一种可视化装修设计方法及其装置、机器人 技术领域
本申请涉及装修设计领域,特别是涉及一种可视化装修设计方法及其装置、机器人。
背景技术
目前,很多室内装修设计一般都是利用3DMAX和AutoCAD软件将模型场景建好并输出一些静态的效果图,再根据这些效果图进行施工。
在施工过程中,如果户主想进行一些设计上的调整,则需要对静态的效果图进行修改,然而静态效果图的修改是不方便的,尤其是在3DMAX这些不是实时演算的三维软件上进行修改时,一般都需要花费数小时重新渲染的过程时间,才能看到新的效果。因此,对设计方案进行修改的这一过程是极不方便的,而且效果预览费时。
发明内容
本申请实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可视化装修设计方法及其装置、机器人,能够解决相关技术中设计方案修改不方便且效果预览费时的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种可视化装修设计方法,该方法包括:在投影装饰画面时,获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令;所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素、删除所述装饰画面中的元素或者编辑所述装饰画面中的元素;根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面。
可选地,所述获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令包括:通过图像采集及图像识别,和/或,通过语音采集及语音识别获取所述元素操作指令。
可选地,所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素,并且所述元素操作指令为增加元素操作指令,

为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施方式采用的又一个技术方案是:一种机器人,该机器人包括:至少一个处理器;以及,用于向装饰画面投影的投影装置;用于采集元素操作指令的用户交互设备;与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述投影装置和所述用户交互设备均耦合至所述处理器;所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令程序,所述指令程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够基于所述投影装置和所述用户交互设备,执行如上所述的方法。
可选地,所述用户交互设备具有相对于所述机器人的至少一个方向上的自由度。
本申请实施例提供的可视化装修设计方法及其装置、机器人,通过获取到的元素操作指令对投影的装饰画面进行调整,并投影调整后的装饰画面,该技术方案使用户能够根据自己的意愿及时的对装饰画面进行调整,并实时的展示 调整后的元素,有效的提高了对装饰画面的处理效率。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
图1是本申请实施例提供的可视化装修设计方法的运行环境的示意图。如图1所示,包括投影设备10、用户20及载体30。
投影设备10接收用户20发出的消息,投影设备10根据该接收的消息做出反应,并将反应的结果投射到载体30上,供用户20浏览。
投影设备10可以是任何合适的智能终端。该智能终端包括至少一个图像采集模块或声音采集模块,用于采集用户20发出的消息,该智能终端还包括至少一个摄像头,用于将处理的数据投射至载体30。该智能终端可以是投影仪、投影手机、投影手环、投影机器人等等。
用户20为自然人,人可以基于载体30上的显示画面,根据自己的意愿向投影设备10发出指示,以调整载体30上的显示画面,该指示包括声音指示、动作指示、输入的文字指示中的一种或多种。
载体30用于展示投影设备10投射出的信息,供用户20观看。该载体30可以是投影幕布、墙壁等等。
图2是本申请实施例提供的可视化装修设计方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤101、在投影装饰画面时,获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令;所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素、删除所述装饰画面中的元素或者编辑所述装饰画面中的元素。
该装饰画面指的是在需要进行装饰的载体上进行投影的画面,例如在一面墙壁上投影后的画面,该画面可以包含各种元素,该元素即是投影到该画面上的图像,每一个图像时一个单独的元素,比如电视机图像、空调图像、音响图像等组成不同的元素。该画面也可以在投影时不包含任何元素。
该元素操作指令为调整该装饰画面的一种操作指令,具体是对该装饰画面中的元素进行调整。获取该元素操作指令的过程包括,通过图像采集及图像识别获取该指令,或者通过语音采集及语音识别获取该指令,或者图像采集及图像识和通过语音采集及语音识别获取该指令。
其中,所述编辑该装饰画面中的元素包括:对该装饰画面中的元素进行放大、缩小、移动位置、调整元素属性(比如型号、颜色)、调整元素安装方式、更换新元素等。需要说明的是,若该元素操作指令做出指示为编辑该装饰画面中的元素,则该装饰画面应该是包含至少一个元素的装饰画面。
步骤102、根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面。
在本实施例中,根据元素操作指令所做出的指示对装饰画面进行调整,该调整包括在装饰画面添加元素、删除装饰画面中的元素以及编辑装饰画面中的元素。可以理解的是,对该装饰画面进行调整,也即是调整该装饰画面所对应的投影文件,当接收到元素操作指令后,可以通过图像识别、语音识别以及投影技术等相关技术对投影文件进行调整,并投影调整后的投影文件,生成一个新的投影的装饰画面,供用户浏览。此外,也可以是在调整投影文件的同时进行投影,投影出整个调整的过程以及调整后的结果,给用户提供一种更直观的观看体验。
本申请实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计方法,通过获取到的元素操作指令对投影的装饰画面进行调整,并投影调整后的装饰画面,该技术方案使用户能够根据自己的意愿及时的对装饰画面进行调整,并实时的展示调整后的元素,有效的提高了对装饰画面的处理效率。
本申请另一实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计方法,该方法与上述实施例步骤102的不同之处在于:所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素,并且所述元素操作指令为增加元素操作指令。则,所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
识别所述装饰画面中图像的位置,在所述位置增加语音采集及语音识别的结果所对应的元素,并投影增加所述元素后的所述装饰画面。
在本实施例中,主要是根据元素操作指令在该装饰画面中增加元素,以调整该装饰画面。其中,在装饰画面增加元素的过程包括:通过图像采集及图像识别技术识别出装饰画面中图像的位置,该图像可以是用户手指所反映的图像,也可以是装饰画面中的元素,或者是其他用于指示位置的物体所反映出的图像,比如。执行本方法的设备获取到该位置信息后,根据语音采集及语音识别技术识别出需要增加的元素,然后在该设备的投影文件中,将该元素添加到该位置信息对应于投影文件中的位置,并将该调整后的投影文件进行投影,从而投影出增加了该元素的装饰画面。
例如,用户指点墙壁上某一位置,并发出在此位置“添加电视机”的声音指令,执行本方法的设备根据自身的视觉系统识别出用户手指所在的位置,以确定投影文件中该位置对应的点,并根据声音系统识别出用户发出的声音,以获取需要添加的元素为电视机,然后,通过预设元素数据库获取电视机图像,或者通过网络获取电视机图像,再将该电视机图像添加在该点上,并将该添加了电视机图像的投影文件进行投影。
例如,用户发出“在电视机左边添加一个落地台灯”的声音指示,通过语音识别及图像识别等相关技术,执行本方法的设备能够识别出电视机和需要投影的落地台灯以及该落地台灯的投影位置,从而进行投影。
在本实施例中,该元素操作指令为增加元素操作指令,根据该指令,并结合图像采集、图像识别、语音采集以及语音识别等技术在相应的位置增加元素,并投影增加了所述元素的装饰画面。本实施方案可以让用户根据自己的需求在装饰画面中任意的增加元素,并能及时看到增加元素后的装饰画面,提升了处理效率和用户体验感。
本申请又一实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计方法,该方法与上述各个实 施例的不同之处在于:所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为移动操作指令。则,所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行移动,并投影所述元素移动后的所述装饰画面。
在本实施例中,主要是根据元素操作指令移动所述装饰画面中的元素。在移动所述元素之前可以先选中该元素。
例如,用户指点墙壁上电视屏幕位置或者手势在墙壁上框住电视屏幕,执行本方法的设备可以识别出用户的手势,从而将该电视选中,或者用户直接发出语音“电视机”,执行本方法的设备可以识别用户发出的声音,从而将电视选中。需要说明的是,用户做出的手势及发出的语音为事先预制好的,以使执行本方法的设备能够通过图像分析及语音识别等技术确定用户指令,并完成相应的操作。选中后的元素可以进行渲染,以提醒用户该元素已被选中。可以采用某种视觉效果(比如呼吸闪动,加一个外框等)来提醒用户,也可以直接声音提示用户该元素被选中。
被选中后的元素可以根据该元素操作指令将该元素进行移动。对选中的元素执行移动操作指令包括:分析该移动操作指令,获取该元素在所述装饰画面中的移动距离和移动方向;获取该元素在所述装饰画面中的原始位置信息;根据该元素在所述装饰画面中的原始位置信息以及该元素在所述装饰画面中的移动距离和移动方向,获取该元素在所述装饰画面中移动后的位置信息;根据该元素在所述装饰画面中移动后的位置信息以及预设的渲染函数,计算出该元素在投影文件中的位置调整信息,其中,该预设的渲染函数为投影文件中的元素图像投影到装饰画面中用于衡量位置关系改变的比例关系函数;根据该位置调整信息对所述投影文件中的元素进行编辑,并投影编辑完成后的投影文件,生成新的装饰画面。
例如,该元素为电视机,对该电视机执行的编辑指令为向音响方向移动5厘米,已知电视机距离音响的距离为20厘米,则该电视机在装饰画面中移动后的位置信息为距离音响15厘米,再结合预设的渲染函数,可以计算出该电视机在投影文件需要改变的位置信息,根据该位置信息对投影文件中的电视机进行重新编辑并投影到装饰画面中,从而完成了对该电视机的编辑过程。
在本实施例中,该元素操作指令为移动操作指令,根据该指令,并结合图像采集、图像识别、语音采集以及语音识别等技术将该元素进行移动,并投影移动了所述元素的装饰画面。本实施方案可以让用户根据自己的需求对装饰画面中的元素进行任意移动,并能及时看到元素移动后的装饰画面,提升了处理效率和用户体验感。
本申请再一实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计方法,该方法与上述各个实施例的不同之处在于:所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为缩放操作指令。则,所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行放大或缩小,并投影所述元素被放大或缩小后的所述装饰画面。
在本实施例中,主要是根据元素操作指令对所述装饰画面中的元素进行缩放。在缩放所述元素之前可以先选中该元素,选中并渲染该元素的过程可参考上述实施例中的叙述。
选中并渲染该装饰画面中的元素后,对该选中的元素进行放大或缩小,该放大或缩小的过程包括:分析该缩放操作指令,获取所述元素的缩放信息;获取所述元素在所述装饰画面中的原始大小信息;根据所述元素的缩放信息和所述原始大小信息,以及预设的渲染函数计算出所述元素在所述投影文件中的大小调整信息;根据所述大小调整信息对所述投影文件中的元素进行编辑。其中,该缩放信息包括放大或缩小的倍数。该元素在装饰画面中的原始大小信息可以根据投影文件中该元素的原始大小信息和预设的渲染函数计算得到,该预设的渲染函数为投影文件中的元素图像投影到装饰画面中用于衡量放大倍数的比例关系函数。获取到该元素的原始大小信息和缩放信息后,可以知道该元素在装饰画面中改变后的大小信息,根据该改变后的大小信息以及预设的渲染函数可以计算出该元素在投影文件中需要调整的大小信息,从而根据该大小信息对投影文件中的元素进行编辑,并重新投影编辑完成后的该元素。
例如,该元素为电视机,选中电视机后,用户基于墙壁上的电视图像用双手分别往两侧滑动或者通过其他定义好的手势告知执行本方法的设备该电视机需放大或缩小的倍数,或者通过语音告知该设备需要放大或缩小的倍数,该设 备根据接收到的信息对该电视机进行放大或缩小,在调整到一个合适的尺寸和位置后,用户可以在墙壁上电视机位置做出一个手势(比如OK手势),以表示结束对该电视机的缩放操作。
在本实施例中,该元素操作指令为缩放操作指令,根据该指令,并结合图像采集、图像识别、语音采集以及语音识别等技术将该元素进行缩放,并投影缩放了所述元素的装饰画面。本实施方案可以让用户根据自己的需求对装饰画面中的元素进行任意缩放,并能及时看到元素缩放后的装饰画面,不仅提升了处理效率,而且提升了用户体验感。
本申请还一实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计方法,该方法与上述各个实施例的不同之处在于:所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为属性调整操作指令。则,所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,调整渲染后的所述元素的安装方式、型号及颜色中的一种或多种,并投影所述元素的属性被调整后的所述装饰画面。
在本实施例中,主要是根据属性调整操作指令对所述装饰画面中的元素的属性进行调整,该属性包括:型号、颜色以及安装方式等。在调整所述元素的属性之前可以先选中该元素,选中并渲染该元素的过程可参考上述实施例中的叙述。
选中并渲染该装饰画面中的元素后,对该元素的属性进行调整,对该元素属性进行调整的过程包括:通过图像采集及图像识别,和/或,语音采集及语音识别等技术分析该属性调整操作指令,从预设数据库中选择与该指令匹配的图形编辑操作,执行该图形编辑操作从而调整该元素的属性。其中,该图形编辑操作为预先定义好的以代码形式存在的且执行本方法的设备可以执行的命令。
在一些可选实施例中,还可以根据元素操作指令对所述装饰画面中的元素进行删除操作,并投影删除所述元素后的装饰画面。例如,用户在墙壁上指点电视柜,执行本方法的设备根据视觉系统识别出用户的手势,将电视柜处于选中状态,之后用户采用预先定义的去除手势(如向一侧挥动或其他方式),将电视柜删除。此外,用户也可通过语音识别方式在电视柜被选中后告知该设备删除此电视柜元素。
在本实施例中,该元素操作指令为属性调整操作指令,根据该指令,并结合图像采集、图像识别、语音采集以及语音识别等技术将该元素的属性进行调整,并投影调整了所述元素的属性的装饰画面。本实施方案可以让用户根据自己的需求对装饰画面中的元素的属性进行任意调整,并能及时看到元素属性调整后的装饰画面,不仅提升了处理效率,而且提升了用户体验感。

本申请还一实施例提供了一种可视化装修设计装置,该装置与上述实施例的不同之处在于:所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为属性调整操作指令。则,所述处理模块22具体用于:
选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,调整渲染后的所述元素的安装方式、型号及颜色中的一种或多种,并投影所述元素的属性被调整后的所述装饰画面。
值得说明的是,上述装置内的模块之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容,由于与本申请的方法实施例基于同一构思,具体内容可参见本申请方法实施例中的叙述,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,该元素操作指令为属性调整操作指令,根据该指令,并结合图像采集、图像识别、语音采集以及语音识别等技术将该元素的属性进行调整,并投影调整了所述元素的属性的装饰画面。本实施方案可以让用户根据自己的需求对装饰画面中的元素的属性进行任意调整,并能及时看到元素属性调整后的装饰画面,不仅提升了处理效率,而且提升了用户体验感。
请参考图4,图4是本申请实施例提供的一种机器人的硬件结构示意图,该机器人30用于执行如上所述的可视化装修设计方法,该机器人30包括:一个或多个处理器310、投影装置320、用户交互设备330以及存储器340。图4中以一个处理器310为例。
处理器310、投影装置320、用户交互设备330以及存储器340可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
投影装置320用于向装饰画面进行投影。
用户交互设备330用于采集元素操作指令,该元素操作指令用于指示在所 述装饰画面增加元素、删除所述装饰画面中的元素或者编辑所述装饰画面中的元素。可选地,该用户交互设备330具有相对于所述机器人30的至少一个方向上的自由度。
存储器340作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的可视化装修设计方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的获取模块21和处理模块22)。处理器310通过运行存储在存储器340中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例可视化装修设计方法。
存储器340可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据可视化装修设计装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器340可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器340可选包括相对于处理器310远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至可视化装修设计装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器340中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器310执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的可视化装修设计方法。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。所述的计算机软件可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、 只读存储记忆体或随机存储记忆体等。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种可视化装修设计方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在投影装饰画面时,获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令;所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素、删除所述装饰画面中的元素或者编辑所述装饰画面中的元素;
    根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令包括:通过图像采集及图像识别,和/或,通过语音采集及语音识别获取所述元素操作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素,并且所述元素操作指令为增加元素操作指令,
    所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
    识别所述装饰画面中图像的位置,在所述位置增加语音采集及语音识别的结果所对应的元素,并投影增加所述元素后的所述装饰画面。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为移动操作指令,
    所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行移动,并投影所述元素移动后的所述装饰画面。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为缩放操作指令;
    所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行放大或缩小,并投影所述元素被放大或缩小后的所述装饰画面。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于 指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为属性调整操作指令,
    所述根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面具体包括:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,调整渲染后的所述元素的安装方式、型号及颜色中的一种或多种,并投影所述元素的属性被调整后的所述装饰画面。
  7. 一种可视化装修设计装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于在投影装饰画面时,获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令;所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素、删除所述装饰画面中的元素或者编辑所述装饰画面中的元素;
    处理模块,用于根据所述元素操作指令对所述装饰画面进行调整并投影调整后的装饰画面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取对所述装饰画面进行调整的元素操作指令包括:通过图像采集及图像识别,和/或,通过语音采集及语音识别获取所述元素操作指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示在所述装饰画面增加元素,并且所述元素操作指令为增加元素操作指令,
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    识别所述装饰画面中图像的位置,在所述位置增加语音采集及语音识别的结果所对应的元素,并投影增加所述元素后的所述装饰画面。
  10. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为移动操作指令,
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行移动,并投影所述元素移动后的所述装饰画面。
  11. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为缩放操作指令;
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,将渲染后的所述元素进行放大或缩小,并投影所述元素被放大或缩小后的所述装饰画面。
  12. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素操作指令用于指示编辑所述装饰画面中的元素,并且所述元素操作指令为调整属性操作指令,
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    选中并渲染所述装饰画面中的元素,调整渲染后的所述元素的安装方式、型号及颜色中的一种或多种,并投影所述元素的属性被调整后的所述装饰画面。
  13. 一种机器人,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    用于向装饰画面投影的投影装置;
    用于采集元素操作指令的用户交互设备;
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述投影装置和所述用户交互设备均耦合至所述处理器;
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令程序,所述指令程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够基于所述投影装置和所述用户交互设备,执行如权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的机器人,所述用户交互设备具有相对于所述机器人的至少一个方向上的自由度。
