然而,上述四种连接方式都需要专业的辅助工具才能进行操作,对施工的专业要求较高,通常都是需要有资质的施工队来施工,特定的情况下无法完成施工;另外,管件接驳机构的自锁能力都比较弱,在外力的作用下,管材很容易与管件脱离,从而影响管件的正常使用;并且,一般情况下的管件接驳机构的防漏能力都比较弱,在压缩强度改变的时候,常常会出现渗漏的情况。
因此,设计一种快速接驳装置是具有重要意义的。
发明内容

实施例一
如图1-3所示,本发明优选实施例的一种快速接驳装置,包括装置本体1和管材2,装置本体1套设于管材2的外部,装置本体1的内部设有锁紧模块3。针对市面上存在的管材2与装置本体1容易脱离的现象,在装置本体1的内部设置锁紧模块3,利用自锁原理,大幅度提升装置的锁紧效果。
自锁原理的实现主要依赖锁紧模块3,具体的,锁紧模块3包括脱套31、垫片32、弹簧33和固定件34,脱套31套设于管材2的外部,垫片32位于脱套31的外侧前部,弹簧33位于脱套31的外侧中部,固定件34位于脱套31的末端。在管道连接方式中,为了保证装置本体1和管材2之间的连接强度,本发明所述的快速接驳装置采用自锁原理,使得在水压的外力作用下,管材2会紧紧锁紧在装置本体1中,当压力越大的时候,锁紧力就越大。脱套31的末端设有卡扣4,装置本体1的内部设有与卡扣4相配合的容纳槽5,固定件34位于卡扣4和管材2的接触面用以固定管材2,通过固定件34将管材2与装置本体1相固定,实现快速接驳装置的锁紧功能。
在本实施例中,弹簧33优选为压缩弹簧,是承受纵向压力的螺旋弹簧,利用多个开放线圈对外载压力供给抵抗力量。压缩弹簧的圈与圈之间有一定的间隙,当受到外载荷时弹簧33收缩变形,储存形变能。压缩弹簧对外载压力提供反抗力量,为装置本体1和管材2之间的连接强度提供辅助作用。

本发明所述的快速接驳装置的具体应用如下:

如图5所示,密封件9包括第一密封圈91和第二密封圈92,第一密封圈91位于第二密封圈92和脱套31的中间。第一密封圈91为 O型圈,第二密封圈92为异形密封圈,呈A字形,且所述第二密封圈92的中间设有空圆环921。密封圈具有以下优点:(1)密封圈在工作压力和一定的温度范围内,具有良好的密封性能,并随着压力的增加能自动提高密封性能;(2)密封圈装置和运动件之间的摩擦力要小,摩擦系数要稳定;(3)密封圈抗腐蚀能力强,不易老化,工作寿命长,耐磨性好,磨损后在一定程度上能自动补偿;(4)结构简单,使用、维护方便,使密封圈有更长的寿命。如图5所示,本发明所述的快速接驳装置的密封方式采用的是双密封圈的结构,第一密封圈91位于装置本体1和管材2之间,当第一密封圈91受压变形时就会产生密封效果。因为每根管材之间都会存在尺寸上的差异,而这种差异可能会导致密封圈的压缩强度不够,从而形成渗漏。在本实施例中,第二密封圈92的独特设计正好可以解决这个问题。因为第二密封圈92的中间有一个小的空圆环921,当管材2尺寸偏大的时候相当于卸载空间,使空的圆环体积变小了,并使第二密封圈92本身产生扭矩,而且第二密封圈92的密封面积比传统的O型密封圈要大。当压缩强度改变的情况下,针对不同尺寸的管材,第二密封圈产生的变化,可以有效防止接驳装置渗漏现象的发生,从而更好的防漏;采用双密封圈的形式,提升接驳装置在使用过程中的密封效果,对于提升配合非国标管材时的密封效果尤为显著。
本实施例中,第一密封圈91和第二密封圈92由三元乙丙橡胶材料制成。三元乙丙橡胶是乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物,是乙丙橡胶的一种,因其主链是由化学稳定的饱和烃组成,只在侧链中含有不饱和双键,故其耐臭氧、耐热、耐候等耐老化性能优异,可广泛用于汽车部件、建筑用防水材料、电线电缆护套、耐热胶管、胶带、汽车密封件等领域。与其他常用的通用橡胶或特种橡胶相比,三元乙丙橡胶的主要性能优势在于以下几方面:(1)性价比高,是生胶密度最轻的常用橡胶;(2)优异的耐老化特性,耐天候、耐臭氧、耐日光、 耐热、耐水、耐水蒸气、耐紫外线、耐辐射等老化性能;(3)优异的耐化学药品特性,耐酸、碱、洗涤剂、动植物油、醇、酮等;杰出的耐水、耐热水、耐水蒸气性能,耐极性油性能;(4)优良的绝缘性能;(5)适用温度范围广。
在管道连接方式中,为了保证装置本体1和管材2之间的连接强度,本发明所述的快速接驳装置采用自锁原理,使得在水压的外力作用下,管材2会紧紧锁紧在装置本体1中,当压力越大的时候,锁紧力就越大。如图4所示,脱套31的末端设有卡扣4,装置本体1的内部设有与卡扣4相配合的容纳槽5,固定件34位于卡扣4和管材2的接触面用以固定管材2。在本实施例中,固定件34由不锈钢材料制成。不锈钢具有焊接性、耐腐蚀性、抛光性、耐热性、耐腐蚀性好等优点。在本实施例中,脱套31的末端设有六个卡扣4,与之相配合的是固定件34数量也是六个。根据实际需要,卡扣4和固定件34也可以设计成其它形状和数量。一般情况下,固定件34在G点卡住管材2,而同一时间脱套31也和装置本体1在H点卡住。在本实施例中,弹簧33优选为压缩弹簧,对外载压力提供反抗力量,为装置本体1和管材2之间的连接强度提供辅助作用。垫片32为U型,并且,垫片32的一侧设有拨块6,方便作业人员拿取垫片32。
此外,装置本体1由氯化聚氯乙烯材料制成。氯化聚氯乙烯是聚氯乙烯进一步氯化改性的产品,除了兼有聚氯乙烯的很多优良性能外,其所具有的耐腐蚀性、耐热性、阻燃性、机械强度等均比聚氯乙烯有较大的提高,其具有卓越的耐高温、抗腐蚀和阻燃性,而且与其他热塑性工程塑料比较,价格相对较低。因而,氯化聚氯乙烯是性能优良的新型材料,被广泛用于建筑、化工、冶金、造船、电器、纺织等领域,应用前景十分广阔。
本发明所述的快速接驳装置的使用方法如下:
(1)当需要安装管材时:首先,将垫片32拔出,放好备用;然 后,将管材2和装置本体1水平对齐,再将管材2插入;接着,将管材2与脱套31向外拉出一点;最后,将垫片32放回原位,安装完成。
(2)当需要拆开管材时:首先,将垫片32拔出;然后,按下脱套31使H点不再顶固;接着,转动管材2,使G点不再卡紧;最后,把管材2拔出,将垫片32放回原位,拆开完成。
综上所述,本发明所述的快速接驳装置操作简便,只需要几个步骤,且无需专业人员操作,无需热熔机或是粘结剂来辅助完成;省时省力,比传统的连接方式节省安装时间高达80%以上;可以在某些特殊场合使用,即使在没有电力、没有粘结剂或是在水里面都可以操作;可接驳符合国标公称直径的不同材质的管材;耐高温,在85℃水温条件下依旧能长期正常使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种快速接驳装置,其特征在于,包括装置本体(1)和管材(2),所述装置本体(1)套设于所述管材(2)的外部,所述装置本体(1)的内部设有锁紧模块(3);
    所述锁紧模块(3)包括脱套(31)、垫片(32)、弹簧(33)和固定件(34),所述脱套(31)套设于所述管材(2)的外部,所述垫片(32)位于所述脱套(31)的外侧前部,所述弹簧(33)位于所述脱套(31)的外侧中部,所述固定件(34)位于所述脱套(31)的末端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)呈两端开口的管状,所述脱套(31)的末端经所述装置本体(1)的开口嵌入所述装置本体(1)内,所述脱套(31)的前部靠近所述装置本体(1)的开口处。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述脱套(31)的末端设有卡扣(4),所述装置本体(1)的内部设有与所述卡扣(4)相配合的容纳槽(5),所述固定件(34)位于所述卡扣(4)和所述管材(2)的接触面用以固定所述管材(2)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣(4)与所述容纳槽(5)的槽壁相抵接以锁定所述脱套(31)与所述装置本体(1)之间沿纵向的相对位置,此时所述固定件(34)卡紧所述管材(2)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述容纳槽(5)的槽壁上设有用于与所述卡扣(4)相抵接的斜面(51)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述垫片(32)为U型,且所述垫片(32)的一侧设有拨块(6)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述垫片(32)可拆卸地设置于所述脱套(31)与所述装置本体(1)之间,且 当所述垫片(32)被安装之前,所述脱套(31)与所述装置本体(1)之间具有沿纵向相对滑动的自由度。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述脱套(31)的外侧前部设有限位凸起(7),所述装置本体(1)上设有限位槽(8),所述垫片(32)及所述限位凸起(7)被限制于所述限位槽(8)内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧(33)为压缩弹簧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述固定件(34)由不锈钢材料制成。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)由氯化聚氯乙烯材料制成。
  12. 如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)设有若干接驳模块(10);所述各接驳模块(10)均包括密封件(9)和所述锁紧模块(3),所述密封件(9)位于所述装置本体(1)和所述管材(2)之间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述密封件(9)包括第一密封圈(91)和第二密封圈(92),所述第一密封圈(91)位于所述第二密封圈(92)和所述脱套(31)的中间。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈(91)为O型圈。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述第二密封圈(92)为异形密封圈,呈A字形,且所述第二密封圈(92)的中间设有空圆环(921)。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的快速接驳装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈(91)和所述第二密封圈(92)由三元乙丙橡胶材料制成。
