背景技术
随着我国城镇化水平的提升,对于城市地下空间的研究进一步深入,人们对于地下空间建设的标准从简单的功能型逐步向舒适型转变。那么对于寸土寸金的城市地下空间进行合理利用便成为衡量城市建设水平的通用标准,如何在城市建设的同时兼顾人的感受、整合零散空间成为本领域前沿研究的热点。目前,很多发达地区都在积极开发利用地下空间,我国的轨道交通建设也方兴未艾。为了合理利用地铁空间内的零散空间并照顾候车人群的乘车体验、充分利用短暂的候车时间,发达国家很多城市的地铁站设有免费为乘客提供图书的简易书架,人们在乘坐地铁出行时可以自由挑选书籍进行阅读,既丰富了候车时间,合理利用了地铁站不易使用的空间。我国的一些发达城市也进行了相关方面的探索,但无论国内还是国外,现有的地铁书架普遍存在自动化程度低、存书量少、存取方式单一等缺陷,无法满足大容量地铁交通环境下的候车人群阅读需求,地铁阅读空间亟待一种高速、自动化程度高、大运量、存取方式多元化的自动存取书装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,慢速书带使书籍缓慢的从行人身旁经过,行人可以挑选中意的书籍进行阅读,也可以随手进行还书。行人还可以通过触摸屏来选择书籍,选中后,该书籍从慢速书带掉落至快速书带,迅速送达读者手上。本发明的书带包括地上部分和地下部分,绕地铁站一周,循环回转。地上部分供人取书还书、地下部分避开地铁屏蔽门,不影响乘坐地铁。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,现结合附图进行说明,附图中只给出了特征部分示意图,现有技术部分未在附图中表示。
如图1所示,本发明的书带紧贴屏蔽门15放置,环绕地铁候车站一周,沿逆时针方向运行,分为地上、地下两部门,地上部门用于取书还书,地下部分为了绕开屏蔽门15,防止干扰乘客正常上下车。地下部分通过近地防护板14在地下传送,近地防护板为U型通道,通道两端在地上,通道中间在地下,可以防止图书受损、受污。
如图1所示,一种适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,包括慢速传送书带1,慢速传送书带1中部设有镂空1.1,慢速传送书带1下方设有快速传送书带2;所述的慢速传送书带1和快速传送书带2下方设有多个用于带动传送书带运动的传送带轴4;所述的慢速传送书带1上均匀设有智能借还书夹3,智能借还书夹3内设有集成控制器;所述的地铁站台层变速循环借还书带还包括PC控制终端和设置在书籍上的识别装置。
其中,智能借还书夹3包括两块竖直的夹书板6,夹书板6可以将书夹住,防止传送过程中书籍掉落。智能借还书夹3的底部设有挡板5,挡板5一端与夹书板6底部铰接,另一端设有U型的凹槽7,凹槽7部分采用磁性材料,夹书板6的底部设有能与凹槽7相接的滑槽8,滑槽8内设有能够沿滑槽8往返运动的滑动磁体9;所述的集成控制器设置在夹书板6内,集成控制器包括处理器,处理器的输出端连接继电器、电磁铁8.1,输入端连接自复位按键开关10、射频卡识别模块6.1;所述的处理器还连接有无线收发模块。
本实施例中处理器采用能满足功能需求的单片机,例如STM32系列单片机;无线收发模块采用GW01模块,GW01是一款四频(GSM850/EGSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900)无线工业模块,支持GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WIFI/BT/FM通信,其尺寸约为一元硬币大小,很容易集成在集成控制器中。所述的识别装置采用射频卡标签;射频卡又称非接触式IC卡,射频卡与读卡器之间通过无线电波完成读卡操作,把射频卡做成标签,贴在书籍的封面或者书脊处,卡内存储书籍编号,当书籍放入智能借还书夹3时便能被自动识别。所述的电磁铁8.1固定安装在智能借还书夹3底部的滑槽8底部,且电磁铁8.1通电后的磁性强于凹槽7的磁性。
智能借还书夹3借还书功能原理为:挡板5上设有自复位按键开关10,还书时,将书籍放入智能借还书夹3,书籍底部将自复位按键开关10按下,继电器得电触点弹出,将书籍夹住,为了防止将书刮伤,触点弹出部分采用圆滑的设计。当书籍被放入智能借还书夹3后,夹书板6内置的读卡器读取书籍的射频卡标签,获取书籍编号。通过在多个地铁站设立书带,乘客可以在上车的站台取书,在下车的站台还书。
取书时,读者直接拿书,书籍在读者手部力量作用下向上移动,放开自复位按键开关10,继电器失电触点收回,书籍顺利取出。锁书的原理为继电器的触点弹出给书一个摩擦力,使书不易在传送过程中滑落,而读者手部的力量大于这个摩擦力,因此书籍可以向上移动,移动一定程度时,自复位按键开关10复位,解除上述摩擦力,顺利取书。
上述借还书原理中的继电器还可以换成电磁铁A,当检测到有书籍时,电磁铁A通电,电磁铁A与磁性滑板8.3的磁极相斥,将磁性滑板8.3弹出,对图书进行上锁。除本实施例给出的方式外,对书籍上锁也可以采用其他合适的方式。
当读者希望找到某一本书时,例如上次没有读完的某本书想继续阅读时,可以到触控电子显示屏处输入书籍编号,或者根据显示屏上的提示进行书籍检索找到该书,触控电子显示屏设置在书带取书开门12的上方,图中未标出。选中某本书后,PC控制终端通过WiFi网络或者其他通信方式向该书所在的智能借还书夹3发送信号,智能借还书夹3收到信号后,控制电磁铁8.1通电,滑动磁体9在电磁铁8.1的吸引下,沿着滑槽8向内滑动,挡板5被解锁,在重力作用下向下打开,书籍通过慢速传送书带1中部的镂空1.1部分落到快速传送书带2上,快速传送书带2将书快速传送到读者所处的位置,读者通过开门12将书取出。快速书带表面采用橡胶颗粒材质,能增加和图书之间的摩擦力,更方便快速传送。
当书籍掉落到快速传送书带2后,电磁铁8.1断电失去磁性。智能借还书夹3随着慢速传送书带1向前移动,挡板5在经过传送带轴4时,在传动轴的阻挡下向上抬起逐渐恢复原位,凹槽7的磁性将滑动磁体9吸入凹槽7,使挡板5上锁。为了提高挡板5复位上锁的成功率,在夹书板6的底部设有复位磁体7.1,如图7所示,当挡板5经过传送带轴4被抬起时,凹槽7逐渐接近复位磁体7.1,最终被复位磁体7.1吸附,使凹槽7处于水平状态,能够与滑槽8完全对接,提高挡板5复位上锁的成功率。
综上所述,本发明提供的地铁站台层变速循环借还书带,能够充分利用地下空间,使人们将等车的时间合理利用,能够改善人们的出行体验,具有快速、便捷的特点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:包括慢速传送书带(1),慢速传送书带(1)中部设有镂空(1.1),慢速传送书带下方设有快速传送书带(2);所述的慢速传送书带(1)和快速传送书带(2)下方设有多个用于带动传送书带运动的传送带轴(4);所述的慢速传送书带(1)上均匀设有智能借还书夹(3),智能借还书夹(3)内设有集成控制器;所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带还包括PC控制终端和设置在书籍上的识别装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的智能借还书夹包括两块竖直的夹书板(6),智能借还书夹的底部设有挡板(5),所述的挡板一端与夹书板底部铰接;所述的集成控制器设置在夹书板内,集成控制器(5)包括处理器,处理器的输出端连接继电器、电磁铁B(8.1),输入端连接自复位按键开关(10)、射频卡识别模块;所述的处理器还连接有无线收发模块;所述的识别装置采用射频卡标签。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的智能借还书夹包括两块竖直的夹书板(6),智能借还书夹的底部设有挡板(5),所述的挡板一端与夹书板底部铰接;所述的集成控制器设置在夹书板内,集成控制器(5)包括处理器,处理器的输出端连接电磁铁A(8.2)、电磁铁B(8.1),输入端连接自复位按键开关(10)、射频卡识别模块;所述的处理器还连接有无线收发模块;所述的识别装置采用射频卡标签。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的挡板未与夹书板底部铰接的一端设有U型的凹槽(7),凹槽(7)部分采用磁性材料,夹书板(6)的底部设有能与凹槽(7)相接的滑槽(8),滑槽(8)内设有能够沿滑槽(8)往返运动的滑动磁体(9);所述的电磁铁(8.1)固定安装在滑槽(8)底部,且电磁铁(8.1)通电后的磁性强于凹槽的磁性。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的继电器安装在夹书板(6)内,继电器触点设置在夹书板(6)内部的一侧;所述的自复位按键开关(10)设置在智能借还书夹底部的挡板(7)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的电磁铁A(8.2)安装在夹书板(6)的侧壁上的槽内,槽内设有磁性滑板(8.3);所述的自复位按键开关(10)设置在智能借还书夹底部的挡板(7)上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的夹书板(6)的底部设有能与凹槽(7)吸合的复位磁体(7.1)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的慢速传送书带和快速传送书带之间由金属支架(11)支撑;所述的慢速传送书带和快速传送书带之间采用透明材质围挡,且设有用于取书的开门(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的快速传送书带表面为橡胶颗粒材质。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于地铁站台的变速循环借还书带,其特征在于:所述的PC控制终端包括多个触控电子显示屏。
