Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition which is for attracting Dermanyssus gallinae, and includes porous fossilized coral. According to the present invention, when controlling ectoparasites, such as Dermanyssus gallinae, which damage a livestock shed in a poultry farm or the like, an environment that Dermanyssus gallinae likes can be created to attract Dermanyssus gallinae without using any chemical insecticides. Accordingly, captured Dermanyssus gallinae can be simply incinerated, and thus Dermanyssus gallinae including larvae and imagoes can be easily controlled. As a result, diseases caused by Dermanyssus gallinae are prevented, and stress is reduced in livestock in a livestock shed. Therefore, fertility or spawning rates can be increased, and the quality of livestock can be improved.

The present invention relates to a composition for attracting wagumo, and a repellent including the same, and more particularly, a composition for attracting wagumo by creating a good environment for wagumo to inhabit, including a composition including coral stone, and a composition for the wagumo It relates to a repellent containing.
Pests caused by seasonal and environmental influences are increasing the damage caused by pests such as malaria, dengue fever, and Japanese encephalitis caused by pests caused or transmitted by crops and livestock. As a method for preventing such damage, various control methods such as chemical control methods, biological control methods, physical control methods, and environmental control methods to remove the water puddles or improve the surrounding environment so that the larvae of pests cannot live are attempted.
On the other hand, in livestock raising houses, livestock can suffer from various pests, which can cause disease, hamper births or spawn. In particular, the damage caused by ectoparasites such as red mite is becoming more frequent in poultry farms. An ectoparasite is a parasite that is parasitic on the body surface of a host and includes vampire insects, arthropods, and annulus animals. When affected by such external parasites, problems such as spawning degradation due to anemia of poultry and severe death occur.
In order to solve such problems, when a conventional insecticide for controlling external parasites is used, resistance to insecticides may be generated and the toxicity of the insecticides may be continuously increased, and if the insecticides remain in the poultry farm, Not only can it affect the health and reduce productivity, but it can also adversely affect the health of people working in poultry farms and cause environmental pollution by chemical components.
Therefore, there is a need for an environmentally friendly control method that can effectively minimize the adverse effects on the environment while effectively controlling external parasites such as wagumo.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, in the control of external parasites, such as poultry farms, such as piglets, in the control of wagumo, without the use of chemical pesticides at all, creating and attracting and attracting wagumo favorite environment It is to provide a composition for attracting wagumo that can be used in a method that can control the removed wagumo.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a repellent that can control the wagum by producing a simple structure containing a composition for attracting wagmo to create a favorite environment for the wagum, and then incinerated it. .

1 and 2 are optical microscopic images and SEM images of the surface of the coral stone contained in the composition for attracting wagmo of the present invention, respectively. Hereinafter, the composition for wagumo attractant of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The composition for attracting wagumo of the present invention includes a fossilized coral, and the coral stone has a porosity structure.
The pores of the porous structure may have an average diameter of 50 to 100㎛.
Such a porous structure allows natural humidity control, and can create a good environment for habitation of worms such as external parasites.
The coral stone refers to the remains of coral and coral reef organisms that have been fossilized and crushed by weathering and deposited on the sea floor. In addition, the coral stone contains aragonite (aragonite), the crystal structure of the aragonite is a tetragonal system.
The aragonite is a mineral belonging to a tetragonal system and is the same mineral as calcite, but corresponds to a homogeneous abnormality in which the crystal system is different. The appearance of the aragonite is colorless, white, violet, yellow, green, blue, transparent or translucent, and has a glass gloss.
Ryukyu limestone is mentioned as what is distinguished from the said coral stone contained in the wagmo attractant composition of this invention. Ryukyu limestone is produced by rising coral reefs, and has the same origin as the coral stones as harmful to coral reef biomass, but differs in crystal structure and composition. Ryukyu limestone is exposed to rain and so on land, the crystal structure at the time of coral reef disappears, including calcite of hexagonal system, is not porous and is a mass of corals included in the composition of the present invention in the absence of mineral components such as magnesium Is different. These bulk Ryukyu limestones do not have a porous structure, making it difficult to create a good environment for wagumo.
Such coral stone can be collected from the beach, but is not preferable from the viewpoint of nature conservation. The coral stone is preferably used after washing from the seabed after cleaning, drying, removing foreign matters, adjusting the particle size.
It is preferable that the said coral stone is granular coral stone.
The average particle size of the particulate coral stone may be 3 to 10mm, more preferably 5 to 7mm.
When the average particle size of the coral stone is larger than the above range, it may be difficult to manufacture the repellent because the particles are large enough to be accommodated in the repellent, and when smaller than the above range, the capturing ability of the wagmo may decrease considerably. Problems may arise in which particles may be lost through the exposed passage of the repeller.
However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the average particle size of the coral stone may vary depending on the size of the coral stone receiving space of the insect repeller, the passage diameter of the wagmo, or the type of pest when targeting other pests. .

In addition, the coral stone is based on 100 parts by weight of calcium (Ca), 0.001 to 0.002 parts by weight of barium (Ba); 0.004 to 0.006 parts by weight of boron (B); 0.0005 to 0.0015 parts by weight of cerium (Ce); Neodymium (Nd) 0.0005 to 0.0015 parts by weight; Phosphorus (P) 0.0005 to 0.0015 parts by weight; Praseodymium (Pr) 0.003 to 0.005 parts by weight; 0.001 to 0.002 parts by weight of copper (Cu); Erbium (Er) 0.001 to 0.002 parts by weight; 0.004 to 0.006 parts by weight of fluoride; 0.005 to 0.02 parts by weight of iodine (I); And 0.0005 to 0.0015 parts by weight of manganese (Mn); It is even more preferable to further include one or more selected from among them.
In some cases, the coral stone may further contain a small amount of elements such as arsenic, beryllium, bismuth, nickel, molybdenum, palladium, osmium, chlorine, gadolinium, lithium, tungsten, tantalum, tin, zinc, yttrium, ytterbium. have.
Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the repellent according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 4 is an enlarged side view of part A of Figure 3, Figure 5 is a type of cardboard that can be applied to the repellent according to an embodiment of the present invention A perspective view showing an example. Hereinafter, a repeller according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
3 to 5, a repeller according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 100 and 200, a hole H formed in the center of the main body 100 and 200, a hole cover 300 and 400, and a hole. It may include the composition for the wagmo attractant (C) contained in (H).
The main body (100, 200) is a concave-convex portion (110, 210) having a corrugated surface, and the planar support portion 120, 130, 220, 230 disposed on one side or both sides of the concave-convex portion (110, 210) It includes, and a plurality of wagumo attracting passages (112, 212) in the lateral direction between the uneven parts (110, 210) and the support (120, 130, 220, 230) may be formed.
The main body 100, 200 is preferably cardboard.
Therefore, the uneven parts 110 and 210 correspond to the corrugated cores 110 and 210, and the support parts 120, 130, 220 and 230 correspond to the original boards 120, 130, 220 and 230.
The cardboard (100, 200) can be divided into double-sided cardboard and single-sided cardboard, can be selectively applied to select the type of cardboard.
The double-sided corrugated cardboard is disposed on both sides of the corrugated cardboard, the single-sided corrugated cardboard means that one side of the corrugated cardboard is disposed.
The main body 100, 200 may be composed of one double-sided cardboard or single-sided cardboard. In this case, when the double-sided corrugated cardboard is used as shown, the wagumo attracting passage may be formed about twice as much as the one-side corrugated cardboard. Thus, the use of double-sided corrugated cardboard rather than single-sided corrugated cardboard may be more advantageous for increasing the probability of trapping the wagmo, and may also be more advantageous for laminating the main bodies.
In addition, the main body (100, 200) is composed of a plurality of laminates to increase the number of wagumo attracting passage to increase the trapping probability of the wagumo, and preferably formed of a laminate of 2 to 4 layers. When using a single body, the probability of trapping the wagmo may be lowered, and when a laminate of 5 layers or more is applied, the bulkiness may be inconvenient to install, the manufacturing cost may increase, and more incineration after the wagmo is incinerated. Although FIG. 3 illustrates the formation of a laminate in which two main bodies 100 and 200 are stacked, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto and may be manufactured in a form having various layers as necessary.
The hole (H) is formed through the center of the body (100, 200), can be accommodated in the space formed by the hole (H), the composition for the wagmo attractant (C) containing coral stone.
*와구모 유인용 조성물(C)은 상술한 바와 같으므로 상세한 부분은 그 부분을 참조하기로 한다.* Wagmo attractant composition (C) is as described above, so the details will be referred to that part.
The hole covers 300 and 400 may cover both openings of the hole H to prevent the received wagmo attracting composition C from being separated outward.
Hereinafter, a description will be made of a repellent composed of a double laminate according to an embodiment of the present invention according to FIG.
The double laminate according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a first corrugated cardboard 100, a second corrugated cardboard 200, a first hole cover 300, and a second hole cover 400.
In the first corrugated cardboard 100, an upper disc 120 may be disposed on the upper side of the corrugated core 110 and the upper core 110, and a lower disc 130 may be disposed on the lower side of the corrugated core 110.
Referring to FIG. 4, in which the portion A of FIG. 3 is enlarged, the corrugated core 110 has a corrugated surface, and thus, the corrugated core 110 is located between the upper original board 120 and the lower original board 130 to form a space. 112 can be formed. Therefore, the size of the wagumo attraction passage 112 can be adjusted according to the magnitude of the wave height formed in the corrugated heart 110.
In the second corrugated cardboard 200, an upper disc 120 may be disposed on the upper side of the corrugated core 210 and the upper core 210, and a lower disc 130 may be disposed on the lower side of the corrugated core 210.
Since the corrugated core 210 has a corrugated surface, it is possible to form a wagumo attraction path 212 by forming a space between the upper disc 220 and the lower disc 230. Therefore, the diameter of the wagumo attracting passage 212 can be adjusted according to the magnitude of the wave height formed in the corrugated core 210.
The first corrugated cardboard 100 and the second corrugated cardboard 200 have the same area, and the hole H formed at the center may have the same position and shape and may be completely overlapped and stacked. The inner wall surface of the hole (H) may be connected to the outside by the wagumo attracting passage (112, 212).
The first corrugated cardboard 100 and the second corrugated cardboard 200 are stacked, and the hole H formed at the center of the first corrugated cardboard 100 and the second corrugated cardboard 200 is shaped and sized as shown. It is desirable to match, but they may not overlap or may not match in size. However, when the two holes (H) do not match, it is preferable to accommodate the composition for attracting wagumo in both the holes (H) formed in each of the first cardboard 100 and the second cardboard (200).
The average diameter of the wagmo attractant composition (C) can be appropriately adjusted in consideration of the height of the inner wall surface of the hole to be accommodated, that is, the thickness of the entire repellent and the capture rate of the wagum.
The repellent may be used as livestock repellent.
Pests captured by the repellent may be applied to other external parasites in addition to the warp. The ectoparasite is a parasite that is parasitic on the surface of the host body, and may be one selected from vampire insects, arthropods, and cyclic animals.
The insect repellent of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises the composition for attracting wagumo of the present invention as described above, and any structure that can attract and capture the wagumo by the composition of the wagumo attractant, regardless of the structure, shape, material, size, etc. It may be included in the scope of the present invention.

Insect Performance Test
The insect repellent performance was tested from October 2, 2016 to October 5, 2016 in a barnhouse in which chickens were damaged in a poultry farm in Sumohara, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Specifically, six insect repellents prepared according to Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were randomly installed in a livestock house, and recovered three days later with sealed vinyl, and photographs of one of the recovered insect repellents of Example 1 were taken. 8 is shown.
The insect performance was analyzed by investigating the weight increase according to the warp and insect insects before and after installing the insect repellent. The results are shown in Table 2 below.

According to Table 2, the insect repellents prepared according to Example 1 including only porous coral stone was found to have the best performance, and the insect repellent of Comparative Example 1, which contained nothing in the repellents, was analyzed to have the lowest performance. In addition, the insect repellent group of Comparative Example 3 including the Ryukyu limestone not having a porous structure showed a low insect repellent performance at about the same level as Comparative Example 1.
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 4, the insect repellent performance is very low, which can be determined by the insect repellent performance of lavender. On the other hand, although the insect repellent group of Comparative Example 2 included the insect repellent performance lavender almost showed the insect repellent performance similar to Example 1, it was found that the coral stone is very effective in attracting wagmo.
In addition, the insect repellent of Comparative Example 5 using a relatively small particle size of the reef was found to be very low compared to the repellent of Example 1, the particle size of the coral stone is used in the level of 5 to 7mm to optimize the insect repellent performance Could know.
