(210)의 이동 가능 경로 정보와 사용자 단말(100)에서 제공된 이동 속도를 기초로 사용자 단말(100)의 이동 가능 분할 영역을 산출할 수 있다. 필터링부(235)는 이동 가능 분할 영역을 벗어나는 그래프를 제거하는 필터링을 수행하고, 이동 가능 분할 영역에 포함되는 그래프를 기준으로 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술한다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 중앙 서버(200)는 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)는 사용자 단말(100)의 개수(M)가 분할 영역(211)의 개수(K) 보다 큰 경우, 사용자 단말(100)의 적어도 일부를 그룹화할 수 있다. 즉, 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)는 사용자 단말(100)의 일부가 그룹화된 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)를 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 작게 할 수 있다.
예컨대, 분할 영역의 개수(K)가 4개 이고, 사용자 단말(100)의 개수(M)가 5개 일 수 있다. 이 경우, 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)는 사용자 단말(100) 중 3개를 1개로 그룹화할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)는 총 3개이다. 이에 따라, 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)는 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 작게된다. 사용자 단말의 개수(M)가 분할 영역(211)의 개수(K) 보다 큰 경우, 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)는 제 1 그래프(214)로부터 제 2 그래프(232)를 추출하기 위해 필수적이다.

중앙 서버(200)는 네트워크 통신 모듈(250)을 통해 각 사용자 단말(100)로부터 이동 속도와 무선 신호 세기(S1)를 수신할 수 있다(S100).
사용자 단말(100)의 개수(M)가 분할 영역(211)의 개수(K) 보다 큰 경우, 사용자 단말 그룹핑부(270)는 사용자 단말(100)들의 일부를 그룹화할 수 있다(S110). 이에 의해, 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)가 분할 영역(211)의 개수(K) 보다 작게 조정될 수 있다.
추정 위치 산출부(231)는 제 1 그래프(214)로부터 제 2 그래프(232)를 추출한다(S120). 여기서, 제 2 그래프(232)는 사용자 단말의 개수(M) 또는 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)를 꼭짓점의 개수로 가진다. 추정 위치 산출부(231)는 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)와 무선 신호 세기(S1)의 유사도 판단에 따라 제 1 그래프(214)로부터 제 2 그래프(232)를 추출할 수 있다.
추정 위치 산출부(231)의 일 실시 예를 하기 도 8 내지 10을 참조하여 설명한다.

도 8을 참조하면, 사용자 단말(100)들은 서로 애드-혹 통신을 할 수 있다. 이 때, 무선 신호 세기 산출부(130)는 사용자 단말(100)들 사이의 무선 신호 세기(S1)를 산출할 수 있다. 무선 신호 세기(S1)들은 분할 영역(211)간 거리, 실내 공간(11)의 벽(12), 장애물 등에 의해 서로 상이할 수 있다.

여기서, 사용자 단말(100)의 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)는 이동 속도(v)에 따라 사용자 단말(100)이 이동 가능한 분할 영역의 개수를 의미한다. 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)는 하기 [계산식 6]에 의해 계산될 수 있다.

ha = x 보다 작지 않은 최소 정수,
여기서, x = ((τ*v)/L)), L은 상기 분할 영역(211)의 중심(212)간 거리[m] 또는 분할 영역(211)의 변의 길이[m], τ는 위치 추정부(230)에 의해 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 반복적으로 추정하는 주기(이에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술함).
예컨대, 사용자 단말(100)은 일 분할 영역(211)에 배치될 수 있다. 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)가 2인 경우, 사용자 단말(100)은 일 분할 영역(211)으로부터 이동 가능 경로 정보(213)를 따라 2번 이동하여 타 분할 영역(211)으로 이동할 수 있다. 이동 위치 산출부(233)는 다수의 사용자 단말(100)들 마다 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 산출할 수 있다. 이와 같은 방법으로 이동 위치 산출부(233)는 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 산출할 수 있다.
도 15는 도 1에 도시된 필터링부(235)에 의한 필터링을 설명하기 위한 플로우 차트이다.
도 7 및 15를 참조하면, 필터링부(235)는 필터링을 수행할 수 있다(도 7의 S140). 이를 위해, 필터링부(235)는 추정 위치 산출부(231)와 이동 위치 산출부(233)로부터 각각 제 2 그래프(232)와 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 제공 받을 수 있다(S300). 필터링부(235)는 제 2 그래프(232)가 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)에 포함되는지 판단한다(S310). 일 실시 예로, 필터링부(235)는 제 2 그래프(232)의 각 꼭짓점과 이에 대응하는 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 비교할 수 있다.
필터링부(235)는 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 벗어나는 제 2 그래프(232)를 삭제할 수 있다(S320). 일 실시 예로, 제 2 그래프(232)의 꼭짓점 중 어느 하나라도 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 벗어나면, 필터링부(235)는 해당 제 2 그래프(232)를 삭제할 수 있다. 반면, 이동 가능 분할 영역(234)을 만족하는 제 2 그래프(232)는 메모리부(210)에 저장할 수 있다(S330).
또한, 필터링부(235)는 저장된 제 2 그래프(232)가 2개 이상인지 판단할 수 있다(S340). 제 2 그래프(232)가 1개인 경우, 필터링부(235)는 필터링을 종료할 수 있다. 이 경우, 중앙 서버(200)는 제 2 그래프(232)에 따른 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 사용자 단말(100)에 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 필터링부(235)는 제 2 그래프(235)의 꼭짓점이 속하는 분할 영역(211)을 사용자 단말(100)의 위치로 산출할 수 있다.
만약 제 2 그래프(232)가 2개 이상인 경우, 위치 추정부(230)는 사용자 단말(100)로부터 제공된 신호를 기초로 다시 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다(S350). 한편, 제 2 그래프(232)를 저장한 후, 제 2 그래프(232)가 2개 이상인지 판단(S340)하는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다. 제 2 그래프(232)의 저장 없이 판단할 수 있다.
도 7 및 15를 참조하면, 필터링에 따라 1개 이상의 제 2 그래프(232)가 산출되는 경우, 위치 추정부(230)는 다시 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정한다(도 7의 S150). 즉, 위치 추정부(230)는 소정의 주기(τ)에 따라 반복적으로 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다. 위치 추정부(230)는 하나의 제 2 그래프(232)가 산출될 때까지 반복적으로 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.
위치 추정부(230)는 필터링에 따라 하나의 제 2 그래프(232)가 산출되는 경우, 필터링부(235)는 제 2 그래프(232)의 꼭짓점들이 속한 분할 영역(211)들을 사용자 단말(100)의 위치로 추정할 수 있다.
또한, 위치 추정부(230)는 필터링에 따라 2 이상의 제 2 그래프(232)가 산출되는 경우, 다시 사용자 단말(100)로부터 신호를 제공받아 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다. 이 경우, 위치 추정부(230)는 이전 주기에 산출된 제 2 그래프(232)를 기준으로 사용자 단말(100)의 이동을 고려하여 사용자 단말(100)의 위치를 추정할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 사용자 단말(100)의 위치 추정 시간 및 정확도가 향상될 수 있다.
도 16 내지 18은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)과 종래 기술을 비교한 참조 도면이다.
도 16을 참조하면, S10 내지 S50 곡선은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)에 따른 성능 곡선이다. S60 곡선과 S70 곡선은 종래 기술에 따른 성능 곡선이다. 본 실험은 분할 영역의 개수(K)가 30일 때에 수행되었다. S10 곡선, S30 내지 S50 곡선은 사용자 단말의 개수(M)가 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 작을 때의 실험 결과이다. 이를 살펴보면, 사용자 단말의 개수가 증가할수록, 사용자 단말의 위치가 더 빠르게 추정됨을 알 수 있다. S 20 곡선의 경우, 100 개의 단말기를 20개의 단말기로 그룹핑하여 수행된 실험 결과이다. 20개의 단말기로 수행한 S20의 곡선과 유사한 성능을 보여준다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실내 위치 추정 시스템(10)는 종래 기술에 비해 매우 빠른 사용자 단말의 위치 추정 성능을 발휘할 수 있다.
도 17은 모든 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는데 소요된 시간에 대한 통계를 나타낸다. 여기서, 노드(nodes)의 개수는 사용자 단말의 개수(M)를 나타낸다. "Mean"은 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는데 소요된 시간의 평균을 나타낸다. "Std."은 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는데 소요된 시간의 표준 편차를 나타낸다. "Failure ratio"는 60초 이내에 사용자 단말의 위치를 찾지 못하는 비율을 나타낸다. "AFAL" 및 "TM(Trajectory matching)"은 종래에 기술에 따른 앵커 독립적 실내 위치 추정 기술을 나타낸다. 도 17과 같이, 본 발명(Proposed scheme)의 일 실시 예는 종래 기술(AFAL, TM) 보다 빠르게 모든 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, "Failure ratio"의 경우, 본 발명(Proposed scheme)의 일 실시 예는 99% 이상의 확률로 1분 이내에 모든 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정할 수 있다.
도 18은 사용자 단말의 위치 추정에 대한 정확도를 통계적으로 나타낸다.
"Total error"는 사용자 단말의 위치 추정 중 잘 못 추정된 위치의 비율을 나타낸다. "Critical error"는 잘 못 추정된 사용자 단말의 위치 중 정확도 매우 떨어지는 위치의 비율을 나타낸다. 본 발명(Proposed scheme)의 일 실시 예는 종래 기술(AFAL, TM) 보다 오차의 비율이 낮음을 확인할 수 있다.
이상 본 발명자에 의해서 이루어진 발명을 상기 실시 예에 따라 구체적으로 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 상기 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 그 요지를 이탈하지 않는 범위에서 여러 가지로 변경 가능한 것은 물론이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 실내 공간에 위치하는 복수의 사용자 단말과 중앙 서버를 포함하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은,
    상기 사용자 단말의 이동 속도를 산출하는 이동 속도 산출부; 및
    상기 사용자 단말들간 무선 신호 세기를 산출하는 무선 신호 세기 산출부를 포함하며,
    상기 중앙 서버는,
    상기 실내 공간을 격자 형태의 다수의 분할 영역으로 분할하고, 상기 분할 영역간 거리에 따른 기 설정된 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와, 상기 사용자 단말의 이동 가능한 경로로 상기 분할 영역들의 중심을 잇는 기 설정된 이동 가능 경로 정보를 관리하는 메모리부; 및
    상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는 위치 추정부를 포함하며,
    상기 위치 추정부는,
    상기 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보와 상기 무선 신호 세기를 기초로 상기 사용자 단말들의 추정 위치를 꼭짓점으로 하는 적어도 하나의 그래프를 산출하는 추정 위치 산출부;
    상기 이동 가능 경로 정보와 상기 이동 속도를 기초로 상기 사용자 단말의 이동 가능 분할 영역을 산출하는 이동 위치 산출부; 및
    상기 이동 가능 분할 영역을 벗어나는 상기 그래프를 제거하는 필터링을 수행하고, 상기 이동 가능 분할 영역에 포함되는 그래프를 기준으로 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는 필터링부를 포함하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 평균 무선 신호 세기 정보는 상기 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)들을 변들로 하고, 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K)를 꼭짓점(vertex)의 개수로 하는 제 1 그래프를 포함하며,
    상기 추정 위치 산출부는,
    상기 평균 무선 신호 세기(S2)와 상기 무선 신호 세기(S1)의 유사도 판단에 따라 상기 사용자 단말의 개수(M)를 꼭짓점의 개수로 하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 그래프를 상기 제 1 그래프로부터 추출하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템(여기서, M < K 이고, 상기 꼭짓점은 상기 분할 영역의 중심임).
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 추정 위치 산출부는,
    하기 [계산식 1] 내지 [계산식 4] 에 의해 상기 유사도를 판단하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.

    여기서, δ1는 최소 임계값, δ2는 최대 임계값이며, S1 = -∞ 일 때 상기 사용자 단말간 무선 통신이 불가능함을 의미

    δ1 = max(0, 10*γ*log(d1)) - 10*γ*log(d2) - ε
    여기서, γ는 경로 손실 지수, d1은 상기 다수의 분할 영역 중 어느 하나와다른 하나 사이의 최소 거리, d2는 상기 다수의 분할 영역 중 어느 하나의 중심과 다른 하나의 중심 사이의 거리, ε은 보상값임

    δ2 = 10*γ*log(d3) - 10*γ*log(d2) + ε
    여기서, d3는 상기 다수의 분할 영역 중 어느 하나와 다른 하나 사이의 최대 거리임

    ε = σ+ α
    여기서, σ는 로그-노말 쉐도우잉(Log-normal shadowing) 편차, α는 추가적 보상값임
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 추정 위치 산출부는,
    하기 [계산식 5]에 따라 상기 추가적 보상값(α)을 증가시켜 상기 유사도를 판단하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.

    α = 2n (여기서, n은 0을 포함하는 자연수)
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 위치 추정부는 소정의 주기(τ)에 따라 반복적으로 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하되,
    상기 필터링에 따라 하나의 상기 제 2 그래프가 산출되는 경우, 상기 필터링부는 상기 제 2 그래프의 꼭짓점들이 속한 상기 분할 영역들을 상기 사용자 단말의 위치로 추정하며,
    상기 필터링에 따라 2 이상의 상기 제 2 그래프가 산출되는 경우, 상기 위치 추정부는 다시 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 추정하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 이동 위치 산출부는 상기 이동 속도(v)에 따라 결정되는 상기 사용자 단말의 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)와 상기 이동 가능 경로 정보를 기초로 상기 이동 가능 분할 영역을 산출하며,
    상기 분할 영역 이동 개수(ha)는 하기 [계산식 6]에 의해 계산되는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.

  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 중앙 서버는 상기 필터링에 따라 산출되는 하나의 상기 제 2 그래프에따른 상기 사용자 단말의 위치를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말의 개수(M)가 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 클 경우, 상기 사용자 단말 중 적어도 일부가 그룹화된 상기 사용자 단말의 그룹핑 개수(Mg)를 상기 분할 영역의 개수(K) 보다 작게 하는 사용자 단말 그룹핑부를 더 포함하는 실내 위치 추정 시스템.
