Description

本发明属于家电领域,具体地说,涉及一种排水结构及设有排水结构的洗衣机。
背景技术
一般的洗衣机排水都是使用排水泵进行排水,工作原理是:依靠高速旋转的叶轮,液体在惯性离心力作用下获得了能量以提高了压强。水很快旋转,旋转着的水在离心力的作用下从叶轮中飞去,泵内的水被抛出后,叶轮的中心部分形成真空区域。水源的水在大气压力(或水压)的作用下通过管网压到了进水管内。这样循环不已,就可以实现连续抽水。
但是,现在的排水泵在用户使用过程中会有发卡、曲别针、硬币、挂钩等异物通过波轮间的缝隙掉到内外桶之间,随着水流排出时,这些异物会卡在排水泵的叶轮中,导致排水泵无法工作。
因此如何使掉到内外桶之间的异物能够顺利通过排水泵排出,成为目前亟待解决的技术问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够使掉到内外桶之间的异物能够顺利通过排水泵排出的排水结构及设有排水结构的洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的第一方面提出了一种排水结构,包括,进水口、出水口、叶轮容纳腔,所述叶轮容纳腔包括前端面和圆周壁,进水口设置在前端面中心与叶轮容纳腔相通,出水口设置在圆周壁上,所述前端面上设有导出槽,所述进水口通过导出槽与所述出水口连通。

(2)为了使从进水口进入的异物能够更好的集中并从出水口排出,将导出槽设计成宽度从进水口处较大,并在向出水口延伸的过程中逐渐减小,进而减小了异物的停留时间,使异物能够顺利向出水口方向流出。
(3)由于导出槽与进水口相接处较高能够使异物能够顺利进入导出槽,导出槽与出水口平滑相接,使异物能够顺利从出水口排出。
