Description

钢丝缠绕工字轮 技术领域
本申请涉及钢丝制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢丝缠绕工字轮。
背景技术
现有的钢线工字轮,为了降低成本、重量以及防止钢线与工字轮之间的摩擦,一般采用木质材料制成,但是钢线缠满之后,工字轮的重量非常高,在转运过程中木质工字轮损耗大,不能回收利用。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型的钢丝缠绕工字轮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢丝缠绕工字轮,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开一种钢丝缠绕工字轮,包括中心轴、对称固定于所述中心轴两端的第一挡板和第二挡板、以及套设于所述中心轴上并固定在所述第一挡板和第二挡板之间的套筒,所述第一挡板和第二挡板相对设置,第一挡板和第二挡板之间围成一钢丝缠绕空间,所述中心轴具有一两端相通的通道,所述第一挡板和第二挡板采用金属材质,所述第一挡板和第二挡板由钢丝缠绕空间一侧向外冲压形成有加强筋。
优选的,在上述的钢丝缠绕工字轮中,所述加强筋包括圆形的第一加强体、以及自第一加强体四周辐射的多条直线形第二加强体。
优选的,在上述的钢丝缠绕工字轮中,所述第一加强体自外侧向内冲压形成有第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽,所述第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽对称分布于所述中心轴的两侧。
优选的,在上述的钢丝缠绕工字轮中,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的边缘分别向外折弯形成圆形翻边。
优选的,在上述的钢丝缠绕工字轮中,所述通道的开口边缘形成有倒角。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明第一挡板和第二挡板采用金属材质,强度高,而且其表面通过冲压形成加强筋,进一步提高其强度,因此该工字轮使用寿命高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
结合图1和图2所示,钢丝缠绕工字轮,包括中心轴1、对称固定于中心轴1两端的第一挡板2和第二挡板3、以及套设于中心轴1上并固定在第一挡板2和第二挡板3之间的套筒4,第一挡板2和第二挡板3相对设置,第一挡板2和第二挡板3之间围成一钢丝缠绕空间,中心轴1具有一两端相通的通道,第一挡板2和第二挡板3采用金属材质,第一挡板2和第二挡板3由钢丝缠绕空间一侧向外冲压形成有加强筋。
进一步地,加强筋包括圆形的第一加强体5、以及自第一加强体四周辐射的多条直线形第二加强体6。
该技术方案中,第一挡板2和第二挡板3采用金属材质,强度高,而且其表面通过冲压形成加强筋,进一步提高其强度,因此该工字轮使用寿命高。
进一步地,第一加强体5自外侧向内冲压形成有第一矩形槽51和第二矩形槽52,第一矩形槽51和第二矩形槽52对称分布于中心轴1的两侧。
该技术方案中,通过矩形槽可以实现对工字轮的快速定位,同时该矩形槽用以与驱动装置连接,通过驱动装置以带动工字轮转动。
进一步地,第一挡板2和第二挡板3的边缘分别向外折弯形成圆形翻边7。
该技术方案中,通过圆形翻边,降低其边缘对操作者的伤害风险。
进一步地,通道的开口边缘形成有倒角8。
该技术方案中,通过倒角,方便支撑钢管快速插置进中心轴1的通道内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种钢丝缠绕工字轮,其特征在于,包括中心轴、对称固定于所述中心轴两端的第一挡板和第二挡板、以及套设于所述中心轴上并固定在所述第一挡板和第二挡板之间的套筒,所述第一挡板和第二挡板相对设置,第一挡板和第二挡板之间围成一钢丝缠绕空间,所述中心轴具有一两端相通的通道,所述第一挡板和第二挡板采用金属材质,所述第一挡板和第二挡板由钢丝缠绕空间一侧向外冲压形成有加强筋。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢丝缠绕工字轮,其特征在于:所述加强筋包括圆形的第一加强体、以及自第一加强体四周辐射的多条直线形第二加强体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钢丝缠绕工字轮,其特征在于:所述第一加强体自外侧向内冲压形成有第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽,所述第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽对称分布于所述中心轴的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的钢丝缠绕工字轮,其特征在于:所述第一挡板和第二挡板的边缘分别向外折弯形成圆形翻边。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的钢丝缠绕工字轮,其特征在于:所述通道的开口边缘形成有倒角。
