根据本发明的一个实施例,所述存储模块,还用于在所述用户终端每次成功登录所述家电设备后,对所述操控信息进行更新;所述处理器,还用于基于更新后的操控信息,对所述登录提示信息和所述第一登录验证信息进行更新。
根据本发明的实施例的智能装置,用户终端每次成功登录家电设备后,所产生的操控信息是不相同的,因此通过存储模块对操控信息进行更新,以及处理器对登录提示信息和第一登录验证信息进行更新,使得用户终端每次在登录家电设备时都可能需要不同的登录验证信息,进一步地确保了对家电设备的登录访问的安全性。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述操控信息包括以下任一或多种的组合:登录时间、登录地点、登录时长、用户终端的标识信息、或用于调控所述家电设备的运行状态的操控参数。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述通信模块包括以下任一:Wi-Fi模块、蓝牙模块、ZigBee模块、或NFC模块。
根据本发明的第二方面的实施例,提出了一种家电设备,包括:如上述实施例中任一项所述的智能装置。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述家电设备包括空调器。当然,还包括 冰箱、热水器、智能灯、电视等家电设备。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图1示出了根据本发明的第一个实施例的智能装置的结构示意图。
如图1所示,根据本发明的第一个实施例的智能装置100,所述智能装置100安装在家电设备上,所述智能装置100包括:通信模块102,所述智能装置100基于所述通信模块102与用户终端(图1中未示出)进行通信;处理器104,连接至所述通信模块102,用于检测所述用户终端是否有对所述家电设备的登录权限,并在确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限时,向开关组件输出控制指令;所述开关组件106,包括用于控制所述通信模块102与所述用户终端是否进行通信连接的第一开关器件1062,和/或用于控制所述处理器104与所述家电设备是否进行通信连接的第二开关器件1064,所述第一开关器件1062在接收到所述控制指令时,控制 所述通信模块与所述用户终端断开通信连接,所述第二开关器件1064在接收到所述控制指令时,控制所述处理器与所述家电设备断开通信连接。
当有用户终端登录家电设备时,处理器会检测用户终端是否有对家电设备的登录权限,在确定用户终端无登录权限时,说明用户终端为非法用户终端,此时处理器会向开关组件中的第一开关器件和/或第二开关器件输出控制指令,以控制通信模块与用户终端断开通信连接,使得用户终端无法继续登录访问家电设备,和/或控制处理器与家电设备断开通信连接,使得用户终端无法控制家电设备,以对非法用户终端对家电设备的操控过程进行干预,从而有效避免了非法用户登录家电设备所带来的安全隐患。其中,开关组件可以仅包括第一开关器件,也可以仅包括第二开关器件,还可以同时包括第一开关器件和第二开关器件。
根据本发明的上述实施例的智能装置100,还可以具有以下技术特征:
根据本发明的一个实施例,在所述开关组件106包括所述第一开关器件1062的情况下,所述智能装置100还包括:天线108,所述通信模块102基于所述天线108与所述用户终端进行通信,所述天线108与所述通信模块102之间设置有第一通信通道,所述第一开关器件1062设置在所述第一通信通道上。
在第一通信通道上设置第一开关器件,通过第一开关器件来控制第一通信通道的导通或断开,实现用户终端与家电设备之间的通信连接或通信中断。其中,第一开关器件可以是开关。
根据本发明的一个实施例,在所述开关组件106包括所述第二开关器件1064的情况下,所述智能装置100还包括:控制器110,连接至所述处理器104,所述控制器110与所述家电设备之间设置有第二通信通道,所述第二开关器件1064设置在所述第二通信通道上。
在第二通信通道上设置第二开关器件,通过第二开关器件来控制第二通信通道的导通或断开,特别是当第二通信通道断开时,用户终端无法继续对家电设备进行操控。其中,第二开关器件可以是继电器。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述通信模块102,还用于向指定设备发 送所述用户终端的登录信息,并接收所述指定设备发送的用于表示所述用户终端无所述登录权限的反馈信息;所述处理器104,具体用于根据所述反馈信息,确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限。
在用户终端登录访问家电设备时,通信模块会向指定设备(如与智能装置绑定的移动终端、可穿戴设备等)发送用户终端的登录信息(如登录时间、登录地点、用户终端的机型、型号等标识信息),相关人员可基于指定设备接收到的登录信息来确定该用户终端是否有登录权限,并基于指定设备向通信模块反馈用于表示用户终端无登录权限的反馈信息,处理器可基于反馈信息来确定用户终端没有登录权限,从而实现对非法用户终端的准确识别。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述智能装置100包括:存储模块112,用于记录用户终端在操控所述家电设备过程中产生的操控信息;所述处理器104,连接至所述存储模块112,还用于根据所述操控信息生成登录提示信息和所述登录提示信息对应的第一登录验证信息;所述通信模块102,还用于向所述用户终端发送所述登录提示信息,并接收所述用户终端基于所述登录提示信息反馈的第二登录验证信息;其中,所述处理器104还用于检测所述第一登录验证信息与所述第二登录验证信息是否匹配,并在所述第一登录验证信息与所述第二登录验证信息不匹配时,确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限。
通过存储模块来记录用户终端在操控家电设备过程中产生的操控信息,处理器可根据操控信息设置生成登录提示信息和第一登录验证信息,并基于通信模块向用户终端发送登录提示信息,用户可根据登录提示信息在用户终端中输入第二登录验证信息并反馈至通信模块,处理器进一步检测第一登录验证信息与第二登录验证信息是否匹配,并在确定第一登录验证信息与第二登录验证信息不匹配时,确定用户终端没有登录权限,既提高了对家电设备的登录访问的安全性,又实现对非法用户终端的准确识别。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述存储模块112,还用于在所述用户终端每次成功登录所述家电设备后,对所述操控信息进行更新;所述处理器 104,还用于基于更新后的操控信息,对所述登录提示信息和所述第一登录验证信息进行更新。
用户终端每次成功登录家电设备后,所产生的操控信息是不相同的,因此通过存储模块对操控信息进行更新,以及处理器对登录提示信息和第一登录验证信息进行更新,使得用户终端每次在登录家电设备时都可能需要不同的登录验证信息,进一步地确保了对家电设备的登录访问的安全性。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述操控信息包括以下任一或多种的组合:登录时间、登录地点、登录时长、用户终端的标识信息、或用于调控所述家电设备的运行状态的操控参数。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述通信模块102包括以下任一:Wi-Fi模块、蓝牙模块、ZigBee模块、或NFC模块。
图2示出了根据本发明的家电设备的示意框图。
如图2所示,根据本发明的家电设备200,包括:如图1所示的智能装置100。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述家电设备200包括空调器。当然,还包括冰箱、热水器、智能灯、电视等家电设备。
以下结合图3和图4对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例一:如图3所示,智能装置300包括:Wi-Fi子模块302、CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)304、天线控制开关306、传输天线308、控制器310及安全存储区312。
其中,CPU304用于运行相关通信协议及控制程序,对外与用户终端进行通信,对内控制家电运行;Wi-Fi子模块302可以通过传输天线308与用户终端设备进行通信,实现对家电设备的远程控制;安全存储区312存放绑定用户信息,便于智能装置100向绑定用户发送登录提示,通知智能装置绑定用户有非法终端登录家电设备;天线控制开关306由CPU 304控制,正常情况下,天线控制开关306处于闭合状态,保证传输天线308与Wi-Fi子模块302之间的导通,智能装置100可以与用户终端进行通信,当有非法用户终端登录家电设备,并企图控制家电产品时,智能装置100内部的CPU 304通过Wi-Fi子模块302向智能装置绑定用户(即合法 用户)终端发送登录提示,通知模块绑定用户,有非法用户登录,绑定用户收到登录提示并确认是非法用户登录后,绑定用户立即向智能装置100发送拦截指令,智能装置100收到绑定用户的拦截指令后,通过CPU 304迅速切断天线控制开关306,阻断非法用户终端与智能装置的通信,进一步地,CPU 304还可以向控制器310发送终止命令,以终止家电设备运行,避免非法用户终端对家电设备的入侵。
实施例二:如图4所示,智能装置400包括:Wi-Fi子模块402、CPU404、继电器406、传输天线408、控制器410及安全存储区412。
其中,继电器406连接控制器410与家电设备,由CPU404控制继电器406开关,家电设备正常工作情况下,继电器406处于开通状态,保证控制器410指令可以送达家电设备,当有非法用户终端登录智能装置100,并控制家电设备时,智能装置100第一时间通过Wi-Fi子模块402向智能装置绑定用户发送登录提示,通知用户有非法终端登录,用户确认后立即向智能装置100发送拦截指令,智能装置100收到绑定用户的拦截指令后,通过CPU 404向继电器406发送关断指令,切断智能装置100对家电设备的控制,阻止非法用户终端对家电设备的入侵。
在上述实施例中,当有非法用户终端登录家电设备时,智能装置能够终止家电设备与非法用户终端进行通信,或智能装置100对家电设备的控制,从而避免非法用户终端入侵家电设备。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明提出了一种新的智能装置,能够在检测到有非法用户终端登录访问家电设备时,对非法用户终端对家电设备的操控过程进行干预,从而有效避免了非法用户终端登录家电设备所带来的安全隐患。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能装置,其特征在于,所述智能装置安装在家电设备上,所述智能装置包括:
    通信模块,所述智能装置基于所述通信模块与用户终端进行通信;
    处理器,连接至所述通信模块,用于检测所述用户终端是否有对所述家电设备的登录权限,并在确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限时,向开关组件输出控制指令;
    所述开关组件,包括用于控制所述通信模块与所述用户终端是否进行通信连接的第一开关器件,和/或用于控制所述处理器与所述家电设备是否进行通信连接的第二开关器件,所述第一开关器件在接收到所述控制指令时,控制所述通信模块与所述用户终端断开通信连接,所述第二开关器件在接收到所述控制指令时,控制所述处理器与所述家电设备断开通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,在所述开关组件包括所述第一开关器件的情况下,所述智能装置还包括:
    天线,所述通信模块基于所述天线与所述用户终端进行通信,所述天线与所述通信模块之间设置有第一通信通道,所述第一开关器件设置在所述第一通信通道上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,在所述开关组件包括所述第二开关器件的情况下,所述智能装置还包括:
    控制器,连接至所述处理器,所述控制器与所述家电设备之间设置有第二通信通道,所述第二开关器件设置在所述第二通信通道上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,
    所述通信模块,还用于向指定设备发送所述用户终端的登录信息,并接收所述指定设备发送的用于表示所述用户终端无所述登录权限的反馈信息;
    所述处理器,具体用于根据所述反馈信息,确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述智能装置包括:
    存储模块,用于记录用户终端在操控所述家电设备过程中产生的操控信息;
    所述处理器,连接至所述存储模块,还用于根据所述操控信息生成登录提示信息和所述登录提示信息对应的第一登录验证信息;
    所述通信模块,还用于向所述用户终端发送所述登录提示信息,并接收所述用户终端基于所述登录提示信息反馈的第二登录验证信息;
    其中,所述处理器还用于检测所述第一登录验证信息与所述第二登录验证信息是否匹配,并在所述第一登录验证信息与所述第二登录验证信息不匹配时,确定所述用户终端没有所述登录权限。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能装置,其特征在于,
    所述存储模块,还用于在所述用户终端每次成功登录所述家电设备后,对所述操控信息进行更新;
    所述处理器,还用于基于更新后的操控信息,对所述登录提示信息和所述第一登录验证信息进行更新。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述操控信息包括以下任一或多种的组合:
    登录时间、登录地点、登录时长、用户终端的标识信息、或用于调控所述家电设备的运行状态的操控参数。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述通信模块包括以下任一:
    Wi-Fi模块、蓝牙模块、ZigBee模块、或NFC模块。
  9. 一种家电设备,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的智能装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备,其特征在于,所述家电设备包括空调器。
