La présente invention concerne un détergent à base de fibres végétales, comprenant les constituants suivants en parties en poids : 1 à 5 parties d'hydroxyde de sodium, 5 à 10 parties d'acide peracétique, 4 à 9 parties d'octadécyl-dihydroxyéthyl bétaïne, 10 à 16 parties de butoxyéthanol, 3 à 8 parties de xylène sulfonate de sodium, 3 à 8 parties de dodécylsulfate de sodium, 3 à 8 parties de polysiloxane, 0,2 à 0,8 partie d'antioxydant, 10 à 15 parties de fibres végétales, et le reste d'eau désionisée, ladite partie étant une fraction en masse. Le détergent à base de fibres végétales permet d'éliminer rapidement les salissures huileuses restées sur les surfaces et les périphéries d'ustensiles de cuisine, est particulièrement applicable à des surfaces dures telles que des ventilateurs de cuisine, des ventilateurs d'extraction, des poêles à gaz, des tuiles et des murs, présente un bon effet de nettoyage, permet d'éviter efficacement des surfaces de grattage d'ustensiles lors du processus de nettoyage, et est respectueux de l'environnement.
